Detailed Description
The package according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a package in use, wherein the package of fig. 1 has a chemical liquid in the structure of fig. 2 (in an upward state), and has: a second lid which closes the outlet and prevents liquid leakage in fig. 3 (downward state); and a second plate body which prevents the stacked body from being deformed, and the chemical liquid of the stacked body is accumulated in a reserved space provided between the first plate body and the second plate body.
In fig. 1, it is preferable that the mounting hole 19 of the package 1 is provided in a central portion 40 where diagonal lines 39 of the top surface 3 intersect. A lid member for blocking the inside 4 from the outside is fixed to the mounting hole by an adhesive or fusion bonding 20 from the inside of the package bag 9. As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, the first plate 14 and the second plate 15 that form the retention space 10 have: a first plate body provided with an extraction port 8; a second plate disposed at a predetermined distance 16 from the first plate, in contact with the stacked body 6, and provided with a take-out port; and a second cover 5 attached to the second plate, wherein a holding space capable of holding a liquid amount corresponding to the uniform immersion of the chemical liquid in the laminated body is provided between the surfaces of the first plate and the second plate facing each other, and the area of the first plate and the area of the second plate are configured to be substantially equal when the wall 22 provided on the side of the second plate is removed.
The package body is provided with: a laminate 6 formed by folding or laminating a wet tissue or a cosmetic sheet or a medical sheet (hereinafter, referred to as "sheet body") 7 containing a medicinal liquid; and a second plate body 15 for preventing the laminated body from being deformed by an external force.
The cover member has (includes): a first cover body provided with a first plate body 14 and a folded line 23; a second plate body; a second cover 5 exposed when the first cover is opened; and an outlet 8. The second cover and the outlet for taking out the sheet body are formed in the first plate from the first cover, and the second plate is disposed at a distance from the first plate and is in contact with the laminate, and the laminate is located at the center of the second plate, thereby forming a package.
When a finger for pinching is put into the take-out port while viewing the take-out port from above, the central portion of the stacked body is disposed so as to face the central portion of the take-out port through the second plate. The second plate prevents the stacked body from being deformed even if an external force is applied, and the stacked sheet bodies are smoothly taken out one by one with reduced resistance from the take-out port.
The laminated body is folded by one or more sheet bodies, impregnated with the chemical solution, and sealed between the second plate body and the packaging bag in contact with the second plate body.
The second plate body is preferably configured such that a take-out opening for taking out the sheet body is provided in a central portion where diagonal lines of the plate body intersect with each other, and the take-out opening is disposed facing the central portion where the diagonal lines of the stacked body intersect with each other.
The second plate member is provided with one or more holes, meshes, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "through-holes") 21 through which the chemical solution passes (penetrates) the front and rear surfaces of the plate member.
By providing the through-holes, when an external force is applied, the chemical solution that has been excessively filled or the chemical solution that has been pushed out of the laminate passes through the through-holes, and is quickly transferred to the retention space and accumulated therein. When the external force is removed, the chemical solution in the remaining space can be quickly returned to the stacked body through the through-hole.
The force from the outside is a force (pressure) when the package body in use is stored in a bag in the middle of travel outdoors (at a disaster or at an emergency or at a medical action of internal and external treatment in a hospital or during travel), or in an emergency box or the like to cope with emergency treatment, when the outlet is directed in a direction 13 other than the upward direction 12, for example, in a downward direction, or when the package body is pressed from the outside by a loaded luggage to deform the form of the stacked body.
Fig. 2 is the following state: the engagement portion 27 of the first lid 2 is engaged with a finger, the folded folding line 23 is bent to be freely opened and closed, the second lid 5 has an engagement portion 36 of the second lid by the screw portion 24 provided on both the wall surface 37 near the take-out opening 8, and the second lid is rotated in any predetermined direction to expose the take-out opening, whereby the sheet body can be taken out from the take-out opening. Further, in the present invention, both the third lid 44 shown in fig. 8 having the same function as the second lid and the inner wall surface 45 near the outlet 8 shown in fig. 2, 3, and 6 to 9 are provided with the screw portions 46, and the third lid is rotated in any predetermined direction to obtain the fitting portion 47 of the third lid. The first lid member openably and closably closing the mounting hole of the package according to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2 prevents foreign matter such as dust or dirt from outside from entering the attaching and detaching space 38 on the second lid member side, and maintains the cleanness of the attaching and detaching space of the second lid member. Such a structure is effective, for example, in the case of using a sheet body over a period of several months.
The first lid body is fitted to the first lid body as shown in the enlarged view of the portion C and the enlarged view of the portion D. For example, in the case of the enlarged view of the portion C and the enlarged view of the portion D, the fitting portion 26 is provided by providing the pair of the convex portion 34 and the concave portion 35 to be fitted at one or more portions, and the fitting state of the lid can be confirmed by a sound such as a click generated when the material is fitted in contact with a part of the material.
