Description

In the present invention, an easily breakable capsule in which a liquid or powder component is encapsulated is built in an applicator formed by laminating a coating surface material and a top surface material and joining the peripheral edges, It is related with the applicator for cosmetics, a chemical | medical solution, or a chemical | medical agent application | coating by which the said fine powder or liquid which fractured | ruptured by (2) and was accommodated in the capsule was exuded outside.

Conventionally, an enveloping body that seals the coating material is an enveloping body that easily breaks when subjected to external pressure by fingers, and one surface of the encapsulating body is made of a felt material that is permeable to the coating material, and the other surface is a synthetic resin film. The applicator described above is known from Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-151867. Also,
According to Patent Document 2, a spherical capsule cosmetic material in which a liquid cosmetic material is coated with an anti-oxidation film is accommodated at a substantially central position between a pair of application substrates that are overlapped, and an outer periphery between the two application substrates. A liquid cosmetic-containing application material formed by sewing is shown. Furthermore, Patent Document 3 discloses a capsule-like applicator in which a pillow-like capsule in which a content such as a drug is enclosed between porous sheets is embedded, and the capsule breaks when pressed with a finger from the outside. . Furthermore, in Patent Document 4, a small spherical capsule containing a topical drug composition is incorporated as an applicator incorporating a capsule containing a topical drug composition, with the upper layer being liquid-permeable and the lower layer being liquid-impermeable. Has been shown to do.

実開昭63-28175号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-28175 実開平02-18314号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 02-18314 特開平04-250109号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 04-250109 PCT WO 01/03538 A1PCT WO 01/03538 A1

However, as described above, there are known applicators in which a fine powder or liquid cosmetic coating composition is encapsulated and incorporated in the applicator, but the conventional capsule-incorporated applicator is pressed with a finger. Sometimes stress was absorbed or dispersed by the elasticity of the capsule shell, making it difficult to easily break the capsule. In particular, since the capsule is built in the laminated thick applicator material, finger pressure is buffered when the capsule is broken, and it is difficult to break. If a hard capsule is used instead of a soft capsule film to make it easy to break, there is a risk of hurting the skin due to the hard broken pieces forming the capsule, which is not suitable for use.
Also, spherical and pillow-shaped capsules built into the applicator are known (Patent Documents 2 and 4), but when pressed with a finger, the capsules are easy to move in spherical or pillow-shaped, The force was dispersed, and the elasticity and physical strength of the outer skin were added.

In the present invention, a capsule having a hemispherical shape or a semi-elliptical spherical shape is used to prevent mobility by setting the equatorial plane as a plane. Conventionally, a capsule that has been devised for easy breakability has not been known. Conventionally, capsule outer shells are generally limited to materials having strength and elasticity from the viewpoint of safety in handling and the sealing performance of the contents, but capsules with such excellent strength and elasticity are built into the applicator. When this occurs, it is difficult to break the capsule, and sometimes it was necessary to pierce the capsule with a pin and break it. If the capsule shell is thinned, it will be easily damaged during handling and distribution before use. With conventional capsules, the contents of the coating solution and fine powder for application may leak before use, or may leak due to capsule pressing during use. When exiting, there was also a problem that since the leaking direction was not constant, a large amount was ejected all at once onto the puff coating surface, making it difficult for the coating liquid to uniformly leach out. Even when the powder was encapsulated in the capsule, there were problems similar to those of the liquid-encapsulated capsule.

Conventionally, applicators with a built-in capsule have been used as a catchphrase for simplicity, but in fact, it takes time to break the built-in capsule during use, which is often inconvenient and frustrating for consumers. It was not a product to use. If the above-mentioned problems can be solved, the applicator with a built-in capsule is a product that is functionally excellent and has a high social need, but there has been no actual solution.
In the present invention, a liquid or powdery cosmetic or pharmaceutical ingredient is sealed inside a substantially hemispherical or substantially hemispherical spherical capsule during manufacture and use of the cosmetic applicator and leaks out of the capsule. To prevent the capsule from being easily broken during use, an easily breakable portion is engraved or cut into the capsule, and when pressed with a finger, the easily broken portion or notch is easily broken and stored from the capsule. Further, the conventional problems can be solved by providing an applicator in which fine powder or liquid component for application leaks into the applicator and oozes or jets out of the applicator.

A cosmetic tool incorporating the easily breakable capsule of the present invention and a process for forming the same will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a cosmetic applicator of the present invention (powder encapsulated capsule), FIG. 2 is a cosmetic applicator of the present invention (liquid encapsulated capsule), FIG. 3 is a heating stage of the capsule formation of the present invention, and FIG. Capsule vacuum forming stage. FIG. 5 shows a preparation step for covering the top cover of the capsule of the present invention, FIG. 6 shows a covering step for covering the top cover of the capsule of the present invention, and FIG.

