Description

The present invention relates to a plate-like body housing case for housing and storing plate-like bodies such as CDs (compact discs), DVDs (digital video discs), and CD-Rs.

For example, as a CD case which is an example of a plate-like body accommodation case, a swing is formed by pivotally connecting an upper case which covers a lower case on one end of a lower case on which a CD is placed and held. An open / close type was common (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, there is a drawer type that includes an inner case in which the CD can be placed and held and an outer case in which the inner case can be slid and inserted and removed (see Patent Document 2).
JP 2003-056774 A JP 2002-225967 A

In the former prior art, when the CD is accommodated in the case and taken out from the case, the upper case is swung open so that a large space is required on the side, and the CD cannot be taken out in a narrow place. In some places, there is a disadvantage in that the loading and unloading of the CD is restricted. Moreover, in order to take out the CD, there was also the trouble that both hands had to be used to open the lower case from the upper case.

The latter prior art has a structure in which the inner case is pulled out from the outer case by sliding, so that the CD can be loaded and unloaded without requiring a large side space as compared with the former prior art. Have. This is equipped with a push-button device equipped with a push-push mechanism that pulls in when the inner case is pushed into the outer case so that it can be accommodated in the outer case, and pushes the inner case again to push the inner case. Has been.

With the push button device, there is a convenience that the inner case can be protruded and moved from the outer case only by one-touch operation (one-hand operation) for further pushing the inner case housed in the outer case with a finger. However, for this purpose, there is a disadvantage that a push button device (known technology) that requires a relatively complicated structure and high cost is required.

In addition, in order to take advantage of the characteristics of the push button device, the inner case is held in the housed state by the frictional force caused by the pressing force of the leaf spring, so that if the shock is applied, the inner case may be unexpectedly popped out. However, there is a difficulty in the reliability of stably storing and maintaining the CD.

Therefore, the present invention is complicated and expensive in developing a drawer type (sliding type) storage case that can load and unload a plate-like body such as a CD without requiring a large space for swinging the upper case. It is an object of the present invention to provide a plate-shaped body accommodation case that does not have a push button device and is excellent in reliability that can stably maintain the state of accommodation of the plate-shaped body.

The structure of claim 1 is a plate-shaped body accommodation case comprising an inner case in which a plate-shaped body can be placed and held freely, and an outer case in which the inner case can be slid and inserted and removed.
A resilient mechanism that projects and urges the inner case in a take-out direction from a retracted state in which the inner case is inserted and accommodated in the outer case, and the inner case is brought into the retracted state against the urging force of the resilient mechanism. The lock mechanism has a lock mechanism for maintaining lock, and a take-out operation section that can release the lock action of the lock mechanism. The lock mechanism is engaged with the insertion operation of the inner case into the outer case. It is characterized by being configured to stop operation.

The configuration of claim 2 is the plate-like body accommodation case according to claim 1,
The elastic mechanism is composed of a leaf spring interposed between the inner case and the outer case in a state extending in the width direction of the inner case, and the leaf spring has a central portion at the inner case. It is fixed and is formed in a substantially bifurcated shape whose both ends are in contact with the inner back wall of the outer case.

The configuration of claim 3 is the plate-shaped body accommodation case according to claim 1,
The elastic mechanism includes a pair of left and right winding springs interposed between the inner case and the outer case so as to face the sliding direction of the inner case.

The structure of claim 4 is the plate-like body accommodation case according to claim 2 or 3,
The locking mechanism is arranged in the center in the left-right direction of the inner case.

The structure of Claim 5 is a plate-shaped object accommodation case as described in any one of Claims 1-4,
A rolling bearing is interposed in a sliding portion for sliding the inner case and the outer case.

The configuration of claim 6 is the plate-shaped body accommodation case according to claim 5,
The rolling bearing is composed of a plurality of balls.

According to the configuration of the first aspect, since the locking mechanism that acts against the urging force of the resilient mechanism that urges and biases the inner case against the outer case is provided, the unexpected external force that pushes the inner case is provided. Even when a slight shock or a slight shock is applied, the accommodation state of the inner case can be reliably maintained, and the plate-like body can be stably stored. In order to make the inner case protrude from the outer case in order to take out the plate-like body, a simple operation of pushing the take-out operation part with a finger of one hand is sufficient, and in this respect also, the operability is excellent and convenient. .

