本発明は、光学用途に好適な、ラクトン環含有重合体を主成分として含む熱可塑性樹脂成形材およびその製造方法に関する。詳しくは、機械的強度に非常に優れた、ラクトン環含有重合体を主成分として含む熱可塑性樹脂成形材およびその製造方法に関する。 The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin molding material containing, as a main component, a lactone ring-containing polymer suitable for optical applications, and a method for producing the same . 本発明が解決しようとする課題は、高透明性かつ高耐熱性を有するとともに機械的強度に非常に優れた、熱可塑性樹脂成形材およびその製造方法を提供することにある。 The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a thermoplastic resin molding material having high transparency and high heat resistance and excellent mechanical strength and a method for producing the same.
本発明者は、上記課題を解決するべく鋭意検討を行った。その結果、ラクトン環含有重合体を主成分として含む熱可塑性樹脂材料に対して延伸処理を施すことにより、伸度が著しく高くなって靭性が向上し、高透明性かつ高耐熱性を維持したまま、引張強度が100MPa以上という従来にはない優れた機械的強度を有する新規な熱可塑性樹脂成形材を提供できることを見出した。
すなわち、本発明にかかる熱可塑性樹脂成形材は、ラクトン環含有重合体を主成分として含む熱可塑性樹脂材料を延伸してなる。
また、本発明にかかる熱可塑性樹脂成形材の製造方法は、ラクトン環含有重合体を主成分として含む熱可塑性樹脂材料を延伸する。
The present inventor has intensively studied to solve the above problems. As a result, by subjecting a thermoplastic resin material containing a lactone ring-containing polymer as a main component to stretching, the elongation is remarkably increased and the toughness is improved, while maintaining high transparency and high heat resistance. The present inventors have found that a novel thermoplastic resin molding material having an unprecedented mechanical strength with a tensile strength of 100 MPa or more can be provided.

Moreover, the manufacturing method of the thermoplastic resin molding material concerning this invention extends | stretches the thermoplastic resin material which contains a lactone ring containing polymer as a main component.
