Description

The present invention relates to an air purifier that can be deodorized with a single different malodor.

Conventionally, deodorization methods include adsorption systems using adsorption of activated carbon, bio-systems using various activated carbons such as coconut shell activated carbon and ceramic activated carbon that decompose chemical substances, and odor components are oxidized by oxygen in the air. Each has an oxidative decomposition system that decomposes, and this is used as it is or in an arbitrary container.
JP 3-3439

The deodorizing materials of the adsorption system, the bio system, and the oxidative decomposition system have different odors to be deodorized, and the effects varied greatly depending on the use environment.
It was impossible to make these three deodorizing systems into one substance. Although it is possible to fix microorganisms to the activated carbon which is an adsorption system, the pores are blocked by the colonization of microorganisms or the area is reduced.
The present invention has been made to solve these problems.

Impregnated with oxidative degradation deodorizing material consisting of a solid oxidation catalyst consisting of a complex of a fibrous material molded material such as natural cotton and pulp and trivalent iron ions, and microorganisms that decompose chemical odors using food as a contaminant And a solid bio-type deodorizing material and a breathable container for accommodating the deodorizing materials.
Also, an activated carbon-based deodorizing material using activated carbon such as coconut shell activated carbon or ceramic activated carbon is provided.

In the present invention, solid oxidative decomposition deodorizing material with high deodorizing efficiency against decaying odors of nature such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide and the like, and oxidative decomposition deodorizing material impregnated with microorganisms that decompose chemical odors with different deodorizing efficiency By simultaneously using the solid bio-based deodorizing material, it is possible to efficiently deodorize various bad odors of natural and chemical substances at the same time, and it can also adsorb tobacco and pollen. Therefore, it became possible to use in more places with different odors with one air purifier.

In addition, by using activated carbon deodorizing materials such as coconut husk activated carbon and ceramic activated carbon with high deodorizing efficiency of chemical substance malodor, other chemical malodor such as dioxin, formaldehyde, toluene, CO2, etc. which have low deodorizing efficiency even in the above configuration. Since it deodorizes strongly, it has become possible to deodorize at a high deodorizing rate over a wider range.

In addition, the auxiliary storage body with air permeability containing activated carbon-based deodorizing material is arranged near the center, and the auxiliary storage body is arranged so as to cover the outside with an oxidative decomposition-type deodorizing material and bio-based deodorizing material. It became possible to maintain the efficacy of the short activated carbon-based deodorizing material.