As a result, there is no need for a large space for swinging the upper case, no complicated and expensive push button device is provided, and it is excellent in reliability that can stably maintain the accommodation state of the plate-like body. In addition, a drawer-type (slide-type) plate-shaped body accommodation case capable of loading and unloading a plate-shaped body such as a CD could be provided.

According to the configuration of the second aspect, since the elastic mechanism is constituted by a substantially bifurcated leaf spring, the locking mechanism is arranged at the left and right central portion as in the fourth aspect, and the release thereof It is possible to dispose a take-out operation unit as a mechanism, and it is possible to equip each of these mechanisms in a compact manner and to reduce the overall size of the case by playing it. In addition, a leaf spring has an advantage that it is less expensive than a wound spring. For example, if a leaf spring made of a synthetic resin material is used, the spring spring has excellent durability and can exhibit stable spring characteristics even after repeated use. Benefits are gained.

According to the configuration of claim 3, since the elastic mechanism is constituted by a pair of left and right winding springs, a locking mechanism is arranged at the left and right central portion as in claim 4, and the release mechanism thereof It is possible to arrange the take-out operation unit, which can be equipped with these mechanisms in a compact manner, and if played, the size of the entire case can be reduced. When the winding spring is provided, the arrangement space in the left-right direction may be extremely small, and thus there is an advantage that even a small plate-like body housing case can be used without difficulty.

According to the configuration of the fifth aspect, the use of the rolling bearing enables the sliding movement between the inner case and the outer case to be performed more lightly, and the usability of the plate-shaped body accommodation case having a sliding structure having various advantages is improved. It will be further improved. For example, by using a plurality of balls as in claim 6, it is possible to realize a rolling bearing that is inexpensive and takes up little space.

Hereinafter, the carrying of the plate-shaped body accommodation case according to the present invention will be described based on the drawings with respect to the case of a music CD case as an example. In the figure, FIGS. 1 to 8 and FIG. 15 show a CD case according to the first embodiment, and FIGS. 9 to 14, 16 and 17 show a CD case according to the second embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the CD case A according to the first embodiment includes an inner case 2 made of a synthetic resin material that can freely mount and hold a CD (compact disc) 1 that is an example of a plate-like body. The outer case 3 is made of a synthetic resin material that can be freely inserted and removed by sliding the inner case 2. In other words, the CD case A is configured to have a drawer structure in which the flat, non-covered inner case 2 is slid into and out of the flat box-shaped outer case 3 lacking only one side wall.

First, an operation for storing the CD 1 in the case using the CD case A and an operation for taking it out from the case will be described. In order to store the CD1, the CD1 is placed on the placement portion 2A of the inner case 2 that is pulled out from the outer case 3 to the maximum extent (see FIG. 2), and the inner case 2 on which the CD1 is placed is placed. If the inner casing is pushed inward, the locking mechanism 4 is actuated (see FIGS. 7 and 5), and the accommodation state is maintained (see FIG. 1).

To remove the CD 1 stored in the CD storage case A, the locking mechanism 4 is released by pushing the extraction operation portion 13 at the rear end of the outer case 3 and swinging it (see FIG. 6). The inner case 2 is pushed out by the bullet mechanism 6 operated by the above-described operation, and a state in which the inner case 2 has jumped out from the outer case 3 is brought about [see FIG. 4B]. Accordingly, the front end of the protruding inner case 2 is held with fingers and slid from the outer case 3 to the protruding limit and drawn out (see FIG. 2), so that the CD 1 can be removed from the inner case 2. is there. Next, each part will be described in detail.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the inner case 2 has a rectangular shape that is slightly vertically long (long in the sliding direction) and has a thin shape with a small thickness. In order to drop and mount the CD 1, A mounting portion 2A that is substantially circular in plan view and recessed downward is formed. In the center of the mounting portion 2A, a slit-like holding projection 7 is formed that can be easily inserted into and removed from the central hole 1a of the CD1. A curved notch 8 is formed at the front and rear centers of the left and right side end portions so that the CD 1 can be easily grasped with fingers, and the inner side is curved along the outer periphery of the CD 1 on the upper surface side of the front portion. In addition, a raised portion 9 that is one step higher is formed.

