Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to aero parts for automobiles. In particular, the present invention relates to an aero part attached to the lower part of a car body of an automobile.
Conventionally, in an automobile, aero parts are sometimes attached to the lower part of a vehicle body including a front bumper, a side step (side panel), a rear bumper, and the like. These aero parts are also called aero dams, spoilers, skirts, sills, mudguards, etc., and have an aero parts body integrally formed of plastic, etc., and attachment means for attaching the aero parts body to the lower part of the vehicle body. Mainly provided (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
This aero part has two main roles. The first role is to improve the aerodynamics (aerodynamic characteristics) of automobiles. This is because when the car travels at high speed, air flows between the vehicle body and the road surface, and lift is generated in the car, but by attaching aero parts to the lower part of the car body, the flow of air Is to secure the steering performance and stability of the automobile.
The second role is to improve the appearance of the automobile. This means that by attaching various aero parts to the lower part of the car body, the original car body is differentiated in terms of appearance, or the car is partially changed to the user's favorite appearance. is there. In particular, by attaching aero parts to the lower part of the vehicle body, the entire vehicle body is kept low in appearance, and there is also an effect of giving a daring and sporty impression to the viewer.
However, the above prior art mainly has the following disadvantages. When this aero part is installed in a car, the aero part is attached to the lower part of the car body, so the clearance between the aero part body and the road surface is narrow, and when crossing on a railroad crossing or sidewalk, steps such as curbs and gradients When the road suddenly goes up and down, it sometimes interferes with the road surface, and the lower part of the aero parts body is often scratched, cracked or lost. In this case, since the aero parts main body is integrally formed, even if the scratches, cracks and defects are only near the lower part of the aero parts main body, the aero parts main body must be removed and replaced, As an owner, maintenance costs were to increase. Moreover, as a person who replaces the aero parts, the entire aero part main body, which is bulky because it is integrally formed, has to be handled, and the handling becomes troublesome and time-consuming.
Here, it is possible to make the aero parts main body made of a relatively soft resin so that the aero parts main body is less likely to be scratched, cracked or broken, but in this case, the rigidity of the aero parts main body is weakened. There was a problem that the shape of the aero part main body was easily deformed.
In addition, since this aero part also has a design role as described above, the owner of the car may want to change the appearance of the aero part body according to the preference and fashion at that time, Since the aero parts body is integrally formed, the aero parts body must be removed and replaced. This also increases the cost for the automobile owner, and is troublesome for the person performing the replacement work. It was supposed to take.
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an aero part for an automobile that can reduce maintenance costs and can easily enjoy various appearances.
In order to solve the above problems, an automotive aeropart according to the present invention includes a first member joined to a lower portion of a vehicle body and a second member detachably joined to the lower portion of the first member. Is the main feature.
Here, the vehicle body includes a body that forms the outer surface of the vehicle other than the engine and tires of the vehicle. The lower part of the vehicle body includes a front bumper, a side step (side panel), a rear bumper, and the like.
In addition, the first member may have high or low continuity in shape with the vehicle body. Further, the first member may be joined to the lower part of the vehicle body without covering a part of the lower part of the vehicle body, or may be joined to cover a part of the lower surface of the vehicle body. Further, the second member may also have high or low continuity in shape with the first member. Further, the second member may also be joined to the first member without covering the lower part of the first member, or may be joined by covering a part of the lower surface of the first member. .
The first member and the second member are preferably formed of a resin including FRP, ABS, urethane, PA (polyamide), PP (polypropylene), polyethylene, and the like. However, it does not exclude the formation of metal such as aluminum and iron, or wood.
Therefore, according to the aero part for automobiles of the present invention, the aero part provided at the lower part of the vehicle body is divided into the first member and the second member detachably joined to the first member in the vertical direction. Will be. As a result, when a road projection or the like collides with the lower second member and the second member is scratched, cracked, or missing, the second member is removed from the first member and only the second member is removed. It can be exchanged. In addition, since only the second member needs to be handled at the time of the replacement work, the handling is improved as compared with the case where the entire aero part for an automobile is replaced. On the contrary, when scratches, cracks, defects, etc. occur only in the upper first member, it is possible to replace only the first member.
In addition, if the aero parts for automobiles are configured integrally, there is a possibility that the damage may occur to the whole when a part of the aerodynamic parts breaks or breaks, but it is divided by the first member and the second member. Even if the second member is cracked or broken, the damage can be stopped only by the second member. On the other hand, even if the upper first member is cracked or broken, the damage can be stopped only by the first member.
