Description

The present invention relates to a plate material transporter, and more specifically, to transport a plate material based on a structure in which a handle is provided on the back side of a metal plate having an L shape in a side view and is easy to use and can easily transport the plate material. Concerning ingredients.

Recently, many newly built houses are prefabricated, and a lot of board materials such as outer wall panels, inner wall panels, and plywood are used, and along with this, opportunities to carry these boards from the construction site to the construction site. Is increasing. Conventionally, these plate materials are carried from the place where they are unloaded from the truck to the construction site, with the craftsmen holding and supporting the plate material with one hand and holding the upper edge of the plate material with the other hand, improving work efficiency. For this reason, it is often the case that a plurality of plate materials are stacked and carried at a time.
However, holding and supporting a large plate with one hand often adds the full weight of the plate to the hand and makes the hand hurt or numb. Moreover, since the board is carried in an unnatural posture, it is often attached to the side of the body, causing a biased burden on the waist and back, often hurting the waist and back, tendonitis, and also causing occupational diseases for craftsmen. Yes.

Under such circumstances, various ideas and developments have been made in the past in order to reduce the burden on the craftsman as much as possible. For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-338317, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-242812, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63- No. 48710 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-88910 have been known.

When the structures of these prior arts are given, the transport aid described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-338317 has both ends of a belt whose length can be freely adjusted around a body piece or neck on a metal fitting having a substantially L-shaped cross section. It is composed of parts attached.
The plate-like material transportation aid described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-242812 is configured by passing an shoulder strap and a waist belt through an L-shaped receptacle.
A hanging container for carrying a container with a handle described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-48710 is bent into a side wall shape, the upper half is bent inwardly, and further covered with a synthetic resin to constitute a main body. The upper part of the main body can be passed through a shoulder belt.
A conveyance aid such as a flat article described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-88910 is provided in a belt body having a waist belt and a shoulder belt, and at a position where a load is applied to the waist belt and the shoulder belt in the belt body. The support body is configured to have a receiving portion projecting substantially horizontally forward.
Each of these prior art transport aids, etc., receives the bottom of the plate with a metal fitting, and for those equipped with a shoulder belt or a waist belt, further use the waist belt, so that the weight of the plate is It has been devised so as to be placed on the waist and eliminate the weight burden that was incurred when receiving the plate by hand.

In this way, when the plate member is received and supported using the receiving metal and the belt, the plate cannot be raised and lowered well unless the lower part of the receiving metal or the lower part of the plate is held with one hand. In addition, when the plate material is being transported, the receiving bracket swings in the direction away from the craftsman's body together with the plate material, or tilts back and forth, so it is necessary to hold the lower portion of the receiving bracket or the lower portion of the plate material with one hand. One hand at this time is a way of holding the palm with the palm facing outwards, but with this way of holding it, it is difficult to turn the body forward, and the elbow is burdened and may hurt the elbow. In addition, the body is often difficult to carry, such as when the direction of the body is slanted or the surface of the board is directed diagonally forward. Such an unreasonable posture or walking may hurt the neck, waist, back, shoulders, elbows, and wrists. Further, if the lower part of the plate material is held with one hand, the hand or fingers may be packed between the ground, the floor surface, or between the plate material and the receiving metal fitting.

In addition, when a craftsman uses this type of transporter, ease of use is most required. However, a device equipped with a waist belt has a problem in troublesomeness when attaching to and detaching from the waist. In particular, since the belt is fixed to the body on the return path after carrying the plate material, this is an obstacle.
Furthermore, the above-described conventional metal fitting has a rectangular shape with the back plate extending vertically, so it can be seen where the plate is placed after the plate is lifted. hard. If the plate material is placed at a position away from the back plate, the front end of the metal fitting tends to be inclined in the downward direction, and the posture of the plate material becomes unstable.

