Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a disposable pants-type diaper, and particularly to a method for manufacturing a disposable pants-type diaper whose crotch portion can be freely opened and closed.

Disposable diapers are broadly divided into flat diaper developed bodies, unfolded diapers that can be worn by binding the left and right wings and the crotch part at the time of use, and pants-type diapers in the shape of pants. The pants-type diaper has been popularized in recent years because it has the advantage that the wearing operation can be easily performed in a standing posture and that it can be worn as an underwear sensation and the resistance is relatively small for adult wearers.

By the way, when replacing the pants-type diapers, you must take off the trousers and tights worn on the outside, replace the dirty pants-type diapers with new pants-type diapers, and wear the pants again. Since it must be done, it takes time to replace it.

Therefore, Patent Document 1 proposes a pants-type diaper that can be freely opened and closed. Specifically, FIGS. 12 to 14 [FIG. 12 is a perspective view of a conventional disposable pant-type diaper (part 1) 77. 13 is a longitudinal section thereof, and FIG. 14 is a perspective view for explaining the wearing procedure. As shown in FIG. 13, the pant-type diaper 77 includes a lower piece 72 of the front body 71 and a lower piece 74 of the rear body 73. The hook-shaped member 79 is engaged with the loop-shaped member 78, and when the lower pieces 72, 74 are engaged, a pair of left and right leg openings 53 are formed. When the lower pieces 72 and 74 are disengaged, the left and right leg-hole openings 53 become a continuous opening 76 (that is, the diaper has a cylindrical shape). The front and rear bodies 71 and 73 (particularly the portions of the lower pieces 72 and 74) are provided with absorbers 75, respectively.

When the pant-type diaper 77 is worn, the pant-type diaper 77 is pulled up from the top of the trousers or the like that is lowered below the knee to the waist through the pant-type diaper 77 with the crotch portion opened (FIG. 14), and then the crotch portion of the diaper is closed (FIGS. 12 and 13) The above-described trousers and the like are pulled up, and it is not necessary to completely remove the trousers and the like, which saves the trouble of replacement. When removing the pants-type diaper 77, the left and right side line joints (side line part 51) are peeled off, and the diaper 77 can be pulled out from the wearer's crotch.

In addition, in Patent Document 2, as a pants-type diaper whose crotch portion can be freely opened and closed, the front side (abdominal side) position from the crotch is the joint of the lower end portions 62b, 62c, 63b, 63c of the front and back bodies, A first lower engagement area 64 is provided on the skin side surface of the lower end part 62 b of the front body 62, and a first upper engagement area 65 is provided 62 c above the first lower engagement area 64, and the lower end part of the rear body 63 A second engagement area 66 is provided on the skin side surface of 63b, and a third engagement area 67 is provided on the outer surface of the back body 63, which is 63c above the second engagement area 66 (see FIG. 16: Perspective view of a conventional disposable pants-type diaper (No. 2), FIG. 17: AA line sectional view shown in FIG.

When wearing, the lower part of the front body 62 is rolled up to engage the first upper engagement area 65 and the second engagement area 66 on the skin side of the rear body 63 (FIG. 15: conventional disposable pants-type diaper 2) is a perspective view for explaining the wearing procedure), and then folds back the lower end portion 63b of the rear body 63 (the portion where the second engagement area 66 exists) and returns the front body 62 that has been raised up. The first lower engagement area 64 of the front body 62 and the third engagement area 67 of the outer surface of the rear body 63 are engaged (FIGS. 16 and 17).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-566 (particularly FIGS. 1 to 3, paragraphs [0011] and [0023]) JP 2001-252304 A

The pants-type diaper with the crotch part openable and closable as described above has the advantage that it can be worn just by sliding down without completely removing the outer garment such as trousers. The manufacturing method is not shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2, and in order to enable mass production, it is desired to realize a continuous manufacturing method.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the method of manufacturing continuously the disposable underpants type diaper which can open and close a crotch part.

In the following description of the present invention, the reference numerals used in the drawings to be described later will be added as appropriate to facilitate understanding, but the present invention is not limited to the examples shown in the drawings.

