上記インターネットファクシミリ装置では、事前にボックス番号毎に情報ボックスにファイル情報を蓄積する際には、ＰＣソフトでファイル情報を作成してプリントし、自己のスキャナでそのプリントからファイル情報を読み込んでメモリにボックス番号毎に蓄積するので、ＰＣソフトでの電文作成→プリント→読み込みの手順が必要であり、手間がかかる。また、情報ボックスは、日常頻繁にファイル情報を登録し直すことが多く、かなり手間がかかる。
