Description

The present invention relates to an embedded luminaire that is inserted into and attached to an embedded hole provided in a ceiling, a wall, or the like.

Conventionally, as this type of embedded illumination device, an instrument main body is inserted into an embedding hole provided on an instrument mounting surface such as a ceiling, and the outer flange at the lower end of the instrument main body is brought into contact with the lower surface of the mounting surface. A configuration is known that is mounted using an mounting spring that is provided on the outer surface and is biased outward (see Patent Document 1).
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-4018

However, in the lighting fixture as described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, there is an element in which the mounting spring extends in the circumferential direction of the fixture main body, but in general, it is pressed from the upper surface of a construction material such as a ceiling that forms the mounting surface. is there. When attaching the instrument, it is necessary to insert the tip of the attachment spring into the attachment hole in a state of being engaged with the instrument body, and then insert a hand into the instrument body to release the engagement of the tip of the attachment spring. For this reason, it is not possible to reduce the instrument body frame width to the extent that a hand cannot be inserted, and in order to prevent the mounting spring from standing up and sliding down, the mounting spring must be moved outward from the mounting hole. The clearance between the fixture main body and the mounting hole is required to be sufficiently wide so that it is sufficiently widened, the width of the outer casing at the lower end of the fixture main body is increased, and it is difficult to obtain a small embedded lighting fixture. Moreover, when the thickness of the mounting surface is thin, the pinching pressure by the mounting spring is low, and the mounting is not stable.

The present invention solves the above problem, the clearance between the instrument body and the embedded hole can be reduced and the embedded hole can be made smaller with respect to the instrument body, the instrument body width can be reduced, and compactness can be achieved. An object of the present invention is to provide an embedded luminaire that can be stably mounted even on a thin mounting surface.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 is to insert an instrument main body into an embedding hole provided in the instrument mounting surface, and bring the outer flange of the lower end of the instrument body into contact with the lower surface of the mounting surface. In the embedded luminaire provided by an attachment spring provided on the outer surface of the main body and biased outward, the attachment spring is attached so as to be substantially along the outer surface of the main body of the fixture substantially parallel to the end face of the embedded hole, and The tip of the spring protrudes outward from the diameter of the embedded hole, and the tip of the spring bites into the end surface of the embedded hole when the instrument is attached.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the mounting spring has a guide piece that protrudes upward from the tip of the spring and serves as a guide when the instrument is mounted.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect of the present invention, a fall prevention piece protruding outward is formed at the upper end of the guide piece.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, a plurality of attachment springs are provided so as to protrude in opposite directions in the circumferential direction of the instrument body.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the tip of the mounting spring protrudes in the circumferential direction on the outer surface of the instrument body, and when the instrument body is inserted into the embedded hole, the instrument bites into the end surface of the embedded hole, so that the instrument is embedded in the embedded hole. Mounted on. As a result, even if it is a small embedding hole and the clearance between the embedding hole and the instrument body is small, the instrument body can be attached to the embedding hole. Thereby, a compact instrument can be realized.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the guide piece protrudes above the tip of the attachment spring, the attachment of the instrument can be performed simply by inserting the guide piece into the attachment hole with the guide piece retracted. Since it is not necessary to insert a hand into the instrument body, the instrument body can be downsized.

According to the invention of claim 3, when the instrument main body is inserted into the embedding hole, the instrument is prevented from falling.

According to the invention of claim 4, since the two mounting springs that bite into the end face of the embedding hole are directed in opposite directions, the rotational force applied to the instrument body is either clockwise or counterclockwise. Can withstand the same level of force, and the installation of the instrument is stable.

Hereinafter, the lighting fixture by 1st Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated with reference to drawings. 1 and 2 show a half-section of the luminaire 1 mounted as a downlight at different angles, and FIG. 3 shows the appearance of the luminaire 1. The luminaire 1 is attached by being inserted into the embedded hole 6a of the construction material 6 which is a fixture mounting surface such as a ceiling wall. The fixture main body 2 made of a frame-shaped resin molded product or aluminum die casting, and the fixture It consists of a substantially spherical lamp 3 that is held by the main body 2 and is internally provided with an LED 5 as a light source, and an attachment spring 4 for attaching the instrument main body 2 while being inserted into the embedded hole 6a. The attachment spring 4 is attached so as to be substantially along the outer surface of the instrument body 2 substantially parallel to the end face of the embedded hole 6a.

The fixture body 2 has a circular opening 21 that forms an inner circumferential circle having a smaller diameter than the diameter of the lamp 3, and an outer casing 22 that is at the lower end of the fixture body 2 and abuts against the construction material 6. The lamp 3 is placed on the inner periphery of the opening. The lamp 3 includes a substantially hemispherical upper member 31 in which a heat radiating portion is formed, and a substantially hemispherical lower member 32 having a lens for condensing the light emitted from the LED 5, a light reflecting reflector, and the like. 33.

As shown in FIG. 4, the mounting spring 4 includes a fixing part 41 for fixing to the fixture body 2, a pressing part 42 that presses the upper part of the lamp 3 and makes the irradiation direction of the lamp 3 variable, From the tip of the spring portion 43 and the spring portion 43 for attaching the lighting fixture 1 in the state of being urged in the direction of the construction material 6 and the uneven portion 44 for increasing friction. It integrally has a guide piece 46 that protrudes upward and serves as a guide when the instrument is mounted, and a fall prevention piece 45 that protrudes outward at the upper end of the guide piece 46.

