Description

The present invention relates to a heat-shrinkable label in which an ink layer is laminated on a heat-shrinkable label main body provided with a heat-shrinkable transparent substrate film and a transparent adhesive layer provided on the back side of the transparent substrate film, and The present invention relates to a container with a heat-shrinkable label.

Conventionally, as this type of heat-shrinkable label, ultraviolet curable ink has been used as an ink for forming an ink layer because it is excellent in fine character expression, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, etc., and the ink layer is heat-shrinkable. The thing laminated | stacked on the surface of the label main body is known (for example, patent document 1).

However, the above-mentioned conventional heat-shrinkable label causes ink cracking (a lot of fine cracks, cracks and distortions are generated in the ink layer) when it is heat-shrinked, and becomes cloudy, and characters and designs displayed by the ink layer Is discolored and the gloss is lost, and the characters such as product names and handling precautions, images, etc. are unclear.
In particular, when the heat-shrinkable label is highly shrunk when the container is mounted, the above problem is remarkable. For example, when judging the contents by the color of the label such as medical eye drops, the label is discolored and the contents are discriminated. It may be difficult.

Therefore, there is a demand for an ink that does not cause ink cracking, does not become cloudy, does not change gloss, and does not change color.

In view of the above-mentioned conventional problems and demands, the present invention is not heat-shrinkable by not causing ink cracking due to heat shrinkage while having an ink layer made of ultraviolet curable ink, and does not change gloss and does not change color. The challenge is to provide a label.

The inventors of the present invention have intensively studied for the purpose of solving the above problems, and as a result, found that the above problems can be solved by laminating the ink layer on the back side of the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, thereby completing the present invention. It came.

Since the back surface coloring ink layer is laminated | stacked on the transparent adhesive layer provided in the back surface side of the transparent base film, the back surface coloring ink layer can be visually recognized from the front side.
In addition, when the label is heat-shrinked, distortion of the back-side colored ink layer that cannot follow the shrinkage of the transparent base film can be relaxed by the transparent adhesive layer. This has the advantage of suppressing discoloration due to white turbidity of the colored ink layer. Therefore, for example, characters such as product names and handling precautions displayed by the back color ink layer, images, etc. are clear even after contraction, and discoloration such as design / identification display can be suppressed.
Furthermore, by using a back colored ink layer, the surface gloss can be maintained because of the transparent substrate film on the label surface side.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the heat-shrinkable label of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front side schematic view of the heat-shrinkable label 1 of the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the heat-shrinkable label 1 of the present embodiment is formed in a substantially rectangular sheet shape, and is formed with two regions having different planned shrinkage amounts.
That is, a high shrinkage region 50 having a larger expected shrinkage amount (shrinkage rate of 10% or more) and a low shrinkage region 51 having a smaller expected shrinkage amount (shrinkage rate of less than 5%) when being attached to a container or the like. Is formed.
A perforation 12 is provided near the boundary between the high shrinkage region 50 and the low shrinkage region 51 so as to cross in the width direction.
For example, characters such as product names and handling precautions, images, and the like are printed on both the high shrinkage area 50 and the low shrinkage area 51.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line aa ′ of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the heat-shrinkable label 1 of the present embodiment is a transparent substrate comprising a heat-shrinkable transparent base film 13 and a transparent adhesive layer 14 laminated on the back side of the transparent base film 13. A label body 2 and ink layers 15 and 16 laminated on the transparent label body 2 are provided.
The ink layers 15 and 16 are made of ultraviolet (UV) curable ink. Specifically, the ink layers 15 and 16 are laminated on the transparent label body 2 by curing the ultraviolet (UV) curable ink.
In the heat-shrinkable label 1 of this embodiment, the ink layers 15 and 16 are partially laminated on the high-shrinkage region 50 on the back side of the transparent label body 2 (that is, the back side of the transparent adhesive layer 14). The back-surface colored ink layer 15 and the surface-colored ink layer 16 laminated on the low shrinkage region 51 on the front surface side are provided. In addition, a transparent protective film 17 for protecting the surface coloring ink layer 16 is laminated on the low shrinkage region 51 on the surface side of the transparent label body 2. In addition, this protective film 17 may be laminated | stacked only on the part corresponding to the surface coloring ink layer 16, and may be laminated | stacked so that the whole surface side of the transparent label main body 2 may be protected. Further, a release paper 30 is stuck on the back side of the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 and the back-side colored ink layer 15 to prevent stickiness and the like by the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 during storage and transportation. It has been.
The back colored ink layer 15 is disposed in the high shrinkage region 50, and the front colored ink layer 16 is disposed in the low shrinkage region 51. The back-colored ink layer 15 may be laminated on the low shrinkage region 51.

The back-colored ink layer 15 and the surface-colored ink layer 16 are layers for displaying characters such as product names and handling items, images, etc., and are directly transparent label bodies by printing by a conventional printing method such as letterpress rotary printing or flexographic printing. 2 are stacked.
Moreover, the said back surface coloring ink layer 15 is formed for front side visual recognition. That is, characters such as product names and handling precautions, images, etc. are printed and laminated so that the characters such as product names and precautions are recognized when viewed from the surface side of the transparent base film 13. Has been.

