Description

The present invention relates to a planting pavement technique used to configure a pavement part with traffic of people and objects (vehicles, etc.) such as a parking lot, a rooftop, and a road as a pavement part provided with planting, Specifically, a surface plate material that forms a pavement surface is provided, a large number of openings are provided in the surface plate material so that plants can grow through the top and bottom, and a grounding portion that allows the surface plate material to be installed on a pavement ground is provided. The present invention relates to a planting pavement tool and a planting pavement structure.

In recent years, the rooftops of buildings, parking lots, roads, and other paved surfaces have been replaced with inorganic finishes such as asphalt and concrete, for example, finished with grass and plants such as sedum. , Improving the heat insulation effect on the pavement ground side, and playing a role in preventing global warming from the action of reducing carbon dioxide by plants.
However, even if planting is carried out, there will be a problem that the planted material will wither as it will be stepped on directly when people or objects come and go on the planted pavement surface. The planting pavement and the planting pavement structure that were considered to be able to prevent this were as shown in FIG.
That is, for example, the pavement tool main body 21 is configured by a large number of partitions 20 having a honeycomb structure in a planar shape, and each hexagonal space surrounded by the partitions 20 is configured as an independent plant placement space V. The upper edge portion of each partition 20 corresponds to the surface plate portion 9 that receives the load on the pavement surface, and the lower edge portion of each partition 20 serves as a grounding portion 4A that grounds the surface plate portion 9 on the pavement substrate 1. It was equivalent. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
And by laying a plurality of the planting pavement on the pavement ground 1, and using each planting arrangement space V of the planting pavement with the soil portion 6 and the planted plant 7 embedded therein, respectively. The plant 7 can be viewed through the opening 9a above the plant arrangement space V.

1)Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-60319 (FIG. 1)

According to the above-described conventional planting pavement technology, the plant placement space is finely divided by partitions, and soil or planting is individually put into each plant placement space. There was a problem that it was necessary and it took much time to form the planting pavement. Furthermore, since the plant can grow roots only in a narrow range within each plant arrangement space, there is a problem that it may become a growth impure or may cause withering.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, create an environment in which planted plants can grow soundly, and plant plants that do not wither even if people or objects come and go on the planting pavement surface. The object of the present invention is to provide a planting pavement technique capable of forming a pavement and efficiently performing the forming operation.

A first characteristic configuration of the present invention is that a surface plate material for forming a pavement surface is provided, and a large number of openings through which the planted material can grow through the surface plate material are provided on the surface of the pavement. In the planting pavement provided with an installable grounding part, a plurality of legs that can be inserted into a planting part installed on the pavement foundation and hold the surface plate material above the planting part, The lower surface of the surface plate material is provided in a scattered and integrated manner, and the lower portion of the leg portion is formed as the ground contact portion.

According to the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, planting pavement can be easily performed even when a planting part is formed on a pavement base in advance, and in that case, for example, it is installed. The planting pavement is formed simply by grounding the planting pavement on the pavement under the condition that the surface plate is held above the planting unit by inserting the legs from above the planting unit. It becomes possible.
As a result, at the time of forming the planting part, there are no obstacles on the pavement, such as surface plate materials and legs, so that the planting part forming work can be efficiently advanced at once over a wide area. In addition, the installation work of the planting pavement itself can be installed in a state where the surface plate is positioned above the planting part simply by inserting the legs from above into the formed planting part. The overall forming work efficiency can be greatly improved.
Also, because the surface plate material located above the planting part in the installed state can support the load acting on the pavement surface, he said that he would step on the planting part directly with wheels or human feet passing on the pavement. It is possible to prevent this, and it is possible to create a growth environment in which planted plants are hard to wither. And in the soil of the planting part, because the conventional partitioning is not possible, the growth range of the roots of the planted plant can be set in a wide range, and a growing environment where the planted plant is easy to grow can be created. It becomes possible.
And since many opening is formed in the said surface board | plate material, since the sunlight can be poured into a planting part from pavement, since it can see through, it can also appreciate green. And, as the planted material grows, it can be extended from below, and a planting pavement closer to nature can be formed.

According to a second characteristic configuration of the present invention, the grounding portion has a pointed tip.

According to the second characteristic configuration of the present invention, in addition to being able to achieve the above-described operational effects according to the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, it is formed in advance by the pointed tip of the grounding portion. When installing the planting paving tool in the planting part, it is easy to pierce the leg into the soil, and the planting paving tool can be installed smoothly. In addition, since the insertion into the soil can be performed smoothly, the planted part is not damaged more than necessary, and the planted material is hardly damaged.

According to a third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the leg portions are arranged in parallel or substantially in parallel.

According to the third characteristic configuration of the present invention, in addition to being able to achieve the above-described operational effects of the first or second characteristic configuration of the present invention, when inserting a plurality of legs into a planting part Each can be inserted and moved along the leg axis direction, and accordingly, the insertion resistance can be minimized and the installation work of the planting pavement can be carried out more smoothly. Further, for example, when the planting pavement is maintained or removed, the leg portions can be easily pulled out.

