Description

The present invention relates to indoor lighting.

A vehicle is usually provided with a sun visor for blocking backlight. In such a sun visor, a small mirror may be provided separately from the rearview mirror.

When the sun visor is provided with a mirror as described above, an indoor illumination lamp may be provided near the windshield of the ceiling so that the mirror can be used even at night. This room illumination lamp is provided separately from the dome lamp provided in the approximate center of the ceiling.

Further, the interior lighting is provided at a position hidden by the sun visor when the sun visor is folded to the ceiling side. Since this room illumination lamp is used only when a mirror is used, it is much smaller than a dome mirror.

Further, the sun visor mirror may be provided with a cover that opens and closes by sliding. In some cases, the interior lighting is turned on when the cover is opened.

FIG. 15 is a disassembled oblique view of the conventional room lamp 1. This room lamp 1 has a design part 11 and a functional part 12 that is detachably attached to the design part 11. Of these, the design portion 11 includes a frame-shaped bezel 13, a lens 15 provided in the opening 14 of the bezel 13, and clips 16 provided on both sides of the bezel 13. The functional unit 12 includes a bulb (light bulb) 17 and a functional unit main body 18.

As shown in FIG. 16, the indoor illumination lamp 1 is attached to an opening 20 provided in a trim (interior material) 19 in a vehicle ceiling. In this case, the interior illumination lamp 1 is held by locking the clip 16 of the interior illumination lamp 1 to the edge of the opening 20. In addition, the code | symbol 22 in FIG. 16 is an electric wire connected to the function part main body 18, and 23 is a vehicle body (metal).

As shown in FIG. 17, the functional unit 12 of the indoor lamp 1 has a concave portion 24 formed in the functional unit main body 18, and a press contact blade 25 is provided in the concave portion 24. A V-shaped groove 25 a is formed at the tip of the press contact blade 25. The press contact blade 25 is connected to the valve 17. The recess 24 is provided with a lid 26 that can be opened and closed.

When connecting the flat electric wire 22 to the function part 12, as shown in FIG. 18, the flat electric wire 22 is inserted in the recessed part 24, and a flat electric wire is inserted in the V-shaped groove | channel 25a provided in the front-end | tip of the press-contacting blade 25. 22 is placed. Then, as shown in FIG. 19, when the lid 26 is closed, the flat wire 22 is pressed toward the press contact blade 25, the insulating film of the flat wire 22 is broken by the press contact blade 25, and the core wire is connected to the press contact blade 25. Electrically connected. Thereby, the flat electric wire 22 and the valve 17 are connected via the press contact blade 25.

Here, a protrusion 26 a that presses the flat electric wire 22 is formed on the surface of the lid 26 on the pressure contact blade 25 side. Between the protrusions 26a and 26a, it is formed substantially flat. By this protrusion 26a, the flat electric wire 22 is reliably pushed into the groove 25a.

Next, a method for attaching the above-described room illumination lamp 1 to the ceiling trim 19 of the vehicle will be described. As shown in FIG. 20, a dome lamp mounting hole 30 and an indoor lighting lamp mounting hole 31 are provided in the ceiling trim 19 to which the indoor lighting lamp 1 is to be mounted.

First, as shown in FIG. 21, only the design portion 11 of the indoor illumination lamp 1 is attached to the indoor illumination lamp attachment hole 31 of the ceiling trim 19. Next, as shown in FIG. 22, the functional unit 12 is attached to the design unit 11. A flat electric wire 22 is connected to the functional unit 12 in advance. Next, as shown in FIG. 23, the ceiling trim 19 is attached to the ceiling 32 a of the vehicle body 32.

When replacing the bulb 17 of the room lamp 1, the entire room lamp 1 is removed from the ceiling trim 19 as shown in FIG. At this time, in order to avoid a tensile force from acting on the flat electric wire 22, the flat electric wire 22 is provided with an extra length portion 22a.

As shown in FIG. 25, the extra length portion 22 a of the flat electric wire 22 is held by a clip 33 provided in the function portion 12. As shown in FIG. 26, the clip 33 is formed in a substantially L shape. Then, the flat electric wire 22 is inserted and held in the gap between the clip 33 and the functional unit main body 18.

An interval b1 between both inner side surfaces of the clip 33 is formed substantially the same as the insertion width b2 of the flat electric wire 22. Further, locking claws 34 that are opposed to each other are formed on the inner surface of the clip 33. An insertion path 35 for inserting the flat electric wire 22 into the clip 33 is formed between the locking claws 34.

However, since the conventional indoor lighting 1 is provided with two clips 16 on both sides of the design portion 11 in order to be attached to the ceiling trim 19, the indoor lighting mounting holes of the indoor lighting 1 and the ceiling trim 19 are provided. There was a problem that 31 became large. In this case, there is a problem that the interior lighting 1 becomes expensive.

An object of the present invention is to provide an indoor lighting that can be reduced in size.

In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides a design portion in which a lens is fixed to a bezel that can be attached to an opening provided in an interior material of a vehicle, and the interior material by being supported by the design portion. And a functional part provided with a light source, and the design part can be locked to the opening edge by a clip provided on the bezel. The functional part main body is supported by the functional part so as to protrude along the back surface of the interior material from the opening edge.

In this invention, the edge part of the indoor illumination light attachment hole provided in the ceiling trim can be pinched | interposed by the functional part main body and design part of a functional part. The interior illumination lamp 1 can be held by engaging the clip with one edge of the interior illumination lamp and sandwiching the other end between the functional part main body and the design part. That is, since only one of the clips needs to be provided, the indoor lighting can be reduced in size.

