BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ossuary room and an ossuary chamber plate material, and in particular, has a simple manufacturing method, has a structure that is easy to prevent generation of mold and adhesion of dirt, and has a sense of quality and aesthetics, so that the bereaved family at the time of ossuary. The present invention relates to an ossuary chamber and a plate for an ossuary chamber, which can relieve the sadness of the ossuary.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 8 is a photograph showing a conventional ossuary chamber. Conventional ossuary chambers are usually made of concrete, but the ossuary chambers are highly humid because the soil is exposed and sealed. For this reason, mold and dirt are likely to be generated, and the inner surface of the ossicle chamber is rough, so that such dirt is difficult to remove. It cannot be denied that there is no light, and there is a scary image, as well as a dark and dirty image in the landscape. Although the ossuary chamber is usually only visible during ossuary, these images of conventional ossuary chambers increase the grief of the bereaved family during ossuary. In addition, considering that the survivors themselves will enter the grave, it is very significant that a better and brighter image of the ossuary can be adopted. From this point of view, proposals have been made to improve the ossuary chamber.

Among them, the “grave and its ossuary interior material” disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H8-4353 is used at the lower part of the tombstone in order to increase the sense of Buddha and increase the commercial value of the grave by suppressing labor and cost. A proposal has been made to attach an ossuary room interior material to at least the front wall of the four side walls of the ossuary room placed below the ground, and to paint Buddhist paintings, sutras, patterns, coloring, etc. (patents) Reference 1). Patent No. 2556765 “Method of forming the ossuary chamber” is intended to always give a bright and clean impression when opening and closing the ossuary chamber, and to make it suitable for praying for ancestral service and prosperity of descendants. We propose a method in which patterns of different Buddhist paintings are engraved on the inner wall surface by engraving, and marble colored with weather-resistant paint such as acrylic paint is attached to the engraved part (patent) Reference 2).
[0005]
In addition, in registered utility model No. 3028843 “stones for tombs and tomb ossuary”, the ossuary room is made into a plate with granite and other high-grade stones to give religious majesticity to the tomb ossuary and the inner wall surface It has been proposed that the surface corresponding to 1 is a polished surface, and that a Buddhist painting is engraved and displayed (Patent Document 3). In addition, in the “Oshio” disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-42413, a method for forming the inner wall of the concrete body of the ossuary chamber with a ceramic plate for the purpose of giving aesthetics, cleanliness, and durability against aging. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there is a lot of bereaved feelings to leave memories forever in the consciousness of mourning the dead, and the tombstones and ossuary rooms require materials that have as little secular change as possible, such as stones that do not weather. The proposal of Patent Document 1 in which an interior material that does not require durability for cost reduction is attached to the wall surface of the room cannot satisfy such a requirement. In addition, the proposals in Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3 in which a design pattern is engraved into an uneven shape by engraving and colored marble is stuck in the ossuary chamber is expensive and the engraving has many unevenness. It is easy to clean and difficult to clean, and when paint is applied to the sculpture, it absorbs moisture from the inside and the paint peels off, which is insufficient to achieve the intended purpose of always giving a bright and clean impression. It is. In the proposal of Patent Document 4 using a ceramic plate as an interior material for the ossuary interior wall, although the disadvantages of using sculpture can be eliminated, the interior material must be used separately from the rod-shaped body of the ossuary chamber, There are problems in terms of cost and durability.
[0008]
The object of the present invention is to solve these drawbacks of the prior art, have a simple manufacturing method, a structure that is simple and durable, and has a structure that easily prevents mold and dirt, and does not change over time. The object is to provide a ossuary room and a plate for the ossuary room, which has a feeling and aesthetics and can sufficiently ease the sadness of the bereaved family at the time of ossuary. In addition, it is to provide a ossuary room and a plate for an ossuary room that can be applied to a tomb that has already been constructed.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies by the inventors of the present invention in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a display is made on the surface of the ossuary chamber structure itself by a fired ceramic plate or rod-like body without using an interior material separately configured as in the past. [0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing a configuration example of an osteotomy chamber according to the present invention. In the figure, this ossuary chamber 10 is provided in the lower part of the grave and has a bowl-like shape with an open bottom. The ossuary chamber 10 is baked to form a bowl-like body as shown in the figure. It is composed of a ceramic plate 11A or the like, or an integrally formed bowl-shaped body (not shown), and the inner surface of the formed bowl-shaped body has a picture, pattern, photograph, figure, symbol, character, etc. Or a combination of these displays (5A and 5B in the figure) is the main configuration. As the display (5A, etc.), as shown in the figure, for example, a religious drawing or the like suitable for the ossuary action or ossuary room can be used. Since the contents of the indication 5 are not particularly limited to those related to a certain religion, it can be freely set according to the existence of religion, differences in religious denominations, the dead, the bereaved, and any other circumstances. it can.
