[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention is a wireless automatic recognition ID chip (ID that presupposes RFID (Radio Frequency Identification radio frequency identification, data carrier: storing information (ID) in an electronic circuit and recognizing the ID by contactless communication)) Tag) and an individual using the system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Individual management using the above-described RFID can be employed for various articles that require identification management with a unique ID assigned to each individual. For example, in
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2631188 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As in the above example, for individual management using RFID, as a general usage form, an RFID chip (hereinafter also simply referred to as RFID) holding an ID unique to a product or the like is attached and the ID is unique. Recognize the product individually, read the ID in various scenes of the product life cycle (such as warehousing, shipping, and returns), record the status in the database, and record the records to manage the location of the individual and track the history It is used for management, or a set of individual records is used as information about the life cycle of a product individual.
[0005]
Here, the RFID that is necessary for individual recognition becomes incapable of reading the ID due to physical damage during the life of the product, or the RFID attached to the product has been lost for some reason. In some cases, there is no way to recognize an individual, and the value of data accumulated up to that point will be reduced.
[0006]
It is an object of the present invention to protect valuable information by enabling effective handling even when individual recognition by RFID becomes impossible for some reason.
[0007]
[Hands to solve the problems and effects of the invention]
The present invention proposes a dual safety mechanism (system) using an individual identification number different from an RFID number in individual management using RFID. The RFID is electronically stored as ID data in an electronic memory and is read by a wireless communication method. On the other hand, an individual identification number for a dual safety mechanism different from RFID is an RFID chip as electronic data. Is not physically stored, but physically readable by humans, or barcodes or other forms readable by a method different from RFID, in other words, physically attached to an individual directly or via an additional piece Non-electronic recording form.
[0008]
The ID management object and its management system are configured as follows.
First, as an ID management individual, an ID that is identification information unique to the individual is stored in the individual to be identified, and an RFID (Radio Frequency) that is a wireless automatic recognition ID chip that recognizes the ID through communication by non-contact communication. An identification) chip is mounted, and an individual identification number that is a separate link ID linked so as to be associated with the chip ID is displayed separately from the chip ID stored in the RFID chip. It is an ID management individual in which a part is formed.
[0009]
The individual identification number of the link ID display unit is a form that can be physically read by human eyes, or a form that is read by a method different from RFID, such as a barcode, and is directly and physically assigned to an ID management individual. The non-electronic recording form can be attached or physically attached via an additional piece.
[0010]
Further, the individual identification number may be described in an optically readable form such as a number, a letter, a symbol, a code, a combination thereof, or a barcode code.
[0011]
The individual management system for ID management individual identification as described above is:
Corresponding storage means for storing the chip ID stored in the RFID chip and the individual identification number separately formed on the link ID display unit in association with each other is included.
[0012]
In addition, such an individual management system is
Corresponding storage means for storing the chip ID stored in the RFID chip and the individual identification number formed separately on the link ID display unit in association with each other;
An individual identification number input device for inputting the individual identification number of the ID management individual when the chip ID of the ID management individual cannot be read by a reading device;
A history forming unit that refers to the correspondence storage unit in association with the input individual identification number, and leaves a necessary item about the individual whose chip ID is unreadable as a history,
Can be included.
[0013]
Furthermore, the individual management system
An RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip, which is a wireless automatic identification ID chip that stores the ID management object described above, that is, an ID that is identification information unique to a specific individual and recognizes the ID by contactless communication is attached. In addition to the chip ID stored in the RFID chip, an ID formed with a link ID display unit on which an individual identification number that is a separate link ID linked to be associated with the chip ID is displayed. A managed individual,
Corresponding storage means for storing the chip ID stored in the RFID chip and the individual identification number formed separately on the link ID display unit in association with each other;
A chip ID reader for reading the chip ID of the ID management entity;
An individual identification number input device for inputting the individual identification number of the ID management individual when the chip ID cannot be read;
A history forming unit that refers to the correspondence storage unit in association with the input individual identification number, and leaves a necessary item about the individual whose chip ID is unreadable as a history,
Can be included.
[0014]
Further, when the RFID chip of a specific individual is replaced with a new RFID chip having a different chip ID, the new chip ID is read by the reading device, and the new chip ID is stored in the correspondence storage means. New chip ID corresponding registration means for replacing the old chip ID and registering it in association with the individual identification number of the individual stored in the table.
[0015]
Here, the individual identification number relates to numbers, letters, codes, symbols, or an appropriate combination thereof, and can be directly seen by a person, enlarged and visible, or optically read by a bar code reader. It is described or displayed so as to be magnetically readable by a magnetic reader, and is attached to an individual directly or via an inclusion by printing, marking, magnetization, or the like.