The rear wall portion of the inner case 2 is equipped with a substantially bifurcated leaf spring (an example of a resilient mechanism) 10 that is fixed to the bottom surface side thereof, and is located rearward (inside the outer case 3) A locking protrusion 11 is formed protruding in the back. The leaf spring 10 has a rectangular attachment portion (an example of the center portion) 10a formed at the center of the left and right sides, and a pair of curved spring action portions (an example of both end portions) 10b extending from the attachment portion 10a to the left and right. It is made of a polyacetal material and has a substantially bifurcated shape. The leaf spring 10 is fixed to the rear bottom surface side of the inner case 2 by fitting the mounting portion 10a between the rear rib 2a formed on the back surface side of the inner case 2 and the sandwiching rib 2b. Note that a structure in which the attachment portion 10a is press-fitted or bonded using an adhesive may be used.

In short, the inner case 2 is latched in the housed state against the urging force of the leaf spring 10 that urges and projects the inner case 2 from the housed state in which the inner case 2 is inserted into the outer case 3. The holding mechanism 4 to be maintained and the take-out operation portion 13 that can release the locking action of the locking mechanism 4 are provided, and the leaf spring 10 extends in the width direction of the inner case 2 and the outer case 2 and the outer case 2. It is interposed between the case 3 and the case 3. Further, a substantially U-shaped edge rib 2c is formed on the back surface side of the inner case 2 so as to extend from the left and right lateral sides and the front side, and when the inner case 2 is slid, the edge rib 2c becomes the outer case 3. The bottom wall 3a is mainly in sliding contact with the rear wall 2a (the rear rib 2a and the holding rib 2b are also in sliding contact with the bottom wall 3a).

As shown in FIG. 4A and FIGS. 5 to 7, the locking protrusion 11 protrudes rearward from a portion for fixing the mounting portion 10 a in the inner case 2, and lowers at the belt-like portion 11 a and the tip thereof. And a hook-like portion in a side view having a hook-shaped portion 11b protruding in the inner case 2 and formed integrally. The locking protrusion 11 is hooked after the hook-like portion 11b at the tip of the locking protrusion 11 gets over the upper protrusion 12 integrally formed on the inside of the bottom wall of the outer case 3 as the inner case 2 is inserted into the outer case 3. The inner casing 2 is held in the outer case 3 in a locked state. FIG. 4A is drawn with the upper case portion 3B removed so that the structure of the locking mechanism 4 can be easily understood.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the outer case 3 includes a bottom case 3A having a bottom wall 3a on which the inner case 2 is slidably mounted, left and right lateral side walls 3b, and a rear side wall 3c. An upper case portion 3B having an upper wall 3d, left and right lateral side wall portions 3e, and a rear side wall 3f is detachably connected at the side wall portion, and has a box shape with one side wall opened. It is configured. As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of downward hook portions 14 are formed on each side wall portion 3e, 3f of the upper case portion 3B, and a hook portion is formed on each side wall portion 3b, 3c of the lower case portion 3A. An engagement recess 15 (engagement bar portion 15a) that engages with the outer case 3 is formed. The hook 14 and the engagement recess 15 (engagement bar portion 15a) engage with each other to assemble the outer case 3. Thus, the lower case portion 3A and the upper case portion 3B can be disassembled by disengagement. A long hole 3t that is useful for facilitating elastic deformation of the hook portion 14 is formed at the base portion of the hook portion 14.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the bottom wall 3 a of the lower case part 3 </ b> A has a substantially linear shape that is long on the left and right to engage with the locking protrusions 11 of the inner case 2, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. The upper projection 12 is integrally formed. That is, the locking mechanism 4 that holds the inner case 2 in the retracted state against the urging force of the leaf spring (bounce mechanism) 10 with the upper protrusion 12 and the engagement protrusion 11 of the inner case 2 is provided. It is configured. When the inner case 2 is pushed into the outer case 3 and is slid, the band-shaped portion 11a is flexed and displaced upward due to elasticity, so that the hook-shaped portion 11b rides on the upper protrusion 12 (see FIG. 7). When the portion 11a is restored and displaced by elasticity, the hook-shaped portion 11b is hooked and engaged with the upper protrusion 12 (see FIG. 5). Thereby, the inner case 2 is maintained in the accommodated state against the urging force of the leaf spring 10. Note that a pair of left and right 3g indicated by phantom lines in FIG. 3 is in contact with the rear rib 2a of the inner case 2 so as to define the maximum protruding state of the inner case 2 from the outer case 3 (state of FIG. 2). It is a stopper formed so as to protrude from the wall 3a.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the upper case portion 3B is formed with a curved notch 15 facing the raised portion 9 of the inner case 2 at the front end portion of the upper wall 3d, and the rear end of the upper wall 3d. The take-out operation part 13 is equipped in a state extending from the part to the rear side wall 3f. The take-out operation portion 13 is made of a synthetic resin material having a top surface portion 13a having a jagged outer surface as a slip stopper, a rear vertical surface portion 13b, a front vertical surface portion 13c, and left and right connecting surface portions 13d. It is configured to have a substantially downward open U-shape. The front and rear intermediate portions of the left and right connecting surface portions 13d are externally fitted to a shaft portion 17 formed on the upper case portion 3B so as to be relatively rotatable. For this purpose, a substantially downward C-shaped bearing groove 18 is formed. That is, by fitting the shaft portion 17 and the bearing groove 18, the take-out operation portion 13 can be pivotally supported on the upper case portion 3B.

