Abstract
【解決手段】 ロータは、外周面(20)と、半径方向端面(26)と、外周面(20)にある軸方向に延出する溝穴(14)と、溝穴の中にある界磁巻線(17)とを有する。界磁巻線はロータの端面(26)から半径方向に突出し、溝穴(14)の外側で界磁巻線終端巻き(18)により接続される。終端巻きは保持システムにより包囲されており、保持システム(116)は終端巻きを包囲するシールド部材(130)と、シールド部材(130)を包囲する保持器部材(140)とを含む。シールド部材(130)は、界磁巻線(17)と共に溝穴に受け入れられているフランジ(132)を有する。固着機能(128)は、保持システムの軸方向の動きを阻止するためにフランジと係合している。

Claims (10)
- 外周面(20)と、互いに対向して配置された半径方向端面(26)と、ロータ(10)の前記外周面(20)にある軸方向に延出する溝穴(14)と、前記溝穴(14)の中にある界磁巻線(17)とを具備するダイナモエレクトリック機械のロータ(10)であって、前記界磁巻線(17)は前記ロータ(10)の前記端面(26)から半径方向に突出し、前記溝穴(14)の外側で界磁巻線終端巻き(18)により互いに接続されており、前記溝穴(14)は、前記界磁巻線(17)が各溝穴(14)の第1の部分(44)の内部に存在し、各溝穴(14)の第2の部分(46)の中には存在しないような十分な大きさの横断面を有し、前記ロータ(10)は、前記ロータ(10)の少なくとも第1の端部で前記界磁巻線終端巻き(18)のうちの少なくとも1つを包囲する保持システム(116)を具備するロータ(10)において、前記保持システム(116)は、
前記界磁巻線終端巻き(18)を包囲し、前記ロータ(10)の第1の端部で前記端面(26)に隣接して前記溝穴(14)の第2の部分(46)に受け入れられるフランジ(132)を有するシールド部材(130)と、
前記シールド部材(130)を包囲し、前記シールド部材(130)の半径方向外側への動きを阻止し、前記シールド部材(130)の材料より剛性の高い材料から形成されている保持器部材(140)と、
前記ロータ(10)に対する前記保持システム(116)の軸方向の動きを阻止する手段(128、136、138)とを具備するロータ(10)。 - 前記保持器部材(140)は前記シールド部材(130)に接着されるか又は焼き嵌めされている請求項1記載のロータ(10)。
- 前記保持器部材(140)の材料は繊維強化複合材料である請求項1記載のロータ(10)。
- 前記シールド部材(130)は電磁遮蔽材料から形成されている請求項1記載のロータ(10)。
- 前記阻止する手段(128、136、138)は前記ロータ(10)の外周面(20)にある周囲溝(138)と、前記溝(138)に受け入れられ、前記シールド部材(130)のフランジ(132)と係合するリング(128)とを具備する請求項1記載のロータ(10)。
- 前記フランジ(132)の各々は、前記リング(128)から軸方向内側へ、半径方向に延出し、前記シールド部材(130)の軸方向外側への動きを阻止するために前記リング(128)に当接する部分(134)を有する請求項5記載のロータ(10)。
- 前記フランジ(132)は、前記溝穴(14)内における前記界磁巻線(17)の半径方向外側への動きを阻止するように前記溝穴(14)の第2の部分(46)に受け入れられている請求項1記載のロータ(10)。
- 前記ロータ(10)の外周面(20)は前記ロータ(10)の第1の端部に前記端面(26)に隣接してテーパ部分(50)を有し、前記テーパ部分(50)は前記端面(26)に向かう方向に半径方向内側へテーパしている(128)請求項1記載のロータ(10)。
- 前記保持器部材(140)は、前記外周面(20)のテーパ部分(50)を包囲し、前記テーパ部分(50)と相補形状である内側テーパ端部(144)を有する請求項8記載のロータ(10)。
- 前記ロータ(10)は、配電網に供給される交流の発電に使用される発電機に設置されている請求項1記載のロータ(10)。
