Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a line-of-sight guidance reflector (hereinafter referred to as a “reflector”) used by being attached to a curb, a pedestrian separation zone, a sidewalk block or the like.
When driving a car at night, there is a problem that it is difficult to understand the position of the curb or the like, or when the road is curved. Therefore, in order to reflect the light of the headlight and make the driver visually recognize the curb or the curve, a reflector is attached on or next to the curb.
A conventional reflector of this type and an example of its attachment are shown in FIGS. The example of FIG. 9 is the most basic shape, and the
Next, in the example of FIG. 10, the

4). There are two types of automobiles: large cars and small cars. The height of the headlights does not change that much, but the height of the driver's seat is very different. This is evident when comparing the height of the driver's seat of a large truck and a sports car or light car. In contrast to this difference in height, the conventional reflectors use reflection lenses having the same reflection angle in the case of FIG. 9 and FIG.
5). As shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, when reflection lenses are attached to the front and rear, there is a combination of lenses of the same color and lenses of different colors, but this color combination cannot be selected in the field.
This invention is the invention of the reflector which solved the subject described in the said 1-5, Comprising: Reflection efficiency is high, and it can construct so that it may become all constant reflection efficiency, and it is for straight lines and curves by one Furthermore, it is characterized in that the reflector structure is effective for both large and small vehicles.
That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, in the line-of-sight guide reflector, the line-of-sight guide reflector used by being attached to a curb, a walkway separation zone, a sidewalk block, a side wall, etc. The left and right reflector elements are divided into left and right reflector elements, and the left and right elements are connected to each other so as to be rotatable around the center of the joint. A V-shaped wedge fitting port is formed on one side of the rotating shaft from the end toward the rotating shaft side, and can be fitted to the wedge fitting port and can be wedged. It is characterized by comprising a wedge that can be fitted into a V-shaped opening formed by opening the joint of the left and right elements on the opposite side of the fitting port.
Furthermore, in the invention described in
Further, in the invention described in
Further, in the invention according to
According to the reflector according to the present invention employing the above configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
1. The reflector can be divided into left and right parts, and the angle of the elements of the left and right reflectors can be set freely. To improve visibility. Of course, depending on the application, it may be left as is. That is, the reflector of the present invention has a structure that can be used in two ways.
2. Since the angle of the reflector element can be easily fixed by attaching and detaching the wedge, the angle can be easily set in the field.
3. The left and right reflector elements can be separated at the rotating shaft, so they can be separated during storage and transportation and used while assembling on-site, as well as other elements with different colors and functions. Can do.
4). Since the right and left reflector elements can be assembled freely, it is sufficient to match the numbers on site, and the number does not match, so there will be no trouble in the work.
5). Since the reflecting lenses of the left and right reflector elements can be combined with different colors as well as the same color, the application is expanded.
6). By dividing the reflection angle of the reflection lens for large vehicles and small vehicles, visibility at both driving degrees is enhanced.
In the present invention, for example, a polycarbonate resin having excellent transparency can be used for the reflective lens. The reflecting lens may be colored yellow or red, or may be white, or may be used in combination with different colors. For the base of the reflector, for example, methacrylic resin, ABS resin, polycarbonate resin or the like can be used.
Of course, the reflection surface of the reflection lens may be the same reflection region, but may be set to an angle region for a large vehicle and an angle region for a small vehicle.
Based on FIGS. 1-8, the Example of this invention described in Claims 1-4 is demonstrated in detail. FIG. 1 is a view of the entire finished reflector. However, pins and wedges are drawn separately as images. 2 is a plan view of the reflector, FIG. 3 is a back view, FIG. 4 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line AA ′, FIG. 5 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line BB ′, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a separated reflector element. FIG. 7 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the reflector element is opened and the reflection lens is angled, and FIG. 8 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the reflector according to the present invention is attached to the curb block.
In each of these drawings,