The take-out operation unit 13 can release the locking action of the locking mechanism 4 and functions as the release mechanism 5. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, in the state where the locking protrusion 11 is engaged with the upper protrusion 12 and the inner case 2 is accommodated in the outer case 3, the take-out operation portion 13 and then the vertical surface portion 13 b are lowered. When it is swung in the direction, as shown in FIG. 6, the tip of the vertical surface portion 13 b pushes the hook-shaped portion 11 b upward and forward to disengage the upper protrusion 12. Then, the inner case 2 is protruded and moved by the urging force of the plate spring 10 that is compressed and deformed, and the front end portion of the inner case 2 protrudes somewhat from the outer case 3 so that the inner case 2 can be grasped with fingers (FIG. 4B). Reference] is brought about.

In the CD storage case A according to the first embodiment, since the locking mechanism 4 that acts against the urging force of the leaf spring 10 is provided, an unexpected external force that pushes the inner case 2 acts, Even if a shock may be applied, the housing state of the inner case 2 can be reliably maintained, so that the CD 1 can be stored with confidence and is reliable. In order to make the inner case 2 protrude from the outer case 3 in order to take out the CD 1, a simple operation of simply pushing the take-out operation part 13 with one finger is sufficient, and in this respect also, it is convenient and excellent in operability. ing. In addition, since the leaf spring 10 as the elastic mechanism has a bifurcated shape, the locking mechanism 4 and the take-out operation portion 13 as the release mechanism 5 can be arranged between them (between the left and right). It is also preferable that the equipment can be equipped in a compact manner. Further, the leaf spring 10 made of synthetic resin has an advantage that it is inexpensive but has excellent durability and can exhibit stable spring characteristics even after repeated use.

Since the outer case 3 has a vertically divided structure composed of the lower case portion 3A and the upper case portion 3B, for example, as shown in the figure, the upper case portion 3B is formed of a transparent resin so that the CD 1 can be seen through. The lower case portion 3A is formed of a colored resin material having a desired color, and the color can be used properly at the top and bottom, and the design is excellent.

[Another embodiment]
In the music CD storage case A according to the first embodiment, the lyrics card 50 may be stored in the inner case 2. For example, as shown in FIGS. 15 (a) and 15 (b), protrusions having a substantially L-shaped cross-section and a half-moon shape in bottom view with the bottom surface 51a facing inward at the left and right ends on the back side of the inner case 2 51 is formed in two places, and the stopper part 52 is formed. That is, as shown in FIG. 15B, the lyrics card 50 is moved from the horizontally long insertion notch 2k formed in the lower part of the front wall of the inner case 2 to the back side of the inner case 2 by the insertion / removal operation in the front-rear direction. It can be accommodated and taken out freely. In this case, if the lower case portion 3A has a transparent color tone such as transparency, the design printed on the lyric card 50 can be seen from the outside even when the design is carried in the inner case 2. Further, the projection 51 may be formed in a horizontal posture (a posture rotated 90 degrees from the posture shown in FIG. 15) so that the lyrics card 50 can be inserted and removed from the lateral side of the inner case 2.