The present invention solves the above-described problems. When transporting a plate material, the lower portion of the plate material is received using a transport device corresponding to a lightweight, small, and easy-to-handle bracket, and the handle of the transport device is removed. The handle is held in one hand and the body is oriented in the walking direction so that the handle can be held in a natural direction. This reduces the burden on the craftsman who transports the board. By forming the upper part of the part corresponding to the plate to be narrower than the lower part, such as a trapezoid, the board can be transported in an upright position while checking the position of the board on the appropriate position. The purpose is to further reduce the convenience of transportation and the burden on craftsmen by providing a pressing member, shoulder belt, traveling wheel, and a handle with a long shape at the top and bottom, if necessary. .

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the transporter for plate material according to claim 1 of the present invention has a plate surface shape or a frame having a hypotenuse inclined in a direction narrowing toward the upper end at both side edges toward the upper end. A back plate having a shape, a back plate having a substantially trapezoidal plate surface shape or a substantially trapezoidal frame shape formed with an inclined oblique side, and a rectangular shape in a plan view by bending the lower end portion of the back plate in a right-angled horizontal direction. It has a substantially L shape in a side view including a mounting portion formed in a plate surface or a frame shape, and a flange portion formed by bending the tip of the mounting portion upward, and further, an upper portion of the back plate A handle is provided on the back side or at a place where the upper part of the back plate is further bent in the oblique back direction.

The plate material carrier according to claim 1 (hereinafter, the carrier according to claim 1 or abbreviated as this carrier) mounts a plate material such as an outer wall panel, an inner wall panel, a veneer plate, or a glass plate. The back plate is a portion corresponding to the back plate that supports the plate material from the side surface direction, and the collar portion is a portion that stops the lower portion of the plate material placed on the placement portion from moving outward and falling. There are two types of transporting devices, one formed entirely by a metal plate and the other formed by a metal plate frame in which an opening is formed to reduce the weight of the metal plate, and both are included in the present invention.

The carrier is provided with a handle. The handle allows the craftsman to hold the handle in order when carrying the plate material such as the outer wall panel, inner wall panel, veneer plate, glass plate, etc., and the hand holding the handle is the plate material and the handle. It is provided so as to protrude from the back side of the back plate so as not to be sandwiched between them. There are two ways to hold the hand: the back of the hand is facing away from the body, and the back of the hand is facing the front of the body. It is difficult to place a heavy burden and the board can be carried easily. In particular, when the handle is used, the work of raising and lowering the plate material becomes easier and the back and the lower back are less likely to be damaged. Also, when lifting or lowering the plate, do not stuff your hands or fingers between the plate and the ground or floor.
For example, the handle is formed so that the height of the back plate is high, and the upper surface of the back plate is bent obliquely upward in the direction opposite to the placement portion (backward direction), and the upper surface is long in the front-rear direction. Formed with a large opening, with the upper part of the opening as a handle, retrofitted on the back of the upper part of the back plate, in a substantially U shape in plan view, and protruding from the back of the upper part of the back plate One supported in the direction. When the handle is provided with the handle in this way, it is not necessary to hold the lower edge of the plate material by hand.

Since the back plate has a plate shape or a frame shape that has slant sides inclined toward the upper end of the both side edges toward the upper end, when the handle is held with one hand, the back plate is above The surfaces near the both ends of the mounting portion can be seen from. For this reason, when a plate material is placed on this transporter, it is possible to see at a glance where the plate material is placed on the placement portion, so it is possible to reposition the plate material in a stable position while watching this. it can. Also, the trapezoidal back plate is lighter than the rectangular back plate, so it is easy to carry and looks nice. In addition, it is preferable to stick a rubber plate or a synthetic resin plate on the front surface of the back plate and the upper surface of the placement portion so that the plate material is not damaged.

The plate material carrier according to claim 2 has the structure according to claim 1, and further, a shoulder belt that can be adjusted and attached to the length is supported along the back surface of the back plate and in the vicinity of the upper end thereof. In this state, it is provided upward.