In the substantially spherical lamp 3, the lower member 32 is placed on the inner peripheral edge of the circular opening 21 of the instrument body 2 and is pushed down from above the upper member 31 by the spring pressure by the pressing portion 42 of the mounting spring 4. It is in. As a result, the lamp 3 is attached to the fixture body 2 and at the same time is held freely rotatable about the center of the sphere. The light projecting opening edge 32a of the lower member 32 is formed so as to protrude as a part that the user puts on when tilting the lamp 3. Then, the rotation of the lamp 3 is restricted at a position where the light projecting opening edge 32a abuts on the inner peripheral edge of the circular opening 21 of the instrument body 2, and the inclination angle of the irradiation direction with respect to the vertical direction is shown in FIG. As shown, it can be arbitrarily changed within the range of the angle θ formed by the irradiation direction central axis V and the irradiation direction axis D.

As shown in FIG. 5, a power source line (lead wire) 7 is connected to the lamp 3, and the power source line 7 is fixed to the upper surface of the pressing portion 42 of the attachment spring 4 by an attachment 47. Further, the fixing spring 41 is engaged and fixed to the instrument main body 2 in the attachment spring 4. A pair of spring portions 43 are provided at symmetrical positions across the center so as to extend outward in the tangential direction when viewed from above in a natural state rather than the inner diameter of the embedded hole 6a. When the lighting device 1 is inserted into the embedded hole 6a, the spring portion 43, the guide piece 46, and the fall prevention piece 45 are indented inward. After the lighting fixture 1 is inserted into the embedded hole 6a, the unevenness portion 44 on the tip side bites into the construction material 6 as shown in FIG. Retained. Moreover, the fall prevention piece 45 prevents the appliance from dropping.

In the lighting fixture 1 according to the present embodiment, when attaching the fixture, if the guide piece 46 of the spring portion 43 of the attachment spring 4 is picked by hand, and inserted into the embedded hole 6a in a state of being recessed in the inner diameter direction, the spring portion Since 43 protrudes in the circumferential direction on the outer surface of the instrument body 2 and is biased outward, the spring portion 43 automatically bites into the end surface of the embedded hole 6a. Thereby, an instrument can be easily attached by one touch. Thus, since it is not necessary to insert a hand into the instrument body 2 as in the prior art, the instrument body 2 can be reduced in size. Moreover, since it can mount stably, without being influenced by the thickness of the end surface of an attachment surface, it can respond also to a thin member.

Further, the diameter of the embedded hole 6a only needs to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the instrument body 2, and the instrument can be mounted even if the clearance with the embedded hole 6a is small. The width | variety of 22 can be narrowed and an instrument can be made compact. For example, the embedded hole 6a is an instrument corresponding to a relatively small diameter of φ50 to φ100 mm or less. Moreover, if the attachment spring 4 attached like this embodiment is used, a packaging can be made small compared with the case where the conventional wing spring is used.

6 (a) and 6 (b) show the state of the attachment spring 4 before and after attachment of the instrument body 2 to the embedded hole 6a. Here, the example which provided the processus | protrusion (fulcrum) 24 in the position where the spring part 43 contact | abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the instrument main body 2 is shown. As shown in the figure, the tip of the spring portion 43 protrudes outward from the inner diameter of the embedded hole 6a before the attachment, but after the attachment, the tip of the spring portion 43 is the end face of the embedded hole 6a. Inscribed in. At that time, since the projection (fulcrum) 24 exists, the internal force of the spring portion 43 increases on the principle of leverage. And by the structure of these members, a spring pressure can be adjusted and the balance adjustment of the operation force at the time of instrument insertion can be performed. Moreover, in this example, the part which protruded before the attachment and the opposite part can be made into the pressure contact portions A and B on the end face of the embedded hole 6a by the repulsive force of the spring.

FIG. 7 shows a planar configuration of a lighting fixture according to the second embodiment. The same members as those described above are denoted by the same reference numerals. In this embodiment, a plurality of spring portions 43 of the attachment spring 4 are provided so as to protrude in opposite directions in the circumferential direction of the instrument body 2. The attachment spring 4 is fixed to the instrument body 2 with a screw 25. In the first embodiment described above, since the spring portion 43 is directed in the same direction in the circumferential direction, there is a difference in force with respect to the rotation in the horizontal direction, and the spring portion 43 may rotate. On the other hand, in the second embodiment, the force in either direction is stretched, and it can withstand the same level of force in both the clockwise and counterclockwise directions with respect to the rotational force applied to the instrument body. The installation of the instrument is stable.

FIG. 8 shows the appearance of the lighting fixture according to the third embodiment. In this embodiment, the attachment spring 4 having spring portions 43a and 43b on the left and right sides of the attachment portion is used. At the tips of the spring portions 43a and 43b, there are guide pieces 46a and 46b, respectively. The attachment spring 4 is fixed to the outer surface of the instrument body 2 by screws 27 and protrusions 26 of the instrument body 2. A similar mounting spring 4 may be provided on the side opposite to one mounting spring 4. If the fall prevention piece is provided at a diagonal position, it becomes easy to pick.

FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 show an appearance and a planar configuration of the lighting apparatus according to the fourth embodiment. In this embodiment, only one mounting spring 4 is provided. One end of the mounting spring 4 is fixed to the instrument body 2 with a screw 28, and the spring portion 43 protrudes outward in the tangential direction. Also in this case, the spring pressure can be increased by providing the tool body 2 with the protrusion 24 with which the spring portion 43 abuts. Further, a rib 29 that can come into contact with the end face of the embedded hole 6 a is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the instrument body 2 on the opposite side to the position where the mounting spring 4 is fixed. Thus, by providing the protrusion 24 and the rib 29, the friction between the mounting spring 4 and the end face of the embedded hole 6a is increased, the effect of preventing the deviation of the appliance body 2 is increased, and the overall appliance can be downsized.

The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, although the case of a downlight has been described above, the present invention can be similarly applied to a lighting fixture in a ceiling or pendant form.
