Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention particularly relates to a charging control device for a vehicle having two different voltage systems.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, vehicles equipped with a plurality of voltage systems (for example, a 42V voltage system and a 14V voltage system) have been put into practical use in order to increase the number of various electrical components and to efficiently use these electrical components. .
[0003]
For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2002-176704 discloses a hybrid vehicle having a two power supply system in which a DC-DC converter that supplies power from a high-voltage power storage device to a low-voltage power storage device is changed to bidirectional.
[0004]
In order to omit such a DC-DC converter, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-95177, a rectifier and a high-voltage output of 42 V generated by the rectifier are stepped down with respect to a vehicle AC generator. The 14V low voltage applied from the step-down circuit for generating 14V low voltage output is intermittently applied to the field winding to control the excitation current, and the terminal voltage of the battery connected to the low voltage output terminal is controlled. A technique including a voltage controller including an excitation control circuit that adjusts to a constant value is disclosed.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-176704 [0006]
[Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-95177
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the technique of the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, when the voltage on the 42V side is reduced, the voltage on the 14V side is also reduced at the same ratio, and even if the voltage value is appropriate on the 42V side, An appropriate voltage value may not be obtained.
[0008]
Further, in the vehicle as described above, the control of the motor generator capable of generating a predetermined driving force and charging the battery is generally performed via the inverter device, and therefore, if this inverter device breaks down. There is a possibility that the battery cannot be charged, and it is important to provide a fail-safe function capable of coping with this.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the DC-DC converter is omitted to greatly reduce the cost of components. In addition, the two systems of voltages employed in the vehicle are independent of each other and always have optimum voltage values. An object of the present invention is to provide a charging control device for a vehicle that can be maintained and can charge a battery appropriately even if the inverter device fails.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a vehicle charging control apparatus according to the present invention as set forth in
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the vehicle charging control apparatus according to the first aspect, wherein the failure-time control means detects the abnormality in the conversion control means when the abnormality is detected in the conversion control means. In addition to this limitation, when the engine is in an idling state, the idling speed is set higher than usual.
[0012]
Further, the vehicle charging control device according to the present invention described in
[0013]
That is, in the vehicle charging control device according to
[0014]
At this time, as described in claim 2, when the malfunction control means detects an abnormality of the conversion control means, the function of the conversion means is limited, and when the engine is in the idle state, It is desirable to set it higher.
[0015]
Further, as described in
[0016]
