Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a guide rail for a home elevator used for a general house.
Conventional home elevators used for ordinary homes are formed by bending steel sheets to reduce the weight of the equipment and reduce costs, and connect a certain length in the height direction as a guide rail. Often used. A guide rail mounting bracket is provided at the connecting portion of the guide rails, but the guide rail mounting bracket is not a structure for suppressing the guide roller rolling surface. A guide roller is attached to the cab, and the guide roller is structured so that the cab moves up and down in the hoistway along the guide rail.
In addition, as a conventional technique, an inner rail material having a substantially U-shaped cross section is superimposed on an outer rail material having a substantially U-shaped cross section so that a step does not occur in a joint portion of a plurality of rail materials. A guide rail of an elevator in which three rollers of a roller guide roll on three inner surfaces of the inner rail member, and a first protruding portion of the first inner rail member protruding from the first outer rail member is a second inner portion. An elevator guide rail has been proposed in which the first projecting portion and the second projecting portion are connected to each other by a coupling tool, superimposed on the inner side of the second projecting portion of the second outer rail material protruding from the rail material. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In conventional home elevator guide rails, since the guide rails are bent and molded products of steel plates, there are steps on the roller rolling surface due to poor bending accuracy of single products, poor mounting, and elastic deformation due to load in the cab. There was a problem that the vibration of the cab was generated.
Moreover, the prior art described in Patent Document 1 requires four types of rail materials to be prepared, resulting in high costs and problems in component management.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to reduce local vibration during traveling of the cab due to a step generated at the joint portion of the guide rail. The present invention provides a guide rail for a home elevator that is made possible.
The guide rail of the home elevator according to the present invention is formed by bending a steel plate and connecting it in the height direction to form a guide rail. It is provided at the connecting part between the guide rail mounting bracket that connects both of them and the guide roller rolling surface of the guide rail, and connects the upper and lower guide roller rolling surfaces across the upper and lower guide rails. A rail connecting plate is provided.
Also, a guide rail mounting bracket that is provided at the connecting portion of the guide rails and connects both the upper and lower guide rails, and a guide roller rolling surface of the upper and lower guide rails at the connecting portion of the guide rails. The joining end portions are obliquely cut and provided with oblique cut portions joined to each other.
Furthermore, it is provided at the connecting portion of the guide rails, provided at the connecting portion of the guide rail mounting surface between the upper and lower guide rails and the guide roller rolling surface of the guide rail, and connected between the upper and lower guide rails. In the connecting part of the guide rail and the rail connecting plate for connecting the upper and lower guide roller rolling surfaces across the guide rails, the connecting end of the guide roller rolling surface of the upper and lower guide rails is slanted It is provided with an oblique cut part cut and joined to each other.
The present invention provides a guide roller rolling device by providing a rail connecting plate for connecting the upper and lower guide roller rolling surfaces across the upper and lower guide rails at the connecting portion of the guide roller rolling surfaces of the guide rail. Guide rails can be joined together without shifting the running surface. Further, even when the bending accuracy of a single product is poor, since it is a steel plate bending rail, it is possible to attach the rolling contact surface by elastic deformation by the rail connecting plate. Further, in the past, a great deal of time was spent at the time of attachment work to align the guide roller rolling surfaces of the guide rails. However, the adjustment time can be greatly reduced by the presence of the connecting plate. In addition, even when the cab is running, vibrations due to steps are reduced because the rolling surfaces are matched, and even if a load from the cab is applied to the guide rail through the guide roller, the rail connecting plate elastically moves up and down at the same time. There is an effect that it is deformed and does not cause a step.
In addition, the guide roller has a stepped rail by providing an oblique cut portion where the joint end portions of the guide roller rolling surfaces of the upper and lower guide rails are obliquely cut and joined to each other at the joint portion of the guide rail. When passing through the joint portion, the step over the step of the guide roller becomes smoother than before, and the impact when the step over is reduced, which is extremely effective in reducing the vibration of the cab.