The cosmetic device 1 incorporating the easily breakable capsule of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, wherein FIG. 1 is a type incorporating a capsule containing a fine powdery medicine or cosmetic, and FIG. 2 is a liquid. A type in which a capsule encapsulating a drug or cosmetic is incorporated.
The capsule 17 of the present invention is composed of a liquid or fine powder permeable material sheet 14 and a liquid or fine powder non-permeable top surface material sheet 13, and the liquid permeable material 14 side is used with a finger when used as a cosmetic tool. When pressed, the easily breakable portion 12 of the flexible synthetic resin film 15 of the capsule 17 breaks, and the liquid or fine powder drug or cosmetic ingredient 3 enclosed in the capsule leaks into the cosmetic device 1, and the liquid or It passes through the fine powder-permeable material 14 and oozes out to contact the skin.
In particular, when a liquid component is contained in the capsule 17, it is necessary to dispose the diffusion sheet 15 inside the coated surface material 14 as shown in FIG. In order to avoid this, when the encapsulated liquid is liquid, the liquid in the capsule is ejected through the liquid-permeable material sheet 14 at the same time as the breakage. Of course, when the encapsulated powder is fine powder, there is no need to use such a diffusion sheet 15 because it is not ejected at once (FIG. 1).

The easily breakable capsule 17 of the present invention is formed by the steps shown in FIG.
First, the flexible thermoplastic synthetic resin film 2 is heated above the softening temperature between the heating devices 8 and 9 and supplied to a molding machine (not shown) comprising an upper die 5 and a lower die 6 for vacuum forming. To do. The film 2 supplied between the upper and lower molds is adsorbed along the mold surface of the lower mold 6 by suction of the suction holes 7 provided in the lower mold 6 as shown in the vacuum forming stage of FIG. A void portion 10 is formed as a balloon-shaped storage portion. At this time, the lower mold 6 can be easily broken by a knife edge such as a cross shape, an H shape, a V shape, an X shape, a ◯ shape, or an ◎ shape so that the film is not cut to facilitate breaking of the film by pressing. A fracture portion is provided. Next, in the state where the film 2 is along the lower mold, as shown in the capsule top cover coating preparation stage of FIG. 4, a cosmetic or drug fine powder or liquid component 3 or 3 ′ is put into the void portion 10 (FIG. 4). 5 to 7 show only the case of enclosing fine powder 3).

After putting the required amount of fine powder 3 or liquid 3 'into the void portion 10, a non-breakable hard or semi-rigid thermoplastic composition that becomes a capsule top cover as shown in the upper cover coating stage of FIGS. The upper part of the hemispherical opening is covered with the resin sheet 4 and the fine powder 3 or the liquid 3 ′ is sealed, and then the peripheral part is heat-sealed by the upper mold 5 to form a substantially hemispherical or substantially hemispherical spherical capsule 17 To do. FIG. 7 shows the capsules 17, 17, 17 of the present invention in a connected state after being formed and taken out from the molds 5, 6. When the capsule 17 is taken out from the mold, the shrinkage force of the resin film acts, and the fine powder or liquid component is sealed in the capsule at 1 atm or more with time.

The capsule 17 is a flexible film 2 in which the housing material (lower side in FIGS. 4 to 6) is a thermoplastic resin, and the upper lid is a non-breakable hard or semi-rigid sheet 4 (upper side in FIGS. 4 to 6). Therefore, a substantially hemispherical shape or a substantially hemispherical sphere is easily formed. The formed capsule 17 breaks the flexible film 2 made of thermoplastic resin in which the capsule upper lid 4 side is fixed to the substantially central portion of the fine powder or liquid non-passable top surface material 13 and an easily breakable portion is provided by pressing. Make it easy to do. By breaking the flexible film 2 made of thermoplastic resin, the encapsulated fine powder or liquid is allowed to leak into the cosmetic device 1.
At this time, when the liquid component is sealed in the capsule as described above, the liquid in the capsule is ejected all at once through the liquid-permeable material sheet 14 at the same time as the rupture. Therefore, as shown in FIG. It is necessary to use a diffusion sheet 15 on the inside.

