Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shelf board unit that is attached to a space such as intrusion of a building such as a house.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are two types of shelf board units that are installed in the storage space for intrusion of a building such as a house, a middle shelf that is attached to the center of the height direction of the indentation, and a pillow shelf that is attached to the top of the indentation. In any case, conventionally, the shelf unit inside the press-in is for supporting the shelf plate 14 in addition to the front rod 12, the rear rod 13, and the shelf plate 14, as in the joist system shown in FIG. A plurality of joists N are prepared, a notch step for fitting the joists N to the front and rear ridges 12 and 13 is formed, and the front and rear ridges 13 and 13 are fixed to the pillars inside the press-in with nails J, The joist N is placed on the cut step portions of the eaves 12 and the rear eaves 13, and the shelf 14 is fixed to the front eaves 12, the rear eaves 13, and the joists N from above with nails J or the like.
[0003]
In such a conventional structure, the number of members is very large, and the number of parts to be processed for each member is large. In addition, the detailed construction work inside the narrow indentation was very difficult to construct, and the workability was very inferior. In addition to the workability, the structure is such that the surface of the shelf 14 is nailed. Therefore, if the nail J on the surface of the shelf 14 rises after a long period of use, it will be scratched when the bedding is taken in and out, and the nail J will rust. In many cases, the bedding was contaminated. In particular, there have been many problems of bedding damage and contamination due to floating of nails on the upper lip of the front wing 12 and rust.
[0004]
Therefore, as an improvement of these problems, as in the insertion groove system shown in FIG. 3 (b), the groove M supporting the shelf 14 is cut in the longitudinal direction at the upper end of the back surface of the front collar 12, and the shelf 14 is formed, a front protrusion 17 is formed at the upper part of the groove M, and a notch step G is provided at the front end of the shelf 14, and the shelf protrusion 19 and the shelf recess 18 are provided. There is a middle top ledge shelf that is formed and has a structure in which the protruding portion 19 formed at the front end of the shelf 14 is fitted in the groove M of the front collar 12. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
[Patent Document 1]
Registered Utility Model No. 3054518 (page 1-3, FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 5)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the structure of the insertion groove method described in the above-mentioned registered utility model No. 3054518, as shown in FIG. 4, after fixing the front rod 12 to a structural housing such as a pillar, it is attached to the front end portion of the shelf 14. When the formed shelf board protrusion 19 is inserted into the groove M formed on the back surface of the front collar 12 and the front collar 12 and the shelf board 14 are joined, the front formed on the upper part of the groove M of the front collar 12 At the contact point between the end face of the ridge 17 and the shelf recess 18 of the notch step G formed at the front end of the shelf 14, the clearance c may be somewhat depending on the product processing accuracy at the factory and the construction accuracy at the site. In a severe case, an unsightly gap c generated at the joint between the front heel 12 and the shelf board 14 when viewed from above after construction is a serious problem.
[0006]
In addition, since no gradient is formed on the bottom surface of the groove M that supports the shelf plate 14 provided at the upper end of the back surface of the front rod 12, the groove width near the opening of the groove M and the protruding portion of the shelf plate 14 to be inserted If the thickness accuracy of 19 is not very high, the protruding portion 19 at the tip of the shelf plate 14 is replaced in the vicinity of the opening of the groove M, which makes it difficult to work. That is, when the protrusions 19 of the shelf plate 14 are inserted into the grooves M at the upper end of the back surface of the front rod 12, the processing accuracy of the grooves M and the protrusions 19 is slightly lowered, and the width of the grooves M is the width of the protrusions 19. If the width is slightly smaller than the width, the protrusion 19 cannot be inserted into the groove M. On the other hand, if the width of the groove M is too large, even if the protruding portion 19 is inserted, it becomes loose in dimension, and if the play is severe and rough, at the joint portion between the upper end surface of the front collar 12 and the front end portion of the shelf board 14, A step D may be generated between the upper end surface of the front heel 12 and the surface of the shelf board 14, or a gap c may be generated between the upper end surface of the front heel 12 and the front end portion of the shelf board 14. Moreover, the fixing force of the shelf board 14 is weakened, and the construction accuracy and finish are inferior.
