【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、前面に配置された操作パネルから操作部が着脱可能に構成された車載用電子機器に関し、特に、操作パネルから操作部を取り外す際に、操作部の脱落を的確に防止することのできる車載用電子機器および操作部の着脱機構に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、CDプレーヤ等の車載用電子機器において、盗難防止等を図るために種々の工夫がなされている。例えば、前面に配置された操作パネルやその一部(操作部等)が着脱可能に構成された車載用電子機器が挙げられる。
この車載用電子機器は、利用者が車から長時間離れる場合等に利用者により操作部等が取り外され、機器を使用不能状態とすると共に、機器が完全でない状態にすることにより盗難防止を図る。このような車載用電子機器の一例が特開平7−285388号公報にて開示されている。

特開平7−285388号公報に開示されている車載用電子機器は、図13に示すように、機器本体の前面に配置された前面パネル100から操作部200が取り外し可能であり、また、取り付け可能に構成されている。
図13(a)に示すように、前面パネル100には、リリースレバー101が配置され、スライダ102及びスライダ103と共に、図中のX方向に移動する。また、図13(b)に示すように、前面パネル100には、2つの固定爪104が設置されている。

一方、操作部200には、図13(a)に示すように、固定穴201が配置され、操作部200が前面パネル100に取り付けられる際に、固定爪104と嵌合する。また、図13(b)に示すように、操作部200には、係合部202及び係合部203が配置され、操作部200が前面パネル100に取り付けられる際に、スライダ102,103と係合する。
以下、操作部200を前面パネル100に装着する際の動作及び、操作部200を前面パネル100から取り外す際の動作について、図14及び図15を参照して説明する。

操作部200を前面パネル100に装着する際に、利用者は、保持した操作部200を前面パネル100の装着箇所まで運び、固定穴201を固定爪104に嵌合させる。そして、利用者は、固定爪104を支点として操作部200を押し込む。
その際、図14(a)に示すように、まず、スライダ102の傾斜面と係合部202の傾斜面とが当接し、また、スライダ103の傾斜面と係合部203の傾斜面とが当接する。そして、操作部200が前面パネル100の装着箇所に押し込まれると、係合部202,203は、図中のD方向に移動する。
係合部202,203の移動に伴い、図14(b)に示すように、スライダ102,103は、係合部202,203の傾斜面に押圧されて図中のL方向に移動する。

そして、スライダ102,103は、係合部202,203のそれぞれの傾斜面を超えると、所定のバネ等により付勢され、図14(c)に示すように、図中のR方向に移動する。
この結果、図14(d)に示すように、スライダ102,103は、係合部202,203と係合し、操作部200は、前面パネル100に装着される。

一方、操作部200を前面パネル100から取り外す際に、利用者は、リリースレバー101を押しずらす。その際、図15(a)に示すように、リリースレバー101の移動に伴って、スライダ102,103も図中のL方向に移動する。
そして、係合部202,203との係合が外れる位置までスライダ102,103が移動すると、図15(b)に示すように、操作部200は、所定の弾発手段により付勢され、図中のU方向に移動する。

その際、係合部202,203も同様にU方向に移動するが、図15(b)に示すように、係合部202の突起部とスライダ103の突起部とが係合するため、操作部200は、前面パネル100から脱落することはない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述のように、特開平7−285388号公報に開示されている車載用電子機器は、操作部200を前面パネル100から取り外す際に、係合部202の突起部とスライダ103の突起部との係合により、操作部200の脱落を防止するもにである。
しかしながら、この車載用電子機器は、操作部200が前面パネル100から脱落するのを適切に防止できない場合がある。

具体的に説明すると、リリースレバー101がバネ等により一方向に付勢されているため、操作部200の取り外しの際に、利用者がリリースレバー101を押さえ続けている状態で、上述の図15(b)に示すような係合部202の突起部とスライダ103の突起部との係合が実現されている。
このため、利用者が押さえたリリースレバー101を離してしまうと、係合部202の突起部とスライダ103の突起部との係合が外れてしまう。そして、操作部200が所定の弾発手段から付勢されているため、前面パネル100から飛び出すことが予想される。

