前記吊るされる複数の袋の最前列の袋の前記耳部を押さえ、前記最前列の袋を前記一対の袋吊し棒の長さ方向における基準位置に位置せしめ、かつ前記複数の袋の耳部を後傾せしめるように前記複数の袋を前方に押圧しながら挟持する袋束挟持部材と、
前記機枠に、停止位置から所定距離だけ前進し、そこから前記停止位置の所定高さ上方の位置まで後退し、かつそこから前記停止位置へ下降するよう移動可能に配設された可動体と、
前記可動体を後方へ付勢する付勢手段と、
