Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a three-dimensional non-woven fabric in which a large number of non-woven string-like wiping materials are arranged on a base fabric, and a dust mop composed of the three-dimensional non-woven fabric.
An example of a dust mop composed of this type of three-dimensional nonwoven fabric is disclosed in Patent Document 1. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 of the present application, the dust mop disclosed in this document has a basic structure in which a large number of nonwoven fabric string-like wipes b are arranged and fixed on one side of a nonwoven fabric base fabric a. ing. As the string-like wiping material b, an appropriate number of rope-shaped non-woven fabrics are formed in a rope-knitted shape and cut into pieces of a predetermined length. A large number of such string-like wiping materials b are arranged on a strip-shaped nonwoven fabric intermediate material c, and an intermediate portion of each string-like wiping material b is fixed to the intermediate material c by, for example, heat welding. Thus, an intermediate material c carrying a large number of string-like wiping materials b in parallel is further fixed to one side of the base fabric a. Such a dust mop in which most of the constituent members are formed of non-woven fabric is not expected to be used repeatedly, and is eventually discarded as a disposable cotton. Unlike a dust mop provided with a string wiping material, it is desired to be lightweight and low cost while having high performance.
Such a dust mop is attached to the mop head so that the surface on which a large number of wiping materials b are provided faces downward, and is used for cleaning work such as dust removal on the floor or wiping off moisture. With respect to dust, such a dust mop is superior in dust trapping ability and dust holding ability to determine superiority or inferiority in performance.
Since the dust mop disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a structure in which each string-like wiping material b is attached so as to follow the base cloth a, as can be seen from FIG. 10 of the present application, There is a problem like this.
That is, even when the dust mop is pressed against the floor or the like, each string-like wiping material b looks like sleeping along the base cloth a, and the contact portion with respect to the floor or the like is limited to the lower surface portion of each string-like wiping material b. Therefore, the dust trapping action is not so high. Along with this, the captured dust is difficult to be sent between the wiping material b and the base cloth a, and therefore there is a difficulty in dust retention. For this reason, the captured dust is released again, and an inefficient situation such as soiling the floor or the like may occur.
Moreover, the arrangement | positioning pitch about the longitudinal direction of the wiping material with respect to a base fabric respond | corresponds with the longitudinal dimension of a wiping material, As a result, the arrangement | positioning density of the wiping material with respect to a base fabric cannot be raised so much. This is also a factor that makes it impossible to improve dust trapping ability and dust holding ability.
The present invention has been conceived under the circumstances described above, and provides a three-dimensional non-woven fabric excellent in dust trapping property, dust retention, oil absorption and water absorption, and a dust mop composed of this three-dimensional non-woven fabric. The task is to do.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following technical means.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric is provided. This three-dimensional non-woven fabric is a three-dimensional non-woven fabric formed by attaching a large number of non-woven fabric string-like wipes to a base fabric, and the string-like wipes are obtained by cutting the edges of a substantially rectangular non-woven fabric material in a straight line, It is characterized in that one or a plurality of strip-shaped scrap materials whose width changes in the longitudinal direction are aligned and processed by one-twisting. Suitably, the width | variety of a strip | belt-shaped waste material is fluctuate | varied in the range of 10-40 mm, and a single twist process is performed in the ratio of 20-30 times / 1000mm.
The string-like wiping material in the three-dimensional nonwoven fabric having such a configuration is a state in which a straight portion and a twisted portion are mixed when viewed from the side. Moreover, the front-end | tip part of this string-like wiping material is a substantially spiral shape including a folding part, and is the state in which the united part and the opening part were mixed. Therefore, since this string-like wiping material can come into contact with an object to be cleaned such as a floor in various aspects in contact angle, contact area, contact stress, and the like, the three-dimensional nonwoven fabric has a dust trapping property, and Excellent dust retention.
In this solid nonwoven fabric, a nonwoven fabric is used as a string-like wiping material. This nonwoven fabric has excellent oil absorption and water absorption due to the capillary action in its microstructure. The oil-absorbing performance and water-absorbing performance can be further enhanced by appropriately selecting the fiber material constituting the nonwoven fabric. In addition, as the string-like wiping material, it is preferable to use what is generated as an end material (scrap material) when manufacturing industrial materials, sanitary goods (such as diapers), and the like. That is, a non-woven fabric that is cut to an appropriate size and is preferable as a string-like wiping material can be obtained at a low cost. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the production cost of the three-dimensional nonwoven fabric by using such end materials.
Preferably, the base fabric is formed with a plurality of rows of a plurality of string-through holes opened at a predetermined pitch, and in each row of the string-through holes, each adjacent two string-through holes include a base fabric. Both ends of the string-like wiping material having an intermediate portion located on the back side and having a predetermined length are passed from the back side of the base fabric to the front side, and both ends of the cord-like wiping material are on the surface side of the base fabric In FIG.
In a preferred embodiment, in each row of the threading holes formed in the base fabric, the nth and n + 1th (n is a positive integer; the same shall apply hereinafter) threading holes are provided on the back side of the base fabric. Both ends of the n-th string-like wiping material having an intermediate portion and a predetermined length are n + 1-th string together with one end of the (n-1) -th string-like wiping material for the n-th string passage hole. For the through hole, together with the other end of the (n + 1) th string-like wiping material, the end of each string-like wiping material that is passed from the back side of the base fabric to the front side and drawn to the surface side of the base fabric is the base fabric. Is in a standing state.
