Description

The present invention relates to silk fibers containing bamboo fibers and undergarments formed from the silk fabrics. Specifically, the silk fabrics of the present invention contain bamboo fibers in the weft and are less likely to shrink due to washing with water. The underwear garment made of the silk fabric can be washed.

Traditionally, garments made of silk fabric have been used as natural fibers, and since they have a soft texture and gloss, they are superior in quality and rarely cause trouble even when they come into contact with the skin. However, silk fabrics generally shrink considerably when washed with water, so the fibers themselves had to be specially processed or washed with a special detergent. Was difficult.
On the other hand, bamboo fiber, a kind of natural fiber, has rigidity and is used together with synthetic fibers such as polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber as a reinforcing fiber for felt and interior materials. Is hardly applied.

An object of the present invention is to solve the problems of conventional silk fabrics and to provide a silk fabric that can be easily washed without requiring a special detergent or the like, and an underwear garment formed from the silk fabric. That is, although the following points are mentioned as conventional problems, a silk fabric that does not have these points and an underwear garment made of them are provided.
(B) Underwear for silk kimono shrinks when washed in a washing machine. Small wrinkles are produced by hand washing and cannot be easily erased

Means to solve the problem

As a result of intensive studies on silk fabrics that do not have the above-mentioned problems while taking advantage of the properties of silk fabrics, the present inventors have found that they can be made washable by combining silk yarn and bamboo fibers, and achieved the present invention. That is, the gist of the present invention is that the warp is made of silk fiber, the weft contains bamboo fiber, and is composed of 50 to 70% by weight silk fiber and 30 to 50% by weight bamboo fiber with respect to the entire fabric. The present invention resides in a characteristic bamboo fiber-containing silk fabric and an undergarment characterized by being formed from the bamboo fiber-containing silk fiber.

The invention's effect

The silk fabric of the present invention is formed with the silk fabric of the present invention because it has the inherent properties of silk excellent in sweat absorption and sweating because it can be washed in a washing machine because there is little shrinkage due to washing. Underwear is a healthy garment that feels pleasant when worn, and that hardly causes skin problems even in people with weak skin such as atopy.

In the silk fabric of the present invention, the warp is made of 100% silk fiber, and the weft contains bamboo fiber and silk fiber, and the silk fiber is 50 to 70% by weight and the bamboo fiber is 30 to 50% based on the whole fabric. It is comprised by weight%. Stretching is imparted by making warps and wefts into a lattice pattern with appropriate spacing. Both the warps and wefts are made of cords, raw warps are used as warps, and working yarns are used as wefts. Their grade depends on the desired silk fabric properties.
A conceptual diagram of the silk fabric of the present invention is shown in FIG. In the figure, 1 represents a silk fabric, 2 represents a warp of silk fiber, and 3 represents a weft of bamboo fiber.

Bamboo fiber is manufactured from bamboo cocoons by various methods. For example, bamboo is crushed with a roll and then defibrated with a hammer-type defibrator. Bamboo is steamed and then defibrated with a day fibrator. It is manufactured by the method of cutting and the method of cutting bamboo with a planer. Bamboo fiber used in the silk fabric of the present invention is obtained by crushing bamboo and ejecting it from a nozzle into a thread, and the thickness of the thread is 260 denier and 130 denier. From the viewpoint of not damaging it, it is preferable to use a material having a denier of 130.

The content of bamboo fiber in the silk fabric of the present invention is 30 to 50% by weight with respect to the total fiber, and the silk fiber is 50 to 70% by weight. If the bamboo fiber content is too much beyond this range, the silk properties may be impaired. On the other hand, if the content is too small, shrinkage will increase when washing, which is not preferable. The bamboo fiber content is preferably 35 to 45% by weight, most preferably 40% by weight.

Since the silk fabric of the present invention uses bamboo fibers for the weft, it can be washed by a washing machine with very little shrinkage, especially in the transverse direction, even after washing. The shrinkage of the silk fabric of the present invention is obtained by dividing the difference between the length (a) in the lateral direction before washing and the length (b) after washing by the length (a) before washing, that is, [ When (a)-(b) / (a)] is expressed in terms of shrinkage, the shrinkage is 1.1% or less.

Bamboo is a natural fiber that has tremendous growth potential and has excellent deodorizing, cleansing and antibacterial properties. Woven fabrics made from bamboo fibers are rich in elasticity and stiffness due to the rigidity of bamboo fibers, and have excellent anti-wrinkle properties. There is no bamboo fiber. It is more supple than hemp and has a texture and color development similar to rayon.
The silk fiber of the present invention has the above-mentioned excellent properties and silk properties of bamboo fibers, and has the above-mentioned configuration, and since it has little shrinkage even when washed in a washing machine, it is a garment formed from the silk fabric. Can prevent shape loss even after washing, and is highly applicable to clothes that are frequently washed.

It also has the hygroscopic and sweating properties inherent to silk, so it feels refreshing when touched to the skin, provides an excellent feel, dries quickly, and has an odor due to the antibacterial properties of bamboo fibers. It also has a characteristic that does not stick. In this way, the mixed woven fabric of silk and bamboo woven fabric does not adhere to the skin and has an appropriate drape characteristic. It is attracting attention as a material that can be felt.

Furthermore, since the silk fabric of the present invention hardly causes troubles such as skin damage even if it is in direct contact with the skin, it is extremely useful as a fabric for underwear. It is highly useful as a material and has a high potential for application as an underwear material for sensitive skin and infants.
The silk fabric of the present invention can be dyed with a dye used for dyeing vegetable fibers, and can be dyed in an arbitrary color.
As described above, the silk fabric of the present invention has excellent suitability as a garment that touches the skin. Therefore, it is possible to form underwear such as long sleeves, skin folds, and kimono slips that are optimal for kimono, and as a kimono lining. Is also useful.
