Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a core ground connection terminal in a transformer, and more particularly to a core ground connection terminal capable of reliably taking a core ground with a simple configuration and a simple process. It is.

As one of noise countermeasures for a transformer mounted on a wiring board, conventionally, the core of the transformer is connected to, for example, an land for grounding on the wiring board.

As such a conventional technique, for example, the following is known. This prior art uses a metal plate having conductivity and elasticity as a material, a main surface portion having an outer shape substantially equal to the planar shape of the transformer main body, and the first core member and the second core from both side edges in the width direction of the main surface portion. A pair of holding pieces each bent to correspond to both side surfaces facing the combination part of the core members, and bent from one side edge in the length direction of the main surface portion to become the ground terminal A holder member integrally formed with the mounting piece, the holder member holding the first core member and the second core member between the pair of holding pieces and holding the combined state; The coil member attached to the first and second core members is also held together and combined with the transformer main body, and the mounting piece is soldered to the land on the wiring board to be the first core member. And second core member A - scan is taken (e.g., refer to Patent Document 1).

In contrast to the conventional technique in which the first and second core members and the holder members for holding the coil members are provided with mounting pieces that act as the ground terminals, the following simple method is also generally used. Has been done. First, one method is a method in which a copper foil is attached to the core, a conductive wire is soldered to the copper foil, and the other end of the conductive wire is entangled with the ground terminal of the transformer and soldered. In another method, a metal terminal is inserted into the gap between the core and the transformer, and the other end of the metal terminal is connected to the ground terminal of the wiring board.
JP 2002-343651 A (pages 3 to 5, FIGS. 1 to 5).

In the prior art described in Patent Document 1, since the main purpose is to hold the first and second core members and the coil member, the holder member mainly includes a main surface portion having an outer shape substantially equal to the planar shape of the transformer main body. And the holder member is combined with the transformer main body so as to sandwich the first and second core members by the pair of holding pieces formed on the main surface portion and hold the coil member. After that, the mounting piece to be the ground terminal is arranged on the transformer body. For this reason, it cannot be said that it is a thing of a simple structure and a simple process at the point of the grounding of a core. Further, in one simple method, there is a risk of disconnection in the conductive wire connecting the copper foil and the ground terminal, and in another simple method, the metal terminal inserted into the gap between the core and the transformer falls off. There is a fear. For this reason, there is a problem that the grounding of the core lacks certainty.

Therefore, a technical problem to be solved in order to ensure the grounding of the core with a simple configuration and a simple process arises, and the present invention aims to solve this problem.

Moreover, even if the distance between the pair of sandwiching pieces is formed so that the distance between the pair of sandwiching pieces is gradually narrowed by increasing the distance between the tip parts to be equal to or greater than the thickness of the opposing surface part of the core, the pair of sandwiching pieces can be easily fitted into the core Sex is obtained.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, at least one of the pair of sandwich pieces includes a substantially central portion in the width direction along a folding line with the main surface portion and a bent portion with the main surface portion. A core ground connection terminal according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a slit is formed from the tip to the tip.

According to this configuration, the pair of sandwiching pieces can be more easily fitted into the core, and at least one of the sandwiching pieces is divided into two by the slit, so that the contactability of the sandwiching piece to the core is good. Thus, it is possible to obtain more reliable conduction between the two.

