Claims (2)

所定の流路を形成すると共に該流路に流量センサを組み付けた流路ブロック体を略直方体形状のパネル装着用の筐体に内蔵し、この筐体をパネルに取り付けたときに該パネルの前面に露出する前記筐体の前面部に表示器および操作スイッチを設けると共に、前記筐体の背面部に前記流路の流入口および流出口を設けたパネル装着型の流量検出ユニットと、
この流量検出ユニットを収納して該流量検出ユニットを前記パネルに装着しない状態で使用する為の箱形の専用ケースと
を具備し、
前記流量検出ユニットの前記流路ブロック体に設けられて該流路ブロック体を前記筐体の外側から該筐体に固定する為のねじ穴に、前記専用ケースの外側から前記筐体を介して螺合するねじにより前記専用ケースに前記流量検出ユニットを固定したことを特徴とする流量検出装置。