Or although illustration is abbreviate | omitted, the mounting part 2A of CD1 in the inner case 2 is deepened, a planar view is a rectangle in the upper side, and a step part is formed in the downward direction, and a step part is formed, and the lyrics card 50 is inserted into the CD1. It is also possible to adopt a structure that is placed on the upper side. In this case, the design printed on the lyric card 50 can be made visible from the outside if the upper case part 3B is made transparent color tone such as transparent. In addition, the outer case 3 may be configured as a two-stage box structure having an inner case accommodating portion and a lyric card accommodating portion so that the lyric card 50 is accommodated separately from the inner case 2. At this time, it is of course possible to provide the outer case 3 with a swingable lid for taking out the lyrics card 50.

The CD case A according to the second embodiment is functionally similar to that of the first embodiment as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, but the detailed structure of each part is different. In particular, the shapes of the inner and outer cases 2 and 3, the locking mechanism 4, the bullet mechanism 10, and the take-out operation unit 13 are clearly different in structure, and these will be mainly described. In addition, the same code | symbol as the CD storage case A by Example 1 shall be attached | subjected to the same function or the same components.

As shown in FIGS. 10, 11 (a) and 11 (b), the inner case 2 is formed with an outer end portion 21 protruding from the outer case 3 even in the housed state at the front portion. Each of them is provided with a winding spring 22 that faces the sliding direction of the inner case. These winding springs 22 are housed in housing recesses 23 formed on the bottom surface side of the inner case 2, and are attached by inserting their front ends into the hanging wall 24. That is, the pair of left and right winding springs 22 are interposed between the rear end portion 2 t of the inner case 2 and the rear wall 26 of the outer case 3 to constitute the elastic mechanism 10. An arc-shaped notch 2k formed at the left and right center of the rear end 2t of the inner case 2 is for avoiding interference with a knob portion 37 of the take-out operation portion 16 described later in the retracted state of the inner case 2. Is.

A pair of left and right sliding rails 31 are formed on the back side of the inner case 2 in the form of ribs projecting downward. The locking protrusion 32 is formed in a downward state. The sliding rail 31 and the left and right end ribs 40 are in contact with a bottom wall 27 of the outer case 3 described later, and a sliding portion S for sliding the inner case 2 relative to the outer case 3 with less resistance. As shown in FIG. 14, the locking protrusion 32 having the inclined surface 32a constitutes the locking mechanism 4 together with the upward protrusion 38 described later.

As shown in FIGS. 9, 10, and 12, the outer case 3 has a rectangular plate shape that includes only a lower case portion 3 </ b> A having left and right side walls 25, a rear wall 26, and a bottom wall 27, and an upper wall. The upper case portion 3B is assembled into a two-divided structure. The lower case portion 3A and the upper case portion 3B are assembled using a plurality of connecting portions Z, as shown in FIG. 12A, a partial detailed plan view X, and a partial detailed sectional view Y. That is, a plurality of engaging protrusions 28 that protrude slightly outward are formed at the edge of the upper case portion 3B, and the upper end portions of the left and right side walls 25 and the rear wall 26 are thinned. A circumferential step portion 29 is formed, and an engagement recess 30 into which the engagement protrusion 28 can be inserted is formed. Therefore, the upper case portion 3B can be assembled to the circumferential step portion 29, that is, the lower case portion 3A by fitting each engagement protrusion 28 into the corresponding engagement recess 30.

At the rear end of the bottom wall 27, as shown in FIG. 12, a central guide tube 33 having a guide piece 33a on the front side and a pair of round guide protrusions 34 positioned on the left and right sides thereof are integrally formed, A pair of left and right guide bars 35 (see FIG. 13) are integrally formed inside the rear wall 26. By these guide pieces 33a, a pair of left and right circular guide protrusions 34, and guide bars 35, the take-out operating portion 16 is supported on the bottom wall 27 so as to be vertically movable while being positioned and guided in the front and rear and left and right directions, and the central guide tube The lower case portion 3 </ b> A is mounted in a state where it is lifted and biased by a winding spring 41 loaded in the inside 33.

