Description

The present invention relates to a sealed container that contains, for example, a medicine such as eye drops, a liquid or powdery substance to avoid oxidation in a sealed state, and in particular, does not cause looseness in screwing of a lid member that covers the sealed container. The present invention relates to a hermetically sealed container having a structured locking mechanism.

Conventionally, as a method for sealing an opening of a container, for example, a method of sealing the opening by screwing a lid member into the opening is generally used.

In the known technique of Patent Document 1, a tamper-evidence ring is formed through a weakened portion that can be cut at the lower end of the skirt portion of the lid. The ring remains in the container mouth.

However, in the known technique of Patent Document 1, the structure of the tamper-evidence ring is complicated, which makes it difficult to manufacture and prevents the lid from coming loose so that the contents stored in the container do not leak outside. When trying to open the lid, since the weakened portion is broken and the tamper evidence ring remains in the container mouth portion, the lid cannot be repeatedly prevented from loosening after the lid is applied. Moreover, since the weakened part is crushed when the lid is applied and the length is changed, the length is changed in advance so that the length is manufactured in advance. Has the problem of being difficult.

Therefore, the conventional sealed container has a problem that must be solved to ensure that the lid member can be prevented from loosening with a simple structure even when the lid member is repeatedly opened and closed. doing.

As a specific means for solving the problems of the conventional example described above, a sealed container having a locking mechanism according to the present invention has a substantially cylindrical shape and has an opening at one end thereof, and the opening is formed. A sealed container comprising a lid member that is screwed onto the neck portion to cover the lid portion, the lid member comprising a flat portion that contacts the upper edge of the opening and a hanging portion that covers the periphery of the neck portion; A protrusion is formed by forming a fitting recess on the inner peripheral surface near the lower end of the hanging portion, and a fitting protrusion corresponding to the fitting recess is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the neck, and the opening The most important thing is to prevent the lid member from loosening by screwing the lid member onto the projection member so that the protruding portion gets over the fitting convex portion and the fitting concave portion and the fitting convex portion are fitted together. Features.

In this invention, the fitting convex part formed in the neck part in the container body is formed to have a larger diameter than the inner peripheral surface of the lower end part of the hanging part of the lid member; A sealing recess is formed along the upper edge of the opening, and the opening is sealed by contacting the sealing recess and the upper edge of the opening with two parallel lines on the upper edge. The sealing concave portion includes a rubber material or a soft or resin material having the same quality as the container main body as an additional requirement.

As described above, a sealed container having a locking mechanism according to the present invention is applied by screwing a container body having a substantially cylindrical shape and having an opening at one end thereof and a neck forming the opening. A sealed container comprising a lid member for covering, wherein the lid member is composed of a flat portion that comes into contact with the upper edge of the opening and a hanging portion that covers the periphery of the neck portion, and is close to the lower end portion of the hanging portion. A projection is formed by forming a fitting recess on the inner peripheral surface of the inner surface, a fitting projection corresponding to the fitting recess is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the neck, and the lid member is screwed into the opening. By doing so, the protruding portion gets over the fitting convex portion, and the fitting concave portion and the fitting convex portion are fitted to prevent loosening of the lid member. Even if it is repeatedly opened and closed, it has an excellent effect of reliably preventing the lid member from loosening. Achieve the.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on specific embodiments.
EXAMPLE 1 Example 1 of the sealed container provided with the locking mechanism according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a sealed container provided with a locking mechanism of Example 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the first embodiment, a sealed container 1 having a locking mechanism is composed of a container body 2 and a lid member 3. The container body 2 and the lid member 3 are made of, for example, a resin material or the like. Is formed.

The container body 2 of the sealed container 1 has a substantially cylindrical shape. An opening 4 is formed at one end of the substantially cylindrical shape, and a screw part 6 to be screwed is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the neck 5 that forms the opening 4.

The lid member 3 of the sealed container 1 is composed of a flat surface portion 7 that comes into contact with the upper edge of the opening 4 of the container body 2 and a hanging portion 8 that covers the periphery of the neck portion 5 in the container body 2. On the inner peripheral surface of the hanging portion 8, a screw portion 9 for screwing corresponding to the screw portion 6 formed on the neck portion 5 of the container body 2 is formed.

As shown in FIG. 2, a sealing recess 10 is formed along the upper edge of the opening 4 of the container body 2 on the inner surface side of the flat surface portion 7 of the lid member 3. And the upper edge of the opening 4 can be brought into contact with two parallel lines on the upper edge, that is, the tapered surface and the upper surface of the sealing recess 10 to seal the opening 4. .

Therefore, by screwing the hanging portion 8 of the lid member 3 to the neck portion 5 of the container body 2 and applying the lid, the opening 4 of the container body 2 is sealed with the lid member 3 so that the sealed container 1 is sealed. Therefore, the stored items stored in the sealed container 1 can be prevented from leaking outside.

Further, a fitting recess 12 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the drooping portion 8 near the lower end portion 11 of the lid member 3, and the drooping portion 8 is fitted on the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 5 of the container body 2. A fitting convex portion 13 corresponding to the concave portion 12 is formed.

And the protrusion part 8a is formed in the lower part of the fitting recessed part 12 formed in the inner peripheral surface near the lower end part 11 of the hanging part 8 of the cover member 3 by forming this fitting recessed part 12. FIG.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing, in an enlarged manner, only the main portions of the vicinity of the lower end portion 11 of the hanging portion 8 of the lid member 3 and the neck portion 5 of the container body 2. The fitting convex part 13 formed in the neck part 5 in the container main body 2 is formed larger in diameter than the inner peripheral surface of the lower end part 11 of the hanging part 8 in the lid member 3 as shown in FIG.

