これらにおいても騒音、振動、動力伝達損失の問題があり、ギヤ部の潤滑油の必要となり、スペースも必要となる。
対して、モータ軸の先端に回転板4を取り付けて回転させる事によって上記、粉塵、騒音、振動の発生および動力伝達損失が無くなり、更に動力伝達部品が占めるスペースの問題が解決されるが、より微粉砕を行う為必要な高速回転を、粉砕装置5の駆動モータに高周波スピンドルモータ1を使用する事によって可能とした。
