Description

The present invention relates to a ribbon supply roller on which a paper tube around which an ink ribbon is wound is mounted, and a tube body attaching / detaching device that attaches and detaches a tube body such as a paper tube that winds a transferred ink ribbon. The present invention relates to a tube body attaching / detaching device used as a ribbon supply roller to which a rotated paper tube is mounted and a ribbon boss to which a paper tube for winding a transferred ink ribbon is mounted.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a conventional supply roller or take-up roller.
In a thermal transfer printer, a belt-shaped ink ribbon 6 is supplied to a printing unit together with a print medium for printing, and a supply roller for supplying the ink ribbon 6 and a take-up roller for winding the transferred ink ribbon 6 are provided. doing. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the supply roller or the take-up roller includes a rotation shaft 40, a cylindrical ribbon boss 41 fitted to the rotation shaft 40, and a clutch portion 42 for rotating the ribbon boss 41 with a predetermined torque. A tube 5 such as a paper tube around which the ink ribbon is wound or a paper tube around which the transferred ink ribbon 6 is wound is fitted to the outside of the ribbon boss 41 and provided on the outer peripheral surface of the ribbon boss 41. The plate spring 43 is integrally fixed to the ribbon boss 41 (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, in the prior art, when the tube body 5 such as a paper tube around which the ink ribbon 6 is wound or a paper tube around which the transferred ink ribbon is wound is attached to or detached from the ribbon boss 41, the outer peripheral portion is directly gripped by hand. However, since the urging force of the leaf spring 43 acts on the inner wall of the paper tube, it is necessary to attach and detach it with a considerable force, and the tube around which the ink ribbon 6 is wound. When the body 5 is attached to and detached from the ribbon boss 41, the ink ribbon 6 is strongly gripped by hand, so that the ink ribbon 6 of several turns on the outer periphery may be wrinkled, and the wrinkled portion cannot be used. There was a problem that it was.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a tubular body fixed state of an embodiment of a tubular body attaching / detaching apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a base body and a leaf spring shown in FIG. . 3 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of the tubular body attaching / detaching device illustrated in FIG. 1, (a) is a top view, and (b) is an X-X ′ sectional view illustrated in (a). FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the tubular body released state of the tubular body attaching / detaching apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention. 5 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of the tubular body attaching / detaching device illustrated in FIG. 4, (a) is a top view, and (b) is a Y-Y ′ sectional view illustrated in (a).

The tube body attaching / detaching apparatus of the present embodiment includes a ribbon supply roller on which a paper tube (tube body 5) around which the ink ribbon 6 is wound is mounted, and a paper tube (tube body 5) that winds up the transferred ink ribbon 6. ) Is used as a ribbon boss of a ribbon take-up roller to be mounted. Referring to FIG. 1, a columnar base 1, a cylindrical hollow shaft 2 circulated around the base 1, and a base 1 are attached. The mounted tube 5 is fixed to the base body 1 by the plate spring 3.

Referring to FIG. 2, the base body 1 is formed with a locking hole 11 at the center of the open end surface, that is, the surface on which the tubular body 5 is attached and detached, and a leaf spring attachment portion to which the leaf spring 3 is attached. 12 and a retreat space 13 in which the leaf spring 3 retreats are formed in the peripheral surface, that is, inside the peripheral surface.

Referring to FIG. 2, the six leaf springs 3 are integrally formed by extending three from the support portion 32 in the opposite direction, and the support portion 32 is attached to the leaf spring attachment portion 12. It extends in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the base 1 and can be displaced in the axial direction of the base 1 with the support portion 32 as a fulcrum. The tip A of the leaf spring 3 is configured to be positioned outside the peripheral surface B of the hollow shaft 2 as shown in FIG. 3B when no force is applied. In addition, since the leaf | plate spring attachment part 12 is formed in the surrounding surface of the base | substrate 1, the support part 32 attached to the leaf | plate spring attachment part 12 is comprised so that it may be located in the surrounding surface of the base | substrate 1, The sliding movement of the cylindrical hollow shaft 2 that is mounted on the base 1 is not hindered.

Further, the six leaf springs 3 are formed with engaging pieces 31 extending in the axial direction of the base 1, and the tips of the engaging pieces 31 are located inside the inner peripheral surface of the hollow shaft 2. . Therefore, the engagement piece 31 engages with the inner peripheral surface of the hollow shaft 2 as the hollow shaft 2 slides, and is pushed in the axial direction of the base body 1.