In the manufacturing method of the disposable pants-type diaper according to the present invention, the front body 41 includes an abdomen piece 42 and a lower piece 43 (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a front body lower piece) 43, and the rear body 44 is a back piece 45. And a lower piece (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a lower lower piece) 46, and the abdomen piece 42 and the back piece 45 are joined by a side line portion 51, and a waist opening 52 at the upper edge thereof. And a lower piece 43 following the abdomen piece and a lower piece 46 following the back piece are detachably attached to each other to form a pair of left and right leg openings 53, in the vicinity of the waist opening. And elastic members (elastic members 10, 11, 12, etc.) are arranged in the vicinity of the opening around the legs, respectively, and the front body sheet member and the back body sheet member are laminated. 2 sheets 27 , 27b, 28a, the disposable pants-type diaper which is formed respectively at 28b, to a method of continuously producing while traveling in the diaper lateral direction (left or right),
The attachment / detachment regions (for example, the second engagement region 14 and the third engagement region 34) corresponding to the material reaction 127a of the first front body sheet 27a and the material reaction 128a of the first rear body sheet 28a. At least one of the attachment and detachment member attaching step for attaching and detaching the attachment and detachment member,
After the attaching / detaching member attaching step, the raw material fabric 127a of the first front body sheet and the raw material fabric 128a of the first back body sheet are supplied so as to partially overlap each other, and the both attachment / detachment regions (for example, second And the first front body sheet raw material 127a and the first back body sheet raw material 128a are integrated (raw material 127a and raw material). The sheet integration step)
After the sheet integration step, the second front body sheet raw material 127b and the first front body sheet raw material 127a and the second rear body sheet raw material 128b and the first front body sheet 127b are formed. A leg-circumferential elastic member arranging step of sandwiching the elastic members 11 and 12 in the vicinity of the opening around the leg between the raw material pieces 128a of the back body sheet;
After the sheet integration step, the elastic member 10 is sandwiched by one or both of the raw material pieces 127a and 127b of the first and second front body sheets, and the first and second back body sheets A waist elastic member disposing step of sandwiching the elastic member 10 by either one or both of the raw materials 128a and 128b;
After the sheet integration step, an absorber arrangement step of arranging the absorbent member 18 at the position of the crotch of the diaper;
And a leg peripheral opening forming step of excising the leg periphery opening portion 36 in each of the raw materials after the sheet integration step.

By the above method, the disposable pants-type diaper which can freely open and close the crotch portion can be manufactured industrially continuously.

The above-mentioned leg circumference elastic member arrangement process, trunk circumference elastic member arrangement process, absorber arrangement process, and leg circumference opening formation process may be performed in any order. This means that the member attaching step is performed and then the sheet integration step is performed, and the subsequent steps may be performed in any order.

However, a sheet member for the front body and a sheet member for the back body (front and back body sheets 27a, 27b, 28a, 28b) having a narrower crotch width than the width of the crotch portion of the absorbent member 18 are manufactured. When it is desired to perform, it is preferable to perform the leg periphery opening forming step prior to the absorber arranging step. According to this, it is possible to arrange the absorbent member 18 so as to protrude slightly into the opening after opening the leg periphery opening. As described above, the front and back body sheet members having a narrow crotch portion are excellent in the fit between the crotch portions.

By the way, the manufacturing method of a normal disposable pants-type diaper (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a normal pants-type diaper) whose crotch portion cannot be opened is as follows. Various parts are attached, etc., and at the end of the manufacturing process, the diaper is folded up and down to join the left and right side lines. However, since the subject of the present invention is a disposable pants-type diaper that can be opened and closed at the crotch portion, the front body and the back body exist completely separated when the left and right side lines are not attached. In a disjointed state, the above-described method for producing a normal disposable pant-type diaper cannot be employed.

However, in the present invention, as described above, at a relatively early stage of the manufacturing process, firstly, an attachment / detachment member is provided in the attachment / detachment region of the crotch portion [attachment / detachment member attaching step], and the attachment force by this attachment / detachment region is used in advance. From the [sheet integration step] in which the raw material fabric 127a of the first front body sheet and the raw material fabric 128a of the first back body sheet are integrated, the subsequent method of manufacturing a normal pant-type diaper is almost adopted. Therefore, the existing manufacturing equipment can be used without significantly modifying the manufacturing equipment or introducing new equipment. Therefore, there is also an effect that industrial production is possible without much equipment cost.

In addition, as a manufacturing method of disposable pants-type diapers that can be freely opened and closed at the crotch part, a manufacturing method in which the front body and the back body are independently manufactured and then combined can be considered, but in this method, two independent manufacturing facilities are used. Necessary, and it is thought that the equipment will be enlarged. However, according to the method of the present invention, after the attachment / detachment member attaching step and the sheet integration step are first performed as described above, one system of manufacturing equipment is sufficient, and the manufacturing apparatus is simplified and compact.

In the attachment / detachment member attaching step, “providing attachment / detachment members in at least one of the corresponding attachment / detachment regions” means, for example, attaching a pair of attachable / detachable attachment members to the first front / rear body sheet material. Or it means that a detachable detachable member is attached to only one side. As a representative example of the detachable member, a mechanical engagement member such as a hook-and-loop fastener is given as a representative example. In the female engagement member of the mechanical engagement member, the first front body sheet is used. Alternatively, when a non-woven fabric or a knitted fabric that can be engaged with the male engagement member is used as the first back body sheet, the first front and back body sheets themselves serve as female engagement members. Therefore, it is not necessary to attach a female engagement member. Therefore, in such a case, the male engagement member may be attached to only one of the first front and back body sheet materials.

