The present invention relates to a decorative part, and more particularly, to a decorative part using a shell pattern and a manufacturing method thereof.
Traditionally, some decorative parts use shells. For example, there are earrings, pendants, and the like as ornaments, and there are items that are decorated with shells or the like on buttons for stopping clothes. In addition, shells are also used for display boards and the like to improve the decorativeness of portable watches. Some shells are used to decorate various nameplates and figurines. The decorative parts using these shells give the shell a distinctive luster and sparkle glittering radiance, giving it a high-class feel. Hereinafter, in describing the background art, the background art will be described by taking a display board for a watch using a shell as an example.
Shellfish used for clock display boards are mainly white butterfly shells and abalone shellfish, but display boards using these shells are glossy, shining and shining, and a sense of luxury unique to shellfish appears. Let As one of timepiece display boards using shells, there are those disclosed in Utility Model Document 1 and Utility Model Document 2 shown below.

FIG. 12 is a plan view of the decorative body shown in the above-mentioned
As shown in the above-mentioned utility model documents 1 and 2, a natural shellfish is sliced and used in a desired thickness in the timepiece display board. After that, press processing or cutting is performed to finish the desired shape. For this reason, the manufacturing cost becomes very high due to high processing costs and high material costs. Therefore, there is a problem that it can be used only for high-priced luxury watches.
Further, when press working or the like is performed, there is a problem that the yield is deteriorated due to cracking, cracking, chipping or the like. In addition, since natural shellfish are used, the same pattern does not exist, and there is a problem that the appearance is different one by one.
Moreover, in the decorative body shown in the above-mentioned

According to a fourteenth aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic device in which a decorative part is manufactured using the manufacturing method according to any one of the sixth to eleventh aspects, and the manufactured decorative part is incorporated to decorate the shell. It is characterized by having been subjected to.
In the present invention, a shell is attached to a cavity of a molding die, and a plastic molded part is formed by injection molding. Then, the shell pattern is transferred onto the plastic molded part. Then, on the pattern of shellfish plastic molded parts, by stacking 4-5 layers of S i O 2, T i O 2, Z r O 2, T a2 O 5 made of a metal oxide film, a glossy The shell color appears with a sense of brightness. Colors of shells of the same quality as real shells appear. Further, by providing a protective film made of organic silica or silicon oxide on the upper surface of the metal oxide film, the initial quality can be maintained over a long period of time.
Moreover, by forming the plastic molded part with a white resin, the shell pattern and color tone become clear due to reflection and scattering of light. In the case of molding with a transparent resin, by providing a white coating film or the like on the back side, the shell pattern and color tone appear clearly due to light reflection and scattering. Further, even when a plastic molded part is formed with a white resin, the effect becomes greater when a white coating film is provided on the back side. This is not limited to the white resin, and the same effect can be obtained with a metal plate or metal film having a white color tone.
In addition, the manufacturing method of the present invention includes a step of molding a plastic molded part by an injection molding method using a mold incorporating a cavity with a shell attached, and a shell pattern of the plastic part transferred by molding. has the S i O 2, T i O 2, Z r O 2, T a2 O 5 made of a step of forming a metal oxide film are stacked 4-5 layers. As a result, a shell pattern is formed on the plastic part, and a color tone similar to that of the shell is obtained. Since it can be manufactured by a molding process and a vapor deposition process, it is mass-productive and many of the same pattern can be obtained, resulting in a very low part cost. In addition, by providing a step of forming a protective film made of organic silica or silicon oxide on the upper surface of the metal oxide film, a protective film is provided on the metal oxide film, so that initial quality can be maintained over a long period of time. it can.
In addition, by forming the plastic molded part from white resin, the color tone of the shells becomes clear due to reflection and scattering of light. In the case of molding with a transparent resin, by providing a process of providing a white coating film on the back side, the color tone of the shellfish appears clearly due to light reflection / scattering. Further, even when a plastic molded part is formed with a white resin, the effect becomes greater when a white coating film is provided on the back side. This is not limited to the white resin, and the same effect can be obtained even if a step of attaching a metal plate or metal film having a white color tone is provided.
By using such a decorative part as an external part of an electronic device, a pattern and color tone that is the same as that of a shell appears, so that the decorativeness is enhanced and a high-class feeling appears. In addition, various appearance design variations can be obtained. Further, when this decorative part is used as a display panel for a watch, a watch that can be manufactured at a low cost and that gives a sense of luxury is obtained.