The invention according to claim 1 includes a main surface portion, a pair of sandwiching pieces that are bent so as to face the main surface portion, and are elastically sandwiched between the facing surface portions in the vicinity of the side of the core, and the main surface portion. Because it is provided with a pin-shaped terminal portion that extends from the surface portion in the same direction and in parallel with the terminal pin and is connected to the land for grounding, it can be pin-shaped without any other measures such as adhesion prevention. The terminal portion can be arranged substantially in parallel and in the same direction as other terminal pins, and the pin-like terminal portion can be used for grounding in the step of connecting the plurality of terminal pins to a predetermined land on the wiring board. Can be connected to the land. Therefore, there is an advantage that the core can be reliably grounded with a simple configuration and a simple process.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the pair of sandwiching pieces are bent so that the distance between the pair of sandwiching pieces is gradually narrowed, and the distance between the tip portions is equal to or greater than the thickness of the facing surface portion of the core. In addition to the effect of the first aspect of the present invention, the pair of sandwich pieces are firmly attached to the core, and reliable conduction between the two can be obtained. . Moreover, even if it forms so that the space | interval between a pair of clamping pieces may become narrow gradually, there exists an advantage that a pair of clamping pieces can be easily engage | inserted with respect to a core.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, at least one of the pair of sandwich pieces includes a substantially central portion in the width direction along a folding line with the main surface portion and a bent portion with the main surface portion. Since the slit is formed from the tip portion to the tip portion, in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 1 or 2, the pair of sandwiching pieces can be more easily fitted into the core, and There is an advantage that the contactability is improved, and the workability is further improved and more reliable conduction between the two can be obtained.

For the purpose of ensuring the core of the core with a simple configuration and simple process, the ground connection terminal is bent so as to face the main surface and the main surface, and near the side of the core. A plurality of terminal pins including a pair of sandwiching pieces elastically sandwiched between the opposed surface portions and a plurality of terminal pins including input / output terminal pins for the coil from the main surface portion and extending in the same direction on the wiring board This is realized by providing a pin-shaped terminal portion connected to the land for the earth.

Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is a side view showing an example of a transformer to which the core ground connection terminal according to this embodiment is mounted, FIG. 2 is a front view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a plan view of FIG. FIG. 5 is a bottom view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 is a front view and a side view of the ground connection terminal. First, a configuration example of a transformer to which the core ground connection terminal according to this embodiment is mounted will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the core 2 of the transformer 1 has two E-shaped core members that are symmetrical to each other, but the butted surfaces of both core members are joined together by an adhesive. Has been. The center core portion of both core members of the core 2 is mounted with a coil 4 in which a primary coil and a secondary coil are wound with different numbers of turns on a bobbin having flanges 3 and 3 at both ends. .

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 4, terminal members 5a and 5b are fixed to the bottom surface of the core 2 on both sides of the coil 4 with an adhesive. A plurality of terminal pins 6, 6... Including a pair of input side terminal pins to which the primary coil is connected and a pair of output side terminal pins to which the secondary coil is connected are provided on the bottom surfaces of the terminal members 5a, 5b. Is provided. In the transformer 1, the plurality of terminal pins 6, 6... And a pin-like terminal portion to be described later are restricted by a part of the terminal members 5a and 5b to a predetermined land on a wiring board (not shown). It is configured to be mounted on the wiring board by being inserted into a predetermined position and soldering with a flow solder.

The ground connection terminal of the core according to this embodiment is for connecting the core 2 in the transformer 1 to the land for ground on the wiring board, and has conductivity and elasticity. A metal plate is used as a raw material, and it is configured as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the ground connection terminal 7 is formed with a slightly rectangular main surface portion 7 a and a bend formed so as to be opposed from above and below the main surface portion 7 a. A pair of sandwiching pieces 7b and 7b which are elastically sandwiched between the opposing surface portions (upper surface portion and lower surface portion) in the vicinity of the side portions, that is, sandwiched and attached, and extend downward from the lower side portion of the main surface portion 7a, An extended pin-shaped terminal portion 7c having a predetermined length is provided. The pair of sandwiching pieces 7b, 7b are bent so that the distance d between the tips thereof is slightly smaller than the thickness t of the core 2 shown in FIG. 1 (the thickness of the opposing surface portion of the core 2). Has been.