The second lid is a lid provided at the outlet for perfectly preventing leakage of the chemical, and is a dedicated chemical leakage prevention lid that can be freely attached and detached by blocking the inside and outside by fitting and covering both the lid and the wall surface near the outlet with a screw type lid or a claw. And prevents the chemical solution from volatilizing and leaking from the inside to the outside.
The fitting of the take-out port facing the second lid body is provided with a rubber agent having a shape similar to the shape of the periphery of the inner edge of the take-out port on the inner side of the second lid body, and when the second lid body is pressed in the direction of the take-out port by a hand, the rubber agent is pressed in to be fitted and mated, and the take-out port is closed, so that the inside and the outside are closed by being blocked.
The second plate body integrated with the first plate body and having the take-out port is in contact with the laminated body, and prevents the laminated body from being deformed by external force and the laminated body from being pressed, so that the impregnated state of the chemical liquid is stabilized, and therefore, even if the central portion of the overlapped sheet body is pinched and pulled, the sheet body and the take-out port can be smoothly taken out with reduced resistance.
The take-out port is always located at the center of the intersecting diagonal lines of the stacked body, so that the sheet body can be taken out easily without deformation even if an external force is applied.
The second plate is in contact with the laminate and prevents deformation of the laminate due to deformation of the laminate caused by an external force. Further, the chemical solution is prevented from being squeezed by deformation of a part of the laminate. In addition, when the wall 22 is provided at the end or corner of the plate body and is in contact with the laminated body, the wall is positioned on the central plane of the laminated body, and the shape of the laminated body is prevented from being deformed.
The wall provided in the second plate body has the following effects: even if an external force is applied, the shape of the laminated body is prevented from being deformed by the facing second plate body, the form of the laminated body is stabilized, and uneven impregnation of the chemical solution contained in the laminated body is prevented.
In the processing for increasing the strength of the member for preventing the deformation of the second plate member, in order to be able to cope with the force applied from the outside, concave and convex portions or the like may be provided on the front surface or the rear surface of the second plate member in the longitudinal and lateral directions or the diagonal lines for the purpose of reinforcement. In addition, the plate bodies are reinforced by providing any number of protrusions at any position in contact with the first plate body or the second plate body facing each other so that the plate bodies face each other at a predetermined distance, and the plate bodies are fixed to each other.
The through hole has a function of allowing the chemical solution in the stacked body to pass therethrough and rapidly retaining the chemical solution in the retention space, and the rapidly retaining function is to prevent the chemical solution from being accumulated in the vicinity of the outlet. The chemical liquid stored in the storage space is quickly returned to the laminate through the through-hole without passing through the vicinity of the outlet, and the laminate is returned to a state defined in the product standard.
The package according to the present invention has only a take-out port communicating between the inside and the outside, and the inside and the outside are prevented from being covered and closed by the second lid.
That is, in the attachment/detachment space 38 between the retention space and the second lid, the first plate and the second plate are integrally connected, and the second lid is provided for blocking, so that the chemical liquid portion inside does not leak from the attachment/detachment space to the outside through the outlet.
When the first cover, the second cover, the take-out port, and the second plate of the cover member are integrally formed so as to be substantially straight, the point where the diagonal lines of the second plate in contact with the stacked body intersect also faces the take-out port, and the center point where the diagonal lines of the stacked body naturally intersect also faces the take-out port, so that the resistance of the take-out port when the sheet body is taken out is reduced, and the taken-out sheet body is smoothly taken out by pinching without deforming the taken-out sheet body.
Specifically, the center portion of the second plate member faces the center portion of the stacked body, so that the stacked sheet bodies can be easily taken out by pinching the stacked sheet bodies from the take-out port. What is said is a point where diagonal lines drawn from four or more corners of a substantially rectangular shape or a substantially square shape intersect with each other.
It is preferable to provide a wall 22 for fixing the position of the stacked body to the center of the second plate body without shifting the stacked body. For example, the second plate body may have walls at four corners, two opposing corners, four sides, two adjacent corners, opposing sides, and the like.
That is, the center point of the second plate body at which the diagonal lines intersect faces the center point of the laminate at which the diagonal lines intersect, the ejection port also overlaps the center point, and when the sheet body is ejected from the ejection port, the sheet body can be easily ejected with an even resistance applied to the peripheral edge of the ejection port, and the sheet body can be smoothly ejected without being deformed and adhering to the face portion while reducing the ejection resistance without overloading the sheet body.
Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the package of fig. 1 and 2 according to the first embodiment of the present application, in which an external force is applied to the removal port of the package and the package is directed downward.
The following is an explanatory view of a case where an external force is applied to the package or a case where the package is in a direction 13 other than the upward direction.
The packaging body is provided with a reserving space 10 for storing liquid medicine between a first plate body and a second plate body connected with the packaging bag. The retention space is configured to retain an excess amount of the chemical solution or the chemical solution that is squeezed out by applying an external force to the laminated body, and is a retention space capable of retaining the stored chemical solution 11.