[0016]
As an example of the ID management object, for example, a mat member for rental and various articles and products for which ID management is effective can be cited.
[0017]
When applied to the mat member, for example, it can be performed as follows.
For example, the mat member
A body mat portion formed of rubber or elastic synthetic resin with functional portions such as foot wipes on the surface;
Formed with rubber or elastic synthetic resin joined around the outer edge of the main body mat part so that a certain amount protrudes outside the main body mat part and overlaps with the outer edge part of the main body mat The outer mat side mat portion,
The width is equal to or smaller than the overlapping width of the overlapping portion, is flexible and has a thin piece shape, stores ID that is identification information of the mat, and overlaps the main body mat portion and the outer edge side mat portion. A thin piece for wireless communication as an RFID chip that is sandwiched between the parts and whose ID can be read by a wireless reader;
The display unit of the individual identification number formed on the back surface of the main body mat part or the outer edge side mat part;
Is provided.
[0018]
Alternatively, the mat member is
A mat portion formed of rubber or elastic synthetic resin with a functional portion such as a foot wipe on the surface;
A joining piece formed of rubber or elastic synthetic resin, partially joined to the back surface of the mat portion;
It is flexible and in the form of a flake and stores the ID, which is identification information of the mat, and is sandwiched between the mat portion and the joining piece portion, and the ID is read by a wireless reader. A wireless communication flake made possible,
A display part of the individual identification number formed on the back surface of the mat part;
Can be provided.
[0019]
In addition, the wireless communication thin piece is sandwiched in a state of being covered with a flexible sheet or the like and covered with an overlapping portion of the main body mat portion and the outer edge side mat portion joined to each other. In the nipping state, the thin piece for wireless communication can be held displaceably with respect to the sheet inside the sheet.
[0020]
Further, the sheet covering and covering the wireless communication thin piece is at least an inner surface in contact with the wireless communication thin piece is a non-adhesive surface that is not bonded and integrated with the wireless communication thin piece, and the sheet is A resin coating is provided on one or both sides of the sheet substrate, and in particular it can be a silicon resin coating.
[0021]
In any case, according to the ID management individual and the individual management system as described above, even when the individual recognition by RFID cannot be performed for some reason,
The individual identification number separately associated with the individual can recognize the individual with the unreadable RFID chip ID attached, and can continue past history information of the individual without interruption. . This can be called a double safety mechanism when the chip ID cannot be read due to the destruction, loss, lifetime or other reasons of the RFID chip, and the precious history accumulated in a certain individual is protected. The
[0022]
If an RFID chip ID of an individual RFID cannot be read, the history of the individual that cannot read the chip ID becomes a completely black box. Once a black box individual that cannot keep track of past histories occurs, the entire system that manages the history of a large number of individuals is greatly affected, and the information value of the entire system is significantly impaired. This is remedied by the individual identification number that functions as a double safety mechanism, and stops the decline in the information value of the entire system.
[0023]
And normal ID reading is left to RFID, which is easy to automatically recognize (read), and if it cannot be read, it can be read with a different recording form (visible description, barcode, etc.) The dual safety mechanism is the true point of reference to the individual identification number that is far from the situation such as failure, destruction, or loss. The double safety mechanism based on the combination / cooperation of the RFID ID chip and the individual identification number can safely protect the history data and the like of a large number of individuals and avoid damage thereof.
[0024]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
First, the outline of the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
An individual identification number is assigned when an RFID chip (hereinafter simply referred to as RFID) is attached to a product for the first time, inspection after the attachment, or when an RFID handling company ships an RFID for initial attachment. In the stage, the association (linking: link) of the product individual-individual identification number-RFID chip ID is formed.
[0025]
In other words, in order to recognize and maintain and continue the product, conceptually, the storage systems of the individual storage means as the individual master, the history storage means as the history table, and the product storage means as the product master are connected to each other. And associated. More specifically, an RFID chip ID and an individual identification number are assigned to an individual twice, and an individual identification number (key) related to the individual is stored in the individual master. The meaning of the key is that the individual data related thereto can be browsed by inputting (referring to) the individual identification number.
[0026]
The individual master is associated with the individual identification number of the specific individual, and the RFID chip ID, product code, individual information (new registration date, update date, mounting date (RFID)) of the specific individual, ...) etc.) is stored. The product code is associated (associated) with the product master, and if a product code is assigned (input) to the product master as a key, details of the product code, for example, product attribute information (product name, category, etc.) Can browse and reference.