In such a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric, the ends of the string-like wiping material extending to the surface side of the base fabric are in an upright state. Therefore, when wiping off the dirt (dust) in the soiled area with this three-dimensional nonwoven fabric, the three-dimensional nonwoven fabric and the dirt site are moved relative to each other so that the wiping material swings in the direction of relative movement, so that many parts of the wiping material are uniformly soiled. The site can be contacted. Therefore, this solid nonwoven fabric can efficiently capture dirt (dust) at the dirt site. In addition, each wiping material has a narrowed diameter in the string-through hole of the base fabric, but the portion exposed on the surface side of the base fabric is expanded by the restoring elasticity of the nonwoven fabric. As for this wiping material, the exposed part with respect to a base fabric has stood up, and the arrangement density can be selected appropriately. Therefore, an appropriate dust holding space can be formed near the surface of the base fabric by selecting an appropriate arrangement density. Therefore, this solid nonwoven fabric is also excellent in dust retention, and can prevent the captured dust from detaching as much as possible.
In a preferred embodiment, the string-like wiping material is a nonwoven fabric made of polypropylene fiber, a nonwoven fabric made of polyester fiber, a nonwoven fabric made of polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber, a nonwoven fabric made of rayon fiber, or a polyester fiber, rayon fiber, and polyethylene fiber. In a predetermined ratio. Of course, the string-like wiping material in the present invention is not limited to the above.
Such a string-like wiping material can further enhance the oil-absorbing or water-absorbing performance due to the capillary action in the microstructure. Non-woven fabric made of polypropylene fiber, non-woven fabric made of polyester fiber, and non-woven fabric made of polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber are suitable for enhancing the oil absorption of the string-like wiping material, and the non-woven fabric made of rayon fiber and the polyester fiber A nonwoven fabric containing rayon fibers and polyethylene fibers in a predetermined ratio is suitable for increasing the water absorption of the string-like wiping material.
In a preferred embodiment, the base fabric has a cotton layer made of synthetic resin fibers on the front side and the back side of a plain weave fabric made of synthetic resin tape yarn, and the cotton layer and the plain weave fabric are bonded by needling. Has a structure.
Since the base fabric in such a form has a multilayer structure, it itself has a relatively large thickness. Further, since the plain woven fabric is included as a core material, it is strong against pulling in the weft and warp directions, and a sufficient holding force for the string-like wiping material passing through the string-through hole can be obtained. Therefore, the string-like wiping material can be held without inadvertently coming off the base fabric without using any other fixing means such as adhesion. Moreover, the standing state of the base part of the site | part extended from the base fabric of a string-like wiping material is maintained, and, thereby, appropriate dust retention property is ensured.
In a preferred embodiment, the synthetic resin is a polyester resin. Since the polyester resin has a relatively high strength, the dimensional stability of the base fabric and thus the three-dimensional nonwoven fabric is further improved. Therefore, in this three-dimensional nonwoven fabric, it can suppress that an unevenness | corrugation generate | occur | produces by deform | transforming.
In a preferred embodiment, a dust adsorbent is applied to the surface side of the base fabric. In this way, the dust trapping property is further enhanced.
In another preferred embodiment, the string-like wiping material is lined with a monofilament made of synthetic resin. In this way, it is possible to expect a brushing effect, and the overall performance as a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric is further enhanced by removing dust from the dirt removal target and subsequent dust capture.
In yet another preferred embodiment, the string-like wiping material is lined with an electret-processed non-woven fabric strip. In this way, it is expected that dust capture performance is improved by electrostatic adsorption.
In still another preferred embodiment, the string-like wiping material is lined with a non-woven fabric band coated with an adsorbent. This can also be expected to improve dust capture performance.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a dust mop is provided. This dust mop is for mounting on a mop head, and is characterized by being constituted by a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric provided by the first aspect of the present invention. This dust mop has the same effect as the three-dimensional nonwoven fabric provided by the first aspect of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, the base fabric has a width corresponding to the width in the short direction of the mop head, and an auxiliary fabric having a predetermined width for mounting on the mop head is provided on both side edges of the base fabric. Are connected.
Other features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the detailed description given below with reference to the drawings.
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 show an embodiment of a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric X according to the present invention. The three-dimensional nonwoven fabric X has a configuration in which a large number of string-
In the present embodiment, the
The string-
The nonwoven fabric constituting the string-
FIG. 4 shows an example of a technique for holding the string-
The string-
In the three-dimensional nonwoven fabric X, a nonwoven fabric is used as the string-
As clearly shown in FIG. 2, in the three-dimensional nonwoven fabric X, the string-
Since the

Below, the cleaning tool which mounts the dust mop comprised including the three-dimensional nonwoven fabric X as an application example of the above-mentioned three-dimensional nonwoven fabric X is demonstrated.
5 and 6 show an example of a
7 and 8 show the
The
The
The
As clearly shown in FIG. 8, in the
Of course, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and all modifications within the scope of the matters described in the claims are all included in the scope of the present invention.
The structure including the three-dimensional non-woven fabric X is not limited to the

Furthermore, the string-
