Then, bosses 5c and 5c having left and right axial centers are fixed to the front ends of the reinforcing pipes 5b and 5b, respectively. Further, the horizontal pipes 5d and 5d are fixed to the front part inside the frame 5a, and the brackets 5e and 5e are fixed to the lower surfaces of the horizontal pipes 5d and 5d, respectively. Then, the brackets 5e and 5e are supported so that the rollers 5f and 5f can roll freely.
5g and 5g are substantially U-shaped supports in a side view. The support tools 5g and 5g are for supporting the waist support bottom 5 in parallel with the slide base 3 when the waist support bottom 5 is disposed on the slide base 3. , 5g are fixed to the lower surfaces of the intermediate portions of the reinforcing pipes 5b, 5b, respectively.
Then, mat stoppers 5h and 5h bent in a substantially bowl shape are fixed to both sides of the frame 5a, respectively, and further, the mat fixing plates 5i and 5i are fixed to the rear of the frame 5a, respectively. The bottom 5 is configured.

Thereafter, the bosses 5c, 5c of the waist support bottom 5 are bored in substantially triangular mounting members 26, 26 in a side view fixed to the upper surface of the intermediate portion of the main pipes 3a, 3a of the slide base 3. They are disposed between the holes 26a and 26a, and both are pivotally connected by attachment shafts 27 and 27.
Next, based on FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the raising / lowering mechanism 10 which raises / lowers the said back support bottom 6 by the back-and-forth sliding of the said slide stand 3 is demonstrated.
Reference numerals 28 and 28 denote first housings having a substantially triangular shape in a side view. Hole portions 28a and 28a are formed in the vicinity of the apex located in the middle portions of the first casings 28 and 28, respectively. The shaft members 30, 30 are the hole portions 28 a, 28 a of the first casings 28, 28 and the hole portions 29, 29 formed in the front side surfaces of the main pipes 3 a, 3 a of the slide base 3. The first casings 28 and 28 are pivoted so as to be disposed inside the main pipes 3 a and 3 a of the slide base 3. Then, the vicinity of the apex located above the first housings 28, 28 and the first brackets 6 d, 6 d of the back support bottom 6 are pivotally connected by shaft members 31, 31.
32 and 32 are 2nd housings. The front portions of the second housings 32, 32 and the brackets 33, 33 fixed to the connecting beam 2h of the base portion 2 are pivotally connected by shaft members 34, 34. Then, the rear portions of the second housings 32, 32 and the second brackets 6e, 6e of the back support bottom 6 are pivotally connected by shaft members 35, 35. Further, an intermediate portion of the second housings 32 and 32 and a front portion of the third housings 36 and 36 are pivotally connected by shaft members 37 and 37, and the rear portions of the third housings 36 and 36 and the first housings 28 and 28 are connected. Left and right undulation links 39, 39 are formed by pivotally connecting the vicinity of the apex located at the lower portion with shaft members 38, 38.
Then, the raising and lowering mechanism 10 is configured by connecting the left and right first casings 28 and 28 with a connecting pipe 40.

The raising and lowering mechanism 10 configured as described above has the back support bottom 6 so that the back support bottom 6 and the waist support bottom 5 form the same plane and are adjacent to each other when the bed 1 is in the bed state. I support it.
The connecting pipe 40 is used to prevent the back support bottom 6 from being twisted when the back support bottom 6 is raised and lowered by operating the left and right hoisting links 39 and 39 equally and synchronously. . Further, when the back support bottom 6 is in a horizontal state, the support tools 41 and 41 that support the back support bottom 6 together with the first housings 28 and 28 and the second housings 32 and 32 are the main girders of the base portion 2. 2a is fixed to the upper surface of the front part of 2a. Further, the mat 8 is placed on the back support bottom 6 and the waist support bottom 5 on the top thereof.

Next, the raising / lowering operation | movement of the back bottom 6 by the raising / lowering mechanism 10 is demonstrated (refer FIG. 8). Note that the initial state of the bed 1 is the bed state.
First, the actuator 22 is contracted. Then, the slide base 3 slides forward, and the first housings 28, 28 of the hoisting mechanism 10 also move forward. Along with this, the third casings 36, 36 rotate the second casings 32, 32 forward and upward about the shaft members 34, 34, and the second bottoms 6 of the back support bottom 6 pivoted to the second casings 32, 32 are provided. The back support bottom 6 is rotated around the shaft members 31, 31 with the two brackets 6e, 6e as the undulation fulcrum. In accordance with these movements, the first housings 28 and 28 are also rotated forward and upward, and the back support bottom 6 is pushed upward so as to be separated from the bosses 5 c and 5 c of the waist support bottom 5. That is, the back support bottom 6 is moved forward by the hoisting mechanism 10 so as to stand up while being pushed up gradually away from the bosses 5c, 5c of the waist support bottom 5. Therefore, the backrest bottom 6 is designed so that there is no sense of incongruity between the user and the mat 8 in a state where the bent position of the user's waist and the apparent rotation center of the backrest bottom 6 are substantially coincident. Raised.
Further, when the actuator 22 is extended, the hoisting mechanism 10 operates in the reverse procedure to that described above, and the back support bottom 6 becomes horizontal while being moved rearward.
Note that the hoisting mechanism 10 is configured to operate by sliding back and forth of the slide base 3, and it goes without saying that the waist receiving bottom 5 is moved and swung simultaneously with the operation of the hoisting mechanism 10.

