Description

The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar spacer, which is attached to a vertical reinforcing bar, a horizontal reinforcing bar, or a diagonal reinforcing bar arranged in a formwork, and the interval (cover thickness) between these reinforcing bars and the formwork (dam plate), or It was developed as a reinforcing bar spacer that can accurately maintain the distance between these reinforcing bars.

In construction and civil engineering work, a rebar spacer commonly known as a donut-shaped spacer is known as a rebar spacer to correctly maintain the space between the rebars placed in the formwork and the formwork (dam plate). Yes.

As this type of reinforcing bar spacer, for example, a reinforcing bar spacer as shown in FIG. 5 is known. The reinforcing bar spacer 10 is formed in a circular plate shape from a synthetic resin or the like, a reinforcing bar insertion hole 10a is formed at the center, and a reinforcing bar introduction slit 10b communicating with the reinforcing bar insertion hole 10a is formed at a side portion thereof.

For example, in order to attach the reinforcing bar spacer 10 to the vertical reinforcing bar 12 arranged in the formwork 11, the vertical reinforcing bar 12 is strongly pushed into the reinforcing bar insertion hole 10a from the reinforcing bar introduction slit 10b, thereby the reinforcing bar spacer 10 is moved. It can be attached to the vertical reinforcing bar 12 (Patent Document 1).
JP-A-10-238018 JP-A-10-159259 JP 08-27956 A

However, since the reinforcing bar spacer 10 is simply attached by passing the vertical reinforcing bar 12 through the central reinforcing bar insertion hole 10a, the concrete 13 as the volume of the concrete 13 placed in the mold 11 increases. Pushed up with the concrete 13 in some cases.

Moreover, the inside of the concrete 13 may float by the vibration of a vibrator (not shown) used for compacting the concrete 13. For this reason, even if it was able to be attached at an accurate position at the beginning, the position may be shifted thereafter.

In addition, the concrete may be deformed due to pumping and levitation, or due to heat in the summer, and as a result, the cover thickness of the concrete may not be maintained accurately or may fall off, making it impossible to function as a spacer. It was.

Furthermore, since the inner diameter of the reinforcing bar insertion hole 10a is almost determined along with the manufacture of the reinforcing bar spacer, the diameter cannot be freely expanded or reduced. Therefore, there is a problem that management and handling tend to be very complicated.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and a reinforcing bar spacer that can be accurately and firmly attached to a predetermined position of a reinforcing bar and that can also be freely adapted to a reinforcing bar having a different type of diameter. The purpose is to provide.

The reinforcing bar spacer according to claim 1 is attached to the reinforcing bar arranged in the mold and is formed in a concave shape that opens to the side in the reinforcing bar spacer that keeps a distance between the reinforcing bar and the mold. A spacer body comprising a reinforcing bar gripping part for gripping the reinforcing bar, and a spacing holding part projecting around the reinforcing bar gripping part and interposed between the reinforcing bar and the formwork, and the reinforcing bar gripping part. It is attached and formed from the fixing member which presses the side part of the said reinforcing bar, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

The present invention is attached to a vertical reinforcing bar, a horizontal reinforcing bar, a diagonal reinforcing bar, etc., arranged in a formwork, and the interval (cover thickness) between these reinforcing bars and the formwork (dam plate), or these reinforcing bars. This is a spacer for rebar that can keep the distance between each other accurately. Especially, it can be attached to the rebar very easily and firmly just by tightening the fixing member attached to the rebar gripping part. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent lifting and dropping due to the concrete pressure or vibration during compaction by a vibrator.

In this case, the reinforcing bar gripping part and the interval holding part of the spacer body can be integrally formed of synthetic resin, mortar, etc., and a metal wire such as a wire, a metal mesh material, or a steel plate can be used as a reinforcing core material. By embedding, the strength can be remarkably increased.

In particular, the interval holding portion may be provided so as to project symmetrically in two directions around the reinforcing bar gripping portion or radially in three or four directions. Moreover, by providing a hole in the interval holding portion, not only can the concrete pressure when placing concrete be reduced, but also the filling property of the concrete can be remarkably improved. The shape and size of the holes in this case are not particularly limited as long as the strength of the interval holding part is not significantly reduced.

As the fixing member, for example, a tapping screw or a nail, in particular, a wing screw that can be screwed directly into the reinforcing bar gripping portion by turning with a fingertip is desirable. Moreover, it is desirable to attach the fixing member in a direction in which the reinforcing bar is pressed inward of the reinforcing bar gripping portion.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the reinforcing bar spacer according to the first aspect, characterized in that the interval holding portion protrudes in at least two directions around the reinforcing bar gripping portion.

The reinforcing bar spacer according to claim 3 is the reinforcing bar spacer according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the interval holding portion is formed in a fan shape.

The reinforcing bar spacer according to claim 4 is the reinforcing bar spacer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the fixing member is a tapping screw or a nail made of metal or synthetic resin. .