Also, the term “integral” means that, for example, when the corresponding attachment / detachment areas of the raw material 127a and the raw material 128a are a male engagement member and a female engagement member, This means that the female engagement member is engaged to connect the raw material 127a and the raw material 128a.

The disposable pants-type diaper manufactured according to the present invention includes an outer sheet of the first and second front body sheets 27a and 27b and the first and second rear body sheets 28a and 28b. Using a liquid-impervious sheet (becomes a back sheet), using a liquid-permeable sheet (becomes a top sheet) for the skin side (inner side) sheet, and sandwiching an absorbent member between them (a sandwich type) Or may be absorbed on the front body sheet member (the first and second front body sheets 27a and 27b) and / or the rear body sheet member (the first and second back body sheets 28a and 28b). The type (separate type) on which the sex member 18 is placed may be used. In the case of a separate mounting type, it is preferable to use a member having a liquid-permeable top sheet and a liquid-impermeable back sheet as the absorbent member itself.

Further, according to the present invention, in the sheet integration step, the raw material material 127a of the first front body sheet and the raw material material 128a of the first back body sheet are placed in the leg opening (leg opening part 36). It is preferable to include a temporary joining step (this joining portion corresponds to the temporary joining portion 35 in the drawings described later).

Thereby, the raw material fabric 127a of the first front body sheet and the raw material fabric 128a of the first back body sheet can be more firmly integrated, and these raw material fabrics 127a and 128a can be stably driven. Can do.

In the case of strong joining as the joining strength in the provisional joining step, it is necessary to keep the joining part (temporary engagement portion 35) within the leg opening (leg opening part 36). This is because, if it protrudes from within the leg opening (leg opening part 36), in the finished product, the joint part (temporary engagement part 35) remains in the crotch part, and it becomes difficult to open the crotch part. However, when joining to such an extent that it can be peeled off, the joining part (temporary engagement portion 35) may protrude from the opening around the leg (leg opening part 36). What is necessary is just to peel the temporary engaging part 35 of a location and open a crotch part. Further, it may be strongly joined in the opening around the leg, and may be joined so as to be peelable at a portion protruding from the opening around the leg.

In the manufacturing method of the present invention, the second front body sheet is respectively provided on the front side or the back side of the raw material 127a of the first front body sheet 27a and the raw material 128a of the first rear body sheet 28a. In supplying the raw material anti-material 127b of 27b and the raw material anti-material 128b of the second back body sheet 28b,
The supply surface side of the raw material fabric 127b of the second front body sheet to the raw material fabric 127a of the first front body sheet, and the second back body sheet of the first back body sheet to the raw material fabric 128a. The supply surface side of the raw material anti-128b is the same,
At least one of the raw material fabric 127b of the second front body sheet and the raw material fabric 128b of the second rear body sheet is the same as the raw material fabric 127a of the first front body sheet and the first back body sheet. It is preferable to supply while avoiding the overlapping portion with the raw material anti-128a.

10 and 11 of the present invention [a diagram for explaining the supply direction of the second material for the front and rear body sheets 127b, 128b to the material material 127a, 128a for the first front / rear body sheet]. I will explain. FIGS. 10 and 11 (a) are partial cross-sectional views as viewed from the direction crossing the flow direction of the raw material (the X direction shown in FIG. 8), and in each case, the upper side is the skin side and the lower side is the outer side. It is shown as a side view.

Any of the first and second front body sheets 27a, 27b (raw material anti-127a, 127b) and the first and second rear body sheets 28a, 28b (raw material anti-128a, 128b) are exterior sheets (outer sheets). The interior sheet (skin-side sheet) is optional, and in the example of FIG. 10, the first front body sheet 27a (raw material anti-127a) and the second rear body sheet 28b (raw material anti-128b) are internal sheets. Thus, the second front body sheet 27b (raw material fabric 127b) and the first back body sheet 28a (raw material fabric 128a) serve as exterior sheets.

As described above, in the present invention, the first front / rear body material material 127a, 128a is first integrated by the attachment / detachment region (engagement / disengagement region of the engaging member 14 and its opposite surface), and then the second front / rear member. In the example of FIG. 10, the second front and rear body sheet materials 127 b and 128 b are integrated into the first front and back body sheet materials. 127a and 128a are supplied from the front and back surfaces, that is, the second front body sheet raw material 127b is supplied from the lower side of the figure, and the second rear body sheet raw material 128b is supplied from the upper side of the figure. Can be supplied without problems.

