Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vortex flowmeter, and more particularly to a mounting structure for a vortex detector in a vortex flowmeter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a flow meter for measuring the flow rate of a fluid, a vortex detector provided in the pipe flow path is formed by a vortex generator formed in the pipe flow path with a pipe flow path formed in the case body. There is known a Karman vortex flow meter (vortex flow meter) detected by the above (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
In the conventional vortex flowmeter, the vortex detector is attached to the case body by inserting the vortex detector into a vortex detector mounting hole formed in the wall portion where the case body defines the pipe flow path. The flange formed at the end is screwed directly to the case body with a mounting screw inserted into a screw-through hole that penetrates the flange, or a holding metal is placed on the flange, This is performed by inserting a mounting screw into a screw-through hole that penetrates the flange portion, and screwing the case main body with the mounting screw via a presser fitting (for example, Patent Document 2).

[Patent Document 1]

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-42819
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As the vortex detector attached to the case body, generally, a synthetic resin element case in which a flange portion is integrally formed and a piezoelectric element as a vortex detecting element is incorporated. The element case is made of a thermoplastic resin having excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance, such as PPS resin.
[0006]
When the fluid to be measured flowing through the tube flow path is hot, the heat of the fluid is directly transmitted to the flange portion from the portion located in the tube flow path of the element case, and the flange portion is likely to be thermally deformed. This thermal deformation of the flange portion directly affects the mounting of the vortex detector by the mounting screw passing through the flange portion, and causes the mounting strength and accuracy of the vortex detector to vary. Variations in the mounting strength and accuracy of the vortex detector cause variations in flow rate measurement accuracy.
[0007]
In addition, since the heat of the fluid transmitted to the flange portion is directly transmitted to the fastening portion by the mounting screw, the mounting screw is loosened by repeated thermal expansion and contraction, and the liquid leakage, the mounting strength and accuracy of the vortex detector change with time.
[0008]
In addition, when vibration due to fluid flow is applied to the flange portion in a high pressure state, the mounting screw is more easily loosened, and the liquid leakage, the mounting strength and accuracy of the vortex detector change with time.
[0009]
In addition, since there is a mounting screw through hole in the vortex detector flange, there is a limit to downsizing the vortex detector. When the flange is downsized, the mounting screw becomes smaller as the through hole diameter decreases. As a result, there arises a problem regarding the pressure resistance against the high-pressure fluid.
[0010]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. The liquid leakage, the mounting strength of the vortex detector, and the accuracy do not fluctuate with respect to high temperature, high pressure, and vibration. The purpose is to provide a vortex flowmeter that is maintenance-free and can perform stable flow measurement.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a vortex flowmeter according to the present invention has a tube flow path formed in a case body, and vortices generated by a vortex generator provided in the tube flow path In the vortex flowmeter for detecting by a vortex detector provided in the vortex detector, the vortex detector includes a vortex detector disposed in the tube flow path, and a flange provided on one end side of the vortex detector. A vortex detector mounting hole penetrating through the wall portion is formed in the wall portion of the case body defining the tube flow path, and the vortex detector mounting hole includes a vortex detection portion of the vortex detector. A through-hole portion to be inserted, and a flange-fitting hole portion which is closer to the outer wall side of the wall portion than the through-hole portion and has a diameter larger than the diameter of the through-hole portion and into which the flange portion of the vortex detector is fitted Including the flange portion fitted into the flange fitting hole portion. Comprising a retainer that holds down on the bottom side of the flange fitting hole portion, the pressing tool is screwed to the case body at a position spaced radially outwardly from the outer circumferential edge of the flange portion.
[0012]
According to the vortex flowmeter of the present invention, the flange portion of the vortex detector is fitted into the flange fitting hole portion, the flange portion has no through-hole for the mounting screw, and the pressing tool is arranged in the radial direction from the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion. Since it is screwed to the case body at a position away from the outside, thermal deformation of the flange does not directly affect the mounting part of the vortex detector (screw holding part of the presser), and the flange The heat and vibration of the fluid transmitted to the part are not directly transmitted to the screwing part of the presser. Due to these, deformation, loosening, etc. of the screwing part are less likely to occur, there are no problems such as liquid leakage, the vortex detector mounting strength and accuracy are stable, and maintenance-free for a long period of time. Stable flow measurement can be performed.
[0013]
In the vortex flowmeter according to the present invention, it is preferable that the screwing position of the pressing tool with respect to the case main body is a position further away from the pipe flow path in the radially outward direction. This makes it difficult for the heat of the fluid flowing through the pipe flow path to be further transmitted to the screwing portion of the presser, and deformation and loosening of the screwing portion are further less likely to occur.
[0014]
In the vortex flowmeter according to the present invention, the vortex detector has a piezoelectric element as a vortex detection element built in a synthetic resin element case in which the flange portion is integrally formed.
[0015]
In the vortex flowmeter according to the present invention, the flange portion further includes an alignment uneven portion, and the case main body is formed with an alignment engaging portion that engages with the alignment uneven portion, The circumferential mounting position of the vortex detector is defined by the engagement between the alignment uneven portion and the alignment engagement portion. As a result, the mounting position in the circumferential direction of the vortex detector does not vary, and there is no individual difference and highly accurate flow rate measurement can be performed.
[0016]
Further, the pressing tool in the vortex flowmeter according to the present invention has a detent engagement portion with the case body. As a result, the pressing tool is prevented from shifting during assembly, and the assembly workability is improved.
[0017]
In the vortex flowmeter according to the present invention, a seal member is further sandwiched between the bottom of the flange fitting hole portion and the flange portion, and the flange fitting hole portion opens to the outer wall side of the wall portion. There is an edge surface around and the pressing amount of the flange portion by screwing the pressing member against the case body is defined by the pressing member sitting on the edge surface. Thereby, the compression amount of the seal member is stabilized, and individual differences do not occur in the seal performance.