The one or more second plate members prevent the shape of the laminated body from being deformed and prevent the chemical solution from being squeezed due to the deformation, and prevent the uneven impregnation of the chemical solution due to the shape deformation and the squeezing of the laminated sheet bodies. The center portion where the diagonal lines of the stacked body intersect is located at the center portion where the diagonal lines of the second plate body intersect, and the outlet is configured as the center portion of the stacked body and the second plate body. The sheet body is smoothly taken out without resistance at the take-out port.
In addition, since the functional effect of usage varies due to the uneven impregnation of the chemical solution on the sheet member, the second plate member is a lid member for preventing the lack of usability and usage specified in the product standard book.
When the remaining chemical solution and the chemical solution in the laminate are subjected to an external force, the remaining chemical solution and the chemical solution are accumulated in a retention space provided by a combination of the first plate of the lid member fixed to the packaging bag and the second plate integrally formed with the first plate at a distance 16.
The distance between the combination of the first plate and the second plate is configured to be shorter to reduce the volume of the reserved space, and longer to increase the volume of the reserved space.
Since the second lid is attached (closed) to the outlet in terms of design, the chemical liquid stored in the storage space is not transferred to the attachment/detachment space 38 of the second lid.
By applying an external force, the chemical liquid in the stacked body passes through the transfer space 25 between the packaging bag and the second plate and is stored in the storage space. Alternatively, the chemical liquid is stored in the storage space through a through hole penetrating through the front surface and the back surface of the second plate member contacting the stacked body.
The chemical solution stored in the retention space when the external force is removed is returned to the original laminated body through the movement space, or the chemical solution in the retention space is returned to the original laminated body through the through-hole provided in the second plate body in contact with the laminated body.
When the external force is removed from the chemical liquid stored in the retention space or the dispensing port is placed in a normal state in which the dispensing port is directed upward, the chemical liquid in the retention space passes through the movement space between the packaging bag and the plate or the chemical liquid passes through the through hole of the second plate, and the chemical liquid returns to the stacked body, thereby achieving the state of the original product specification standard.
The product manufactured based on the product standard book is a sheet body in a uniformly dipped state without uneven liquid medicine. For example, the amount of the liquid to be impregnated into the facial mask sheet is uniform and uniform regardless of the amount of the liquid to be impregnated into any portion, the ease of use is smooth (usability) during use, the raw material is melted and uniformly impregnated in accordance with the usage (safety), and the product state (sheet body) is stable, thereby obtaining the functional effect specified by the usage.
The third plate 41 is provided on the opposite side so as to face the second plate, with the laminated body in contact with the second plate shown in fig. 2 and 3 interposed between the second plate and the third plate. Preferably, the package is configured such that a plurality of relatively large sheet bodies for wiping the body, such as care products, are sealed as a folded and laminated laminate, and the form of the laminate is easily deformed when an external force is applied.
The third plate is a plate for preventing deformation of the laminated body and the sheet body. When the laminate is pressed, the sheet body is unevenly impregnated with the chemical solution. For example, eyes, a nose, a mouth, and the like of a face mask, etc., which are cut out to have the shape of a face, are shaped to exhibit the functionality of a beauty treatment, and the third plate body protects the laminate, so that the beauty treatment effect, the usability, the functionality, and the beauty treatment effect can be expected.
When the stacked body in contact with the second plate body is pinched and pulled one by one and the thickness of the stacked body is reduced, the plurality of corners where the third plate body and the second plate body face each other come into contact with each other to form the box, and therefore the reduced stacked body sandwiched between the second plate body and the third plate body is protected in the box and becomes a stacked body (package) in a state where it is hardly affected by a force from the outside.
The state of the tank can be protected from external force, and the laminate can be prevented from being deformed, the sheet body can be prevented from being deformed, or the chemical solution can be prevented from being unevenly impregnated. When a structure that easily forms a box is provided by providing a shape such as a projection and a recess having corners facing and contacting each other at a plurality of corners, the laminate is protected and is safe even when taken out of the home. Alternatively, in a package body in which a separately designed polygonal or cylindrical storage case is placed and decorated by being placed on a washstand or a dresser, the structural member is preferably shaped such that the corner of the plate body of the package body is curved in accordance with the shape of the inside of the storage case.
In addition, the third plate body contacting the stacked body is preferably provided with a wall for preventing the stacked body from shifting. For example, the third plate body may be provided with walls at four corners, two opposing corners, four sides, two adjacent corners, two opposing sides, and the like, and may be desirably in a shape to be in contact with and protected by four corners and one or more side surfaces of the laminated body.
It is desirable that the third plate member which is in contact with the laminated body be provided with a through hole provided in the second plate member. When the remaining chemical solution or the chemical solution contained in the stacked body is transferred to the retention space or returned from the retention space to the stacked body, the chemical solution can be prevented from being stored in the vicinity of the third plate, and the chemical solution can be smoothly moved. That is, the third plate is provided on the opposite side of the stacked body from the second plate.