[0007]
The object of the present invention is a push-in shelf unit used as a push-in middle stage and a pillow shelf, and it is easy to install and has good workability. The shelf unit and its mounting method are also excellent in terms of appearance finish, do not scratch the bedding with the nails of the forehead when putting in and out bedding, and do not get dirty with the rust of the nail, and also have excellent long-term durability It is to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is a shelf unit comprising a plate-like shelf board and a foreboard attached substantially vertically to the front end of the shelf board. The upper end corner of the rear surface of the front wing has a notch step portion along the longitudinal direction of the front ridge and a portion of the notch step portion below the rising side surface further cut along the longitudinal direction. A fitting groove having a groove depth in the thickness direction is provided, and an end surface of the convex portion formed on the upper part of the fitting groove is formed with a gradient in a direction inclined to the front ridge surface side, and the front end of the shelf plate The part is formed with a projecting part and a recessed part that are inserted and fitted to correspond to the fitting groove and the convex part of the front collar.
[0009]
From such a configuration, the processing accuracy of the notch step at the upper end of the front ridge and the notch step at the front end of the shelf is not necessarily high, and the degree of perpendicularity does not appear on the recess end surface of the front end of the shelf, Even if there is an inclination in the direction in which a gap is generated at the joint portion with the heel, the inclination in the direction in which the inclination is inclined toward the front heel surface formed on the convex end surface of the notch step portion of the front heel, It becomes possible to absorb appropriately and the generation | occurrence | production of the clearance gap in the junction location of a front heel upper end surface and a shelf front end part can be prevented effectively.
[0010]
Also, because the protrusion of the front end of the shelf is inserted and fitted into the fitting groove formed in the upper end corner of the back of the front, the front and shelf are joined together. Nail sticking to the upper end is not required. Therefore, after many years of use, there is no risk that the nail will float up and scratch the bedding when the bedding is put in and out, or the bedding will be soiled by the rust of the nail.
[0011]
The invention according to claim 2 of the present invention is characterized in that, in the shelf unit according to claim 1, a gradient is formed in the bottom direction of the fitting groove so as to descend toward the back side of the forehead. And
[0012]
From such a configuration, since the gradient in the direction of descending toward the back side of the front side is formed on the bottom surface of the groove that supports the shelf plate provided at the upper end of the back side of the front side, the workability is very excellent. That is, when inserting the protruding portion of the notch step formed on the front end of the shelf into the fitting groove of the notch step formed on the upper end of the front and back, the fitting groove and shelf on the front end of the front and back Even if the processing accuracy of the projecting part at the front end is slightly worse, the bottom surface of the fitting groove is provided with a gradient in a direction that goes down toward the back side of the front ridge, so the groove width of the opening of the fitting groove is the shelf plate. It becomes possible to increase the thickness with a margin than the thickness of the protruding portion, and it becomes easy to insert and fit the protruding portion at the front end portion of the shelf plate, so that the construction becomes extremely simple and the workability is greatly improved.
[0013]
In addition, since the groove width on the back side of the fitting groove is narrower than the groove width on the opening side, rattling is unlikely to occur when the protruding portion at the front end of the shelf is inserted. Furthermore, for example, a spacer made of an appropriate material and shape procured in the field is fitted into the gap formed between the back surface of the shelf plate and the bottom surface of the fitting groove on the back surface side where the protruding portion at the front end portion of the shelf plate is inserted. As a result, it becomes difficult to generate a step between the upper end surface of the front heel and the surface of the shelf, and in addition, a gap is less likely to be generated between the upper end surface of the front heel and the front end of the shelf. Furthermore, the shelf fixing force becomes stable and strong, and therefore the construction accuracy and construction finish are excellent, and the long-term durability is also excellent.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 3 of the present invention is the shelf unit according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the slope is formed on the end face of the convex portion of the forehead and / or the bottom surface of the fitting groove of the forehead. The magnitude of the gradient is in the range of 1/20 to 5/20.
[0015]
From such a structure, when the slope of the front end of the convex portion of the front heel and / or the slope of the bottom of the fitting groove of the front heel is within a range of 1/20 to 5/20, When installing a shelf board by inserting a spacer into the gap on the back of the shelf board at the fitting location by fitting it in the fitting groove provided on the saddle, the ease of construction, forehead and shelf This is the optimum range for construction accuracy such as gaps and steps at the joining portion of the plates and the finish, and is also the most suitable range for the mounting strength of the shelf after construction and the long-term durability of the shelf.
[0016]
Moreover, in constructing the shelf board unit according to any one of claims 1 to 3, the invention according to claim 4 of the present invention,
1. Attach the forehead to the wall base material around the middle stage of the indentation space or the position where the pillow shelf is attached and / or the structural frame such as a pillar using a fixing means,
2. Attaching the receiving bar to the left and right or left and right structural housings using fixing means,
3. The protruding portion and the concave portion provided at the front end portion of the shelf board are inserted and fitted into the fitting groove and the convex portion provided at the upper back corner portion of the front collar,
4). In the insertion fitting place, a spacer is inserted and fixed in a gap formed between the bottom surface of the front groove and the back surface of the front end of the shelf,
5. The shelf board is fixed to the upper end portions of the left and right receiving rails on three sides or the left and right receiving rails using fixing means.