That is, the take-out operation portion 16 is a synthetic resin component having left and right leg portions 36, a knob portion 37 that is a portion to be pushed by fingers, and a fitting hole 37a that fits into the round guide protrusion 34. Each leg 36 is formed with the above-described upward projection 38 that can be engaged with the locking projection 32 of the inner case 2. The upward projection 38 is formed with an inclined surface 38a (see FIG. 14) for facilitating getting over the engagement projection 32. The knob portion 37 is fitted in an operation hole 39 formed in the upper case portion 3B so that the outer surface is substantially flush with the upper portion. If the knob portion 37 is forcibly moved downward by fingers, 38 can be moved below the engagement protrusion 32 to release these engagements, that is, the locking mechanism 4 can be released. The slightly low projection 36t continuously formed on the outer sides of the left and right ends of the knob portion 37 abuts on the inner surface of the upper case portion 3B, and defines the rising limit of the knob portion 37 with respect to the operation hole 39. It functions as a stopper (see FIG. 12).

Thus, when the inner case 2 is slid into the outer case 3 and pushed in, the take-out operation unit 32 is engaged with the engaging protrusions 32 and the engaging protrusions 38 by the component force generated by the contact between the inclined surfaces 32a and 38a. The inner case 2 is accommodated in the outer case 3 against the protruding urging force due to the locking projection 32 moving over the engagement projection 38 and engaging, and the pair of winding springs 22 being compressed. The stored state (see FIGS. 9 and 13) is maintained. Then, when the knob portion 37 is pushed with a finger against the urging force of the winding spring 41 and the take-out operation portion 16 is pushed down, the engagement state between the locking projection 32 and the engagement projection 38 is obtained as shown in FIG. Is released (the locking mechanism 4 is released), and the inner case 2 is protruded and moved by the biasing force of the compressed pair of winding springs 22, and the outer end 21, which is the front end thereof, is slightly disengaged from the outer case 3. A state in which the inner case 2 can be sufficiently grasped by fingers is obtained (see the state indicated by the phantom line in FIG. 9 and FIG. 14).

In the CD storage case A according to the second embodiment, since the locking mechanism 4 that acts against the urging force of the pair of left and right winding springs 22 is provided, an unexpected external force that pushes the inner case 2 acts. Even if a slight shock may be applied, the storage state of the inner case 2 can be reliably maintained, so that the CD 1 can be stored with confidence and is reliable. In order to make the inner case 2 protrude from the outer case 3 in order to take out the CD 1, a simple operation of simply pushing the take-out operation part 16 with one finger is sufficient, and in this respect also, it is convenient and excellent in operability. ing.

In addition, since the elastic mechanism 6 has a configuration in which a general winding spring 22 is divided and arranged on the left and right, it is inexpensive, and as the locking mechanism 4 and the release mechanism 5 between them (between the left and right). It is also preferable that the take-out operation unit 16 can be arranged, and these mechanisms can be provided in a compact manner. Further, the inner case 2 can be slid smoothly and lightly with respect to the outer case 3 by the four rail portions of the left and right end ribs 40 and the pair of left and right sliding contact rails 31. There is also an advantage that it can be pulled out.
[Another embodiment]

In the CD storage case A of Embodiment 2, as shown in FIG. 16, a sliding portion for sliding the inner case 2 and the outer case 3 so that the sliding movement of the inner case 2 relative to the outer case 3 can be performed more easily. It is good also as a structure where the rolling bearing 60 is interposed by S. That is, the rolling bearing 60 is composed of a plurality of balls 62 that are rotatably accommodated in a spherical recess 61 that is raised on the bottom wall 27 of the outer case 3. The ball 62 that rolls in contact with the rail groove 67 of the inner case 2 may be a smaller-diameter bead. As shown in FIG. 17, the rolling bearing 60 includes a shaft 64 supported by a stage 63 erected from the bottom wall 27, and a rail of the inner case 2 that is rotatably fitted on the shaft 64. The structure which consists of the ring body 66 which contacts the part 65 and rolls may be sufficient.

For example, spherical concave portions 61 that receive the balls 62 are provided in the front end portion and the front and rear intermediate portions of the outer case 3. In addition, if the spherical recess 61 is formed on the upper surface of the rear end portion of the inner case 2 and a ball 62 is provided that rolls in contact with the inner surface of the upper case portion 3B, the inner case 2 is moved to the outer case 3.