When transporting a plate material, it may be transported by holding a plurality of plate materials at a time. In addition, a heavy plate made of stone, such as marble, may be transported. In particular, in such a case, the use of a shoulder belt as described in claim 2 and the transportation of the plate material can be facilitated.
The shoulder belt is provided along the back surface of the back plate and supported near the upper end of the back plate, so that the weight of the plate material can be increased even if the weight of the plate material causes the tip of the transporter to tilt downward. As a result, a strong pulling force is applied to the shoulder belt and the upper part of the back plate is strongly attracted in the front direction, so that the tip of the carrying device does not greatly tilt downward.
The shoulder belt is detachable, so it can be removed when not in use and can be used with a handle. The length can be adjusted, so the size and shape of the body of the craftsman using the carrier. In consideration of the size of the plate material to be transported, the height of the plate material can be adjusted to the most easily transportable.

As a preferred shape of the shoulder belt, both ends of the shoulder belt are folded back and connected to one end of one belt, which is a shape like a frame of a tennis racket, and a carrier is attached to both ends of one belt. Some of the former shoulder belts are folded with the tip of the shoulder strap locked to the carrier, and the folded tip is locked to the middle surface of the shoulder strap using a buckle. And can be connected to a carrier.
The shoulder belt is preferably used as a sling, and if necessary, hold the handle of the carrying device with one hand to reduce the burden on the shoulder, stabilize the posture of the carrying device, or carry it. Reduces tool swings.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the plate material transporter according to any one of the above configurations, wherein the plate member pressing member is slidable forward along the upper surface of the mounting portion, and the pressing operation of the pressing member in the pressing direction is performed. Is performed by operating the lever provided in the vicinity of the handle or in the vicinity thereof, or by the pulling force of the shoulder belt applied by the weight of the plate material, and releasing the operation of the lever or eliminating the tension applied to the shoulder belt. The pressing member is urged by an elastic body so as to return in a direction in contact with the collar portion.

The presser member slides toward the back plate and sandwiches the plate material between the back plate. With this press plate, the lower part of the plate material can be fixed along the back plate close to the craftsman's body. If it does in this way, the posture of a board will be stabilized and carrying of a board will become easy. In particular, if the lower part of the plate material is placed at a position close to the collar portion, the weight of the plate material makes it easy for the tip of the transporter to tilt downward, but the holding member also prevents this. Further, since the pressing member can sandwich a plurality of plate materials at the back plate at a time, the lower portion of the plate material does not become uneven. For this reason, each board | plate material can be conveyed now with the stable attitude | position.

The presser member slides in a posture that is always parallel to the back plate, and the slide is operated by operating the slide operation plate along the lower surface of the placement unit. The slide operation plate is operated along the hole, and there are a method of operating the handle or a lever provided in the vicinity thereof, and a method of attracting with the tension of the shoulder belt receiving the weight of the plate material. Any of these may be adopted, but the latter method is excellent in that no operation is required.
The pressing member can be returned by urging it from the collar on the back side of the pressing member in the pulling direction toward the wedge using an elastic body, more preferably a strong rubber string. In addition, the slide operation plate may be biased in a pulling direction with a spring.
The upper end of the presser member is preferably a slope in order to easily guide the plate material to the mounting portion, and more preferably, the upper surface of the presser member is covered with a rubber cover to damage the plate material, particularly the glass plate. Do not stick.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the plate material transport tool according to any one of the above-described configurations, traveling wheels are further detachably provided at front and rear portions of the lower surface of the mounting portion.

When the traveling wheel is provided in this manner, when the shape of the plate material is large or the plate material is heavy, the plate material can be transported by traveling on the carrying device, and the craftsman does not need to lift and carry the plate material. , The burden on the craftsman's body becomes easier. In addition, since the plate material can be transported down to the ground or near the floor, the front and side views are not obstructed by the plate material.
If the traveling wheels are provided at two places in the front and rear, it is difficult to change the traveling direction because of the straightness, but if you make the traveling wheel freely changeable the direction of traveling one of the traveling wheels, you can freely change the direction of traveling be changed.
Since the traveling wheel is detachably attached to the lower surface of the mounting portion, it can be used without the traveling wheel. For example, the traveling wheel can be mounted by attaching the mounting surface at the upper end supporting the traveling wheel to the lower surface of the mounting portion so as to be detachable with a bolt and a nut, more preferably with a wing nut, or mounting the traveling wheel. This is possible by providing a guide portion on the lower surface of the mounting portion for slidingly inserting the mounting surface of the upper end supported from the side.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the plate material carrier, wherein a handle support portion having a shape that is long in the vertical direction is detachably attached to the back surface of the back plate.