On the other hand, in the example of FIG. 11, the first front body sheet 27a (raw material anti-127a) and the first rear body sheet 28a (raw material anti-128a) serve as interior sheets, and the second front body sheet 27b (raw material anti-127b). And the 2nd back body sheet | seat 28b (raw material fabric 128b) becomes an exterior sheet | seat. Therefore, in the manufacturing process, the second front / back body sheet material fabric 127b, 128b is in the same direction as the integrated first front / back body sheet material fabric 127a, 128a (both from the surface side, Alternatively, both are supplied from the back side), so that the second front / rear body material material 127b, 128b is placed at the place of the attachment / detachment region (engagement / disengagement region of the engaging member 14 and the opposite surface). When the size is such that the first and second front body sheets and the rear body sheet are alternately stacked in the detachable area portion. Therefore, in order to prevent such a staggered situation, the second front / rear body material material 127b, 128b is avoided by avoiding the overlapping portion of the material material 127a, 128a of the first front / rear material sheet as described above. To supply.

The example of FIG. 11 has the following advantages although there are such restrictions.

That is, in the example of FIG. 10, as described above, the supply directions of the second front and back body sheet materials 127 b and 128 b with respect to the first front and back body sheet materials 127 a and 128 a are opposite side surfaces (FIG. 10). (A) from the lower side, the raw material fabric 127b is supplied from the upper side, and the raw material fabric 128b is supplied from the upper side), the leg elastic member 11 sandwiched between the first and second front body sheet material fabrics 127a, 127b, The supply directions of the leg elastic members 12 sandwiched between the first and second back body sheet raw materials 128a and 128b are different from each other. Then, the elastic material supply device 39 is required at two places (FIG. 10B is a view of the state of running of the raw material as viewed from the sheet side edge). The elastic material supply device has an elastic material supply unit, an elastic material swing guide, and the like, and is a relatively large device. Therefore, if this device is required at two locations, the equipment cost increases and the pants-type diaper The size of the entire manufacturing apparatus also increases.

In this regard, in the example of FIG. 11, the supply direction of the second front / rear body raw material 127b and 128b is the same as described above (the raw material 127b and the raw material 127b from the lower side in FIG. 11A). One elastic material supply device 89 is sufficient to supply both of the anti-128b (FIG. 11 (b) is a view of the state of running of the raw material as viewed from the sheet side edge). In this case, since the elastic material supply device 89 that can supply both of the leg elastic members 11 and 12 is used, the elastic material supply device 89 is larger than the elastic material supply device 39 used in the example of FIG. Compared to the case where two elastic material supply devices are used, the cost is low and the overall diaper manufacturing device is compact. In the figure, 38 is a nip roll.

As described above, as a method of supplying at least one of the second front / rear body sheet raw material 127b, 128b while avoiding the overlapping portion of the first front / rear body material raw material 127a, 128a, as described above, As shown in FIG. 11, in addition to the method of supplying both the second front and back body sheet raw materials 127b and 128b while avoiding the overlapping portions of the first front and back body sheet raw materials 127a and 128a, As shown in FIG. 19 [a cross-sectional view for explaining another example of the supply direction of the material for the first and second front and back body sheets], the second front body sheet material 127b is overlapped to the overlapping portion. That is, a method of supplying the first front body sheet raw material opposite end portion 127a 1 is also included. In the example of FIG. 19, the second front / rear body sheet material 127b, 128b is supplied from the lower side of the figure toward the first front / rear body material 127a, 128a. In the case of the direction, since the first front body sheet raw material 127a is located on the supply direction side rather than the first rear body sheet raw material 128a, the second rear body sheet raw material 128b is overlapped with the above. If it is supplied so as to reach the part, the front and back body sheet material will be staggered. However, the second front body sheet raw material 127b can be laminated without being staggered. That is, in the overlapping portion, the first front body sheet material is positioned on the supply surface side of the second front / rear body material material 127b, 128b to the first front / rear body material material 127a, 128a. If it is anti-127a, the second rear body sheet raw material 128b is supplied so as to avoid the overlapping portion (see FIG. 19), and the first rear body sheet raw material 128a is located on the supply surface side. If there is, the second front body sheet raw material 127b may be supplied so as to avoid the overlapping portion.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 19, in the case where the body sheet of the second engagement area 14 is doubled, there is an advantage that it is firmer and more stable than the single body sheet and is easy to grip when attaching and detaching. .

By the way, the manufacturing method of the present invention is not only capable of continuously manufacturing a pants-type diaper having a single set of detachable areas in the crotch portion as in the conventional disposable pants-type diaper (part 1) 77, but also detachable. Even when the pair of areas is a pants-type diaper, it can be manufactured continuously. In this case, one of the two sets of attachment / detachment areas is used for integration in the sheet integration process. That is, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, there are two sets of the detachable areas to which the lower piece following the abdomen piece and the lower piece following the back piece are detachably attached, and one set of the detachable areas is the In the sheet integration step, it is preferable to integrate the raw material fabric 127a of the first front body sheet and the raw material fabric 128a of the first back body sheet.

In this way, in the integration of the first front / back body sheet material 127a and 128a in the sheet integration process, it is not necessary to use both sets of the attachment / detachment areas for the sheet integration. You can just install it. And by adopting the method of integrating only with one set of attachment / detachment areas, integration can be performed at the very beginning stage (upstream side) of the manufacturing process, and the degree of use of existing facilities increases, Cost can be reduced.