[0012]
As shown in the example of the figure, the present ossuary chamber 10 is an assembly-type ossuary chamber composed of four plate members 11A, 11B, 11A, and 11B for forming a bowl-shaped body, and two of the plate members 11A, etc. Alternatively, at the side end portions of all four sheets, when the four plate members 11A and the like are assembled into a bowl-like body to form the ossuary chamber 10, two adjacent plate members 11B and the like (for one plate member 11A) If it sees, the board | plate material adjacent to it will be the board | plate materials 12B and 12B located in the right-and-left each edge part of this board | plate material 11A.) The press support structure which can be used for the fall prevention to the inner side by pressing and supporting is provided. It can be set as the provided structure.
[0013]
[Action]
In FIG. 1, since the ossuary chamber 10 of the present invention is configured as described above, a bowl-shaped body is formed from a fired ceramic plate 11A or the like for forming a bowl-shaped body, or a bowl-shaped body from the beginning. A body (not shown) is formed, and a display (5A etc.) composed of a picture, a pattern, a photograph, a figure, a symbol, a character, other display, or a combination thereof is formed on the inner surface of the structure of the rod-shaped body itself. Provided. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a member with the indication in the form of an interior material or the like separately from the ossuary chamber as in each of the above-described conventional techniques, which is advantageous in terms of construction, durability, and manufacturing cost. is there. The contents of the display (5A, etc.) are not particularly limited to those related to a certain religion, and can be freely set according to the circumstances as described above.
[0014]
In the bone delivery chamber 10 of the present invention, the four plate members 11A and the like are formed into a bowl-like body by forming a bowl-like body from the fired ceramic plate material 11A and the like provided with the pressing support structure (31 shown in the figure). When the ossuary chamber 10 is formed, the two plate members 11B and 11B located adjacent to the left and right ends of the plate member 11A are pressed and supported by the pressing support structure 31, for example. As a result, the plates 11B and 11B are prevented from falling into the inside of the ossuary chamber 10, and the structure of the ossuary chamber 10 can be maintained stably, firmly and permanently.
[0015]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view showing a configuration example of a rod-like body of an assembling-type osteotomy chamber according to the present invention, which is a combination of two plate members provided with a pressing support structure and another two plate members. In the figure, the bone delivery chamber 20 is formed of two plate members 11A and 11A with a support structure provided with the pressing support structure 31 and the other two plate materials 11B and 11B. The pressing support structure 31 is provided at both end portions of the support structure-equipped plate members 11A and 11A, and the side end portions of the other plate members 11B and 11B that are not provided with the pressing support structure are used as the support structure-attached plate material 11A. , 11A, it can be configured by a notch that fits in the case of being brought into contact with the vertical direction.
[0016]
In the figure, since the present delivery chamber 20 has such a configuration, the pressing support structures 31 and 31 provided at both end portions of the plate members 11A and 11A with the support structure are provided on the side of the other plate materials 11B and 11B. When the end portion is brought into a perpendicular contact, the inner plate faces 11B and 11B are pressed and supported because of the notch structure that fits into the end portion. Since this pressing support is performed at both end positions of the other plate member 11B and the like, the other plate members 11B and 11B are prevented from falling into the inside of the ossuary chamber 20. On the other hand, the plate members 11A and 11A with support structure are also supported by the end surfaces of the side end portions of the other plate members 11B and 11B that are not provided with a special pressing support structure, As in the case of the other plate members 11B and 11B, the pressure support is performed at both end positions of the plate member 11A with a support structure (positions where the pressure support structures 31 and 31 are respectively provided). It is also possible to prevent the plate materials 11A and 11A with support structure from falling into the inside of the ossuary chamber 20. Therefore, all of the two types of plate materials 11A, 11B, 11A, and 11B are pressed and supported by other adjacent plate materials (two in total) at both ends thereof, and any of the plate materials 11A, 11B, 11A, and 11B. However, since the falling into the ossuary chamber 20 is prevented, the structure of the ossuary chamber 20 can be maintained stably, firmly and permanently.