Referring to FIG. 1, the hollow shaft 2 is formed with openings through which six leaf springs 3 attached to the base body 1 pass, and faces the openings, and engages with an engagement piece 31 of the leaf spring 3. The facing part functions as a pushing portion 21 that pushes the engagement piece 31 with the slide of the hollow shaft 2. Further, a lever support shaft 22 is spanned in the diameter direction of the hollow shaft 2 on the open end side of the hollow shaft 2, and an operation lever 23 is pivotally supported by the lever support shaft 22.

Next, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
1 and 3 show a state in which the tubular body is fixed, that is, a state in which the fitted tubular body 5 is fixed by the leaf spring 3. In the tube fixed state, no force is applied to the leaf spring 3 from the outside. As shown in FIG. 3B, the hollow shaft 2 in which the tips A of the six leaf springs 3 are fitted to the base body 1 is provided. It is located outside the peripheral surface B. Accordingly, the inner peripheral surface of the mounted tube 5 is urged by the leaf spring 3, and the tube 5 is fixed to the base 1. In the present embodiment, the leaf spring 3 extends in a direction orthogonal to the axis of the base 1 and three in the opposite direction, so that the base 1 rotates in either direction. Even so, one of the tips A of the leaf springs 3 extending in the opposite direction bites into the tube body 5 and can be reliably fixed.

When removing the tubular body 5 from the base 1, the hollow shaft 2 is moved in the direction of arrow C shown in FIG. 3A by operating the operating lever 23 and pushing the release end surface of the base 1 with the operating end of the operating lever 23. Slide. By the sliding of the hollow shaft 2, the engagement piece 31 of the leaf spring 3 is pushed in the axial direction of the base 1 together with the leaf spring 3 by the pushing portion 21, that is, the inner peripheral surface of the hollow shaft 2. Then, it is retracted into a retracting space 13 formed in the base body 1.

When the operation lever 23 is operated and rotated until it coincides with the axis of the base body 1, the operating end of the operation lever 23 is formed by a locking hole 11 formed in the release end surface of the base body 1 as shown in FIG. 4. Locked. In a state where the operating end of the operation lever 23 is locked by the locking hole 11, the engaging piece 31 and the leaf spring 3 are pushed in the axial direction of the base 1 by the pushing portion 21 of the hollow shaft 2, As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the tip A of the leaf spring 3 is located inside the peripheral surface B of the hollow shaft 2. Hereinafter, the state shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, that is, the state where the tip A of the leaf spring 3 is located inside the peripheral surface B of the hollow shaft 2 is referred to as a tubular body released state.

In the tubular body release state, since the tip A of the leaf spring 3 that the tubular body 5 is fixed to the base body 1 is detached from the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 5, the tubular body 5 can be removed smoothly, and a new The pipe body 5 can be smoothly mounted.

After the new tubular body 5 is smoothly mounted, when the operating lever 23 is operated to release the working end from the locking hole 11, the pushing portion 21 is pushed by the urging force of the leaf spring 3, and the pushing portion 21 is pushed. The moving portion 21, that is, the hollow shaft 2 is slid in the direction of the arrow D shown in FIG. 5A to be in the tube fixing state shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, and the new tube 5 attached is the base. 1 is fixed.

In the present embodiment, the six leaf springs 3 are integrally formed by extending three in the opposite direction from the support portion 32. However, each of them may be individually configured, and further in the opposite direction. The two leaf springs 3 extending in the direction may be integrated.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing configurations of a base body and a leaf spring of another embodiment of the tubular body attaching / detaching apparatus according to the present invention.

In another embodiment, the groove portion 14 is formed in the axial direction of the base 1, the leaf spring 4 is attached to the groove portion 14, and the leaf spring 4 itself is moved by the slide of the hollow shaft 2, that is, the pushing portion 21, that is, the hollow shaft. 2 is configured to be pushed by the inner peripheral surface 2 and retracted into the groove portion 14. When the tube is fixed, the tip of the leaf spring 4 is located outside the peripheral surface of the hollow shaft 2, and when the tube is released, The tip of the leaf spring 4 is located inside the peripheral surface of the hollow shaft 2.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, by providing the pushing portion 21 (hollow shaft 2) that slides in the axial direction of the base 1 and releases the fixation of the tube body 5 by the leaf spring 3, the tube When the body 5 is attached or detached, no force is applied to the tube body 5 from the leaf spring 3, so that a paper tube around which the ink ribbon is wound, a paper tube around which the transferred ink ribbon is wound, or the like is not required. The tubular body 5 can be attached and detached, wrinkles can be prevented from occurring in a belt-like body such as an ink ribbon wound around the tubular body 5, and the running cost can be reduced. .
