However, although the multi-stage adjustment structure allows the indoor lighting fixture to have more diversified functions, if the structure is too complicated, the indoor lighting fixture is not convenient to use, and once damaged, the indoor lighting fixture is not easy to maintain. In addition, the complex adjusting structure also relatively makes the overall appearance of the indoor lighting fixture lose the aesthetic feeling, and the requirement of the indoor lighting fixture as decorative light cannot be met.
Therefore, how to provide an indoor lighting fixture capable of adjusting an illumination angle and an illumination direction and simultaneously improving the aesthetic feeling of the overall appearance of the indoor lighting fixture is a technical subject to be solved by the present application.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The lens 70 is a plano-convex lens and is disposed in the light transmitting opening 331, and the pressing ring 80 has a third external thread section 81 on its outer circumferential surface corresponding to the third internal thread section 331. The third external thread section 81 can be screwed with the third internal thread section 331 so that the pressing ring 81 presses against the lens 70 to position the lens 70. In fig. 4 (ii), the cover 30 is rotated to gradually move away from the housing 10 and expose the adjusting sleeve 20, so as to adjust the beam angle of the light emitted from the lens 70. In fig. 4 (iii), the housing 10 can swing relative to the connecting rod 40 to adjust the illumination direction of the adjustable lamp 1.