Thus, the automotive aero parts of the present invention need only replace the first member or the second member when the first member or the second member is scratched, cracked, or missing. Maintenance costs can be reduced compared to replacing the entire part. In addition, when replacing the lower second member, it is only necessary to handle the second member, so that the handling is improved compared to the case where the entire automotive aero part is replaced, and the efficiency is improved. . Furthermore, when cracks or defects occur in the first member or the second member, it is possible to prevent damage to a part and suppress the spread of cracks and defects across the entire aero parts for automobiles, thereby reducing maintenance costs. be able to.
In addition to the above configuration, the aero part for automobiles according to the present invention may include the second member formed of a softer material than the first member.
Therefore, according to the aero part for automobiles of the present invention, in addition to the above-described action, the lower second member is formed of a soft material, so that projections on the road surface collide with the second member. However, scratches, cracks, and defects are less likely to occur in the second member. Further, since the upper first member is formed of a hard material, the shape can be maintained as compared with the case where the entire aero part for an automobile is formed of a soft material.
Thus, in addition to the above effects, the aero parts for automobiles of the present invention can maintain the overall shape and are less likely to be scratched, cracked, or missing in the second member, and can reduce the maintenance cost for replacement. be able to.
In addition to the above-described configuration, the aero part for automobiles according to the present invention may be one in which the second member is joined by covering at least a part of the surface of the first member.
Therefore, according to the aero part for automobiles of the present invention, in addition to the above action, at least a part of the surface of the first member is covered with the second member. Thereby, the part from which the 1st member becomes the outline of the aero part for motor vehicles decreases. Thus, in addition to the above effects, the aero part for automobiles of the present invention is such that at least a part of the first member is covered by the second member, so that the projection or the like collides with the first member by the second member. It becomes possible to prevent this, and the maintenance cost concerning replacement | exchange of a 1st member can be held down.
In addition to the above-described configuration, the automotive aeropart according to the present invention may have a plurality of types of the second member with respect to the first member.
Here, the second member may be provided with a plurality of different types of air flow control methods, may be prepared with a plurality of different types of shapes, and may have different colors. A plurality of types may be prepared, or a plurality of types having different notch shapes through which the muffler can pass may be prepared.
Therefore, according to the aero part for automobiles of the present invention, in addition to the above-described operation, a plurality of types of second members that are detachably joined to the first member are prepared. It becomes possible to exchange and use the members. Thus, in addition to the above effects, the aero parts for automobiles of the present invention can easily change the control of the air flow and can enjoy various appearances easily by exchanging the second member. Or can support a variety of mufflers.
In addition to the above-described configuration, the automotive aero part according to the present invention has a notch through which the muffler can pass, and is detachably joined to a portion of the first member or the second member facing the muffler. Three members may be further provided.
Here, the third member may be provided across the first member and the second member, and is provided only on one of the first member and the second member. May be. Further, the notch through which the muffler can pass may be provided in a substantially circular shape or may be provided in a substantially rectangular shape.
Therefore, according to the aero part for automobiles of the present invention, in addition to the above-described operation, the third member is provided so as to be removable from the first member or the second member. In accordance with the thickness and shape of the muffler, it is possible to replace the notch with a third member whose shape and size match the muffler. As described above, the aero part for automobiles of the present invention can easily cope with various mufflers in addition to the above effects.
The aero part for automobiles according to the present invention may include, in addition to the above configuration, the first member joined to a lower part of a door attached to a boarding / alighting part of the vehicle body.
Therefore, according to the aero part for automobiles of the present invention, since the first member is joined to the lower part of the door in addition to the above-described action, the first member is the side step (side panel) when the door is closed. It has the same appearance as when it is joined to the lower part. In addition, since the first member is joined to the lower part of the door, when the door is opened, the aero parts for the automobile move together with the door, and the state is the same as that of the vehicle body not equipped with the aero parts for the automobile. .
Thus, in addition to the above effects, the aero parts for automobiles of the present invention eliminates the aero parts for automobiles when the door is opened, so that the aero parts for automobiles can be stepped on or caught when getting on and off the automobile. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of scratches, cracks and defects in the aero parts for automobiles. In addition, if the door is opened, the aero parts for automobiles are eliminated at the getting-on / off part, so that a jack can be put under the vehicle and jacked up.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an automotive aero part that can reduce maintenance costs and can easily enjoy various appearances.

Next, functions and effects of the front

Further, when the
In addition, if the front
Further, the front
In the rear
Furthermore, since the
The present invention has been described with reference to preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. As shown below, various improvements and design changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
1. In the front

2. The side
Therefore, when the side