In addition, a more preferable aspect of the manufacturing method of the pants-type diaper having two sets of attachment / detachment areas will be described.
In the present invention, a lower piece (front piece lower piece) 43 following the abdomen piece 42 is hung so as to be located on the front side, and a skin side piece hung so as to be located on the skin side. 17, a first attachment / detachment region (first engagement region 13) is provided on the outer surface of the skin-side piece 17, and a second attachment / detachment region (second male) is provided on the skin side surface of the outer piece 48. A mold engaging member 14) is provided,
A lower piece (back piece lower piece) 46 following the back piece 45 includes the rear body sheet member and the absorbent member 18, and a rear piece lower piece (lower piece following the back piece) 46. In the absorptive member 18 of the rear body lower piece (lower piece following the back piece) 46, the second attachment / detachment region and the third attachment / detachment region (third engagement region 34) that can be attached to and detached from the outer surface of A first attachment / detachment region 13 and a fourth attachment / detachment region (fourth male engagement member 16) detachably attached to the skin side surface;
A set of the first attachment / detachment region (first engagement region 13) and the fourth attachment / detachment region (fourth male engagement member 16), and a second attachment / detachment region (second male engagement member 14) And a pair of third attachment / detachment regions (third engagement regions 34), and a method of manufacturing a pants-type diaper in which two sets of engagement regions are configured,
The attachment / detachment area to be integrated in the sheet integration step is a set of the second attachment / detachment area (second male engagement member 14) and the third attachment / detachment area (third engagement area 34).
At least one of the corresponding attachment / detachment regions of the skin-side piece 17 and the absorbent member 18 is provided with an attachment / detachment member that enables the attachment / detachment of these attachment / detachment regions (for example, the fourth male engagement member 16). A member mounting process;
After the absorber placement step, the skin is attached while the fourth attachment / detachment region and the first attachment / detachment region are attached (for example, the fourth male engagement member 16 is engaged with the first engagement region 13). It is preferable to include a skin-side piece placement step of placing the material piece 117 of the side piece 17 on the absorbent member 18 and the material pieces 127a and 127b of the first and second front body sheets.

Thereby, as above-mentioned, the front body lower piece 43 has the two pieces of the outer side piece 48 and the skin side piece 17, and can manufacture the disposable pants type diaper provided with the 1st-4th attachment / detachment area.

Further, in the first and fourth attachment / detachment member attaching steps, it is preferable to form an attachment / detachment member (fourth male engagement member 16) in the fourth attachment / detachment region of the absorbent member 18. In the case where the detachable member is provided in one of the first and fourth engagement areas, the detachable member is formed in the absorbent member 18 as compared with the case where the detachable member is formed in the first detachable area of the skin side piece 17. This is because it is easier to position the detachable member (fourth male engagement member 16) in the fourth detachable region.

In addition, in the skin side piece placing step, as the raw material material 117 of the skin side piece 17, a sheet 29, 49 provided with the shape retaining member 15 and / or the skin side piece elastic member 31 in advance is used. Is preferably placed on the raw material of the absorbent member 18 and the first and second front body sheets 27a, 27b. According to this manufacturing method, since the raw material of the skin-side piece 17 provided with the shape-retaining member 15 and the skin-side piece elastic member 31 is previously placed on the absorbent body 18, the absorbent body 18 It is easy to position the shape-retaining member 15 with respect to.

As described above, according to the manufacturing method according to the present invention, the disposable pants-type diaper whose crotch portion can be freely opened and closed can be continuously manufactured, and industrially mass-produced.

<Embodiment 1>
Although Embodiment 1 of the manufacturing method of the disposable pants type diaper concerning this invention is described below, the structure of the disposable pants type diaper 50 manufactured in this Embodiment 1 is demonstrated first. The pant-type diaper 50 is a separate type (front body sheet member (first and second front body sheets 27a and 27b) and rear body sheet member (first and second rear body sheets 28a and 28b). ) On which the absorbent member 18 is mounted), and each of the attachment / detachment areas is provided with an engagement member that can be engaged and disengaged.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing the disposable pants-type diaper 50, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B shown in FIG. 3 and 4 are front views for explaining the wearing procedure of the disposable pants-type diaper 50, and FIG. 5 is a side view of the skin showing a state where both side line portions 51 of the disposable pants-type diaper 50 are removed. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC shown in FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line DD shown in FIG.

The pant-type diaper 50 is composed of a front body 41 and a back body 44, the front body 41 is composed of an abdomen piece 42 and a front body lower piece 43, and the back body 44 is a back piece 45 and a rear piece lower piece. 46.

Moreover, the said side line part 51 is joined to such an extent that it is not torn when peeled off and torn by hand when removed after use, like a normal disposable pants-type diaper whose crotch portion cannot be opened. .

Next, the material of each part of the pant-type diaper 50 will be described in more detail.