This handle is provided to allow the transporter to check and travel like a carrier while the craftsman is standing. With this handle, the transporter on which the plate material is placed can be easily traveled.

According to the transport device for a plate material according to claim 1 of the present invention, since the plate material can be carried on the transport device in a posture with the body facing forward, conventionally, a large plate material is directly held with both hands. The back pain, back pain, hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, and neck pains of craftsmen caused by carrying and carrying can be suppressed to a considerably low level. As a result, a heavy plate or a plurality of plates can be easily transported. In particular, the plate carrier according to claim 1 has a simple structure, is light in weight, and is easy to handle. In addition, when the plate material is lifted by tilting in a direction that narrows toward the upper end on both side edges of the back plate so that the upper surface of the placement unit can be seen from above the both side edges. It is now possible to confirm whether the plate material is placed on the near side surface of the mounting portion, and it is easy to stabilize the posture by bringing the plate material to the near side.

In the transporter for the plate material according to the second aspect, the shoulder material belt is provided on the transporter for the plate material, so that the weight of the plate material is received by the shoulder and can be transported easily. In addition, this shoulder belt is supported near the upper end along the back of the back plate of the carrying device, so that even if a force that tilts the tip of the carrying device downward due to weight is applied to the plate material, it is added to the shoulder belt. This can be prevented by the existing tension, and as a result, the plate can be stably transported.

In the plate material transport device according to claim 3, the plate material pressing member is provided so as to be slidable in the forward direction along the upper surface of the mounting portion, so that the plate material is stably moved toward the front side and does not fall down. In this way, it can be transported by being sandwiched between the back plate and the pressing member. In particular, since the lower portions of a plurality of plate materials can be aligned and sandwiched at a time, the plate material can be transported more easily.

In the transporter for a plate material according to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the travel material can be transported without being lifted by providing the traveling wheel. As a result, the plate material can be transported more easily. Moreover, by making the traveling wheel detachable, when the traveling wheel is unnecessary, it can be removed and used to lighten the plate material carrier.

In the plate material carrier according to claim 5, by providing the handle detachably, the plate material can be carried by running the carrier like a carrier in a posture in which the craftsman is standing. As a result, it can be easily transported while holding the handle without lifting a large plate or a heavy plate.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention is as follows. (1) A plate material carrier is formed of a metal plate bent in an L shape in a side view, and (2) a back portion is formed on the front side. The plate is formed with a back plate whose width gradually decreases from the lower end to the upper end, (3) a handle is provided on the back side of the back plate, and (4) the plate material is directed to the back plate on the upper surface of the mounting portion. In this case, the pressing member to be sandwiched is provided slidably, and (5) the traveling wheel and the shoulder belt are provided detachably. However, it is not limited to this structure.

FIG. 5 shows an enlarged perspective view of a main part of a plate material carrier according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6A is a plan view, and FIG. 5B is a front view. 7 also shows this in a side view.
As shown in these drawings, the plate material carrier 1D according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention has a plate material 70 at a position substantially along the upper surface of the mounting portion 2 in the plate material carrier 1A according to the first embodiment shown in FIG. The pushing member 12 is provided, the traveling wheels 13 and 14 are detachably provided on the lower surface of the mounting portion 2, and the shoulder belt 50 is detachably provided. Thus, the plate material carrier 1D of the fifth embodiment has many parts in common with the plate material carrier 1A shown in FIG. 1, and therefore, the portions common to the plate material carrier of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. It is.

The pressing member 12 is provided so as to be oriented parallel to the collar portion 3 and the back plate 1, and the upper end thereof is formed as a slope serving as a guide when the plate material 70 is placed on the placement portion 2, and The surface from the upper end to the front surface is covered with a rubber cover 19 made of synthetic rubber. The pushing portion 12 is supported by the placement portion 2 so as to be slidable along the placement portion 2 toward the back plate 1. The detailed slide structure of the push member 12 will be described later.