It attaches by said method, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0017]
According to this shelf board unit mounting method, the installation when attaching the shelf board to the forehead or attaching the shelf board unit to the insertion space is simple and excellent in workability, and the construction accuracy and construction of the shelf board unit are also excellent. This is a shelf board unit with excellent finish and long-term durability.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of an embodiment of a shelf board unit according to the present invention, and shows a mounting construction state. 2 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a side view showing a conventional shelf unit, (A) shows a joist method, and (B) shows an insertion groove method. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of a step and a gap at a joint portion between a front heel and a shelf board during construction of a conventional insertion groove method.
[0019]
In FIG. 1, the mounting state of the shelf unit 1 of the present invention is shown, and the two columns located in the front front of the column 5 which is the structural frame of the middle part of the press-in storage space or the mounting position of the pillow shelf are shown. The forehead 2 of the present invention is attached using an adhering means while paying attention to the levelness in the frontage direction. As the fixing means, in addition to nailing, an adhesive means using an adhesive for woodworking can be used. As the woodworking adhesive, urea resin adhesives, urea melamine resin adhesives, vinyl acetate resin adhesives, urethane resin adhesives and the like are preferably used. Further, the adhesive and the nail can be used in combination. Using these fixing means, the left and right ends of the front wing 2 of the present invention are fixed to the column 5.
[0020]
The left and right receiving bars 4a and the rear receiving bar 4b of the press-in storage space are fixed by a nail or an adhesive for woodworking, or a combination of a nail and an adhesive. It is important to pay close attention to the levelness of the forehead 2, the left and right receiving bars 4a, and the rear receiving bar 4b. When the entrance space of the indentation space is sufficiently small, the receiving bar 4b on the back side can be omitted in some cases.
[0021]
The front end portion of the shelf board 3 is inserted and fitted into the fitting groove in the upper end portion of the rear surface of the front saddle 2, and further, a nail (not shown) or a woodwork is placed on the left and right receiving bars 4a and the rear receiving bars 4b. It is attached using adhesive for adhesive or nail and adhesive.
[0022]
Foreboard 2 and shelf board 3 are mainly made of wood material, for example, plywood, particle board, lumber board, LVL, OSB, hard board, medium specific gravity fiber board, or laminated layers Such composite materials are preferably used. As an example of the composite material, a laminate (LVS) in which medium specific gravity fiber boards are bonded to each other on the surface or both sides of the LVL with an adhesive is also suitable. Of course, synthetic resin moldings other than wood materials may be used. Any material other than these may be used as long as it is excellent in strength durability as an in-press middle stage or a pillow shelf and on-site processing suitable for cutting with a saw.
[0023]
The forehead 2 is a long plate-shaped member having a rectangular cross-sectional shape, a thickness of about 6 to 30 mm, a width (height direction after construction) of about 60 to 200 mm, and a length (frontage direction after construction). The member is about 450 to 2700 mm.
[0024]
In FIG. 2, a notch step portion 2 a having a shape cut out along the longitudinal direction at the upper corner of the back surface of the front collar 2 and a part below the rising side surface of the notch step portion 2 a are further provided along the longitudinal direction. A fitting groove K having a groove depth in the thickness direction of the front wing is provided.
[0025]
The bottom surface b of the fitting groove K is formed with a gradient in the direction of going down as it goes to the back surface side of the front collar 2. In other words, a gradient is formed in a direction downward as viewed from the back side in a state where the front bar 2 is attached to the press-in space.
[0026]
In addition, a convex portion p is formed at the upper portion of the fitting groove K of the front collar 2. The end surface of the convex part p has a shape that is slightly recessed from the back surface of the front collar 2 in the thickness direction of the front collar. Further, the end surface of the convex portion p is formed with a gradient in a direction in which the end surface is inclined toward the front surface side of the front collar 2.
[0027]
On the other hand, the shelf board 3 is a wide plate having a thickness of about 6 to 30 mm, a width (depth direction after construction) of about 900 mm, and a length (frontage direction after construction) of about 450 to 2700 mm.