すなわち、利用者が操作部200を掴む前に、押さえたリリースレバー101を離してしまうと、係合部202の突起部とスライダ103の突起部との係合が外れ、弾発手段から付勢された操作部200が飛び出てしまい、前面パネル100から操作部200が脱落することになる。
そして、脱落により操作部200が破損したり、故障の原因なってしまうといった問題があった。

本発明は、上記実状に鑑みてなされたもので、操作パネルから操作部を取り外す際に、操作部の脱落を的確に防止することのできる車載用電子機器及び操作部の着脱機構を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の第1の観点に係る車載用電子機器は、
操作部が着脱可能に構成された車載用電子機器であって、
所定方向にスライド可能に設置されたレバーと、
前記レバーのスライドに伴って、前記レバーと同一方向にスライドする係合突起と、
前記レバーを一定方向に付勢する弾性部材と、
前記係合突起と係合する少なくとも第1から第3の保持部を備える係合溝が刻設された操作部と、を備え、
前記係合突起が前記操作部に刻設された係合溝の第1の保持部と係合した状態で操作部が車載用電子機器に装着され、
前記弾性部材が付勢する方向と逆方向への前記レバーのスライドに伴い前記係合突起が前記操作部に刻設された係合溝の第2の保持部と係合し、前記弾性部材が付勢する方向への前記レバーのスライドに伴い前記係合突起が前記操作部に刻設された係合溝の第3の保持部と係合した状態で、操作部が車載用電子機器から取り外し可能となる、

この発明によれば、レバーは、所定方向にスライド可能に設置されている。係合突起は、例えば、レバーと一体に形成されており、レバーのスライドに伴って、レバーと同一方向にスライドする。弾性部材は、バネ等からなり、レバーを一定方向に付勢する。操作部は、係合突起と係合する少なくとも第1から第3の保持部を備える係合溝が刻設されている。そして、係合突起が操作部に刻設された係合溝の第1の保持部と係合した状態で操作部が車載用電子機器に装着され、一方、弾性部材が付勢する方向と逆方向へのレバーのスライドに伴い係合突起が操作部に刻設された係合溝の第2の保持部と係合し、弾性部材が付勢する方向へのレバーのスライドに伴い係合突起が操作部に刻設された係合溝の第3の保持部と係合した状態で、操作部が車載用電子機器から取り外し可能となる。この結果、操作パネル等から操作部を取り外す際に、操作部の脱落を的確に防止することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態にかかる車載用電子機器について、以下図面を参照して説明する。

図1は、この発明の実施の形態に適用される車載用電子機器の一例を示す斜視図である。図1に示すように、車載用電子機器1は、機器本体10と、操作パネル20とから構成される。

機器本体10内には、図示せぬ電源ユニット、記録媒体の再生機構、及びアンプ等が格納されている。
操作パネル20の前面には、回転スイッチ21、押しボタンスイッチ22、表示ユニット23、操作部30、及びリリースレバー41が配置されている。
回転スイッチ21及び押しボタンスイッチ22は、利用者に操作され、操作に応じた所定の指示信号を発生させ機器本体10に供給する。
表示ユニット23は、蛍光表示管等からなり、車載用電子機器1の動作状況等を示す所定のキャラクタ情報等を表示する。

操作部30は、図2に示すように、操作パネル20に対して着脱可能に構成されている。操作部30には、図2(a)に示すように、上部に2つのつめ31が設けられている。また、図2(b)に示すように、操作部30の底部には、案内係合溝32が設けられている。なお、案内係合溝32についての詳細は、後述する。

一方、操作パネル20には、図2(a)に示すように、操作部30を格納するための切欠部20aが設けられており、また、切欠部20a内には、係合ピン42が配置されている。

更に、切欠部20a内には、図2(b)に示すように、2つの固定穴20bが設けられている。また、切欠部20a内の所定位置には、図示せぬ弾発機構が備えられており、操作部30が格納された際に、操作部30を押し戻すように付勢する。

