Description
The present invention relates to a transformer with a ventilation fan in which a ventilation fan is attached to the top of a transformer box.
A conventional transformer with a ventilation fan of this type has a structure in which a ventilation fan is attached to the top of the transformer box. Ventilation fans need to be replaced in the event of a failure due to maintenance or service life. For this reason, the ventilation fan placed on the top of the transformer box is installed with a box-side flange on the top of the transformer box, and the ventilation fan placed on the box-side flange has a fan-side flange on the bottom. This is done by overlapping the flanges, passing the bolts through the bolt through holes in the flanges, and fastening the nuts screwed to these bolts (for example, see Patent Document 1).
However, in such a transformer with a ventilation fan, when removing the ventilation fan, the nuts screwed to the respective bolts were removed and the ventilation fan was removed. There was a problem that the nut was easily dropped and the bolts and nuts were easily lost.
In addition, when removing the ventilation fan, there is a problem that a power failure has to be made in order to ensure the safety of the operation, particularly in a high voltage transformer.
The objective of this invention is providing the transformer with a ventilation fan which can remove a ventilation fan, without isolate | separating the component of the fastener which fastens both flanges.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a transformer with a ventilation fan that can attach and detach a ventilation fan without causing a power failure.
In the present invention, a ventilation fan is attached to the upper part of the transformer box, and the ventilation fan is attached to the upper part of the transformer box by providing a box-side flange at the upper part of the transformer box. The ventilation fan to be arranged in the above object is a transformer with a ventilation fan in which a fan side flange is provided at the lower part and the both flanges are overlapped and fastened with fasteners at a plurality of locations.
In the transformer with a ventilation fan according to the present invention, the fasteners are combined and integrated even when the flanges are not fastened, and the integrated fastener is the transformer. The box is supported by a connector so as to be movable between a fastening position and a non-fastening position.
In this case, the fastener includes a bolt insertion groove whose proximal end is supported by the transformer box so as to be movable between a fastening position and a non-fastening position by a connector, and is open to the outer periphery of the flanges at the fastening position. It is preferable that the bolt is inserted into the bolt and a nut that is screwed to the bolt and fastens the flanges at the fastening position.
The fastener includes a C-shaped bracket whose base end is supported by the transformer box so as to be movable between a fastening position and a non-fastened position by a connector, and fits the flanges at the fastening position; It is preferable that the bolt is integrated with at least one end, and includes a bolt for fastening the flanges at the fastening position.
Furthermore, it is preferable that each said fastener is provided in the position away from the position of the high voltage terminal provided in the said transformer box.
In the transformer with a ventilation fan according to the present invention, the fasteners that fasten both flanges are combined and integrated even when both flanges are not fastened. Since the transformer box is supported by the coupling tool so as to be movable between the fastening position and the non-fastening position, the ventilation fan can be attached and detached without separating the components of the fastener. For this reason, it is possible to attach and remove the ventilation fan while preventing the components of the fastener from falling or being lost.
In this case, the fastener is inserted into the bolt insertion groove whose base end is supported by the transformer box so as to be movable between the fastening position and the non-fastening position, and is open to the outer periphery of both flanges at the fastening position. And a nut that is screwed to the bolt and fastened to both flanges at the fastening position, and is integrated with the transformer box to move between the fastening position and the non-fastening position by a connector. The components of the fasteners are separated by turning the bolts supported so that they can be inserted into the bolt insertion grooves that open to the outer periphery of both flanges at the fastening position, and the nuts screwed into the bolts are tightened. Without the ventilation fan can be mounted on top of the transformer box. Further, the ventilation fan can be removed from the upper part of the transformer box without separating the components of the fastener.
Further, the fastener has a C-shaped bracket whose base end is supported by the transformer box so as to be movable between a fastening position and a non-fastened position and is fitted to both flanges at the fastening position, and at least one end of the C-shaped bracket. When it is integrated with a bolt that is screwed together and fastens both flanges at the fastening position, it is supported by the transformer box so as to be movable between the fastening position and the non-fastening position by a connector. Turn the C-shaped bracket and fit it to both flanges at the fastening position, and turn the bolt that is screwed into at least one end of the C-shaped bracket, so that the ventilation fan can be connected to the upper part of the transformer box without separating the fastener components. Can be attached to. Further, the ventilation fan can be removed from the upper part of the transformer box without separating the components of the fastener.
Furthermore, if each fastener is provided at a position away from the position of the high-voltage terminal provided on the transformer box, the ventilation fan can be attached and detached without causing a power failure.