Examples of the front interior sheet 97a and the rear interior sheet 98a include breathable nonwoven materials such as spunbond nonwoven fabric, melt blown nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric, point bond nonwoven fabric, and air-through nonwoven fabric. A spunbonded nonwoven fabric having the following is preferred. Preferably 10~35g / m 2 as a weight per unit area. Examples of the material include polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, nylon, polyamide and the like, and may be a fiber composed of a single component of these, or a composite fiber having a core-sheath type or a split type arrangement. . In the case of the core-sheath fiber, the core position is decentered so that crimping can be easily performed when melt spinning and drawing. In addition, if the cross-sectional shape is irregular, it tends to be crimped due to air resistance when melt spinning and drawing. Among these, a fiber having a single component of polypropylene, a fiber having a deformed cross section and being crimped is more preferable. More preferably, the embossing pattern when thermocompression bonding fibers is 2.0 to 5.0 mm pitch, the embossing rate is 6.0 to 8.5%, and the diameter of each embossed portion is 0.2 to 1. 5 mm. Alternatively, it may be hydrophilized (a surfactant is applied, or hydrophilic fibers (rayon, cotton, etc.) are mixed slightly). By making it hydrophilic, it is possible to expect an effect that the touch when it comes into contact with the skin becomes better or sweats.

As the front exterior sheet 97b and the rear exterior sheet 98b, breathable, such as spunbond nonwoven fabric, melt blown nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric (nonwoven fabric obtained by sandwiching a melt blown nonwoven fabric with two spunbond nonwoven fabrics from both sides). Nonwoven materials that are water repellent. Preferably, it is a water-repellent nonwoven material having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m 2 . In particular, if a spunbond nonwoven fabric having crimped fibers or a bulky air-through nonwoven fabric is used for the rear exterior sheet 98b, the engagement with the second male engagement member 14 at the third engagement area 34 is achieved. It is preferable because it can be easily combined. Note that a non-woven fabric, a knitted fabric, or a woven fabric that can be engaged with the second male engaging member 14 may be separately provided only in a portion corresponding to the third engaging area 34.

In manufacturing, as shown in FIG. 8 (a), first, a second male engagement member (the first male engagement member (the second inner engagement sheet 97a) is disposed in the vicinity of the upper side edge of the material front 127a of the first front body sheet 27a (the front interior sheet 97a). 2 attachment / detachment area) 14 (attachment / detachment member) is bonded [attachment / detachment member attaching step]. A non-woven fabric that can be engaged with the second male engagement member 14 is used as the raw material fabric 128a of the first back body sheet 28a (rear exterior sheet 98b). The second male engaging member 14 is engaged with the material anti-material 128a while being slightly overlapped with the upper portion of the anti-127a diagram [sheet integration step]. In addition, this engagement location in the raw material fabric 128a becomes a third engagement area (third attachment / detachment area) 34. However, when actually worn, it is possible to engage the second male engagement member at other portions of the raw material 128a, and it may be engaged by overlapping as appropriate deeply or shallowly. The entire vicinity of the engagement portion is the third engagement area 34.

Further, during the sheet integration process, the raw materials 127a and 128a are joined by heat-sealing at a location where the leg opening portion 36 is located and a location where the raw material fabric 127a and the raw material fabric 128a overlap each other. Joining step]. This joint location is referred to as a temporary joint portion 35. The bonding strength of the temporary bonding portion 35 is set such that a person can peel it by hand.

Next, the raw material 128b of the second back body sheet 28b (rear interior sheet 98a) is supplied from the skin side of the first back body sheet material 128a (as shown in FIG. The raw material 128b is covered from the front side of the drawing), and the thread-like elastic member 12 for the rear leg is sandwiched between the material 128a and the material 128b, and the second predecessor is adhered thereto. While supplying the raw material 127b of the front sheet 27b (front side exterior sheet 97b) from the outer surface side of the first front body sheet raw material 127a (as shown in FIG. 127b), and the elastic material 11 for the front leg is sandwiched between the raw material 127a and the raw material 127b (see FIG. 10 together with FIG. 8 (see FIG. 10). In FIG. Is a diagram illustrating a manufacturing process of the portion indicated eating. The nip roll 38 such 8 are omitted)) [Ashishu elastic member arrangement step. At this time, the leg elastic members 11 and 12 are arranged so as to swing along the leg opening.

On the other hand, a side edge mounting sheet in which the absorbent core 19 is sandwiched between the top sheet 20 and the back sheet 21 and the crotch elastic member 25 is sandwiched between both side portions (legged portions) as the raw material material 118 of the absorbent member. 26 and the side leakage preventing sheet 22 sandwiching the elastic member 24 for the three-dimensional gather are manufactured. The fourth male engaging member 16 is bonded to the skin side surfaces at both corners in the vicinity of the cutting line 83 of the absorbent member raw material 118 (FIG. 8 (b)) [first and fourth attaching / detaching member attaching steps]. . The cut end at the cut line 83 corresponds to the hanging end 46e of the side leakage preventing sheet 22 in the finished product. Since both corners of the hanging end 46e of the side leakage preventing sheet 22 are where the sheet has few steps, the fourth male engagement member 16 can be easily positioned. Then, it cut | disconnects with the cutting line 83, and is set as each absorbent member 18. FIG.