The substantially intermediate portions of the support plates 50 and 50 and mounting members 45e and 45e of the support frame 45 are pivotally connected by shaft members 51 and 51, respectively. Further, the upper portions of the support plates 50 and 50 and the hole portions 7b and 7b on the front side of the leg receiving bottom 7 are pivotally connected by shaft members 52 and 52, respectively. The support plates 50 and 50 are connected by a connecting pipe 53. This is for operating the left and right support plates 50, 50 equally and synchronously.
Reference numerals 54 and 54 denote rods having bearing members 54a and 54a fixed to the front ends. The rear portions of the rods 54 and 54 and the lower portions of the support plates 50 and 50 are pivotally connected by shaft members 55 and 55. The storage mechanism 11 is configured by pivotally connecting the bearing members 54a and 54a and the shaft bodies 42c and 42c of the front rotating arms 42 and 42 with shaft members 56 and 56, respectively. The rods 54 and 54 are connected by a connecting pipe 57. This functions in the same manner as the connecting pipe 53.
The storage mechanism 11 configured as described above has the leg receiving bottom 7 so that the leg receiving bottom 7 and the waist receiving bottom 5 form the same plane and are adjacent to each other when the bed 1 is in the bed state. I support it.

Next, the storing operation of the leg receiving bottom 7 by the storing mechanism 11 will be described (see FIG. 8). Note that the initial state of the bed 1 is the bed state.
First, the actuator 22 is contracted. Then, the slide table 3 slides forward. Accordingly, the rollers 44, 44 disposed on the rear turning arms 43, 43 move along the lower surface of the rear cam plates 14, 14 of the base portion 2, and the entire storage mechanism 11 moves forward. The leg receiving bottom 7 also moves forward.
When the actuator 22 is further contracted, the projections 43e and 43e of the plates 43c and 43c of the rear rotating arms 43 and 43 come into contact with the reversing shafts 15 and 15 of the base portion 2, and the rear rotating arms 43 and 43 The rollers 44, 44 arranged in 43 are fitted into grooves formed between the front cam plates 13, 13 and the rear cam plates 14, 14 of the base portion 2. Then, since the rear turning arms 43 and 43 turn downward, the front turning arms 42 and 42 also turn downward, and the support frame 45 moves forward and downward. Along with this, the rods 54, 54 operate to rotate the support plates 50, 50 counterclockwise, and move the leg receiving bottom 7 counterclockwise. That is, the leg receiving bottom 7 is moved counterclockwise while being moved forward and downward.
When the actuator 22 is further contracted, the rollers 44, 44 disposed on the rear rotating arms 43, 43 are grooves formed between the front cam plates 13, 13 and the rear cam plates 14, 14 of the base portion 2. The rear turning arms 43 and 43 turn forward and the front turning arms 42 and 42 turn forward to move the support frame 45 forward. Along with this, the rods 54 and 54 further rotate the support plates 50 and 50 counterclockwise to move the leg receiving bottom 7 further counterclockwise. That is, the leg receiving bottom 7 is moved counterclockwise while being further moved forward.
Therefore, the leg receiving bottom 7 is stored below the waist receiving bottom 5.

In addition, according to the above-mentioned storage mechanism 11, since the base part 2 constitutes a space opened rearward, even if the width of the leg receiving bottom 7 is widened, it can operate normally. Needless to say.
In addition, the storage mechanism 11 is configured to operate by sliding back and forth of the slide table 3. Simultaneously with the operation of the storage mechanism 11, the undulation mechanism 10 is operated and the waist receiving bottom 5 is slid. Needless to say, it is moved and swung.

Next, the pinching prevention means 12 disposed between the leg receiving bottom 7 and the waist receiving bottom 5 will be described with reference to FIGS.
58 and 58 are seat mounting bars bent in a substantially L shape when viewed from the front, and the seat mounting bars 58 and 58 are fixed to the lower surface of the rear portion of the frame 5a of the waist support bottom 5. An appropriate gap is provided between the seat mounting bars 58 and 58.
Reference numeral 59 denotes a loop-shaped pinching prevention sheet. This pinching prevention sheet 59 is hooked from the gap between the sheet mounting bars 58, 58 so that the sheet mounting bar 58 is inherently located on one sheet mounting bar 58. Then, the anti-pinch sheet 59 is expanded so as to cover the left and right sheet attachment bars 58, 58 substantially equally, and the anti-pinch sheet 59 is attached to the sheet attachment bars 58, 58. Further, the pinching prevention means 12 is configured by disposing the leg receiving mat 9 inside the pinching prevention sheet 59 and placing the leg receiving mat 9 on the leg receiving bottom 7. The pinching prevention sheet 59 is provided with some slack.

