Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a shaft tube of a writing instrument having a grip part which is a secondary molded part molded using a resin material.
Conventionally, various types of writing instruments formed by two-color molding have been provided. In the two-color molding, a primary molding part is formed by injection of a resin material, and a grip part as a secondary molding part is further formed on the primary molding part. Here, the primary molded part is formed using a relatively hard resin material, whereas the grip part which is the secondary molded part enhances the grip when the writer writes, and In order to make it difficult to slip from a finger, it is generally performed using a soft resin material such as rubber having a large frictional force.
However, when a soft resin material is injected onto the primary molded part formed of a hard resin material as described above to form a secondary molded part, both of them have different adhesive properties due to the difference in material. In some cases, the adhesion of the resin becomes insufficient. Further, when using a writing instrument, the grip portion may swell due to the hand oil or sweat of the writer. As a result, there are problems that air bubbles enter the contact surface between the grip part and the primary molding part, or that the grip part peels off from the primary molding part.
As described above, when the texture is formed on the surface of the primary molded portion, the grip portion is easily bonded to the primary molded portion. However, even if the texture is formed in this way, it cannot be said that the adhesive force to the primary molded portion of the grip portion is still sufficient. That is, when continuing to use the writing instrument, as described above, the grip portion is swollen by the hand oil or sweat of the writer, and the grip portion at the end of the bonding surface between the primary molded portion and the grip portion. However, there has been a problem in that it peels off from the primary molded part. Further, in the molding process of the grip part, the resin material introduction path is cut from the grip part in order to remove excess resin material remaining in the molding die, but this cutting pulls the introduction path. Therefore, the grip portion is also pulled along with this. Accordingly, there has been a problem that the grip portion is lifted from the primary molding portion due to the outward pulling force applied to the grip portion, and the grip portion is peeled off from this portion.
Furthermore, since the embossing formed on the surface of the primary molding portion is composed of fine irregularities, the portion where the embossing is formed loses its gloss and lacks aesthetics. In particular, in a writing instrument in which the primary molded part and the grip part are formed of a transparent or colored transparent resin material so that the internal state of the writing instrument such as the remaining amount of ink can be visually recognized, the light transmission decreases due to the wrinkles. There was also a problem that the inside of the writing instrument such as the remaining amount could not be confirmed. In addition, as described above, when the grip portion is lifted from the primary molded portion, the floated portion is configured as an uneven pattern, and thus the problem of lacking in aesthetics has also occurred.
Therefore, for the circumstances as described above, it is desired to provide a writing tool shaft that prevents the grip portion as the secondary molded portion from being peeled off from the primary molded portion and is excellent in aesthetics.
Then, this invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and makes it the 1st subject to provide the axial cylinder of a writing instrument which a secondary shaping | molding part can adhere | attach strongly with a primary shaping | molding part.
Furthermore, in addition to the first problem described above, the second object of the present invention is to provide a writing instrument shaft that is excellent in aesthetics and has an unprecedented design appearance.
Furthermore, in addition to the first or second problem described above, the present invention further increases the adhesive force of the secondary molded part to the primary molded part, and prevents the secondary molded part from peeling from the primary molded part. It is a third problem to provide a shaft cylinder.

Of the present invention, the second invention is characterized in that, in addition to the features of the first invention, a

As described above, the
(Third invention)
The third invention of the present invention is characterized in that, in addition to the features of the first or second invention, the resin material used for the secondary molding is a thermoadhesive elastomer.
A “thermoadhesive elastomer” is a resin that can be thermally bonded to a resin by introducing a functional group that electronically interacts with an adherend. For example, a styrene block copolymer thermoplastic resin adheres to polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), etc. with a certain degree of compatibility, but polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). It tends to be difficult to adhere to a resin having a polar group such as a resin or polymethyl methacrylate. Therefore, thermal bonding is made possible by introducing a functional group such as a carbonyl group or an ester group into a styrene block copolymer thermoplastic resin.
Examples of the heat-adhesive elastomer include trade name: Rheostomer “B series” manufactured by Riken Vinyl Industry Co., Ltd. In selecting a heat-adhesive elastomer, it is preferable to consider adhesive strength, oil resistance, hardness, changes in performance over time, and the like.
Thus, as the resin material for forming the secondary molded

In addition to the effects of the first or second invention described above, the third invention of the present invention further increases the adhesive strength of the secondary molded part to the primary molded part, so that the secondary molded part is separated from the primary molded part. It is possible to provide a writing cylinder that can prevent peeling.
