Abstract
【解決手段】 航空機のタービンエンジン用の補助潤滑装置は、予備の潤滑剤(50)を含むリザーバ(32)と、リザーバ(32)から潤滑剤を吸い上げて潤滑剤の噴霧を軸受(24)または潤滑を要する他の要素に供給するベンチュリ(42)と、を含む。ベンチュリ(42)は、エンジン流路から抽出された加圧空気などの原動力となる流体の供給源と直接接続されているとともに、この流体によって連続的に駆動される。補助潤滑装置は、主要な高圧潤滑装置の故障や動作不良に対応する。

Claims (14)
- 通常の運転モードおよび異常な運転モードにおいて潤滑を要する要素のための潤滑装置であって、
通常の運転モードにおいて潤滑剤を受け入れるとともに、予備の量の潤滑剤を閉じ込めるリザーバと、
予備の量の潤滑剤と連通するとともに、両方の運転モードにおいて加圧流体によって直接かつ連続的に駆動される吸引器と、を有することを特徴とする潤滑装置。 - 前記加圧流体は、タービンエンジンの流体流路から抽出された作動媒体流体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の潤滑装置。
- 前記加圧流体は、軸受室バッファ空気であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の潤滑装置。
- 前記リザーバと前記吸引器とは、前記流路の径方向内側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の潤滑装置。
- 前記リザーバと前記吸引器とは、軸受室内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の潤滑装置。
- 前記吸引器に前記加圧流体を導く供給管を含み、この供給管は、予備の量の潤滑剤を通って延在していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の潤滑装置。
- 前記吸引器は、ベンチュリであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の潤滑装置。
- 前記吸引器は、潤滑剤の噴霧を吐出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の潤滑装置。
- 前記リザーバまで延在する潤滑剤供給管路を有し、この供給管路は、逆止弁と絞り弁とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の潤滑装置。
- 前記潤滑を要する要素は、通常の運転モードにおいて潤滑剤の通常の総量を受けるとともに、異常な運転モードにおいて通常の総量よりも少ない減少した量の潤滑剤を受けることを特徴とする請求項1記載の潤滑装置。
- 前記潤滑を要する要素は、軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の潤滑装置。
- 通常の運転モードにおいて少量の潤滑剤を受け入れ、かつ異常な運転モードにおいて前記の少量の潤滑剤よりもさらに減少した量の潤滑剤を受け入れるとともに、予備の量の潤滑剤を閉じ込めるリザーバと、
主潤滑供給源と接続されて、前記の少量の潤滑剤およびさらに減少した量の潤滑剤をリザーバに供給する潤滑剤供給管路と、
前記予備の量の潤滑剤と連通するベンチュリと、
原動力となる加圧流体の供給源および前記ベンチュリと常時接続されて、両方の運転モードにおいて前記ベンチュリを直接駆動する流体供給管と、を有することを特徴とする故障に対応する潤滑装置。 - 潤滑を要する要素の潤滑方法であって、
潤滑剤の一次流れを前記要素に供給し、
動力源によって直接駆動される潤滑剤の二次的な噴霧を前記要素に同時に供給し、
一次流れが中断したときに、少なくとも限られた時間にわたって同じ動力源の直接的な作用によって二次的な噴霧を供給し続けることを特徴とする潤滑方法。 - 前記動力源は、ベンチュリを通して作用する加圧空気であることを特徴とする請求項13記載の潤滑方法。