The traveling wheels 13 and 14 are constituted by casters having mounting surfaces 13a and 14a above them, and one of the traveling wheels 14 is a free wheel whose direction can be freely changed with respect to the mounting surface 14a. Yes. The traveling wheels 13, 14 are mounted detachably using bolts 17 and nuts, with the mounting surfaces 13 a, 14 a distributed to the vicinity of both ends of the lower surface of the mounting portion 2.
The shoulder belt 50 is locked through the belt through hole 11 formed by a long hole formed above the back plate 1 so as to be along the longitudinal center surface of the back surface of the back plate 1. And it is supported by the lower part of the carrier 1D.

FIG. 8 is an enlarged plan view of the main part of the transporting part of the plate material having a broken part in a part showing the sliding structure of the pressing member 12, FIG. 9 is an enlarged bottom view, FIG. 10 is an enlarged side sectional view, and FIG. It is the principal part enlarged plan view of the conveyance part of the board | plate material which has a fracture | rupture part in the part similarly shown by sliding a pushing member.
As shown in these drawings, the pressing member 12 is supported by the mounting portion 2 so as to be slidable along two elongated holes 2a and 2a formed in parallel from the flange portion 3 toward the back plate 1. The slide operation plate 16 is located on the lower surface of the placement portion 2.

Then, the bolts 18 and 18 protrude from the inside of the pushing member 12 into the long holes 2a and 2a so that the pushing member 12 and the slide operation plate 16 can slide together along the long holes 2a and 2a. The front ends of the bolts 18 and 18 are inserted into the slide operation plate 16 positioned below the long holes 2a and 2a, and nuts 22 and 22 are fastened to the front ends of the bolts 18 and 18 from the lower surface side of the slide operation plate 16. Yes.
Tubular spacers 23, 23 that keep the distance between the push member 12 and the nuts 22, 22 are fitted to the bolts 18, 18 so that the push member 12 and the slide operation plate 16 can slide smoothly. ing.
The rear portion of the slide operation plate 16 is bent obliquely downward, and a belt through hole 16a made of a long hole is formed on the bent surface.
Then, the shoulder belt 50 is passed through the belt through hole 16a and folded, and the front end portion of the folded shoulder belt 50 is directed upward along the back side of the back plate 2, so that the shoulder belt. It is stopped by a buckle supported on the middle surface of 50.

The sliding operation toward the back plate 2 of the pressing member 12 shown in FIG. 11 can be performed by pulling the shoulder belt 50 strongly and slidingly moving the slide operation plate 16, and the shoulder belt 50 is attracted to the placement unit 2. It works naturally by the tension of the shoulder belt 50 applied when the plate member 70 is placed and lifted.
The slide of the pressing member 12 in the returning direction toward the flange 3 is performed by the urging force in the pulling direction by the rubber string 15 suspended from the flange 3 on the pressing member 12. For this reason, the pressing member 12 and the eaves part 3 are formed with openings 12a, 12a, 3a, 3a through which the rubber string 15 passes, and the rubber is formed in the stepped portion at the end of the opening 12a, 12a on the pressing member 12 side. Knotted bumps are made so that both ends of the string 15 do not come off.
For this reason, when the attractive force by the shoulder belt 50 is lost, the pressing member 12 is returned to the position shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 from the position shown in FIG.

FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing an overall view of the plate carrier 1D shown in the fourth embodiment, and a shoulder belt 50 attached to the carrier 1D extends downward from a lower portion of a ring-shaped portion like a tennis racket. One belt portion extending toward the vehicle is attached to the carrier 1D. The carrying device 1D is used by placing a plate material on the placing portion 2, placing the shoulder belt 50 on the shoulder, and lifting the placing portion 2 to the height of the waist, and holding the handle 60 with one hand. Hold it with the other edge and carry it around the upper edge of the plate 70.