そして、操作部30が操作パネル20に装着される際に、操作部30のつめ31は、切欠部20a内の固定穴20bと嵌合する。また、その際、係合ピン42は、操作部30の案内係合溝32と係合する。
なお、上述のリリースレバー41及び係合ピン42は、図3(a)に示すように、一体形成された部材40の一部である。また、係合ピン42には、図3(b)に示すように、その先端に切欠部42aが設けられている。

リリースレバー41及び係合ピン42が一体形成された部材40は、図4の断面図に示すように、リリースレバー41等が表面に現れるように操作パネル20内に埋設される。なお、部材40は、操作パネル20内に埋設された際に、図示せぬバネ等により一定方向に付勢されている。

操作部30には、上述のように、底部に案内係合溝32が設けられている。この案内係合溝32は、例えば、図5(a)に示すような形状からなり、係合ピン42と係合するのに十分な深さの溝である。なお、操作部30の底部の案内係合溝32に囲まれた箇所には、切欠部30aが設けられている。
この切欠部30aは、図5(b)に示すように、係合ピン42の切欠部42aと係合するための形状の切り欠きである。

以下、この発明の実施の形態にかかる車載用電子機器1の動作、すなわち、操作部30を操作パネル20に装着する際の動作及び、操作部30を操作パネル20から取り外す際の動作について、図面を参照して説明する。

まず、操作部30を操作パネル20に装着する際の動作について説明する。
利用者は、図6に示すように、操作部30を操作パネル20の切欠部20aまで運び、操作部30のつめ31を固定穴20bに嵌合させる。そして、利用者は、つめ31を支点として操作部30を図中のF方向に押し込むことにより、操作部30を操作パネル20に装着する。

その際の係合ピン42等の動きについて、図7(a)を参照して具体的に説明する。なお、実際には、操作部30が図中のD方向に移動し、それに伴って、係合ピン42が図中のL及びR方向に移動するのであるが、便宜的に操作部30を固定して表し、係合ピン42が図中のU方向に移動するものとして説明する。また、部材40は、図示せぬバネ等により図中のR方向に向けて付勢されているものとする。

利用者により、つめ31を支点として操作部30が切欠部20a内に押し込まれると、係合ピン42は、まず、図中のAの位置に移動し、案内係合溝32の傾斜面32aと当接する。
そして、係合ピン42は、操作部30の移動に伴って、傾斜面32aに沿ってL方向に移動し、図中のBの位置に達する。

さらに、操作部30が切欠部20a内に押し込まれると、係合ピン42は、傾斜面32aを超え、そして、バネ等による付勢力によりR方向へ移動し、図中のCの位置に達する。すなわち、係合ピン42は、コ型の保持面32bに保持され、案内係合溝32と係合する。

この結果、図7(b)に示すように、操作部30が操作パネル20に装着される。すなわち、部材40に掛けられた付勢力により、係合ピン42と案内係合溝32とが係合し続けるため、操作部30が操作パネル20にロックされる。

次に、操作部30を操作パネル20から取り外す際の動作について説明する。
利用者は、図8に示すように、リリースレバー41を図中のL方向にスライドさせる。リリースレバー41が移動するのに伴い、係合ピン42もL方向に移動するため、係合ピン42と案内係合溝32との係合が外れる。そして、図示せぬ弾発機構により付勢された操作部30が操作パネル20から浮き上がり、利用者は、操作パネル30を掴んで操作パネル20から取り外す。

その際の係合ピン42等の動きについて、図9を参照して具体的に説明する。なお、実際には、リリースレバー41の動きに伴い、係合ピン42が図9に示すL方向に移動し、それに伴って、操作部30が図中のU方向に移動するのであるが、便宜的に操作部30を固定して表示し、係合ピン42が図中のD方向に移動するものとして説明する。また、部材40は、図示せぬバネ等により図中のR方向に付勢され、操作部30は、図示せぬ弾発機構により図中のU方向に付勢されているものとする。