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the reinforcing bar spacer according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein a clip that prevents the reinforcing bar from being detached is attached to the reinforcing bar gripping portion. .

The clip in this case may be, for example, a hard synthetic resin, a wire, a thin steel plate, or the like formed in a U-shape so that it can be inserted into the reinforcing bar introduction port from the side surface side in the same manner as the spacer body. In addition, you may just bind a reinforcing-bar inlet with a binding wire etc., without using such a clip.

The present invention can be particularly easily and firmly attached to a reinforcing bar simply by tightening a fixing member attached to a reinforcing bar gripping portion, and this enables concrete pressure when placing concrete or compaction by a vibrator. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent lifting and dropping off due to vibrations.

Further, if the concrete cover on the reinforcing bar is constant, it is possible to deal with a single type of reinforcing bar having a different diameter over a considerable range, which is extremely economical.

1A to 1D show an example of a reinforcing bar spacer of the present invention attached to a vertical reinforcing bar in a formwork. In the figure, the reinforcing bar spacer 1 holds a vertical reinforcing bar 2 from its side surface. A spacer main body 3 comprising a reinforcing bar gripping portion 3a formed by opening in a concave shape on the side so as to obtain, and a space holding portion 3b provided around the reinforcing bar 2 and interposed between the vertical reinforcing bar 2 and the mold 4 And a fixing screw 5 that is screwed into the reinforcing bar gripping part 3a from the outside to the inside thereof and presses the side part of the vertical reinforcing bar 2 strongly.

The reinforcing bar gripping portion 3a and the interval holding portion 3b are integrally formed in a circular plate shape from an elastic material such as hard synthetic resin. Further, the inner diameter of the reinforcing bar gripping portion 3a is the same as the outer diameter of the vertical reinforcing bar 2, or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the vertical reinforcing bar 2, and the opening width of the reinforcing bar introduction port 3c formed on the side thereof is as follows. It is formed slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the vertical reinforcing bar 2.

Therefore, if the reinforcing bar introduction port 3c of the reinforcing bar gripping part 3a is pressed strongly against the side part of the vertical reinforcing bar 2, the reinforcing bar introduction port 3c is opened and the vertical reinforcing bar 2 is inserted into the reinforcing bar holding part 3a.

Further, when the vertical reinforcing bar 2 is inserted into the reinforcing bar gripping part 3a, the reinforcing bar introduction port 3c returns to the original opening width, and therefore the vertical reinforcing bar 2 is not easily detached from the reinforcing bar gripping part 3a.

One or a plurality of through-holes 3d are formed in the interval holding portion 3b so as not to receive as much concrete side pressure as possible when concrete is placed in the mold 4. The shape of the through-hole 3d may be a simple circle, but the shape and size are not limited unless there is a problem particularly with respect to the strength of the interval holding portion 3b.

The fixing screw 5 is a wood screw or a butterfly screw that can be tightened by directly rotating with a fingertip. The fixing screw 5 is directly screwed into the reinforcing bar gripping part 3a from the outside, and the tip part 5a thereof is the reinforcing bar gripping part 3a. And the side part of the vertical reinforcing bar 2 is strongly pressed. For this reason, even when the diameter of the vertical reinforcing bar 2 is slightly small and the inner diameter of the reinforcing bar gripping portion 3a is slack, the spacer main body 3 can be securely fixed to the vertical reinforcing bar 2.

When the fixing screw 5 cannot be tightened well because the distance holding portion 3b is obstructive, the fixing screw 5 is slightly inclined in the direction of the out-of-plane direction of the spacer body 2 as shown in FIG. It has been entered. Further, when there is a possibility that the reinforcing bar introduction port 3c is opened and detached from the vertical reinforcing bar 2, a clip 6 as shown in FIG. 1D, for example, is attached to the reinforcing bar introduction port 3c.

The clip 6 in this case is formed in a U shape so that it can be inserted into the reinforcing bar introduction port 3c from the side thereof from a hard synthetic resin, a wire, a thin steel plate or the like, like the spacer body 3, Stopper stoppers 6a and 6a are respectively formed. Note that the reinforcing bar inlet 3c may be simply bound by a binding wire or the like without using such a clip.

Further, the fixing screw 5 may be screwed into two places as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), for example.

FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show modifications of the reinforcing bar spacer, and in both cases, the spacer body 3 has a space holding portion 3b formed in a fan shape. In particular, in the case of the reinforcing bar spacers shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 3C, the spacing holding portions 3b, 3b are provided symmetrically on both sides of the reinforcing bar gripping portion 3a, and FIG. In the case of the reinforcing bar spacers shown in a), (b), and (c), the interval holding parts 3b and 3b project radially from the three directions of the reinforcing bar gripping part 3a.

The spacer for reinforcing bars of the present invention can be securely and firmly attached to the reinforcing bars arranged in the mold, and the interval between the reinforcing bars and the mold (dam plate) (cover thickness) and the interval between the reinforcing bars are set. It can be held accurately.
