Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a carrier in a conveying means configured to be able to move efficiently to suspend or support a moving object, and a joinery carrier using the carrier.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a suspended article conveying apparatus, such as a conveyor, which has been widely used, carriers that are arranged at a predetermined interval along a guide rail that constitutes a conveyor line are connected by a chain and are pulled and driven. A system is adopted in which an article conveyed to a hanging tool (for example, a hanger) provided on each is suspended and transferred to a required location.
As an automatic door device provided at an entrance of a building or the like, there is known a configuration in which a hanging door is moved laterally along a guide rail mainly by a chain drive. Many proposals have already been made on the carrier used to move the door in such an automatic door device. As an example, in a guide rail having an opening formed in a downward and axial direction and having a cross-sectional bag shape, two guide rollers are arranged with the upper surfaces on both sides of the opening serving as guide portions, and these guide rollers. The carrier (runner) having a total of four sets in two sets at appropriate intervals in the front-rear direction is provided so as to be able to run, and the door is suspended by a vertical axis suspended from the center position of the carrier. One is known from US Pat. A configuration similar to that disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known from
However, in the prior art, as disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 3, there are four carriers called runners that move along the guide rail in any one runner body. Are installed under the same conditions. Therefore, when the door is hung and moved by the runner, the four rollers are theoretically guided in contact with the guide rail, but the guide rail guide surface is practically left and right. It is hard to say that they are always at the same level, and sometimes they are in a state of undulations. As a result, since two or three rollers run substantially in contact with the guide surface of the rail, the frictional resistance between the guide surface of the rail and the peripheral surface of the roller increases, and the load shared by each roller is increased. Acts irregularly. Therefore, there is a problem that a large amount of power is required when the runner is run to open and close the door. Therefore, in spite of the fact that the runner can be moved with a little power, the actual situation is that the hanging door is opened and closed by using an excessive driving force.
Further, as disclosed in
Such a situation is the same for a carrier in a suspending type conveying apparatus (for example, a suspended conveyor) regardless of only the opening / closing operation of the door. For this reason, in a conveyor that requires a large number of carriers to be connected, a large driving force is required due to an increase in frictional resistance, resulting in a problem that mechanical efficiency is lowered during operation and energy loss is increased, resulting in an increase in operating cost. There is a point.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and the guide rollers of the carrier in the suspension type conveying means all come into contact with the guide surface of the guide rail to share the load, and the guide travel can be performed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a carrier and a joinery carrier in a transport means that can smoothly run while preventing generation of a typical load.
In order to achieve the above object, the carrier in the conveying means according to the first invention is:
In a carrier that travels while being guided by guide rails that are provided with guide portions at right and left at a required interval along the travel axis, a plurality of guide rollers that are disposed on the left and right are support shafts that are attached to the left and right individual support frames. The left and right support frames are rotatably supported at a required interval, and are pivotally supported on the coupling member at the central portion thereof by a pivot shaft that is orthogonal to the traveling axis, and are supported by the left and right support frames. Each of the guide rollers to be attached is configured to rotate in contact with all along the guide surface of the guide rail.
In the above invention, the connecting member for connecting the left and right support frames to each other by the pivot shaft is connected to the connecting member for connecting the object to be conveyed in the vertical direction intersecting the traveling guide surface. (2nd invention).
In the second aspect of the invention, the connecting member may be a shaft / screw connecting body in which a portion protruding from the connecting member is suitable for connecting an object to be conveyed (third aspect).
Moreover, in order to achieve the said objective, the fitting carrier which concerns on 4th invention is
In a joinery carrier that is attached to a building and that can be guided and moved by guide rails that are arranged at required intervals on the left and right along the traveling axis, a plurality of guide rollers arranged on the left and right are attached to the left and right individual support frames. The left and right support frames are pivotally supported by a pivot shaft that is orthogonal to the traveling axis at the center of the left and right support frames. Each guide roller to be attached to the support frame is configured to rotate and run in contact with all along the guide surface of the guide rail.
In the fourth aspect of the present invention, the support frames arranged on the left and right sides are made of a metal plate having a required size with a rigid shape, and are mutually supported by a pivot shaft through a coupling member arranged between the support frames at the center. It is preferable that the guide roller be arranged on the outer side of the support frame (the fifth invention).
In the fourth invention or the fifth invention, it is preferable that the support frame is bent at both longitudinal end portions thereof, and the both end portions of the left and right support frames are combined inward so as not to interfere (sixth invention). ).