Next, the attachment and operation of the ground connection terminal 7 configured as described above will be described. While facing one side of the pair of sandwiching pieces 7b, 7b, for example, the inner side of the upper end of the sandwiching piece 7b, to the upper surface of the core 2 from obliquely above the opposing surface portion in the vicinity of the side portion of the core 2 in the transformer 1 Alternatively, while pressing the inner side of the tip of the lower sandwiching piece 7b against the lower surface of the core 2 from obliquely below, the pair of sandwiching pieces 7b, 7b is widened to increase the distance d between the tips, and the pair of sandwiching pieces 7b. 7b are inserted and sandwiched so that the ground connection terminal 7 is electrically connected to the core 2 and the pin-like terminal portion 7c is arranged substantially parallel and in the same direction as the other terminal pins 6, 6. It is done. That is, the pin-like terminal portion 7c is arranged as if it is one of the plurality of terminal pins 6, 6,. Usually, after this, a tape (not shown) is wound around all sides of the core 2 for insulation. Since the main surface portion 7a of the ground connection terminal 7 is pressed by this tape, the attachment to the core 2 is further strengthened.

The plurality of terminal pins 6, 6... Are formed on predetermined lands on a wiring board (not shown), and the pin-like terminal portion 7 c is a land for grounding, and part of the terminal members 5 a and 5 b. The core 2 is grounded by inserting each of the terminal pins 6, 6... And the pin-like terminal portions 7 c and the lands by flow soldering into the predetermined positions regulated by. The transformer 1 is mounted on the wiring board. With this core 2 grounding, the potential of the transformer 1 including the core 2 is kept constant, so that noise countermeasures are taken and a stable transformer operation is performed.

As described above, in the ground connection terminal 7 of the core according to the present embodiment, the pin-shaped terminal portion 7c is connected to the plurality of other terminal pins 6, 6,. Can be arranged in parallel and in the same direction, and the plurality of terminal pins 6, 6... It can be inserted into a land for soldering and soldered. Therefore, the core 2 can be reliably grounded with a simple configuration and a simple process.

A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The figure is a side view of the ground connection terminal according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 6, the ground connection terminal 8 of the present embodiment is mainly configured so that the distance between the pair of sandwiching pieces 8b, 8b gradually narrows to a greater degree than that in the first embodiment. While being bent from the surface portion 8a, the distance D between the tip portions of the pair of sandwiching pieces 8b, 8b is expanded to be equal to or greater than the thickness t of the facing surface portion of the core 2.

Since the ground connection terminal 8 of the present embodiment is configured as described above, the pair of sandwiching pieces 8b and 8b are more firmly attached to the core 2, and the ground connection terminal 8 is also provided. And more reliable conduction between the core 2 and the core 2. Further, the distance D between the tip portions of the pair of sandwiching pieces 8b, 8b is increased to be equal to or greater than the thickness t of the facing surface portion of the core 2, so that the spacing between the pair of sandwiching pieces 8b, 8b is the same as in the first embodiment. Even if it is formed so as to be gradually narrowed to a greater degree than the one, the easy fitting property of the pair of sandwiching pieces 8b, 8b with respect to the core 2 can be obtained, and a strong sandwiched state can be easily obtained.

A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. This figure is a plan view of the ground connection terminal according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 3, the ground connection terminal 9 of the present embodiment has a main surface portion on at least one sandwiching piece 9b of a pair of sandwiching pieces formed in the same manner as in the first or second embodiment. A slit 9d is formed at a substantially central portion in the width direction (vertical direction in FIG. 7) along the folding line with 9a and from the bent portion with respect to the main surface portion 9a to the distal end portion of the sandwiching piece 9b.

Since the earth connection terminal 9 of the present embodiment is configured as described above, the pair of sandwiching pieces 9b and 9b can be more easily fitted into the core 2, and at least one of the sandwiching pieces 9b is provided. By being divided into two by the slit 9d, the contact property of the sandwiching pieces 9b, 9b with the core 2 is improved, and more reliable conduction between the ground connection terminal 9 and the core 2 can be obtained.

The present invention can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the present invention naturally extends to the modified ones.