The capsule 17 formed in the present invention has a substantially hemispherical shape or a substantially semi-elliptical spherical shape, and has an equatorial plane that is flat and fixed to a substantially central portion of the top surface material 13, so that it is different from conventional spherical or pillow-shaped capsules. Since the stress concentrates on the easily breakable portion when pressed with a finger during use, the capsule 17 is easily and accurately broken, and the breakable portion 12 breaks the fine powder or liquid outside the capsule (inside the cosmetic device). It can be easily leaked.
The applicator 1 of the present invention incorporating the capsule 17 is formed by laminating the application surface material sheet 14 and the top surface material sheet 13 and joining the peripheral edges. The application surface material sheet 14 may be woven or knitted. A liquid-permeable or fine-powder-permeable material selected from sponge, non-woven fabric, standing blanket, or flocked fabric is used. Moreover, the top | upper surface material sheet | seat 13 uses the liquid or fine powder impervious material chosen from the flexible synthetic resin sheet | seat or synthetic leather.
The capsule of the liquid or fine powder-encapsulated capsule of the present invention is fixed to the center of the back surface of the top surface material of the applicator, so that the capsule does not move and can be easily broken. is there.

As the flexible thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet 2 forming one surface of the capsule 17 of the present invention, polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride or polyester film can be used. It is also possible to use a composite film. As described above, the thermoplastic resin sheet 2 may be provided with easy-to-break portions such as a cross shape, an H shape, a V shape, an X shape, a ○ shape, or an ◎ shape that do not cut the film during molding. This is particularly important on the usability of the cosmetic applicator of the present invention.
As the non-breakable hard or semi-rigid thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet 4 used for the top lid of the capsule of the present invention, polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride or polyester film can be used. It is not specified as a material.
In addition, the diffusion sheet is arranged so that the liquid component of the cosmetic or medicine inside the capsule when the capsule is broken between the flexible thermoplastic material and the coated surface material of the capsule is not ejected at a stretch from the coated surface of the cosmetic. It is preferable to use a porous or continuous foaming polyurethane, a polyethylene resin sheet, or a high-quality liquid nonwoven fabric having a water absorption rate of 250 to 1500%.

The cosmetic or medicinal fine powder or liquid component used in the present invention can be any of liquid, cream and gel. The best mode for carrying out the invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.

A high-density polyethylene film (thickness 40μm) heated to the softening temperature or higher is supplied to a semi-spherical or semi-elliptical spherical storage mold with a diameter of 15mm and a depth of 10mm. At the same time as molding, an easily breakable portion was formed in the film by a cross-shaped knife edge provided in the mold. Next, baby powder was stored in the storage section, and a 100 μm thick polyethylene film upper lid was heat sealed to the periphery of the opening of the storage section to obtain a substantially hemispherical easily breakable capsule.
Synthetic leather was used for the top surface material sheet of the applicator, and a brushed knitted fabric was used for the application surface material sheet. The upper lid of the breakable capsule was fixed to the center of the back surface (inner side) of the top surface material sheet, and the applicator incorporating the capsule was manufactured by joining the periphery of the applicator.
The obtained applicator is pressed with a finger to break the capsule so that the baby powder in the capsule exudes out of the capsule through the application surface side.
When the obtained applicator was brought into contact with the skin, the powder was uniformly exuded from the application surface and the powder was effectively applied to the skin.
As described above, in the applicator of the present invention, the application of the powder, which had a lot of complaints with conventional puffs, was very easy to handle and very easy to use, with little scattering of fine powder.

A polyethylene film with a thickness of 30μm heated to a temperature above the softening temperature is supplied to a substantially hemispherical storage mold with a diameter of 15mm and a depth of 10mm. As a result, an easily breakable portion was formed on the film. Next, an emulsified foundation liquid having the following composition was accommodated in the void, and an upper lid of a polyethylene film 100 μm was heat sealed to the periphery to obtain a substantially hemispherical easily breakable capsule.
A vinyl chloride sheet was used as the top surface material of the applicator, and the top lid of the easily breakable capsule was fixed to the center of the back surface. Next, a 30 μm thick polyethylene sheet having an average of 3 holes / cm 2 of 2 mmφ small holes as a diffusion sheet is interposed between the substantially hemispherical capsule and the liquid permeable material, and 100 g / m of the liquid permeable material. Two cotton non-woven fabric weights and a velvet fabric were laminated and cut into a circular applicator shape having a diameter of 6 cm and the edges were sewn together.
The applicator of this example was pressed with a finger before use to leak the emulsified foundation into the applicator.
After that, when this applicator was brought into contact with the skin, the foundation emulsion was smoothly leached from the application surface, and the makeup was comfortably performed. It was easy to handle and very simple.
The same effect could be obtained when a cotton nonwoven fabric having a water absorption rate of 500% was used as the diffusion sheet instead of the PE sheet.
