<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing container for a two-wheeled vehicle, in which a motorbike is housed and packed easily, and which is light and at a low cost and prevents the direct transmission of vibrations and impacts to the motorbike during transportation. <P>SOLUTION: The packing container is composed of a skid 21 on which the two-wheeled vehicle is placed to be housed, a pair of rest frames 51 and 52 erected on the front and rear of the skid, and a pair of side frames 41 and 42 erected on the left/right of the skid. The skid has a latticed frame for inserting a fork lift, which has a guide 26. この発明は二輪車用梱包容器に関し、自動二輪車の完成品を簡単に収納して梱包状態にでき、輸送に好適なものである。

【従来の技術】
自動二輪車の完成品を貨物として輸送する必要がある場合には、一台ずつ梱包するため木製や金属製などの枠状ないし箱状の梱包容器が使用され、その内部に入れて収納・梱包するようにしている。

このような完成品の自動二輪車用として使用されている梱包容器としては、例えば特許文献1に示す2輪車輸出用パレットがあり、自動2輪車1台を載置するインナパレットと、複数個のインナパレットを横並びに載置するベースパレットを備え、前記インナパレットは、自動2輪車1台を載置できる長さと横幅を有すると共に、中心線上に車輪受けを有し、前記ベースパレットは、外枠と、この外枠と段差をもつ低い載置部を備え、外枠の内法は、複数個のインナパレットを外枠内に少ない隙間で横並び一列に並べることができる大きさであり、外枠の下面には、間隔を開けて複数個の脚を設けて構成したものである。

そして、収納・梱包に当たっては、自動2輪車を手押し又はクレーンでインナパレットに乗せ、前輪を車輪受け部に入れ、後輪を補強ビーム間に入れて安定させ、更に適宜の緊縛手段を用いて固定し、このインナパレットをクレーンによってベースパレット上に並べることにより積み荷ができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、このような2輪車輸出用パレットでは、複数台の自動二輪車をインナパレットを用いることで1つのパレットに収納・梱包することができるが、インナパレットに収納した後、自動二輪車を適宜の緊縛手段を用いて固定する必要があり、例えばハンドルを専用金具で固定するとともに、リヤーステーを専用金具で固定することが行われており、このような自動二輪車とインナパレットの固定に時間がかかるという問題がある。

また、専用金具を用いて固定する場合には、輸送中の振動や衝撃が直接自動二輪車に伝わるため、損傷が生じやすいという問題もある。

さらに、2輪車輸出用パレットを繰り返し使用するため、繰り返し使用に耐える強度が要求され、重量が重く、価格も高くなってしまうとともに、繰り返し使用に耐えるように防錆塗装の必要もあり、一層コスト増大を招いてしまうという問題がある。

この発明は、上記従来技術の課題に鑑みてなされたもので、自動二輪車の収納梱包が容易にでき、軽量でコストも安く、しかも輸送中の振動や衝撃が直接伝わることを防止できる二輪車用梱包容器を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するためこの発明の請求項1記載の二輪車用梱包容器は、二輪車が載置収納される底部分となる矩形のスキッドと、このスキッドの前後に立設される1対の棲枠と、前記スキッドの左右に立設される1対の側枠とで構成される二輪車用梱包容器であって、前記スキッドは、フォークリフトによる荷役を行う上下の間隔をあけた格子状の枠体を備え、この格子状の枠体内の両端部にフォーク差込部を設け、この格子状の枠体の上面に二輪車の前輪の位置を規制する前輪ストッパおよび後輪を支持する後輪支持部材を設けるとともに、これら前輪ストッパと後輪支持部材との間に載置される二輪車の重心位置をスタンドを立てずに自立可能に支持する車体支持部材を設けて構成する一方、前記側枠に、収納載置された二輪車を前記車体支持部材と対向して車体を挟む固定用押え部材を取り付けることを特徴とするものである。

すると、スクーター型自動二輪車は、スタンドを立てることなく自立した状態となるとともに、前輪ストッパ28、補強横部材24、および車体支持部材30の緩衝材31によって車体の前後の移動が規制され、前輪受け部材27および後輪支持部材29の溝側壁によって左右方向の移動も規制される。