Here, an elastic member projecting from the functional unit main body toward the back surface of the interior material can be provided. In this case, when the ceiling trim is sandwiched between the functional part main body and the design part, the elastic member is pressed against the ceiling trim.

In addition, a lid that opens the inside of the functional unit main body is integrally formed with the functional unit main body via a thin hinge, and the thin hinge is the functional unit main body when the lid closes the functional unit main body. It can be configured to function as the elastic member by protruding toward the back surface of the interior material.

In this case, since the hinge can also be used as an elastic member, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.

Further, the end portion on the functional part main body side of the thin hinge is formed so as to protrude from the functional part main body toward the back surface of the interior material, and the end part on the lid part side of the thin hinge is formed, It can form so that it may protrude from the said cover part along the extension plane of the surface in the said cover part.

In this case, although the thin hinge is thin, good elasticity can be provided.

Furthermore, the bending strength of the end on the functional unit main body side of the thin hinge can be made higher than the bending strength of the end on the lid side of the thin hinge.

In this case, the end of the thin hinge on the side of the functional unit main body has a relatively large curved shape, and this portion protrudes relatively large from the functional unit main body. Therefore, this protrusion can be suitably used as an elastic member.

According to the present invention, since only one clip needs to be provided in order to attach the interior illumination lamp to the ceiling trim, the interior illumination lamp can be reduced in size.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a first embodiment according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a top view showing a functional part of the first embodiment according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a top view showing the first embodiment according to the present invention.
(First embodiment)
As shown in FIG. 1, in the interior illumination lamp 5 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, a lens 54 is fixed to a bezel 53 that can be attached to an opening 52 provided in a ceiling trim (interior material) 51 of a vehicle. It has a design portion 55 and a functional portion 57 that is disposed on the back side of the ceiling trim 51 by being supported by the design portion 55 and includes a light source 56.

A clip 58 is provided on the bezel 53 of the design portion 55. As shown in FIG. 2, the functional unit main body 60 of the functional unit 57 is provided with a clip 62 for holding the pre-length portion 61 a of the flat electric wire 61 (see FIG. 1).

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the functional unit main body 60 is provided with a recess 63 into which the flat electric wire 61 is inserted. In this recessed part 63, the press-contacting blade (not shown) which connects the flat electric wire 61 is provided. Further, the functional unit main body 60 is provided with a lid portion 64 that can be inserted into the recess 63.

As shown in FIG. 4, the lid portion 64 is integrally provided with a thin hinge 65 that protrudes from the functional portion main body 60 toward the back surface 51 a of the ceiling trim 51. The thin hinge 65 functions as an elastic member as will be described later. In addition, the code | symbol 66 in FIG. 4 is a light source attachment hole.

As shown in FIG. 1, the indoor illumination lamp 5 can sandwich the edge portion of the interior illumination light mounting hole 52 provided in the ceiling trim 51 by the functional part main body 60 and the design part 55 of the functional part 57. It is configured as follows.

As shown in FIG. 5, the indoor lighting 5 is attached to a ceiling trim 51 of the vehicle 50. The room illumination lamp 5 is disposed at a position hidden by a sun visor 67 that can be freely rotated and opened.

When the interior lighting 5 is turned on, first, the sun visor 67 is opened toward the windshield 68 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Next, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the sliding door 81 provided on the surface 67 a on the ceiling trim 51 side of the sun visor 67 is opened.

Then, the mirror 69 provided in the sun visor 67 is exposed. At the same time, as shown in FIG. 8, the room illumination lamp 5 is turned on. Thereby, the screen reflected on the mirror 69 can be clearly seen.

As described above, in the indoor lighting 5 of the present invention, one edge of the indoor lighting 5 is locked to the edge of the indoor lighting lamp mounting hole 52 by the clip 58, and the other end is locked to the functional unit main body 60. The interior illumination lamp 5 can be held by being sandwiched by the design portion 55.

Therefore, since only one clip 58 needs to be provided in this example, the interior illumination lamp 5 can be reduced in size as a whole, and the interior illumination lamp mounting hole 52 of the ceiling trim 51 can be reduced. Thereby, the cost can be reduced.

A thin hinge 65 projects from the functional unit body 60 toward the back surface 51 a of the ceiling trim 51. When the ceiling trim 51 is sandwiched between the functional part main body 60 and the design part 55, the thin hinge 65 is pressed against the ceiling trim 51 and acts as an elastic member, so that the indoor lighting 5 can be prevented from rattling.

Furthermore, since the thin hinge 65 is also used as an elastic member, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. The elastic member is not limited to the thin hinge 65 but can be provided separately from the thin hinge 65.

As shown in FIG. 9, the thin-walled hinge 65 is formed such that the end portion 65 a on the functional unit main body 60 side protrudes from the functional unit main body 60 toward the back surface 51 a of the ceiling trim 51. The end portion 65 b of the hinge 65 on the lid portion 64 side can be formed so as to protrude from the lid portion 64 along the extended plane of the surface 64 a of the lid portion 64.

In this case, although the thin hinge 65 is thin, good elasticity can be provided.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 10, the bending strength of the end portion 65 a on the functional unit main body 60 side in the thin hinge 65 can be made higher than the bending strength of the end portion 65 b on the lid portion 64 side in the thin hinge 65. In this example, the thickness t1 of the end portion 65a on the functional unit main body 60 side is larger than the thickness t2 of the end portion 65b on the lid portion 64 side.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 11, when the lid 64 is inserted into the recess 63, the end 65a of the thin hinge 65 on the functional unit main body 60 side has a relatively large curved shape. It protrudes relatively large from the functional unit main body 60. Therefore, this protrusion can be suitably used as an elastic member.