1 and 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Here, the method of forming the
In this embodiment, the
Next, a method for manufacturing the
By adopting the configuration and the manufacturing method described above, it is possible to obtain a shell pattern and color tone having the same texture as when the shell described in the background art is attached to the display board. Since the manufacturing method is simple and mass production is possible, the manufacturing cost is very low. Further, the
Next, a timepiece display panel according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 4 shows a display board in which two types of patterns, a shell pattern and a pattern other than the shell pattern, are formed on the display board. FIG. 4 (a) is a perspective view of the display board, and FIG. 4 (b). Shows a cross-sectional view of the main part.
The
The
The color tone of the
As described above, when the clock display board is constituted by two kinds of patterns, the shell pattern gives a sense of radiance and brings out a high-class feeling. In addition, if the design required by the pattern and color tone other than the other shell is constructed, the overall decoration becomes rich and a noble watch can be obtained. In addition, a wide variety of design variations can be obtained.
Next, the display board shown in FIG. 5 shows the timepiece display board according to the third embodiment of the present invention. 5A is a perspective view, and FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view of the main part. The

The
The timepiece display panel having the above-described structure also has a precious metal feeling on the display board itself, and a glittering feeling that is the same color tone as that of the shellfish. In addition, when the display board is formed with two types of patterns, variations in design are abundant. In the present embodiment, the shell pattern is arranged on the inner side of the display board. However, the same effect can be obtained even when the shell pattern is arranged on the outer side and the metal plate is provided on the inner side.
Next, the display board shown in FIG. 6 shows the timepiece display board according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. 6A is a perspective view, and FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view of the main part. In the
The
As described in detail above, the watch display plate counted as one of the decorative parts can be easily transferred to the plastic display board by attaching the shell to the cavity of the injection mold and injection molding. . Then, by applying a metal oxide film on the transferred shell pattern, the same color tone as that of the shell can be obtained. Since this is a relatively simple manufacturing method and mass production is possible, it can be manufactured at a very low cost. It is also possible to combine shell patterns with other patterns, and various design variations can be obtained.
Next, as a fifth embodiment of the present invention, an earring which is one of decorative parts will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 shows a perspective view of an earring as a decorative part according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. The
The
Since the earrings thus formed have the same pattern and color as real shells, they are not inferior to real shells. And since it can mass-produce, a manufacturing cost becomes cheap and it can provide at a cheap price.
FIG. 8 shows a plan view of a portable timepiece provided with a timepiece display plate according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. In this
The
A portable watch using the display panel as described above has a pattern and color tone with the same texture as shellfish on the display panel, and the display panel has a soft white color tone to give it a precious metal feel. It gives you a very high-class feel. Even if the display board of the present invention is used for a relatively inexpensive watch, a high-class feeling appears.
Next, what is shown in FIG. 9 is a perspective view of an electronic apparatus as a mobile phone according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention. The
The
In many cases, the cover of a mobile phone is formed with a curved surface. Therefore, the shell to be attached to the mold cavity must also have the same curved surface as the cover. Since the shellfish has a property of being softened by heat, the same curved surface as the cover can be obtained by immersing it in hot water of about 80 degrees for about 5 to 10 minutes and then pressing it into a curved surface by a pressing method. In this way, when a shell having the same curved surface as that of the cover is attached to the cavity and injection molding is performed, a curved cover having a shell pattern is obtained.
In the present embodiment, the