The volume of the retention space is determined by, for example, a product standard book of the size, basis weight, number, and the like of a nonwoven fabric sheet made of natural material having a high impregnation rate as a sheet body. In particular, since the sheet body using natural materials has a large amount of liquid holding chemical and the amount of filled chemical is proportional to the structure, it is necessary to obtain the required volume of chemical when designing the cover member, and to set the distance between the first plate body and the second plate body and to set the volume in advance.
In addition, the size and volume of the retention space require adjustment to shorten or lengthen the distance between the first plate and the second plate constituting the cover member.
The distance is formed by integral molding of a prescribed design. Alternatively, in order to freely adjust the length of the distance and to adjust the volume of the holding space, for example, a second plate body may be combined with a member having a screw type or the like, the length of which can be adjusted. The adjustment of the distance is reasonable since the mold is expensive.
The second lid body can cover and close the unsealing take-out opening, and can seal the inside of the second lid body by blocking the outside. The material of the second cover member is desirably resin, metal, rubber, polyethylene, or the like, and may be formed of any material.
The second cover body is a dedicated cover as follows: the pull-off cap or the like is peeled off to cover the outlet formed facing the outlet by having a screw portion, or a soft member such as rubber is brought into close contact with the inner periphery of the outlet to block the inside from the outside, thereby preventing the internal chemical from leaking to the outside.
Alternatively, the second lid may be detachably fitted to the outlet (regardless of the perfect circular shape) facing the second lid by providing one or more hook-shaped claws and receiving portions for receiving the claws, and the second lid may be freely opened and closed by the attachment and detachment of the lid. In addition, when the second lid member is detached from the package, it is preferable to provide a hinge or a coupling portion to prevent the second lid member from being detached from the package and lost.
The purpose of providing the screw portion on the peripheral wall surface of the circle near the second lid and the outlet for mating is to obtain the fitting portion 36 of the second lid that stops when rotated in the closing direction by providing the screw portion. That is, the chemical liquid contained in the package does not flow out to the outside. In addition, the liquid medicine is prevented from volatilizing and leaking. It is preferable that the laminate has an air-tightness for preventing the laminate from being contaminated by water, air, or the like from the outside, in addition to the function of preventing the liquid from leaking or preventing the vapor of the chemical liquid from leaking to the outside.
The sealing member provided on the inner side of the second lid member blocks the inside from the outside, and the sealing effect is not impaired even if a force is applied from the outside, and the sealing member is a member that is freely deformed and fitted along the shape of the inner periphery of the outlet, and it is desirable to use a soft material, such as a rubber-like elastomer, paper, resin, or a material having flexibility, that can respond to the force of pressing from the stacked body. The sealing member needs to be verified for compatibility with the chemical solution. Therefore, it is preferable that the sealing member is provided at least at a position where the inner surface of the second lid contacts the upper surface of the outlet (a position where a downward-facing surface of the inner surface of the second lid contacts an upward-facing surface of the outer surface of the outlet).
The method of forming the lid member of the present application may be configured by integral forming, assembling a plurality of separate parts, injection molding, cutting a solid resin or metal, and the like, and the forming may be arbitrary. The material of the lid member is not particularly limited as long as it is a resin, metal, wood, paper, or the like that can be freely opened and closed to block the inside of the packaging bag from the outside of the packaging bag and has a sealing effect.
The deformation of the sheet body may cause deformation of eyes, a nose, a mouth, and the like disposed on the mask sheet, for example, and the sheet body may not be smoothly adhered to the face.
Fig. 4 is a process diagram of the package according to the first embodiment of the present application.
In the step 18 of packaging the package, a hole 19 is provided in the packaging film 17 which is the top surface of the packaging bag, the surface of the packaging bag on the inside of the packaging film is bonded or welded 20 to the first plate 14, the dry or wet laminate 6 is fixed to the second plate 15, and the ends of the packaging film are bonded or welded to each other, thereby forming a package which is sealed by separating the inside from the outside.
The bonding is performed by bonding a film, a sheet, or the like of a thermoplastic surface used for the packaging bag to at least a part of the surface of the first plate body of the lid member with an adhesive such as a hot melt.
The welding is heat sealing or the like, that is, a film, a sheet or the like of a thermoplastic surface used in the packaging bag is melted by heat, and for example, the LLDPE side of the film structure is welded to at least a part of a surface of the outer cover made of polyethylene or the like and a thermoplastic surface forming the packaging bag which are bonded to each other.
The film or sheet is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene (LLDPE), OPP, CPP, aluminum foil, metal vapor deposition, or the like, and is heated by a high-frequency hot plate to form a pillow packaging bag. The structure of the membrane is arbitrary.
The lid member is formed integrally by, for example, injection molding or the like, mainly using polyethylene (LLDPE) as a raw material, which is weldable to the film. In addition to the integral molding, parts necessary for molding the cover member may be combined. The material used for the package preferably has chemical resistance and a low adsorption rate of the chemical.
Products manufactured according to product standard specifications are manufactured from specified raw materials, and are qualified products judged by factory in quality tests, and the products have usability, stability and safety for objects or people.
