Abstract
【解決手段】 医療用超音波イメージングの方法は、超音波を第1の速度でボリューム内に送信する段階と、超音波の各々に対する超音波エコーを受信する段階とを含み、各エコーがボリューム内の密度境界面を表し、単一の送信波に対応する受信エコーの各セットが操向フレームを定め、アレイ型変換器の運動を検出する段階と、検出されたアレイ型変換器の運動に基づいて複数の操向フレームを1つの合成画像に結合する段階とを更に含む。

Claims (9)
- 医療用超音波システムであって、
超音波をボリューム内に異なる操向角度で送信するために超音波信号を送信し受信するアレイ型変換器と、
前記超音波の各々に対する超音波エコーを表す、前記変換器からの信号を受信し、単一の送信波に対応する受信エコーの各セットが操向フレームを定める受信器と、
前記アレイ型変換器の運動を検出し、前記検出されたアレイ型変換器の運動に基づいて前記操向フレームを合成画像に合成する信号プロセッサと、
前記合成画像に基づく情報を出力するための表示装置と、
を含む超音波システム。 - 前記信号プロセッサが、アレイ型変換器の運動に起因する、連続する操向フレームの位置合わせ不良を検出するように構成されている請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記信号プロセッサが、アレイ型変換器の速度に起因する、連続する操向フレームの位置合わせ不良を検出するように構成されている請求項2に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記信号プロセッサが、相関ブロック探索法、ドプラ組織速度法、加速度計法、運動センサ法、特徴追跡法、相互相関法、及び絶対値差加算法の内の少なくとも1つを使用して連続する操向フレームの位置合わせ不良を検出するように構成されている請求項2に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記信号プロセッサが、合成画像を使用して連続する操向フレームの位置合わせ不良を検出するように構成されている請求項2に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記信号プロセッサが、第1のレベルの位置合わせ不良が検出された時に第1の数の操向フレームを合成し、第2のレベルの位置合わせ不良が検出された時に第2の数の操向フレームを合成し、前記操向フレームの第1の数が前記操向フレームの第2の数より大きく、前記第2のレベルの位置合わせ不良が前記第1のレベルの位置合わせ不良より大きいレベルのアレイ型変換器の運動に関係する請求項2に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記信号プロセッサは、合成される操向フレームの数が検出されたアレイ型変換器の運動に基づくように複数の操向フレームを1つの合成画像に結合するように構成されている請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記信号プロセッサは、ブロードサイドに操向されたフレームに対する重み付けが検出された運動に比例するように前記操向フレームの重み付き平均を用いて、複数の操向フレームを1つの合成画像に結合するように構成されている請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記信号プロセッサは、合成される操向フレームの数が合成画像を使用して検出されたアレイ型変換器の運動に基づくように、複数の操向フレームから合成画像を合成するように構成されている請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
