前記複屈折層Aは、下記式(1)の屈折率異方性を有し、
前記複屈折層Bは、下記式(2)の屈折率異方性を有し、
前記液晶セルCは、その液晶分子が、電圧非印加状態で略垂直に配向している液晶セルであり、
前記複屈折層Aの波長分散特性(α40(A))、前記複屈折層B(α40(B))および前記液晶セルCの(α40(C))が、下記式(3)および下記式(4)の条件を満たすことを特徴とする、液晶パネル。