操作部30が操作パネル20に装着された状態で、Cの位置に保持されていた係合ピン42は、リリースレバー41のスライドに伴い、Cの位置から側面32cに沿ってL方向に移動し、図中のDの位置に達する。そして、弾発機構により付勢されている操作部30は、操作パネル20から浮き上がる。

この状態で、利用者がリリースレバー41から手を離すと、係合ピン42は、バネ等による付勢力によりR方向へ移動し、係合ピン42の切欠部42aと操作部30の切欠部30aとが係合する。そして、切欠部30aに沿ってEの位置に移動する。そして、係合ピン42は、傾斜面32dと当接するため、操作部30が操作パネル20から脱落することを防止できる。
すなわち、利用者がリリースレバー41から手を離しても、係合ピン42が傾斜面32dと当接して保持されるため、弾発機構により付勢されている操作部30が操作パネル20から飛び出すことがない。

そして、利用者が操作部30を掴んで引き出すと、係合ピン42の切欠部42aと操作部30の切欠部30aとの係合が外れ、利用者は、操作部30を操作パネル20から取り外すことができる。

以下、操作部30の案内係合溝32及び係合ピン42の形状が異なるこの発明の他の実施の形態について図10及び図11を参照して説明する。

そして、係合ピン42は、リリースレバー41のスライドに伴って、傾斜面32cに沿ってL方向に移動し、図中のEの位置に達する。この状態で、弾発機構により付勢されている操作部30は、操作パネル20から浮き上がる。

なお、Eの位置において、係合ピン42は、案内係合溝32の半円形の保持面32dと係合するため、操作部30が操作パネル20から脱落することを防止できる。すなわち、係合ピン42が保持面32dと係合するため、弾発機構により付勢されている操作部30が操作パネル20から飛び出すことがない。

すなわち、利用者がリリースレバー41から手を離しても、係合ピン42が案内係合溝32に保持されるため、弾発機構により付勢されている操作部30が操作パネル20から飛び出すことがない。

そして、利用者が操作部30を掴んで引き出すと、図11(d)に示すように、係合ピン42は、Gの位置に移動する。この状態で、係合ピン42の切欠部42bと操作部30の切欠部30bとの係合が外れ、利用者は、操作部30を操作パネル20から取り外すことができる。

上記の実施の形態では、操作部30の取り外しの際に、リリースレバー41から手が離れても、切欠部42a,30a(切欠部42b,30b)が係合することにより、操作部30が操作パネル20から脱落することを防止したが、係合ピン42が操作部30の所定の保持部(リブ等)と係合することにより、操作部30の脱落を防止してもよい。
例えば、操作部30には、上述の底部に設けられた切欠部30a等の代わりに、図12に示すような保持部30bが設けられている。そして、操作部30を操作パネル20から取り外す際に、利用者によりリリースレバー41がスライドされ、それに伴って、係合ピン42は、同様にEの位置に達する。

この状態で、利用者がリリースレバー41から手を離すと、図12に示すように、係合ピン42は、バネ等による付勢力によりR方向へ移動し、Eの位置からFの位置に移動する。この際、係合ピン42と操作部30の保持部30bとが係合するため、操作部30が操作パネル20から脱落することを防止できる。
すなわち、この場合も、利用者がリリースレバー41から手を離しても、係合ピン42が案内係合溝32に保持されるため、弾発機構により付勢されている操作部30が操作パネル20から飛び出すことがない。なお、この場合、係合ピン42に切欠部42a,42bが不要となる。

上記の実施の形態では、リリースレバー41と係合ピン42とが一体形成されていたが、リリースレバー41及び係合ピン42は別々に形成され、リリースレバー41及び係合ピン42が所定の連動機構を介して固定されていてもよい。この場合、連動機構により一方の動きが他方に伝わるため、リリースレバー41及び係合ピン42が一体となって移動することができる。

上記の実施の形態では、車載用電子機器を一例として説明したが、本発明は、種々の電子機器に適用可能である。例えば、電話機器、オーディオ機器、インテリア機器、そして、玩具等にも適宜適用可能である。

以上説明したように、本発明によれば、操作パネルから操作部を取り外す際に、操作部の脱落を的確に防止することができる。
