Description

The present invention relates to an electrical box that houses a printed circuit board and the like, and an outdoor unit of an air conditioner that includes an external electrical box.

As this type of electrical box, for example, when a wiring hole is opened in the bottom plate and a printed circuit board or the like is disposed inside, a required cable is inserted into the wiring hole and the tip thereof is connected to the printed circuit board or the like. It is configured to be able to.

At this time, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the bottom plate surrounding the wiring hole 11 is formed so that the cable inserted and wired through the wiring hole of the bottom plate is not damaged at the end of the bottom plate facing the wiring hole. The electrical box 1X configured to attach the protective ring 12X made of rubber or the like to the wiring hole 11 by fitting the end portion 5 to the annular groove 13X of the protective ring 12X is well known.

In the electrical box shown in FIG. 6, since a protective ring made of rubber or the like is attached to the wiring hole, the cable inserted through the wiring hole will not be damaged, but when the electrical box is installed outdoors where rainwater is splashed, There was an inconvenience that rainwater entered the electrical box from the wiring hole and short-circuited, so it was necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the electrical box even when installed outdoors. It was a problem to be solved.

In order to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, the present invention includes a wiring hole for a cable provided in a bottom plate and a protective tube made of an elastic member attached to the wiring hole, and the protective tube has a length of at least 15 mm or more. The main feature is that it was formed.

In the electrical box of the present invention, since a protective tube having a length of at least 15 mm is attached to the wiring hole provided in the bottom plate, there is a risk that rainwater may enter the interior of the electrical box even if installed outdoors. Remarkably reduced.

A cable wiring hole provided in the bottom plate, a protective tube made of an elastic member having a length of at least 15 mm attached to the wiring hole, and a protective tube provided with a binding means, and a protective tube An electrical box that is provided with a bulging portion that prevents the binding means from dropping off at the lower end portion of the cable.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In order to facilitate understanding, in these drawings, parts having the same functions as those described with reference to FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, the electrical box 1 of the present invention includes a main body case 2, a lid member 4 that is detachably attached to the main body case 2 by screws 3, and a bottom plate 5 attached to the lid member 4. The inner part surrounded by them is a component storage unit 6 for storing a printed circuit board and the like.

Further, a stopper 7 having a screw hole and a guide plate portion 8 project from the lower side of the main body case 2, and the bottom plate 5 is fitted with the lower end portion of the main body case 2 on the side facing the main body case 2. A mating claw 9 is provided.

Then, the screw 3 is removed, the lower side of the lid member 4 is rotated in the direction of the curved arrow, and the engagement between the locking claw 9 and the lower end portion of the main body case 2 is removed. By pulling in the direction, the cover member 4 is detached from the main body case 2 and the component storage portion 6 is exposed by releasing the fitting between the upper end of the cover member 4 and the plate stopper 10 at the upper end of the main body case 2. ing.

Further, in the electrical box 1 of the present invention, a wiring hole 11 for inserting a cable is opened in the bottom plate 5, and a protective tube 12 having a length of 15 mm or more, for example, 20 mm in length is provided in the wiring hole 11 in the conventional electrical box 1X. It is attached in the same manner as the protection ring 12X.

That is, the end of the bottom plate 5 facing the wiring hole 11 is fitted into the annular groove 13 provided at the upper end of the protective tube 12, and the protective tube 12 is attached to the wiring hole 11. The protective tube 12 is made of an appropriate elastic member, for example, a relatively soft synthetic rubber having a hardness of 30, and an annular bulging portion 14 is provided at the lower end.

The protective tube 12 is provided with a binding means 15 so that a later-described cable 22 or the like inserted through the protective tube 12 can be bound together with the protective tube 12. As described above, since the bulging portion 14 is provided at the lower end portion of the protective tube 12, the binding means 15 provided around the protective tube 12 does not fall off.

Therefore, the cable 22 or the like inserted through the wiring hole 11 is not damaged at the end of the bottom plate 5 facing the wiring hole 11, and the cable 22 and the like are bound together with the protective tube 12 by the binding means 15, If the air gap is reduced, rainwater will not enter the parts housing 6 through the inside of the protective tube 12 even if rainwater is applied.

Even if the cable 22 or the like is pulled, the cable 22 or the like is tied together with the protection tube 12 by the fastening means 15 and integrated with the protection tube 12, and the protection tube 8 is attached to the wiring hole 11. Therefore, there is no concern that a pulling force acts on the connection end of the cable 22 or the like to the printed circuit board and the like, and the screwing portion is loosened.

The binding means 15 only needs to be able to bind the cable 22 and the like together with the protective tube 12, so that various types of water hose and gas hose can be fixed to a household water pipe or gas pipe using a screw fastening mechanism or the like. In order to put together the hose mounting jigs and cords of home appliances, etc., it is composed of a resin band with a hole and a spherical part that fits into it, and is made of an appropriate material that can be directly bound by hand Tightening means can be employed.

The electrical box 1 of the present invention having the above configuration is used by being attached to the back surface of the outdoor unit 20 constituting the air conditioner together with the indoor unit. For example, the electrical box 1 shown in FIG. 3 includes a DC / DC converter for boosting DC power in an internal component storage unit 6 together with a printed circuit board, and the like. A DC / DC converter (not shown) is connected via a cable 22, boosts the DC power generated by the solar panel 21, and converts the DC power into AC power by an inverter provided inside the outdoor unit 20. It is wired so that it can be supplied with priority over commercial power to refrigerant compressors, blowers, etc. that do not.