The usability refers to that the liquid medicine can be used, for example, for wiping an object or for cosmetic use on a person by keeping the originally designed amount of liquid medicine at the time of use. For example, if the amount of the first chemical solution to be impregnated is insufficient, there are disadvantages that the wiping work for an object is not performed properly, or the work for adhering the cosmetic treatment to the face cannot be performed smoothly.
The safety refers to a chemical solution that maintains a proper amount of impregnation into the sheet body and has a balanced preparation. For example, if the amount of liquid is insufficient and the balance of the raw material is lost due to evaporation of water or the like, there are disadvantages such as generation of odor, discoloration, and the like, reduction in wiping effect on an object, and skin problems in cosmetic use for a human.
The term "stability" refers to the selection of materials and materials that are determined to be used in the product standard specification according to the purpose of the user. A design is realized which can maintain the quality of the initial manufacture during the storage period from the manufacture to the use. That is, the package of the present invention is a package that has usability, safety, or stability for an object, a human, or an animal, and can cope with an unexpected situation outdoors.
Fig. 5 is an explanatory diagram of a storage state of a conventional product package 28 during use. The storage state in which the outlet 30 is directed upward 31 and the bottom is directed downward 32 is explained, and the cover 29 is provided to be openable and closable and to cover the upper part of the outlet.
When a package in the middle of use of a conventional product is subjected to an external force, the following problems occur. The first embodiment of the present application, compared with the existing product, is an invention creation that solves the problem point of the existing product.
In the conventional product, there is no countermeasure against liquid leakage when a part of a cover covering an upper portion of the ejection port is removed by hitting with an external force, and a chemical liquid in the laminate in the inner portion 33 may leak from the cover through the ejection port.
In the conventional package, the laminate of the package is unevenly deformed due to the transmission of an externally applied force to the laminate, and the laminate is pressed by the uneven force to squeeze out the chemical solution, thereby resulting in uneven amounts of the chemical solution to be impregnated.
In the conventional products, since the filling amount and the dipping amount of the chemical liquid in the cosmetic sheet or the medical sheet are large, for example, when an external force is applied, a large amount of the chemical liquid is accumulated in the vicinity of the outlet, and the outlet is pressed to leak the chemical liquid from the fitting gap.
In the conventional product, in an environment where a range of fitting due to manufacturing conditions (a range of suitable quality, conversion of a mold) is not suitable or external force is applied, a lid of an outer cover of a package in use may be opened by being struck by the external force.
In the conventional product, the laminate inside the package is deformed and deformed by an external force, and the shape of the laminate is deformed, and unevenness in the shape of the laminate or the liquid medicine is generated when the liquid medicine is immersed.
Since the liquid medicine leaks from the outlet by applying an external force to the package of the conventional product, the liquid medicine inside the package is reduced, and the sheet lacks safety and stability specified by the product standard specification.
For example, the resistance between the take-out port and the sheet body is increased due to the deformation of the shape of the sheet body or the variation in the amount of the liquid medicine, and it is difficult to take out the sheet body from the deformed laminate through the take-out port. For example, cosmetic use in which a sheet body is not properly wiped against a table, a personal computer, or the like, or a deformed sheet body is attached to a face is difficult, and the original use, function, or effect is hindered.
The utility model discloses when applying the power that comes from the outside, prevent through adopting second lid, second plate body that the form of stack is walked shape and liquid medicine from getting the export and leaking. However, it is outside the scope of the present invention to apply an unexpected force or an intentional force to the package to cause the package to be damaged.
The wet tissue of the sheet body is a product which is an impregnated product with a chemical solution for use on an object or an animal, and which is a product for wiping off dirt on furniture, toys, toilets, tools, towels, and the like around the body, using a nonwoven fabric sheet, cotton, gauze, paper, or the like (hereinafter referred to as "nonwoven fabric sheet").
The sheet body cosmetic sheet is a nonwoven fabric sheet or a biological cellulose sheet, and is used for medical products with a drug solution for human use, and for cosmetic uses, for example, impregnated products such as a cosmetic sheet for face pack, a neck film sheet, an eye film sheet, a makeup removing sheet, a face washing sheet, a hand or body moisturizing sheet, a sheet for protecting hair or scalp, and a wiping sheet for wiping baby's mouth and buttocks.
The medical sheet of the sheet body is a nonwoven fabric sheet, and is an impregnated product obtained by sterilizing gauze, cotton balls, cotton blocks, cotton sticks, and the like with ethylene oxide gas, gamma irradiation, an autoclave, and the like, and impregnating a liquid such as ethanol, povidone iodine, and the like into a container for medical use, for example, a medical product having a medical liquid used in human medical use. The package may be composed of a drug-resistant film and a laminate of medical devices or ethanol, povidone iodine, or the like, which can withstand and maintain safety and stability for a certain period of time.
