前記ホルダは、前記先端凹部の内壁に互いに対向する第一、第二の二つの挟持壁面と、第一挟持壁面に隣接する係止壁面と、第二挟持壁面に隣接しホルダ先端面から前記ホルダ後端側に向かって形成されるねじ孔とを備え、
前記スローアウェイチップは、先端に設けられて前記回転軸に対して対称に位置する二つの切刃と、主側面に設けられて前記ホルダの第一挟持壁面、第二挟持壁面および係止壁面とそれぞれ当接する第一被挟持壁面、第二被挟持壁面および被係止壁面と、を備えているとともに、