Next, the absorbent member 18 is moved to the main line of the production line shown in FIG. 8A, and the side to which the fourth male engagement member 16 is attached is positioned on the lower side in the drawing (fourth male engagement member). The absorbent member 18 is disposed at the position of the crotch of the diaper and adhered to the second back body sheet material 128b by the adhesive 32 [absorbing body] Arrangement process].

Then, the leg periphery opening part 36 in each raw material fabric 127a, 127b, 128a, 128b laminated | stacked as mentioned above is excised [a leg periphery opening formation process]. In the figure, reference numeral 53 denotes an opening around the leg (note that the opening around the leg 36 refers to the sheet in the opening before the opening around the leg 53 is opened), and 36a indicated by a dotted line is a planned cutting line. Even after the leg opening 53 is formed, the temporary joint portion 35 is not completely cut and removed, but remains a little, but the temporary joint portion 35 is merely joined to the extent that it can be peeled off. Rather, it is preferable because the integrity of the sheet can be continuously reinforced in the subsequent steps.

Next, as the raw material fabric 117 of the skin side piece 17, a sheet 29, 49 previously sandwiched between the shape retaining member 15 and the skin side piece elastic member 31 is used, and this raw material fabric 117 is placed on the absorbent member 18, and Place on the laminated first and second front body sheet materials 127a and 127b and adhere with an adhesive at the lower edge (upper portion 17u as a diaper product) [skin-side piece placement Process].

Subsequently, while supplying the thread-like elastic member 10 for the waist, the lower end portion of the second front body sheet raw material 127b (upper waist portion as a diaper product) and the first rear body sheet raw material 128a are shown. The upper end part (the waist part of the upper end as a diaper product) is folded back (arrow G) and bonded with the waist elastic member 10 in between [the waist circumference elastic member arranging step].

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 9, the width direction of the flow of the diaper production line is folded in half (arrow F), and the portions corresponding to the side line portions 51 are joined to such an extent that they can be peeled by hand. It cut | disconnects by the cutting line 82 between the adjacent two side line parts 51, and isolate | separates into each underpants type diaper 50.

As described above, the disposable pants-type diaper 50 shown in FIG. 1 is obtained.

<Embodiment 2>
In the first embodiment, the case of the example of FIG. 10 is shown as the lamination mode of the first and second front and back body sheets. However, in the second embodiment, as in the example of FIG. The front sheet 27a (raw material fabric 127a) and the first back body sheet 28a (raw material fabric 128a) serve as interior sheets, and the second front body sheet 27b (raw material fabric 127b) and the second rear body sheet 28b (raw material fabric 128b). ) Is a method for producing the outer sheet.

The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment will be described with reference to the manufacturing process shown in FIG. 8. In the second embodiment, (1) in the leg elastic member arranging step (in the process enclosed by E) Equivalent), the second back body sheet raw material 128b is supplied from the back side of the drawing, and the rear leg elastic member 12 also supplied from the back side of the drawing is between the first back body sheet raw material 128a. (2) In the leg elastic member arrangement step, the second front and back body sheet raw materials 127b and 128b are positioned so as not to overlap, and (3) waist elastic In the member arranging step, the end pressing sheet 81 is further laminated on the back body side, and the elastic member 10 for waist is sandwiched and bonded thereto, which is different from the first embodiment. Manufacturing similar to the first embodiment It is carried out by degree.

As described above, in the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11 (b), since only one elastic material supply device 89 is required, the manufacturing equipment is simplified and compact.

In addition, about the underpants type diaper 80 obtained by the manufacturing method of Embodiment 2, this is shown in FIG. FIG. 18 corresponds to FIG. 6 showing the pant-type diaper 50 obtained in the first embodiment.

As can be seen by comparing FIG. 6 and FIG. 18, the major difference between the first and second embodiments is the stacked state of the sheets 27a, 27b, 28a, 28b (see, for example, the vicinity of the second male engagement member 14). As shown in FIG. 18, in the form 2, the first front body sheet 27a (raw material anti-127a) and the first rear body sheet 28a (raw material anti-128a) among the laminated front and rear body sheet members are on the skin side. The second front body sheet 27b (raw material fabric 127b) and the second rear body sheet 28b (raw material fabric 128b) serve as outer sheets (exterior sheets). The second front and rear body sheets 27b and 28b are not overlapped. Further, since the end pressing sheet 81 is provided in the back body 44, the second back body sheet 28b is shortened by the amount of the end pressing sheet 81 (the second back body sheet raw material 128b). Use a narrow one).

