Claims (3)

以下の(1)〜(4)の工程を順次行うことを含む生体関連物質検出用マイクロアレイの製造方法。

(3) キャプチャープローブを含むゲル前駆体溶液を各中空繊維の中空部に導入し、中空部内で重合反応を行い、キャプチャープローブを含むゲル状物を中空繊維の中空部に保持する工程。
(4) 中空繊維束を繊維の長手方向に交叉する方向で切断して薄片化する工程。
