(ハ)支柱(4)は、図1・図3で示す平鋼の上部に数ケ所のピンの通し穴(41)を設け、その下部の両端にテーパー(44)をつけ、ボルト(7)の上部に設けた、みそ(71)に差し込み溶接(12)で固定する.次にボルト(7)のかぶよりナット(8)と、お椀形の支持台(9)と発条(10)を差し込みナット(11)で固定し、その発条(10)はナット(8)で締めつけボルト(7)に設けた穴(72)にR型ピン(73)を差し込みナット(8)のゆるみを防ぐ、さらにナット(11)のゆるみは図3で示すボルト(7)の頭部にかしめ(74)を加えナット(11)のゆるみを防ぐ。

本発明は、以上の構成よりなっている。
本発明を使用するときは、建築基準法に定められた鉄筋とコンクリートの被り厚さを得るため、床に配筋された鉄筋を持ち上げ所定のスペイサーを入れる場合、下記で実施例を説明する。
(ヘ)スペイサーの高さが50mmの場合、図4・図5で示す一層の床配筋はシャフト(2)頭部に設けた吊り金具(5)のピン差し込み穴は、穴(51)で支柱(4)のピン差し込み穴は、穴(52)に合わせ配筋された下端筋(13)に外れ止め(55)を設けた吊り金具(5)の頭部を差し入れ、シャフト(2)のグリップ(1)を片手で押し下げ下端筋(13)の下に所定のスペイサーブロック(15)を挿入し、この作業を所定の間隔にスペイサーを次から次へと挿入し作業が完了となる。

次に、吊り金具(5)の穴の位置を穴(52)と支柱(4)の穴の位置を穴(43)に変え、外れ止め(55)を設けた吊り金具(5)の頭部を上層の下端筋(13)に差し入れ、シャフト(2)のグリップ(1)を片手で押し下げ上層下端筋(13)の下に所定の、うま型スペイサー(16)等を挿入しこの作業を所定の感覚にスペイサーを次から次へと挿入し作業が完了となる。

(リ)床に組まれた配筋は垂直の移動はできるが水平の移動はできないため下記の各支点の組み合が対応している。
(ア)吊り金具(5)の下部を平坦としたことにより下端筋(13)とに滑りが生じる、さらにシャフト(2)に設けた挿入口(22)が前後に約5mmの隙間を設け、さらにリベット型ピン(6)で結合したことにより対応している。
(イ)シャフト(2)に設けた支柱(4)の挿入口(21)と支柱(4)が前後に約5mmの隙間を設け、それぞれをピンで結合し、さらにお椀型の支持台(9)の中に発条(10)を設けたことにより、その支柱(4)が下端筋(13)を持ち上げるとき前後に動くことによ対応している。
