Description

The present invention relates to a synthetic plate member, and more particularly to a synthetic plate member useful when used as a top plate of a conference table in a company or the like.

Conventionally, a top board 1a as shown in FIG. 4, for example, used for a conference table of a company or the like is composed of a surface material 2a made of a melamine decorative board having a thickness of 1.0 mm and a thin particle board having a thickness of 3.0 mm. A disposing material 3a, a filling material 4a made of a paper honeycomb having a thickness of 20 mm, a core material 5a made of a particle board corresponding to the thickness of the filling material 4a, and a back surface made of a color plywood having a thickness of 2.5 mm. The material 6a was overlapped as shown in the figure, and the contact surfaces facing each of the members were adhered with an adhesive by a discarding step and a main pasting step, which will be described later, and further formed on the side end of the core member 5a. A fitting projection 9a of an edge member 8a formed by extruding a resin such as PP (polypropylene) is fitted into the concave groove 7a, and the outer periphery of the top plate 1a is edged with the edge member 8a. The core member 5a is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the top plate 1a because the edge member 8a with the fitting protrusion 9a is attached, or the screw 10a for fixing the table leg to the top plate 1a. This is so that it can be fixed. In addition, the hollow metal square 11a is attached to the place where the core 5a of the top plate 1a is located with the screw 10a from the back surface 6a side, and the hollow metal square 11a is used to reinforce the top plate 1a or to attach legs. It is used as a member.

However, in the conventional top plate 1a as described above, since the materials of the filler 4a and the core material 5a are different as described above, a slight change occurs in the thickness due to the moisture content and the like. Therefore, the filler 4a is thicker than the core material 5a as shown in FIG. 5, or the filler 4a is thinner than the core material 5a as shown in FIG. Subtle steps 14a and 15a due to the difference in thickness between the core material 5a and the filler 4a occur in the front surface material 2a and the back surface material 6a. Therefore, when it is used for a table provided with the top plate 1a, there is no problem with the step 15a generated on the back surface material 6a without being visible from the outside when the table is used, but the step 14a generated on the surface material 2a is There is a problem that it appears as a shadow on the surface material 2a (hereinafter referred to as “core floating phenomenon”) due to the light hitting condition depending on the installation location.

Also, a phenomenon in which the entire top plate 1a warps as if it is depressed downward or protrudes upward due to a difference in expansion and contraction between the surface material 2a side and the back surface material 6a side of different materials (hereinafter referred to as “warping phenomenon”). )).

The reason why the above-described “core floating phenomenon” or “warp phenomenon” occurs is that wood materials are used as the scraping material 3a, the core material 5a and the back surface material 6a constituting the top plate 1a. It is believed that there is. This is because the dimension of each member fluctuates (the dimension changes in any of the vertical, horizontal, and height directions) due to a change in the moisture content of each member such as the core material 5a.

Therefore, the moisture content of each member constituting the top plate 1a is managed and different materials such as a steel material and a resin material are adopted and put into practical use. However, in this case, the dimensional change due to the temperature becomes large, the weight is heavy, and the manufacturing cost is increased.

In manufacturing the top plate 1a, the surface material 2a and the discard material 3a are first bonded to each other and a drying period is taken (discarding step), and then the filler 4a, the core material 5a, and the back material 6a are sequentially bonded. (The pasting process). That is, the bonding process that is originally desired to be performed once is performed in two processes, a discarding process and a main bonding process. In addition, when bonding by such an adhesion process, the woody member of the scraping material 3a, the back surface material 6a, and the core material 5a is to be firmly bonded, so that the rigidity of each member becomes a collision between the rigidity and the rigidity. The expansion and contraction force acts on the outside, causing the above-described “core floating phenomenon” and “warping phenomenon”.

Therefore, as a countermeasure, use a soft adhesive such as rubber glue as the adhesive used for bonding,
A technique of releasing the expansion / contraction force of each member on the bonding surface has been adopted and put into practical use. However, in this case, there is a limit to the volume of the bonding surface, and if the dimensional change of each member is increased, the effect is reduced, and the adhesive is also expensive.

As another countermeasure, a top plate 1b as shown in FIG. 7 has been developed and put into practical use. The top board 1b is a filling core made of corrugated paper having a thickness of 25 mm between a surface material 2a made of a melamine decorative board having a thickness of 1.2 mm and a back material 6a made of a phenol board having a thickness of 1.0 mm. A material base 4b is provided, and a resin base 12a such as an epoxy resin for screwing a screw 10a for attaching the hollow metal square material 11a is provided at a predetermined position in the filling core material 4b, and the surface material 2a and the filling core material 4b are provided. And the back surface material 6a are overlapped and bonded with an adhesive as shown in the figure, and the outer periphery is trimmed with an edge material 13b made of urethane resin or the like not having the fitting protrusion 9a as described above. As in the conventional example described above, as a reinforcing member for reinforcing the top plate 1b and attaching the legs, a hollow metal square member with a screw 10a from the back material 6a side at a position where the resin base 12a of the filling core material 4b is located. 11a is attached.

The top plate 1b is intended to eliminate the above-mentioned "core floating phenomenon" and "warp phenomenon" while using corrugated paper as the core material 4b vertically to make the internal gap interval closer and to supplement the strength. It is.

However, this top plate 1b has not been widely spread because the attachment of the edge member 13b and the attachment of the resin pedestal 12a for screw attachment are post-processing or expensive.

In addition, there are the following documents as the patent documents of the prior application related to the top board and the like.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 08-0666243 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 06-320675

The present invention has been developed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and does not cause the “core floating phenomenon” and “warp phenomenon” as in the prior art. It aims at providing the synthetic board member which does not spoil.