The cable 22 connecting the solar cell panel 21 and a DC / DC converter (not shown) in the electrical box 1 has one end connected to a printed board (not shown) in the electrical box 1 and the other end connected to the outdoor unit 1 or the other. It is wired through the inside of the protective tube 12 attached to the wiring hole 11 together with the other cable 22A connected to the ventilation device provided in the indoor unit not to be connected. Bound.

In this case, the electrical box 1 is detachably mounted on the back surface of the outdoor unit 20 via an electrical box mounting member 23 made by, for example, pressing a steel plate. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the electrical box attachment member 23 includes a side surface attachment portion 25 detachably attached to one side surface of the main body case 24 of the outdoor unit 20 by the screw 3, and its side surface attachment portion. 25, a rear surface attachment portion 26 extending from the rear end portion of the main body case 24 to the rear surface portion side, a receiving plate portion 27 extending rearward from the central lower end portion of the rear surface attachment portion 26, and a rear surface attachment portion. A stopper 28 provided with a screw hole from the lower end of the left end of the installation portion 26 and extending rearward, a top plate portion 29 extending rearward from the upper end portion of the rear attachment portion 26, and the top plate portion 29 And a rear guide portion 30 suspended from the rear end portion, and an electrical box mounting portion 31 formed by the back side attachment portion 26, the receiving plate portion 27, the top plate portion 29, and the rear guide portion 30. In addition, the electrical box 1 is detachably attached from the lateral direction.

In this case, the receiving plate portion 27 extends rearward from the back surface attaching portion 26 via the guide groove 32. Further, each of the side surface attaching portion 25 and the top plate portion 29 of the electrical box mounting member 23 is provided with two screw holes, and the stopper 28 is provided with one screw hole.

In addition, the upper and lower two portions of the electrical box mounting member 23 on the side away from the side surface attachment portion 25 of the back surface attachment portion 26 engage with predetermined horizontal plate portions of the back surface portion 24A of the main body case 24 (not shown). Locking pieces are provided, respectively, and the side of the back side attachment portion 26 that is separated from the side surface attachment portion 25 is engaged with the predetermined lateral plate portion of the back surface portion 24 </ b> A of the main body case 24. It is comprised so that it may be supported by 24 A of back parts.

And the electrical equipment box 1 and the electrical equipment box attachment member 23 are produced to the dimension which the electrical equipment box 1 can attach or detach to the electrical equipment box attachment part 31 from a horizontal direction. That is, when the electrical equipment box 1 is positioned on the side of the electrical equipment box attachment part 31 and moved to the electrical equipment box attachment part 31 side, the bottom plate of the electrical equipment box 1 is placed on the receiving plate part 27 and further moved, the electrical equipment box 1 When the guide plate portion 8 is fitted into the guide groove 32 of the electrical box mounting member 23 and further slides on the electrical box 1 until it moves to the stopper 28 of the electrical box mounting member 23 until the stopper 7 of the electrical box 1 hits. The position of the screw hole of the stopper 28 and the position of the screw hole of the stopper 7 are matched, and the screw hole of the top plate portion 29 and the screw hole of the top plate portion of the electrical box 1 are also matched.

Therefore, the electrical box 1 can be removed by screwing the three screws 3 into the respective screw holes from the stopper 7 side of the electrical box 1 and the top plate portion 29 side of the electrical box mounting member 23. It is attached to the attachment member 23. And the electrical equipment box 1 can be removed from the back surface of the main body case 24 only by removing the three screws 3 and sliding in the lateral direction.

Further, when the two screws 3 screwed into the screw holes of the side surface attachment portion 25 of the electrical box attachment member 23 and the screw holes of the side surface portion of the main body case 24 are removed, the electrical box attachment member 23 is turned up. Since it can be pulled up, it is also possible to attach and detach the electrical equipment box 1 by attaching and detaching the electrical equipment box attaching member 23 by attaching and detaching these two screws 3.

In addition, since this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, various deformation | transformation implementation is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning as described in a claim.

For example, in order to form the annular groove 13 of the protective tube 12 to be attached to the wiring hole 11 of the electrical box 1, the flange-shaped bulging portions provided on both sides thereof are formed to have a width of about 10 to 20 mm so as to form the wiring hole 11. It is also possible to effectively prevent rainwater from entering the parts storage section 6.

Further, the electrical box mounting member 23 is not provided with the side surface attachment portion 25, and the back surface installation portion 26 is directly attached to the back surface portion 24A of the main body case 24 with screws 3 or the like. You may comprise so that the electrical equipment box 1 may be attached or detached to 31 from a horizontal direction.

Further, the rear guide portion 30 of the electrical box attachment member 23 can be provided not on the top plate portion 29 but on the receiving plate portion 27, or on both the top plate portion 29 and the receiving plate portion 27. Is possible. At this time, the installation of the guide groove 32 and the guide plate portion 8 can be omitted.

Further, as indicated by phantom lines, a clip 33 for fixing cables is detachably screwed to the stopper 7 provided at the lower end of the electrical equipment box 1 (see FIGS. 4 and 5). The power cable 22 or the like may be fixed.

Further, the main body case 24 of the outdoor unit 20 includes a second electrical box that houses electrical components other than the electrical components built in the electrical box 1, for example, electrical components that are less likely to fail and are less likely to change wiring. It is also possible to do.

Even if the protective tube 12 attached to the wiring hole 11 is provided with a length exceeding 50 mm, there is almost no difference in the effect of preventing the ingress of rainwater into the component housing portion 6, and the protective tube 12 protrudes from the lower end portion of the protective tube 12. The cable management is limited so that it does not exceed 50 mm.