[0027]
The individual master is linked (connected) to the history table, and an individual identification number and a time stamp (time when the individual is recognized) are stored in the history table, and the state of the individual is also stored in association with the individual identification number. Using the number and timestamp as a key, the state of the individual, for example, state-related information, current location (current location of the individual), previous location (previous location of the individual), worker (subject handling the individual, etc.) ) Data etc. can be recognized, referenced or viewed.
[0028]
Here, as with the individual master, the identification table and RFID chip ID can be stored and stored as a set in the history table. However, as shown in the example of FIG. It can be managed not by ID but by individual identification number. In this case, RFID chip ID information is not stored in the history table, and the history management of each individual is performed by the individual identification number.
[0029]
That is, the automatic recognition (reading) of the ID in the individual is performed by the RFID chip ID, but after reading the chip ID, the individual identification number stored in advance in association with the chip ID is used as the product individual (ID It can be used for history management of managed individuals, and is easier to handle with individual identification numbers than complicated chip IDs based on electronic storage. Moreover, the description specifications on the product can be different for each product.
[0030]
In the normal flow of the individual management system, as shown in FIG. 2, an RFID chip ID is read using an RFID reader (S1), and an individual identification number and the individual itself are acquired (recognized) from the ID ( S2) is a procedure of performing various management processes. That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in a normal flow, the read RFID chip ID is supplied to the individual master, the corresponding individual identification number is referred to, and history data is based on the individual identification number. Is accumulated. Specifically, as shown in S4, the individual identification number is designated as a part of the key, and history information and the like are registered (as described above, the history may be accumulated with the RFID chip ID).
[0031]
If the RFID chip ID cannot be read for some reason (S2 is No), the system operator visually reads the individual identification number written on the product or with a baud code reader or the like, and reads the individual identification number from the RFID. Input to the processing program (S5). In the RFID reading processing program, the situation in which the ID cannot be read is recognized automatically or at the discretion of the operator, and the process proceeds to the individual acceptance number input acceptance mode. When the individual identification number is recognized, the reading processing program skips the process (S3) of collating the individual identification number from the RFID chip ID performed in the normal process, and the subsequent process, that is, the individual recognition input in S5 Based on the number, a process of registering history information and the like (S4) is performed.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 3, a new RFID is attached to a product whose RFID chip ID cannot be read. At that time, a new RFID chip ID is registered (overwrite registered in the chip ID item of the individual management master table), and the association / association of product individual-individual identification number-RFID chip ID (new) ( (Link: link) is newly formed).
[0033]
That is, when the RFID chip ID cannot be read and a new RFID is mounted, the individual identification number of the individual is input in S11 of FIG. 3, and the new RFID chip ID is read by the ID reader. The read new RFID chip ID is taken into the individual master and registered in the individual record corresponding to the individual identification number in place of the old RFID chip ID. In other words, the new chip ID is overwritten and registered on the old chip ID.
[0034]
When the new RFID chip ID is read by the reading program, the individual identification number is collated from the link (linking), and the individual information is continuously accumulated. FIG. 4 conceptually shows a method for accumulating the individual information on the time axis. The history registration process that is processed at the timing of the state of the individual table and the state transition of the product (individual) Conceptually.
[0035]
In the normal flow, as shown in the upper part, when the RFID chip ID is read, the individual identification number is inquired based on the individual table, and the history is registered by the individual identification number. That is, for a certain individual identification number = UQ-0001, the status information is sequentially registered as a history along with the time stamp according to the time axis.
[0036]
When a situation in which RFID cannot be read occurs on the time axis, an operator inputs an individual identification number described in the individual by visual inspection or a barcode, so that the history registration of the individual is registered as an individual registration number = UQ- 0001. Therefore, even if the RFID ID chip cannot be read, the history information is accumulated without any problem. When a new RFID chip is attached to an individual (RFID exchange process), the new RFID chip ID is read by a reader and supplied to the individual table. Is rewritten to the new one (0002) (overwrite registration). Subsequent history registration is continued and accumulated by the individual identification number = UQ-0001 corresponding to the RFID chip ID. Therefore, even if a new RFID is attached due to destruction or loss of the RFID, the past history is inherited as it is by the individual identification number, and history data is not interrupted.
[0037]
FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing the system of the individual management system described above. A reading device for reading the RFID chip ID of a product (individual), an input device for an individual identification number (tenkey, keyboard method, barcode method) Etc.) is connected to the management computer, and the individual storage means, the history table, the product master, and other necessary storage means, terminals, and peripheral devices are connected to the management computer directly or via a network. The The program shown in FIG. 2 is stored in storage means such as a ROM of the management computer, for example, and the CPU of the management computer executes the processing as described above.