In order for the present invention to effectively achieve the above object, the composite plate member of the present invention according to claim 1 includes a surface-side filler having a large number of voids between the surface material and the back surface material. The core material provided on the edge side of the surface material and the surface-side filler material on the back material side of the surface-side filler material, and the back surface side having a large number of voids provided adjacent to the side edges of the core material The filler was integrally formed by adhesive polymerization.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a composite plate member according to the present invention, wherein the front-side filler is corrugated paper and the back-side filler is a paper honeycomb. The core material is a particle board.

With the configuration as described above, in the synthetic plate member of the present invention, the step generated between the core material and the back surface side filler is also absorbed by the front surface side filler having a large number of voids provided on the upper side. There is no “core floating phenomenon” in which a shadow caused by a step on the material does not appear. Moreover, since the dimensional fluctuation | variation by the change of the moisture content etc. of each member, such as a core material, is absorbed by the said surface side filler, a curvature does not arise in the synthetic | combination board member whole. In addition, by using corrugated paper as the front side filler, using paper honeycomb as the back side filler, and using particle board as the core material, the above-mentioned "core floating phenomenon" and "warp phenomenon" are effective. Can be prevented.

FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 are explanatory views showing a synthetic plate member 1 of the best mode for carrying out the present invention. The synthetic plate member 1 is a surface material made of a melamine decorative plate having a thickness of 1.2 mm. 2, a front-side filler 16 made of corrugated paper having a thickness of 10 mm, a back-side filler 4 made of paper honeycomb having a thickness of 15 mm, a core material 5 made of particle board having a thickness of 15 mm, and a thickness of 1. An adhesive is applied to the abutting surfaces of the respective members facing each other, and a back surface material 6 made of a 0 mm phenolic resin plate is arranged and superposed and bonded as shown. Further, an edge member 8 with a fitting projection 9 formed by extruding a resin such as PP (polypropylene) is provided on the outer peripheral end of the synthetic plate member 1.

That is, the core material 5 has a predetermined size of a rectangular shape in plan view with the above thickness in the illustrated example, and the core material 5 surrounds the outer periphery of the back surface side filler 4 with the thickness. It is arranged.

Further, the front surface side filler 16 made of corrugated paper is a rectangle having a size in which the core material 5 and the back surface side filler 4 are combined, and is hollow above the core material 5 and the back surface side filler 4. A large number of gaps 17 are arranged with the opening side in the vertical direction. Moreover, when this synthetic | combination board member 1 is used as a top plate of a table by using the water-resistant specification thing at least at the outer periphery edge part periphery, when this surface side filler 16 overflows with tea and water Water can be prevented from entering the top plate.

Further, a concave groove 7 is formed at the outer peripheral end of the core member 5 for inserting and fitting the fitting protrusion 9 of the edge member 8. The concave groove 7 may be a hole. The particle board used as the core material 5 is a wood board that is hot-pressure molded by applying an adhesive such as phenol resin or urea resin to a chip (cut piece) obtained by finely cutting wood. There are few members. Moreover, the paper honeycomb used as the back surface side filler 4 has a honeycomb-like shape in which a thin paper is glued in a thin line shape and a number of stacked sheets are spread.

In addition, in consideration of the fitting position with the core member 5 in the composite plate member 1, the edge member 8 is formed by slightly shifting the formation position of the fitting protrusion 9 downward from the center. Further, the edge member 8 is formed in an initial shape that can follow the expansion and contraction in consideration of expansion and contraction of the surface material 2, that is, a shape in which the upper portion 18 side is inclined at a predetermined angle in the direction of the fitting protrusion 9. There is flexibility.

Moreover, since the opening side of each space | gap 17 and 19 opposes the surface side filler 16 and the back surface side filler 4, the corrugated paper which is the surface side filler 16, and the paper honeycomb which is the back surface side filler 4 Since adhesion is made by point contact between pieces of paper, liner paper or the like is arranged between the front surface side filler 16 and the back surface side filler 4 as necessary, and the paper pieces are lined through the liner paper or the like. You may make it adhere | attach as a contact.

When the composite plate member 1 configured as described above is used as the top plate 22 of the table 21 as shown in FIG. 1, the position of the core member 5 is used to reinforce the top plate 22 or attach the legs 20. A hollow metal square 11 is attached to the portion to be processed with a screw 10 from the back surface 6 side, and each leg 20 is attached to the position of the hollow metal square 11 to form a table 21.

The composite plate member 1 of the top plate 22 in the table 21 is about the above-mentioned “core floating phenomenon”, and the thickness of the core material 5 is set to 15 mm in the present invention with respect to the thickness (20 mm) of the conventional core material 5a. In addition to the advantage that the thickness can be reduced by 25% with respect to the conventional thickness, the surface material 2 is absorbed by the surface-side filler 16 even if the above-mentioned step is generated between the core material 5 and the back-side filler 4. Therefore, the “shadow floating phenomenon” can be solved without the conventional shadow appearing on the surface material 2.

Further, with respect to the “warp phenomenon”, since the surface side filler 16 follows the warp and releases the force, the warp phenomenon hardly occurs in the synthetic plate member 1 as the entire top plate 22.

Conventionally, in order to manage the moisture content, the two steps of the discarding step and the main sticking step have been performed. However, with the synthetic plate member 1 having this configuration, only one bonding step is sufficient. Furthermore, the synthetic plate member 1 having this configuration does not require the use of expensive materials and adhesives, and can provide a good product at a low cost.

In addition, the thickness dimension of each above-mentioned member is not limited to the said dimension, It is also free to change the design to an appropriate dimension. Furthermore, as long as the object of the present invention can be achieved, the materials of the front surface side filler, the back surface side filler, the core material, and other components constituting the present invention are not limited to the materials described above, May be used.