This pinching prevention means 12 operates as follows in accordance with the storing operation of the leg receiving bottom 7 (see FIG. 8). Note that the initial state of the bed 1 is the bed state.
When the leg receiving bottom 7 starts to move downward from the storage mechanism 11, the waist receiving bottom 5 moves relative to the leg receiving bottom 7. As a result, the seat mounting bars 58, 58 pull up the pinching prevention sheet 59 and stretch the curtain to the pinching prevention sheet 59, and a space formed between the waist receiving bottom 5 and the leg receiving bottom 7 in the pinching prevention sheet 59. It acts so as to block the rear side opening.
Further, by the forward movement of the leg receiving bottom 7 by the storage mechanism 11, the waist receiving bottom 5 moves rearward relative to the leg receiving bottom 7. As a result, the sheet mounting bars 58 and 58 are moved while the anti-pinch sheet 59 is moved up, and the anti-pinch sheet 59 is placed on the anti-pinch sheet 59 while maintaining the state where the anti-pinch sheet 59 is stretched. Acts to push the object backwards.

Therefore, according to this pinching prevention means 12, when the leg receiving bottom 7 is stored with some object (foreign matter) placed on the leg receiving mat 9, the pinching prevention sheet 59 is placed between the waist receiving bottom 5 and the legs. Since it acts to block the rear side opening of the space between the receiving bottom 7 and push the object placed on the pinching prevention sheet 59 backward, the foreign matter acts as the waist receiving bottom 5 and the leg receiving bottom. 7 and the bed 1 can be prevented from being damaged. Similarly, it is possible to prevent the user's lower leg or foot lying on the bed 1 from being sandwiched between the waist receiving bottom 5 and the leg receiving bottom 7, and the bed 1 can be made highly safe. .

It is optimal that the width dimension of the pinching prevention sheet 59 matches the width dimension of the leg receiving mat 9. This is to eliminate as much as possible the portion where the pinching prevention sheet 59 does not act from the upper surface of the leg receiving mat 9.
Further, in the pinching prevention means 12 of the present embodiment, the pinching prevention sheet 59 is disposed so that the sheet mounting bars 58 and 58 and the leg receiving mat 9 are included. The same operation and effect as the present embodiment can be obtained.
For example, the pinching prevention sheet 59 may be disposed so that the leg receiving bottom 7 is also located inside the pinching prevention sheet 59. In addition, one end of the pinching prevention sheet that is not configured in a loop shape is fixed to the front end side of the leg receiving mat 9 or the leg receiving bottom 7, and the other end is fixed to the leg receiving mat 9 via the seat mounting bars 58 and 58. Alternatively, it may be fixed to the rear end side of the leg receiving bottom 7. That is, an anti-pinch sheet is disposed between the waist-receiving bottom 5 and the leg-receiving bottom 7 so as to cover at least the upper surface of the leg-receiving bottom 7 and the seat mounting bars 58, 58, thereby constituting the anti-pinch means. Just do it.
Further, in the present embodiment, the seat mounting bars 58, 58 are configured to have a pair of left and right and a gap between them, but instead of the seat mounting bars 58, 58, the waist receiving bottom 5 A part of this may be used as a seat mounting bar. An example is shown below (see FIG. 9). The waist receiving bottom 60 is configured such that the rear portion is bent rearward and downward, and a pinching prevention sheet 59 is suspended from a portion bent downward thereafter. If it does in this way, the pinching prevention sheet 59 will be slid by the waist receiving bottom 60 by the action | operation of the storage mechanism 11. FIG. That is, when a part of the waist support bottom is used as the seat mounting bar, the waist that can be suspended so that the pinching prevention sheet is slid to the waist support bottom by the operation of the waist support bottom accompanying the operation of the storage mechanism 11. It is good to constitute a receiving bottom. According to this, the structure of the pinching prevention means can be simplified.
Further, instead of the pair of left and right seat mounting bars 58, 58, an integrally configured seat mounting bar may be used. Even if the pinching prevention means is configured as described above, the same operation and effect as the present embodiment can be obtained.

In this embodiment, the backrest bottom 6 is raised and lowered, the leg rest bottom 7 is retracted, and the waist rest bottom 5 is moved back and forth and rocked by the operation of the back and forth sliding motion of the slide base 3. Thus, in the bed 1 that can be easily transformed into a bed state and a sofa state, the pinching prevention means is illustrated, but the pinching prevention means according to the present invention can store the leg-side bottom at least below the back-side bottom. Can be used in bed.