The end pressing sheet 81 may be a liquid-permeable nonwoven material or a water-repellent nonwoven material. In the case of a liquid-permeable nonwoven material, for example, hydrophilic fibers (cellulose, rayon) , Cotton, etc.) or surface of hydrophobic fibers (polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, polyamide, nylon, etc.) is treated with a surfactant (for example, a surfactant is applied) to make it liquid-permeable. A nonwoven fabric material or a breathable and water-repellent nonwoven fabric material (such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a melt blown nonwoven fabric, or an SMS nonwoven fabric) with only the inner surface made hydrophilic is used. Alternatively, a hydrophilic fiber (rayon, cotton, etc.) layer may be formed only on the inner surface to make the inner surface hydrophilic (when touching the skin, the touch is good and the effect of absorbing sweat can be expected). . Preferably, non-woven fabric materials (point bond non-woven fabric, air-through non-woven fabric, spun bond non-woven fabric, etc.) which are made liquid-permeable by treating the surface of hydrophobic fibers having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m 2 with a surfactant. In the case of a water-repellent nonwoven material, a water-repellent nonwoven material such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a melt blown nonwoven fabric, or an SMS nonwoven fabric is used, and preferably has a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m 2 .

Although the manufacturing method of the disposable pants-type diaper according to the present invention has been specifically described with reference to the drawings showing examples, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated examples but can be adapted to the above-mentioned purpose. It is also possible to carry out by appropriately changing the range, and all of them are included in the technical scope of the present invention.

For example, in the embodiment described above, the absorbent main body 18 is mounted on the two first and second back body sheet materials 128a and 128b. , 128b (absorbing type) may be used in which an absorption core is disposed between them. In this case, a liquid-permeable sheet is preferably used for the sheet material on the skin side (interior side) and a liquid-impermeable sheet is used for the sheet material on the outside (exterior side).

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the method of manufacturing the underpants type diaper 50 and 80 which has 2 sets of attachment / detachment areas was shown, you may manufacture the pair of underwear type diapers with an attachment / detachment area. A set of the second male engagement member 14 and the third engagement area 34 in the first mode is manufactured as the one set of attachment / detachment areas, and the skin side piece raw material 117 provided with the first engagement area 13 is attached. Alternatively, the attachment of the fourth male engagement member 16 to the absorbent member 18 may be omitted.

Although the case where the temporary joining part 35 is joined by heat fusion was shown in the above embodiment, the joining may be performed by, for example, ultrasonic adhesion or adhesion using a hot melt adhesive, and other adhesives or pressure-sensitive adhesives. Etc. may be used for joining.

Further, as shown in FIG. 20 [a cross-sectional view for explaining another example of the material opposite to the first and second front and back body sheets], second and third attachment / detachment regions (second male engagement) The end portion 128a1 of the first back body sheet raw material 128a in the member 14 and the third engagement area 34) may be folded back to be doubled. since stable out, there is an advantage of easily grasp the end portion 128a 1. In addition, in the case where the second front body sheet raw material 127b is supplied while avoiding the overlapping portion of the first front / rear body material 127a, 128a as in the example shown in FIG. The end portion of the first front body sheet raw material 127a in the attachment / detachment region portion may be folded back to be doubled, and if it is doubled in this way, it becomes more firm and easier to grip.

Further, as a pant-type diaper to be manufactured, a plurality of body fit elastic members are appropriately arranged in the lateral direction on the abdomen piece 42 or the back piece 45 (any position between the waist elastic member 10 and the leg elastic members 11, 12). (1) In the leg circumference elastic member arrangement step, the body fit elastic member is supplied and arranged at the same time as or before the leg elastic members 11 and 12 are arranged. And sandwiching and bonding between the raw material 127a and the raw material 127b, or between the raw material 128a and the raw material 128b, or (2) In the waist elastic member arranging step, the elastic member 10 for waist is supplied and arranged. The elastic member for body fitting is supplied at the same time or before and after that, and between the end pressing sheet 81 and the first back body sheet 28b raw material shown in FIG. The first front body sheet 27a may be sandwiched and bonded between the raw materials (as shown in FIG. 18, the second front body sheet 27b or the like is overlapped by the end pressing sheet 81 or the skin side piece 17). A narrow one may be used as the second back body sheet 28b).

As the body fitting elastic member, an elastic elastic material generally used for disposable diapers may be used (the shape may be any of a string, a string, or a film, specifically May be polyurethane yarn, polyurethane film, natural rubber, etc.) and stretched between various sheets by a suitable attachment means such as hot melt adhesive, thermal bonding, ultrasonic bonding, etc. As a means, it is more preferable to use a rubber-based hot melt adhesive). Preferably, a polyurethane yarn having a fineness of 300 to 2000 dtex is stretched and attached at a magnification of 1.1 to 5.0 times.