The transparent adhesive layer 14 is directly laminated on the transparent base film 13. The back colored ink layer 15 is directly laminated on the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14, and the front colored ink layer 16 is directly laminated on the transparent substrate film 13.
In this embodiment, since the back colored ink layer 15 is laminated via the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14, the distortion of the back colored ink layer 15 that cannot follow the shrinkage of the transparent base film 13 is caused by the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14. Since the ink can be sufficiently relaxed, ink cracking can be prevented, white turbidity can be suppressed, and the back colored ink layer 15 can be seen through the transparent base film 13, so that the gloss can be maintained by the transparent base film 13.
In the heat-shrinkable label in the present embodiment, white turbidity becomes prominent by shrinking the heat-shrinkable label by 10% or more, but at the time of heat-shrinking, the low-shrinkage region 51 of the heat-shrinkable label is the transparent Since the transparent adhesive layer 14 laminated on the base film 13 is fixed to the container, the shrinkage of the transparent base film 13 is less than 5% in the low shrinkage region 51, and the surface of the transparent base film 13 is reduced. Even if the surface-colored ink layer 16 is laminated directly on the side without any other, almost no ink cracking occurs, so there is almost no risk of cloudiness.
In this embodiment, when the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 is directly laminated on the transparent base film 13, when the back surface colored ink layer 15 is directly laminated on the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14, the surface colored ink layer Although the case where 16 is directly laminated | stacked on the transparent base film 13 was demonstrated, in order to improve the adhesiveness of the transparent adhesive layer 14 and the transparent base film 13, or the back coloring ink layer 15 and the transparent adhesive layer 14 An anchor agent may be applied between the surface coloring ink layer 16 and the transparent base film 13 in order to improve the adhesion between the surface coloring ink layer 16 and the transparent base film 13.

As the transparent base film 13, for example, a heat-shrinkable film mainly stretched in a uniaxial direction made of a polyvinyl chloride resin, a polystyrene resin, a polyethylene resin, a polyester resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, a polypropylene resin, or the like. Can be used.
The thickness of the transparent substrate film 13 is preferably 10 to 100 μm, and more preferably 20 to 80 μm.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive constituting the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 is not particularly limited, and for example, a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, a vinyl ether-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, a urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, or the like can be used.
10-50 micrometers is preferable and, as for the thickness of this transparent adhesive layer 14, about 25 micrometers is more preferable.
If the thickness of the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 is 10 μm or more, the distortion of the back colored ink layer 15 that cannot follow the shrinkage of the transparent base film 13 can be sufficiently relaxed, and ink cracking can be more reliably suppressed. It is possible to suppress white turbidity.
On the other hand, when the thickness of the transparent adhesive layer 14 exceeds 50 μm, the back colored ink layer 15 cannot be printed on the transparent adhesive layer 14 successfully.

Specifically, the heat-shrinkable label 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape by being wound around the body portion 20 of the container body 11, and the neck portion 22 above the body portion 20 and the cap portion 10 (small diameter portion) attached to the neck portion 22. A high shrinkage region 50 is disposed on the side, a low shrinkage region 51 is disposed on the body 20 (large diameter portion) side of the container body 11, and a sewing machine is provided near the shoulder portion 21 at the boundary between the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion. The container is mounted on the container 3 by being wound around the eyes 12 and heat shrinking.
At the time of heat shrinkage, the high shrinkage region 50 disposed in the small diameter portion is greatly shrunk so as to be in close contact with the small diameter portion. However, since the back-side colored ink layer 15 as described above is laminated, ink cracking is caused. There is no risk of occurrence, and the display of characters, designs, etc. by the back colored ink layer 15 is clear and there is no risk of discoloration. When transparent colored ink is used for the back colored ink layer 15, it is effective because it does not become cloudy and opaque.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the heat-shrinkable labeled container 4 of the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 4, the heat-shrinkable label 1 is attached in a state of being in close contact from the cap portion 10 to the body portion 20 of the container main body 11 by heat shrinkage. At the time of heat shrinkage, the high shrinkage region 50 shrinks more than the low shrinkage region 51 and adheres along the shape of the small diameter portion.

As described above, according to the heat-shrinkable label 1 attached in a state of being in close contact from the cap part 10 to the body part 20 of the container main body 11, the virgin sealing performance of the cap part 10 is also guaranteed.
Further, since the perforation 12 is provided in the vicinity of the boundary between the high shrinkage region 50 and the low shrinkage region 51, the perforation 12 is opened by rotating the cap part 10, and the cap part 10 and the container body 11 can be separated and the container 3 can be opened.
In addition, in the high shrinkage region 50 in close contact with the neck portion 22 above the trunk portion 20 and the cap portion 10 attached to the neck portion 22, the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 is partially (back surface colored ink layer) by the back surface colored ink layer 15. 15), the adhesive force is suppressed, and after opening, the high-shrinkable region 50 of the heat-shrinkable label 1 is easily peeled off from the neck portion 22 above the trunk portion 20 and the cap portion 10 attached to the neck portion 22. can do.
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, A various design change is possible in the range which this invention intends.