[0017]
FIG. 3 is an explanatory plan view showing a configuration example of a saddle-shaped body of an assembling-type osteotomy chamber according to the present invention in which four plate members provided with a pressing support structure are combined. In the figure, the present delivery chamber 30 has the pressing support structure 33A and the like provided on all four plates 13A, 13B, 13C and 13D, that is, the pressing support structures 33A, 33B, 33C and 33D, respectively. 33A or the like is, for example, a notch portion that is provided at one end of the plate member 13A and fits when a side end of another plate member 13B is brought into contact with the plate member 13A vertically. It can be set as the structure which is another part for a fitting.
[0018]
In the figure, since the present bone chamber 30 has such a configuration, the pressing support structure 33A provided at one end of the plate member 13A has a side end of the plate member 13B (the pressing support structure is provided). The side end that is not provided (in the following description, this is referred to as “normal side end” and the other is referred to as “structured side end”), when it is brought into vertical contact, just fits into this. For the structure having such a cutout portion or other fitting portion, the surface facing the inner side of the plate member 13B is pressed and supported. This pressing support is similarly applied to the plate material 13C by the pressing support structure 33B in the plate material 13B. In the plate material 13C, the pressing support structure 33C supports the plate material 13D, and in the plate material 13D, the pressing support structure 33D. In the same manner with respect to the plate 13A, and due to the reaction in the press support, the structured side end portion itself having the press support structure 33A and the like is also caused by the end face portion of the normal side end portion to be the press support action target. As a result, the plate members 13A, 13B, 13C, and 13D are all pressed and supported by other adjacent members at both ends thereof, so that all of the plate members fall into the inside of the bone chamber 30. Therefore, the structure of the ossuary chamber 30 can be maintained stably, firmly and permanently. That is, 13B and 13D for the plate member 13A, 13A and 13C for the plate member 13B, 13B and 13D for the plate member 13C, and 13C and 13A for the plate member 13D are pressed and supported as adjacent plate members, respectively.
[0019]
FIG. 4 is an explanatory plan view showing another example of a saddle-like structure of the assembling-type ossuary chamber of the present invention formed by combining four plate members provided with a pressing support structure. In the figure, in the present delivery chamber 40, the pressing support structure 34A and the like are provided on all four plates 14A, 14B, 14C, 14D, that is, two pressing support structures 34A, 34B, 34C in total, one at each end. , 34D, and the pressing support structure 34A, for example, when the side end of another plate 14B provided at both side ends of the plate 14A is brought into contact with the plate 14A in the vertical direction. Furthermore, it can be set as the structure cut | disconnected in the shape of a hypotenuse which can support so that it may mutually prevent falling down inside.
[0020]
In the figure, since the main delivery chamber 40 has such a configuration, the pressing support structures 34A and 34A provided at both side end portions of the plate material 14A are connected to the side end portions of the plate material 14B (that is, the pressing support structure 34B). ) In the vertical direction, the plate members 14A and 14B are supported in parallel with each other, and the plate members 14A and 14B are cut in a slanted side shape so that they face each other. The notched structures of the hypotenuses are pressed against each other so that the surface does not fall into the inside of the osteoid chamber 40. After all, in each of the plate members 14A, 14B, 14C, 14D, the same pressing support is made by providing the pressing support structures 34A, 34A, 34B, 34B, 34C, 34C, 34D, 34D. Since the plate material is prevented from falling into the inside of the ossuary chamber 40, the structure of the ossuary chamber 40 can be maintained stably, firmly and permanently.
[0021]
In the ossuary chamber of the present invention, a ceramic plate or a tile can be particularly used among the fired ceramics as a bowl or a plate material for forming the bowl. In the case of stone materials that have been used in the past, white stone stones have a high water absorption rate, and colored stone stones have a high iron content and are easily discolored. There is. In addition, concrete has the advantage of being inexpensive and easy to install, but it is difficult to fix the display of the pattern, etc., and the decoration is easy to drop due to water absorption, it is not easy to clean, the appearance is inferior, dirt and mold adhere There are difficulties such as easy. Compared with these, porcelain plates and tiles do not have these drawbacks, and are suitable as materials for the ossuary of the present invention.
