Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a writing cylinder.
Conventionally, when characters or figures on a shaft tube of a writing instrument are applied, it has been common to print directly on the outer surface of the shaft tube. However, in addition to fouling due to rubbing and the like, it has become a common means in recent years, and it has been difficult to differentiate from other products simply by applying letters and figures on the outer surface. Therefore, the following technologies have been proposed in order to differentiate from other products.
That is, Patent Document 1 below discloses a technique in which a decorative body is interposed between an outer shaft formed from a transparent material and the outer shaft and the inner shaft. In the present technology, it is assumed that a novelty is imparted by applying a decorative body between the inner shaft and the outer shaft instead of directly applying characters, figures, etc. to the outer shaft.
In recent years, writing instruments having uniqueness and differentiation have been desired from various viewpoints. Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a writing instrument shaft cylinder capable of providing a novel and unprecedented sense with a simple structure. It is in.
Specifically, the present invention first provides the writing instrument with a novel sensation as if the display of characters, graphics, etc. on the surface of the writing instrument shaft tube exists not only on the surface but also on the back side thereof. It is an issue.
In addition to the first problem described above, the present invention provides a novel feeling by enlarging the display as if existing behind the surface from the surface and allowing the user to visually recognize the display. Let it be the second issue.
Furthermore, in addition to the said 1st subject or the 2nd subject, this invention makes it a 3rd subject to make a user visually recognize the display as if it exists in the back | inner side from the surface.
(1) 1st invention In view of the said 1st subject, 1st invention among this invention is accommodated in the cylindrical outer shaft 70 and this outer shaft 70, and accommodates ink directly or indirectly. A writing instrument shaft cylinder 15 including an inner shaft 60, and at least a part of the outer shaft 70 is provided with a display unit 77 in which a display 77a of characters, symbols, figures, or a combination thereof exists, A transparent portion 76 in which the inner shaft 60 accommodated in the inner portion 60 is visible is provided, and at least a portion corresponding to the display portion 77 and the transparent portion 76 on the surface of the inner shaft 60 can project the display 77a. A unique mirror surface is formed.
That is, the inner shaft 60 is housed inside the outer shaft 70. In addition, the inner shaft 60 can receive ink by accommodating ink (for example, the refill 30) inside the inner shaft 60 itself, even if the inner shaft 60 itself directly accommodates ink therein. Any of them may be accommodated indirectly.
The outer shaft 70 may be formed entirely transparent, for example, or may be entirely formed of a transparent material, and a portion other than the transparent portion 76 may be coated with a non-transparent material by two-color molding or the like. It is good also as forming by doing. Further, the outer shaft 70 is formed by a non-transparent material so that a portion corresponding to the transparent portion 76 is punched out, and a component corresponding to the transparent portion 76 formed of a transparent material is fitted into the punched portion. Thus, the outer shaft 70 can be formed. The transparent portion 76 does not have to be completely colorless and transparent, and can be translucent to the extent that the inside can be visually recognized, or can be colored and transparent.
The mirror surface of the inner shaft 60 surface can be formed as follows. First, depending on the processing method, if the entire inner shaft 60 is formed of a metal such as stainless steel, iron, aluminum, or brass, the surface thereof can be a mirror surface. Moreover, a mirror surface having a good appearance can be obtained by further surface treatment. It is also possible to form a mirror surface on the surface of the inner shaft 60 made of resin by painting, plating, printing, or the like. The mirror surface does not need to be formed over the entire inner shaft 60, and it is sufficient to form at least a region corresponding to the transparent portion 76 when accommodated in the outer shaft 70. The mirror surface of the surface of the inner shaft 60 may be formed only on a portion corresponding to the display portion 77 and the transparent portion 76, or may be formed on the entire surface.
The display 77a displayed on the display unit 77 includes characters, symbols, figures, or combinations thereof, such as product names, company names, illustrations, and names. The display 77a may be any one that is embossed or engraved on the transparent portion 76, printed, or affixed with a printed matter on a transparent adhesive sheet or the like.
(2) Second Invention In view of the second problem, the second invention of the present invention is such that the transparent portion 76 has a lens shape for enlarging the display 77a reflected on the mirror surface of the inner shaft 60 surface. It is characterized by becoming.
For example, by forming the transparent portion 76 on a convex lens, the display 77a reflected on the mirror surface of the inner shaft 60 can be magnified.
Specifically, by forming the outer surface of the transparent portion 76 into a curved surface that is convex outward, the transparent portion 76 can be formed into a lens shape.
(3) Third Invention In view of the third problem, the third invention of the present invention is that the transparent portion 76 does not have a display 77a on at least one side in the circumferential direction of the display portion 77. A non-display portion 78 is formed.