The impregnated product of the present invention is impregnated with a chemical solution twice as much as the weight of the wet tissue, for example, by using a nonwoven fabric sheet as a material and a laminated body of chemical materials or the like as a material. The impregnation amount of the laminate of 100% natural cotton material for cosmetic sheets and medical sheets is about 6 times or more of the weight of the nonwoven fabric sheet.
Since the liquid amount of the cosmetic sheet, for example, the mask, is evaporated by the body temperature when the sheet is stuck on the face for a certain period of time, the liquid amount of the liquid medicine of the evaporated amount is estimated and excessively filled, and the liquid amount of the liquid medicine excessively filled for obtaining the cosmetic effect of moisturizing the skin even if the cosmetic sheet is peeled off from the face is intentionally filled.
An example of the specification of the laminate sealed in the packaging bag and the sheet material for constituting the laminate according to the embodiment will be described.
The sheet body and the sheet body are connected to each other and stacked, and the connecting portions connected to each other are easily torn piece by piece from the take-out opening of the cover, and are easily pinched and taken out one by one with a finger.
The end portion of the sheet body and the end portion of the next sheet body are overlapped and stacked, and the next sheet body is pulled out by pinching one sheet body with a finger or the like and pulling out the sheet body. When the second lid member is removed, the central portion (removal port) of the second plate member is opposed to the central portion of the upper surface of the laminate, and the end portion of the sheet member is positioned at the central portion of the upper surface of the laminate, so that when the end portion is removed by pinching with a finger, tweezers (tool), or the like, the pinching force applied to the folded sheet member is uniformly dispersed and removed without being deformed. The storage section of the removal tool or the detachable structure may be provided on the side surface, front surface, back surface, or the like.
The basis weight of the sheet body may be selected from the group consisting of a nonwoven fabric sheet, for example, 10 (g/mm)2)~120(g/mm2) The method for producing the nonwoven fabric sheet and the weight per unit area can be selected arbitrarily. Nonwoven sheets constructed by spunlace are desirable.
The nonwoven fabric sheet made of natural materials is made of natural fibers such as cotton, tencel, and pine silk. The fibers may be fibers obtained by processing the fibers by mixing or coating with carbon powder or the like in the natural world. Absorbent cotton, cotton wool, cotton balls are also commonly used in cosmetic and medical devices.
The nonwoven fabric sheet made of chemical fibers is made of chemical fibers such as rayon, polyester sheet, polypropylene, and polyethylene.
Furthermore, the weight per unit area may be as low as 10 (g/mm)2) The nonwoven fabric sheet or the biocellulose of (1) has a reinforced resin film or a nonwoven fabric sheet or a resin film such as a nonwoven fabric which can be released (peeled) from one or both surfaces thereof, and when adhering, the nonwoven fabric sheet or the resin film may be peeled off in order, which is convenient for use.
As the sheet for face mask, for example, the following types of plane bodies are arbitrarily punched out. Further, an example in which at least a part of the adhesive was smoothly adhered to the face was shown.
For example, the mask sheet may be punched out to cover approximately the forehead portion to the chin portion of the face portion, and may cover approximately 190 to 280mm near the neck portion, approximately 190mm from the end of the left cheek portion to the end of the right face portion, and approximately 240mm from the end of both the left and right ears.
For example, the separation type is a form in which approximately 190 to 280mm from the upper part of the forehead, the cheeks of both the left and right sides, and the neck are arbitrarily divided into an upper part and a lower part and covered.
When at least one set of end portions having notches for hooking to ears of both the left and right sides is provided on both the left and right side edge portions on the contour line of the mask sheet, the beauty effect in the adhered and improved state can be continued.
The folding method of the mask sheet may be, for example, a method in which both the left and right edge portions and the edge portion are folded into two left and right sides around a bridge longitudinal axis which is symmetrical with respect to the left and right of the mask sheet, and the sides of the bridge longitudinal axis are provided, and the upper forehead portion and the lower portion in the longitudinal direction of the sides are folded along an arbitrary line intersecting the longitudinal direction.
The nipping portion of the contour line is provided with a nipping portion that is gripped by one or more fingers in the outer direction of the contour line of the sheet for face mask, so that the nipping portion is gripped to unfold the folded sheet for face mask into a flat body, and the folded sheet for face mask is easily and smoothly adhered to the folded sheet for face mask. The position, number and shape of the pinching portion are arbitrary.
In addition, when taking out and unfolding, the sheet for a mask is provided with a pinching portion on the left and right sides, or is folded in a left-right symmetrical direction with an axis shifted in either left or right direction, so that the sheet can be easily unfolded toward a plane body. If the pinching parts are arranged in a vertically staggered manner, the pinching and spreading can be performed more easily.
The folding step of folding the edge portion of the folded and folded face portion and the side of the longitudinal axis of the bridge of the nose at least once is added when the package is sealed, and the upper forehead portion and the lower portion in the longitudinal direction of the side are folded along an arbitrary line intersecting the longitudinal direction, so that the package is more compact and easy to seal.