In the fourth to sixth aspects of the invention, the connecting member constituting a part of the carrier has a required length of a connecting member that is attached in the vertical direction intersecting the traveling guide surface of the guide rail and connected to the door. Preferably, the connecting member is attached at a position close to a pivot shaft that pivotally couples and supports both the support frames (seventh invention).
In the first invention, the plurality of guide rollers attached to the carrier are allowed to run while being in contact with the guide portions of the guide rails individually on the left and right sides, and the left and right frames to which the guide rollers are attached are arranged in the center portion. Since the guide member is pivotally supported by a pivot shaft so that it can be swung up and down, all guide rollers are always moved along the guide part of the rail when traveling even if the left and right guide surfaces of the guide rail are not equal. Will run in contact. Therefore, since each guide roller shares the load and travels, it is possible to prevent the generation of an irregular load and to smoothly travel. Therefore, the frictional resistance at the time of running can be reduced and the power required for driving can be remarkably reduced.
According to the second aspect of the invention, the connecting member that connects the left and right support frames by the pivot shaft is arranged with the connecting member that connects the transported object in a direction intersecting the travel guide surface. The object to be conveyed can be supported by being hung or lifted without hindering traveling, and the load acting through the connecting member always acts on the center of the carrier. Overall, in other words, it is possible to travel by being shared by each guide roller, and it is possible to travel in a well-balanced state. In addition, there is no problem when moving on a curve or the like.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the connecting member protruding from the coupling member located at the center of the carrier is a shaft body or a screw coupling body (for example, a screw shaft), so that it is easy to attach the transport unit coupled thereto. can do.
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, by using this carrier as a runner for hanging and opening a joinery, for example, a door, a plurality of guides arranged on the left and right as in the case of the first and second aspects of the invention. Since all the rollers are in contact with the guide surface of the guide rail, all the rollers can share the load and run smoothly, so the doors can be opened and closed by moving with little power. be able to. Of course, there is an effect that it can be operated with light power as a support carrier for suspending joinery other than the door.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the support frame made of a metal plate and having a rigid shape is connected to each other by the pivot shaft with the coupling member interposed at the center, and both the support frames are pivot shafts. Since each of the guide rollers is supported by being pivoted on the basis of the body, the guide rollers attached to the support frames can be moved while being freely displaced from side to side according to the state of the guide surface of the guide rail. Thus, the load is shared and the vehicle can smoothly run.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the metal support frame is configured by combining the ones that are bent at both longitudinal end portions, thereby increasing the rigidity without expanding in the width direction and increasing the rigidity. It can be stored inside a guide rail that guides and supports a door or the like, and can be used as a carrier (runner) of a fitting.
Further, according to the seventh aspect, the connecting member provided in the vertical direction from the connecting member disposed in the central portion constituting the carrier is a position where the left and right support frames provided with the rollers are pivotally attached to the connecting member. By being provided in the vicinity, it is possible to run while sharing the load with respect to each of the guide rollers without greatly deviating, so that a smooth operation can be performed. And there exists an advantage that it can be made to respond | correspond to driving | running | working other than a straight line by supporting a fitting, such as a door, with respect to a carrier.
Next, specific embodiments of the carrier in the conveying means of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view showing an embodiment of the conveying means according to the present invention. 2 is a view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a front view (a) and a plan view (b) showing a single carrier, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged view taken along the line BB in FIG. The CC cross-sectional enlarged view (b) in sectional drawing (a) and FIG.3 (b) is each shown.
In the conveying means 1 in this embodiment, a suspension support shaft body is suspended from a
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
The support frame 11 (both of which have the same shape, one of which will be described) is formed in a shape that possesses rigidity by bending a metal plate of a required dimension toward the inside during assembly at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The
The
On the other hand, the
The
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the
As a means for driving the
In this way, when the
According to such a transport device in which a large number of
Next, FIG. 5 shows an overall perspective view of the door which shows a perspective view of the main part of the joinery carrier according to the present invention. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the appearance of the mounting portion of the carrier and the door, and FIG. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view of one embodiment showing the connecting portion between the carrier and the door.
A plurality of (substantially two)
The joinery carrier 20 (hereinafter simply referred to as the carrier 20) will be described in more detail. As in the above-described embodiment, the
As described above, the

The door hanging mounting

As described above, the
As a result, since all the
In the above description, the support frame of the carrier has been described with the metal plate bent, but if the left and right support frames are configured to be rotatable about the pivot shaft, Needless to say, the shape structure can be changed.