The non-display portion 78 is a portion where the display 77a does not exist and is kept transparent.
(1) Effects of the First Invention According to the first invention of the present invention, since the mirror surface exists on the inner shaft, the display portion of the outer shaft appears on this mirror surface. As a result, the user can not only visually recognize the display unit, but also can visually recognize the display unit reflected on the mirror surface, so that a sense of depth appears in the display. That is, it is possible to give the writing instrument a novel feeling as if the display of characters, figures, etc. on the surface of the writing instrument shaft tube exists not only on the surface but also on the back side. Basically, it can be formed only of an inner shaft and an outer shaft. For this reason, an unprecedented novel feeling can be given with a simple structure.
(2) Effects of the Second Invention According to the second invention of the present invention, in addition to the first effect, the display section can be enlarged, so that it appears as if it exists on the back side from the surface. By enlarging the display from the display on the surface and allowing the user to visually recognize the display, it is possible to give a more novel feeling.
(3) Effects of the Third Invention According to the third invention of the present invention, in addition to the first or second effect, it is possible to see the display portion reflected on the mirror surface from the blank portion. Furthermore, since the display part formed in the transparent part can also be seen at the same time, the display part can be seen twice. Thereby, it becomes possible to make a user visually recognize the display as if it exists behind the surface.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a ballpoint pen 10 provided with a writing instrument shaft 15 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the writing instrument shaft 15 of the ballpoint pen 10. FIG. 3 shows the ballpoint pen 10 shown in FIG. 1 in section AA. FIG. 4 shows the ballpoint pen 10 shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the writing instrument shaft cylinder 15 in the ballpoint pen 10 includes an outer shaft 70 located in the outermost layer and an inner shaft 60 located in the inner layer of the outer shaft 70.
The inner shaft 60 is formed by integrally molding a refill cover 62 accommodated in the outer shaft 70 and a tail plug 61 located on the rear end side of the outer shaft 70 with ABS resin. As shown in FIG. 4, the refill cover 62 is a part that accommodates the ink containing tube 31 of the refill 30. A refill plug 35 is attached to the rear end of the ink containing tube 31. On the other hand, the tip 40 is attached to the tip of the ink containing tube 31 through the joint 50, and this is exposed to the tip through the base 16 attached to the tip of the outer shaft 70 (see FIG. 1).
A male thread 63 is cut at the rear end portion of the refill cover 62 as shown in FIG. The male screw 63 is formed so as to be screwed with a female screw 75a (see FIG. 1) cut in an inner rear end portion of the outer shaft rear half portion 75. The front surface of the inner shaft 60 is mirror-finished by plating.
The outer shaft 70 includes a grip 71 constituting the front half portion and an outer shaft rear half portion 75 constituting the rear half portion. A grip rubber 74 is mounted on the surface of the grip 71. The outer shaft rear half part 75 includes a rubber part 79 to which a rubber made of the same material as the grip rubber 74 is attached, and a transparent part 76 without this rubber. The outer shaft 70 is formed by two-color molding of a transparent polycarbonate resin and a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer that covers the grip 71 and the rubber portion 79. Thereby, the mirror surface of the refill cover 62 of the inner shaft 60 can be seen through from the transparent portion 76.
As shown in FIG. 3, the transparent part 76 is provided with a display part 77 provided with a display 77a with engraved characters and a non-display part 78 without the display 77a. That is, the display unit 77 is formed at the center in the circumferential direction of the transparent unit 76, and the non-display unit 78 is formed on both sides in the circumferential direction. The display 77 a displayed on the display unit 77 is transmitted through the transparent unit 76 and reflected on the mirror surface of the refill cover 62 of the inner shaft 60. Further, as shown in the figure, the transparent portion 76 is formed on a curved surface that protrudes outward. Therefore, the transparent portion 76 itself has the effect of a convex lens, and the display 77a reflected on the mirror surface of the refill cover 62 of the inner shaft 60 appears to be enlarged. Further, when the line of sight of the display unit 77 is shifted toward the non-display unit 78, the display reflected from the non-display unit 78 on the mirror surface of the refill cover 62 of the inner shaft 60 is duplicated with the substance of the display. It seems that it seems to be. These visual effects give the ballpoint pen 10 an unprecedented novel sensation.
Note that the display 77a described above can be realized by embossing a character, for example, even if it is not based on a stamped character.
Further, in another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the transparent portion 76 has a display portion 77 to which a transparent adhesive sheet printed with characters 77a is attached, and this display 77a is not provided. A non-display portion 78 is provided. Due to these visual effects, a novel and unprecedented feeling is imparted to the ballpoint pen 10 as in the above embodiment.