The forehead and eyes of the face mask sheet are provided with notch holes whose long axes are transverse to the face at positions corresponding to the eyes, or cover bodies (flaps) covering the eyes are provided at positions corresponding to the eyes.
The lid body of the both eyes is provided with a flap formed by a continuous notch line connecting the vicinity of the outer canthus and the vicinity of the inner canthus or a notch line having a part of discontinuity.
The sheet for face mask is punched, and it is desirable to perform punching so that the MD direction coincides with the longitudinal direction of the bridge of nose by pulling out the nonwoven fabric sheet from the nonwoven fabric roll in the machine pulling direction (MD).
In addition to the property of the nonwoven fabric sheet that the machine direction MD and the nose ridge direction are pressed so as to be aligned with each other and spread in the Cross Direction (CD) of the nonwoven fabric, when a plurality of lines of stitch-shaped cut lines in the longitudinal direction or a slightly oblique direction are provided along the nose ridge of the face in the region facing the three-dimensional shape of the face, the features of both lines complement each other, and the mask sheet can be smoothly stretched and spread in the width direction of the face and can be bonded so as to cover and adhere the face.
The plurality of rows of stitch-like incised lines are connected in a continuous or discontinuous manner that describes straight lines as well as curves. Desirably along the MD and bridge of the nose.
The medicinal liquid is liquid, alcoholic preparation, emulsion, powder, paste, etc. for obtaining functional effects of cosmetics, quasi-drugs, and medicines. Examples of the sheet material having the chemical solution include a sheet material coated with a chemical, a mixed sheet material, a sheet material of a gelling agent, a sheet material of a bio-cellulose, a sheet material of a white paper, and a sheet material of an oil-absorbing paper.
Materials other than medical liquids (hereinafter referred to as "groceries"), for example, "cool (reduce body temperature, cold heat): wheat flour + water "," warm keeping, sweating (raising body temperature): pepper + wheat flour + water "," beauty (vegetable) pack: cucumber slicing package "," mud (clay): mud-coated "" carbon powder: sebum, dirt, adsorption of old keratin, adsorption of odor, and the like.
The first embodiment of the present invention is a package body used halfway, and the first lid body which openably closes the mounting hole 19 of the package body of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3 prevents foreign matters such as dust or garbage from entering the attaching and detaching space 38 on the second lid body side from the outside, and maintains the cleanliness of the attaching and detaching space 38 of the second lid body. Such a structure is effective, for example, in the case of using a sheet body over a period of several months. Further, the closed first lid of the package including the first lid and the second lid is directly in contact with the second lid in a situation where the package is not intended or where an external force is applied to the package, and therefore the second lid is protected by the first lid, and therefore there is no influence, and since the fitting state of the second lid and the dispensing opening is maintained, there is no liquid leakage from the inside, and there is no change in stability and safety from the beginning.
In particular, the second embodiment of the present invention and the third embodiment of the present invention are directed to a packaging body used midway, having the technical invention for coping with unexpected situations, which is the object of the present invention, and having a structure for reducing the cost of the product. The second embodiment of the present invention is a package in which a part of the package is used, and like the package of the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the first lid 2 is an unnecessary component in terms of cost, and therefore, can be omitted, and is a package constituted by the second lid 5. It is preferable that the second plate 15 or the third plate 41 be provided with the through-hole 21 and the wall 22 so as to have a space for holding the chemical liquid of the laminated body, which does not deform the shape of the sheet body 7, to facilitate the taking-out from the outlet 8, and to prevent the leakage of the chemical liquid by the second lid 5. Such a structure is effective, for example, in the case of surgery, disinfection, skin care, or the like, in which the entire laminate 6 is used for a short period of time.
Fig. 6 omits the first lid of the package of fig. 2, and the heights of the first plate and the second lid are made substantially the same. The portion where the first plate 14 and the second plate 15 are connected is formed into a cylindrical wall shape, and a space into which a finger tip can enter and which can rotate the second cover body is provided between the cylindrical inner wall and the first cover body. That is, as shown in fig. 6, the first plate 14 and the second plate 15 which form the retention space 10 are configured as a package including: a first plate body provided with an extraction port 8; a second plate provided with a take-out port, disposed at a predetermined distance 16 from the first plate, and in contact with the stacked body 6; and a second cover 5 attached to the second plate, wherein a holding space capable of holding a liquid amount corresponding to the uniform impregnation of the chemical solution of the pressed laminated body is provided between the first plate and the second plate facing each other, and the outer periphery of the first plate faces the outer periphery of the second plate. In order to prevent the shape of the laminated body from being distorted, it is desirable to provide the wall 22 on the outer periphery of the second plate member. As shown in fig. 6, in order to prevent the shape of the stacked body from being distorted, it is preferable to provide a wall 22 for fixing the position of the stacked body to the center of the second plate body and preventing the stacked body from being displaced. For example, the second plate body may have walls at four corners, two opposing corners, four sides, two adjacent corners, opposing sides, and the like.