Therefore, when the drooping portion 8 of the lid member 3 is screwed onto the neck portion 5 of the container body 2 to cover the opening 4 of the container body 2, the bottom end portion 11 of the drooping portion 8 of the lid member 3 As shown by the solid line in FIG. 3, the protruding portion 8 a abuts on the fitting convex portion 13 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 5 of the container body 2. It will not be covered.

However, by applying a stronger external force to the lid member 3 and screwing the hanging portion 8 of the lid member 3 to the neck portion 5 of the container body 2, the hanging portion 8 of the lid member 3 formed of a resin material or the like is 3, the protrusion 8 a formed at the lower end portion 11 of the hanging portion 8 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 5 of the container body 2. Over the mating convex portion 13, the mating convex portion 13 and the mating concave portion 12 formed on the inner peripheral surface near the lower end portion 11 of the hanging portion 8 of the lid member 3 are fitted and engaged. Become.

Therefore, if at least the protrusion 8a is formed on the inner peripheral surface near the lower end 11 of the hanging part 8 of the lid member 3, the protrusion 8a gets over the fitting protrusion 13, and the protrusion 8a Since it can be fitted and engaged with the fitting convex portion 13, if the protruding portion 8 a is formed on the inner peripheral surface near the lower end portion 11 of the hanging portion 8, the fitting concave portion 12 is not necessarily formed. Moreover, in order to make it easier for the protruding portion 8a to get over the fitting convex portion 13, the lower end portion 11 of the hanging portion 8 is preferably formed on the tapered surface 11a as shown in the figure.

At that time, the drooping portion 8 of the lid member 3 suddenly returns to the original state immediately after the protruding portion 8a gets over the fitting convex portion 13 from the state of spreading outward, and the fitting concave portion 12 and the fitting convex portion. 13 is fitted to the neck portion 5 of the container main body 2 so that the drooping portion 8 of the lid member 3 is completely screwed and applied to the neck portion 5 of the container main body 2. When a “click” sound is generated when mating with the mating convex portion 13, it is clearly understood that the cover is completely screwed.

Therefore, since it is possible to prevent an excessive force from being applied to the lid member 3, the screw portion 6 formed on the neck portion 5 of the container body 2 and the screw formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hanging portion 8 of the lid member 3. The part 9 is not damaged.

As an external force applied to the lid member 3, for example, an appropriate jig (wrench or the like) is applied to the polygonal concave portion 14 formed at the bottom of the container body 2 and the polygonal concave portion 15 formed at the top of the lid member 3. It is also possible to apply an external force for opening and applying the lid by fitting them.

Thus, the fitting recess 12 formed on the inner peripheral surface near the lower end portion 11 of the hanging portion 8 of the lid member 3 and the fitting convex portion 13 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 5 of the container body 2 are fitted. In the case where the lid member 3 is reversely rotated and opened from the combined state, the lid member 3 cannot be opened unless it is reversely rotated with a considerable external force. For example, in the degree of vibration applied to the sealed container 1, The lid member 3 never opens.

Accordingly, the fitting recess 12 is formed on the inner peripheral surface near the lower end portion 11 of the hanging portion 8 of the lid member 3, and the fitting projection 13 corresponding to the fitting recess 12 is formed on the outer periphery of the neck portion 5 of the container body 2. The simple structure of forming on the surface can surely prevent the lid from loosening, and the lid application and the lid opening can be repeated.

FIG. 4 shows a lid member 21 of the sealed container 1 provided with the loosening prevention mechanism of Example 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment, the shape of the sealing recess 22 of the lid member 21 is formed in a substantially mountain shape, and the other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the description thereof is duplicated. Therefore, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, description thereof is omitted, and the container body 2 is completely the same, and thus description thereof is omitted.

In the second embodiment, the shape of the sealing concave portion 22 of the lid member 21 is formed in a substantially mountain shape. In this way, by forming the shape of the sealing recess 22 in a substantially mountain shape, two parallel lines on the upper edge between the sealing recess 22 and the upper edge of the opening 4 of the container body 2, That is, the opening 4 can be sealed by contacting the inner tapered surface and the outer tapered surface of the sealing recess 22.

The sealed container 1 provided with the locking mechanism of Example 3 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the third embodiment, the sealing recess 32 of the lid member 31 is formed by another member, and the other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the description is duplicated. Components having the same configuration as in Example 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.

In the third embodiment, the sealing recess 32 of the lid member 31 is formed by another member. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the lid member 31. A circumferential groove portion 34 is formed in the flat surface portion 33 on the inner surface side of the lid member 31.

FIG. 6 shows a schematic perspective view of the sealing member 35 forming the sealing recess 32 as seen from below. The sealing member 35 includes a large-diameter disk portion 36 having a predetermined thickness and a small-diameter disk portion 37 protruding from the disk portion 36, and the disk portion 37 extends from the top to the bottom (the disk portion 36 side). It is formed in a taper shape so as to have a large diameter toward the surface.

Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the disk portion 36 of the sealing member 35 is fitted into a circumferential groove portion 34 formed in the flat surface portion 33 on the inner surface side of the lid member 31, thereby the first embodiment. The opening 4 of the container body 2 can be sealed in the same manner as the sealing recess 10.

For this reason, the sealing recess 32, that is, the sealing member 35 is formed of, for example, a rubber material or a soft or resin material having the same quality as the container body, and the opening 4 of the container body 2 and the sealing recess 32 are formed. It is preferable to ensure contact.