4th characteristic structure of this invention provides the planting part which planted the planted material on the surface of the soil part on the said pavement base, and has several in the state which penetrates the said planting part on the said pavement base. A leg is set up, and a surface plate material for forming a pavement surface is integrally provided over the head of the leg, and a plurality of openings are provided in the surface plate material so that a plant can grow through the top and bottom. The length of the leg portion is set so that the surface plate is positioned above the soil portion.

According to the 4th characteristic structure of this invention, since it can support the load which acts on a pavement surface by the surface board material located above a soil part, it can prevent having said that a planting part is stepped on directly, and planting. It becomes possible to create a growth environment in which plants do not wither.

According to a fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention, a support for supporting a leg is positioned at a standing position of the leg on the pavement base, and the leg is interposed through the support. It is located on the paving ground.

According to the 5th characteristic structure of this invention, in addition to being able to achieve the above-mentioned effect by any 1st-4th characteristic structure of this invention, a leg part does not directly hit a pavement foundation. Therefore, the surface of the pavement is not damaged by the legs. For example, when the planting pavement is removed and only the pavement is restored, it is not necessary to carry out repair work for repairing the damage. .
Moreover, since the ground contact area with a pavement base can be enlarged by a support body, the load which acts on planting pavement can be disperse | distributed to the wide range of a pavement base, and it can prevent that a load concentrates.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Planted and constructed.

Also, according to the installed structure, the surface plate material located above the planting part can support the load acting on the pavement surface, and the planting part is stepped directly on with wheels or human feet passing on the pavement. This makes it possible to create a growth environment in which planted plants are less likely to wither. And the growth range of the root of a planted material can be set in a wide range, and it becomes possible to make the growth environment where a planted product is easy to grow up healthy.

[Another embodiment]
Other embodiments will be described below.

<1> The planting pavement H according to the present invention is not limited to the planting pavement H1 described in the previous embodiment, and various changes can be made.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, if the recessed groove part 9b which can accommodate the watering strainer hose 10 is formed over the adjacent planting pavement H2, the watering strainer hose 10 is disposed in the recessed groove part 9b. The watering to the planting part 3 can be automatically carried out.
In addition, if the water spray strainer hose 10 is set so that it does not protrude upward from the pavement surface 8, the cross-section setting of the concave groove 9b is difficult to obstruct the passage on the pavement. 10 consumption can be suppressed. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, if the flat plate 11 can be fixed over both edges of the concave groove portion 9 b, the hose 10 can be fixed together with the connection of the adjacent planting paving tools H by the flat plate 11. Can also be realized. In addition, what is accommodated in the concave groove portion 9b is not limited to the watering strainer hose 10, and may be, for example, cables.
<2> The leg portion 4 is not limited to one integrally formed with the surface plate member 9 as described in the previous embodiment. For example, the leg portion 4 is configured as a separate body and detachable between the two. A connection mechanism may be provided, and in this case, it becomes possible to select and use the leg portion 4 having a length corresponding to the thickness dimension of the planting portion.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 4, you may comprise the leg part 4 by the division member of the upper leg part 4a and the lower leg part 4b which can be fitted. An example of the installation method in this case is as follows. The lower leg 4b is installed at a predetermined position on the pavement base 1 and the planting part 3 is formed, and the upper end of the lower leg 4b is used as a mark. The planting pavement H3 can be installed by fitting the upper leg 4a to the plant, and the planting pavement H3 can be easily aligned.
<3> In addition, as described in the previous embodiment, the planting pavement structure is not limited to the one in which the legs 4 of the planting pavement H1 are installed directly on the pavement foundation 1, but for example, FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, a block-like support 12 for supporting a leg portion is positioned at a standing position of the leg portion 4 on the pavement base 1, and on the pavement base 1 through the support body 12. You may comprise so that the leg part 4 may be supported. Further, the support may have a plate shape in addition to the block shape.
<4> If the leg part 4 is provided with the expansion / contraction adjusting mechanism 13 as shown in FIG. 5 (a) or FIG. The height can be adjusted by the expansion / contraction adjusting mechanism 13 so that the apparatus can be installed without any backlash. Moreover, the height of adjacent planting pavement tools H can be adjusted, and it can also be made difficult to make a level | step difference in the pavement surface 8. FIG. An example of the expansion / contraction adjusting mechanism 13 will be described. As shown in the figure, a male screw portion 13a, a female screw portion 13b, and a locking nut 13c that can be screwed together are provided. When adjusting the height, the locking nut 13c is loosened, and the screwing depth between the male screw portion 13a and the female screw portion 13b is changed so that the leg portion 4 has a target length. This can be done by tightening the locking nut 13c until it strongly contacts the peripheral edge of the female thread 13b. Although a configuration without the locking nut 13c is possible, it is possible to prevent the height from being inadvertently changed due to vibration caused by passage on the pavement surface by the locking action of the locking nut 13c. It is preferable. The expansion / contraction adjustment mechanism 13 itself is not limited to the screwed structure described here, and a known expansion / contraction structure can be adopted. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), if an operation groove 13d that can be rotated by fitting a tool such as a screwdriver is provided on the upper surface of the male screw portion 13a, the planting pavement H is installed. The height adjustment operation of the expansion / contraction adjustment mechanism 13 can be performed in the state, and can be used more practically.
<5> The surface plate material is not limited to that described in the previous embodiment, and for example, an expanded metal, a punching metal, a honeycomb plate, or the like can be used.