In fig. 6, a close-contact member 42 is provided inside the second lid 5. Accordingly, even in the package having only the second lid member, since the close-contact member is a member that is freely deformed and fitted along the inner periphery of the outlet as in fig. 2, the close-contact member is provided inside the second lid member, thereby blocking the inside from the outside, and the sealing effect is not impaired even when a force is applied from the outside.
In the third embodiment of the present invention, in the case of using the midway packaging body, for example, in the event of a negative injury such as in dispute in fig. 7, the laminated body 6 houses the sheet body 7 impregnated with the chemical liquid of a capacity that can sustain a sterile wound or the like over several days, the first lid body and the first lid body are omitted, the raised portion 43 is provided around the outlet of the second lid body having the outlet 8, and the second lid body for separating the inside 4 and the outside is fixed to the raised portion around the mounting hole by bonding or welding 20 from the inside of the packaging bag 9 in the mounting hole 19. The third embodiment of the present invention is similar to the first embodiment of the present invention in cost.
A raised portion 43 is provided at an arbitrary position in the direction away from the raised portion 43 raised upward near the outlet of the second plate, and when the packaging bag and the raised portion are fixed by adhesion or welding 20, a space 10 for storing the chemical solution of the stacked body 6, which is composed of the second plate 15, the raised portion 43, and the packaging bag 9, is obtained. That is, a low-cost package in which a retention space is formed by bonding or welding 20 between a raised portion of the second panel that is continuously raised along the entire periphery of the outlet, one or more raised portions that are raised at arbitrary positions in a direction away from the continuously raised portion in the vicinity of the outlet, and the second panel and the package bag. Further cost reduction is achieved by providing a second lid that openably closes the outlet 8 in fig. 9, and providing a holding space 10 for holding the extruded chemical solution 11 of the laminate 6 by a structure in which the chemical solution is held in a space between the packaging bag 9, the second plate 15, and the laminate provided on both the left and right sides. In this case, a larger holding space is obtained between the stacked body and the packaging bag than between the packaging bag and the second plate. Therefore, at least a space may be provided between the stacked body and the packaging bag. Also, as shown in fig. 9, it is preferable that the side of the packing bag is protruded in a triangular shape in section for the reserved space. In addition, the remaining space may be partially projected in a convex shape, instead of projecting in a triangular shape in cross section on the entire side surface of the packaging bag. The second plate 15 or the third plate 41 is preferably provided with a through hole 21 and a wall 22. In fig. 7, the reduction of the material at one or more portions protruding from the second plate member is omitted, and thus the cost of the mold and the cost of the material are reduced. When one or more raised portions are omitted, the omission of the sealing step for sealing the packaging bag leads to a reduction in process cost.
The distance (length) from the second plate 15 to the fitting portion 36 provided on the wall surface in the vicinity of the removal port of the second plate may be any as long as the second lid can be removed by rotating the second lid with a finger.
Fig. 7 is a package that is compact, easy to carry, and of reasonable cost design, and forms a laminate between a second panel and a third panel. The sheet member 7 has a second plate, a third plate and a space 10 for storing the chemical in the laminate, and the second cover 5 is provided with a 2 nd cover for closing the outlet in an openable and closable manner, and is easy to take out from the outlet 8, thereby preventing leakage of the chemical. As in fig. 2, the second plate 15 or the third plate 41 is preferably provided with a through hole 21 and a wall 22. As shown in fig. 7, it is preferable to provide a wall 22 for fixing the position of the stacked body to the center of the second plate member and preventing the stacked body from being displaced, in order to prevent the stacked body from being deformed. For example, the second plate body may have walls at four corners, two opposing corners, four sides, two adjacent corners, opposing sides, and the like. Further, when the shape of the second plate body is substantially the same as the shape of the upper surface of the laminated body in contact with the second plate body, the laminated body and the sheet body are protected from an external force by the second plate body, and deformation of the laminated body and the sheet body is prevented. When the shape of the third plate member is substantially the same as the shape of the lower surface of the laminate, the laminate and the sheet member can be protected, and the same effect of preventing deformation can be obtained.
In fig. 7, a close-contact member 42 is provided inside the second lid 5. Thus, even in the case of a package having only the second lid member, the sealing member is a member that is freely deformed and fitted along the inner periphery of the outlet as in fig. 2, and the sealing member provided on the inner side of the second lid member blocks the inside from the outside, and the sealing effect is not impaired even when a force is applied from the outside.
It should be noted that, in addition to the utility model of the present application, the usability is increased by combining the technologies of japanese patent No. 4352416, japanese patent No. 4492980, japanese patent No. 4995981, japanese patent No. 5342056, japanese patent No. 5551821, japanese patent No. 5580496, japanese patent No. 5676804, japanese patent No. 5898370, japanese patent No. 6041409, japanese patent No. 6228325, japanese patent No. 6259963, japanese patent No. 6281037, japanese patent No. 6295389, japanese patent No. 6343740, japanese patent No. 6343741, and japanese patent No. 6368976, which have been already filed by the applicant of the utility model of the present application, and therefore there is no problem.