[0022]
Porcelain plates are generally produced by applying a pattern or the like to ceramics that have been formed and fired into a plate shape and firing the ceramics. However, suitable conditions can be used for the production conditions such as the firing temperature and the transfer method of the design. The firing temperature is preferably higher than the temperature at the earthenware firing level and higher than the pottery or porcelain firing level. For example, the firing temperature condition can be set to around 800 ° C. to around 1300 ° C., but the present invention is not limited to such a condition. A thermal transfer machine can be used for the thermal transfer of the display of a pattern or the like, but it can also be performed using an electric kettle, a glass processing cooler, or the like. For example, thermal transfer can be performed at a temperature of about 500 ° C., but the present invention is not limited to such conditions. The material used for the ossuary chamber structure is required to have weather resistance, waterproofness, antifouling property, etc., but especially for cold districts, freeze resistance is also a characteristic that the ossuary chamber structure material should have. Porcelain plates and tiles have sufficient freezing resistance in addition to weather resistance, waterproofing and antifouling properties, and are also suitable for cold regions. In addition, the ceramic board is difficult to remove the display of the baked pattern and the like, and since the surface can be finished smoothly, it is difficult for dirt to adhere, and even if dirt is attached, it can be easily cleaned. In addition, it is easy to configure the bone delivery chamber of the present invention according to the above-described method of assembling the plate materials, and it is excellent in workability and handleability. Note that non-ceramic materials such as stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, acrylic plates, etc. have an inorganic coldness, hardness, or tasteless texture, even if there is no particular disadvantage in terms of weather resistance. Since it has a dry point and does not feel the warmth and friendliness of a fired ceramic such as a ceramic plate, it is not desirable as a material for constructing a bone chamber.
[0023]
Glass can also be used as the fired ceramic used as the material for the bone delivery chamber of the present invention. Similarly to the ceramic plate, the thermal transfer of the display of a pattern or the like can be performed at a temperature of about 500 ° C. in a glass craft cooling furnace, for example. The fact that the present invention is not limited by such specific conditions is the same as in the description of the ceramic plate and the like.
[0024]
As already shown in FIG. 1, the plate material for the ossuary chamber of the present invention is made of fired ceramics such as 11A, and the surface that can be used for the inside of the ossuary chamber 10 has a picture, pattern, photograph, The main configuration is to provide a display 5A or the like composed of figures, symbols, characters, other displays, or a combination thereof. As shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the ossuary chamber plate material 11A and the like are formed at the side ends thereof with four plate materials 11A and the like assembled into a bowl-like body to form an ossuary chamber. At this time, by pressing and supporting two adjacent plate members 11B and the like, it is possible to provide a pressing support structure 31 and the like that can be used for preventing the falling into the inside.
[0025]
As already shown in FIG. 2, the pressing support structure 31 according to the bone chamber plate according to the present invention is provided at both end portions of the bone chamber plate 11 </ b> A and is not provided with the pressing support structure 11 </ b> B. It is possible to make a structure of a notch that fits when the side end of each is brought into contact with the bone chamber plate 11A perpendicularly. Also,
As already shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the pressing support structure 33A and the like according to the plate material for the ossuary chamber of the present invention is the other plate material 13B and the like provided at one side end of the plate material 13A for the ossuary chamber. It is possible to adopt a structure of a notch portion or other fitting portion that fits when the side end portion of the plate is brought into contact with the plate member 13A or the like perpendicularly. Moreover, as a baked ceramic used for the plate material for the ossuary chamber of the present invention, a ceramic plate or a tile can be used as described above.
[0026]
FIG. 5 is an explanatory plan view showing an example of the plate for the ossuary chamber of the present invention. (A), (b), (c) respectively shows the board | plate material which can be used for the structure of the ossuary chamber demonstrated in FIG.2, FIG.3, FIG.4. The plate material (a) is provided with step-like pressing support structures at both end portions. In order to construct a rib-like body of the ossuary chamber using this, using two sheets of this plate material and two plate materials that are not provided with a pressing support structure at the side end, that is, the cross-sectional shape is rectangular, Used in combination as shown in FIG. The plate material (b) is provided with a step-like pressing support structure only at one end. In this case, unlike the case of (a), only one type of plate material is required. In order to construct a rod-shaped body of the ossuary chamber using this, the side end with the structure of one plate member and the normal side end portion of the other plate member are fitted and combined as shown in FIG.