[0028]
In FIG. 2, a protruding portion T and a recessed portion h having a shape corresponding to the fitting groove K and the protruding portion p of the front collar 2 are formed at the upper surface corner of the front end portion of the shelf board 3. FIG. 2 is a detailed cross-sectional view showing a mounting state when the front heel 2 and the shelf board 3 are installed in the press-in space. In the figure, the back upper end corner portion of the front heel 2 and the front edge portion of the shelf board are They are joined in a shape that fits each other.
[0029]
The end face of the convex part p formed on the notch step portion 2a of the front ridge 2 has a gradient in a direction inclined to the front ridge surface side, and the protrusion T provided on the front end of the shelf board When the fitting groove K is inserted and fitted, the convex portion p of the front collar 2 and the concave portion h of the front end portion of the shelf plate come into contact with each other. At this time, the end surface of the convex portion p of the front collar 2 and the shelf plate The gap u is formed so as to widen toward the back surface side of the shelf board 3 between the end faces of the three recesses h.
[0030]
By doing so, the gap u is eliminated at the upper end 2b of the front heel 2 and the surface of the shelf board 3, and the upper corner of the projection p of the front heel 2 and the upper corner of the recess h of the shelf 3 The portions are in close contact with each other, and the gap c at the time of construction can be eliminated at the junction between the front heel 2 and the shelf board 3 when viewed from above. Even if the processing accuracy is not high, even if the end surface of the concave portion h at the front end portion of the shelf board 3 is inclined and processed in a direction in which the gap c can be seen when viewed from the surface, the gap u works effectively. Since it absorbs, the clearance c between the front heel 2 and the shelf 3 can be eliminated when viewed from the surface.
[0031]
In addition, since the bottom surface b of the fitting groove K of the front heel 2 is formed with a gradient in the direction of descending toward the back side of the front heel 2 on the back surface of the joint portion between the front heel 2 and the shelf 3, the shelf board A space for inserting the spacer s can be ensured between the back surface of 3 and the bottom surface b of the fitting groove K. Spacers s are inserted into the gaps. As the material of the spacer s, wood chips such as plywood, LVL, medium specific gravity fiber board, particle board, etc. are suitable. Can be used. Further, any synthetic resin molded body other than wood pieces, metal material, or the like having a wedge function can be used as appropriate. A wedge manufactured in advance in a factory may be used as a spacer.
[0032]
As described above, the groove width of the fitting groove K formed on the front flange 2 is widened near the opening of the fitting groove K due to the above gradient, while the inner part of the groove of the fitting groove K is The shelf board 3 is formed to have a dimension approximately the same as the thickness of the protruding portion T of the shelf board 3. Since the groove width in the vicinity of the opening of the fitting groove K is widened, it is very easy to perform the construction when the protruding portion T of the shelf plate 3 is inserted and fitted into the fitting groove K. Then, thanks to the gradient provided on the bottom surface b of the fitting groove K of the front collar 2, the spacer s is inserted into a gap having a substantially triangular cross section that can be secured between the rear surface of the shelf board 3. Then, since the spacer s exhibits a wedge function, the height of the upper end portion 2b of the front heel 2 and the surface of the shelf board 3 coincide with each other, and a step D is formed at the joint portion between the front heel 2 and the shelf board 3. Does not occur.
[0033]
Further, when used as a middle stage or a pillow shelf, the surface of the shelf board 3 is about 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm than when the upper end 2b of the front heel 2 and the surface of the shelf board 3 are flush with each other without any error. If the surface side of the shelf board 3 is kept low, the unsightly base material portion of the shelf edge of the shelf board 3 is not exposed, so that it is not unsightly seen from the front, and the finished appearance after construction is excellent. It will be a thing. By adjusting the height dimension of the convex part p of the front heel 2 and the height dimension of the concave part h of the shelf 3 at the time of processing and the function of the wedge function of the spacer s, such an appropriate level difference is achieved. It can also be secured.
[0034]
Furthermore, since the spacer s is used as a wedge function, the wedge function works, and when joining the front heel 2 and the shelf board 3, the dimensional play at the joining portion can be eliminated by the action of the wedge. The heel 2 and the shelf board 3 are firmly fixed, and as a result, the joining strength between the front heel 2 and the shelf board 3 is excellent, and the long-term durability performance is also excellent.
[0035]
Further, when the gradient provided on the convex portion p of the front heel 2 and / or the gradient provided on the bottom surface b of the fitting groove K of the front heel 2 is in the range of 1/20 to 5/20, When the shelf 3 is attached and installed by fitting the front end portion of the plate 3 into the fitting groove K provided on the front end 2 and inserting the spacer s into the gap between the fitting locations, the construction is performed. It is also optimal for ease, construction accuracy, finish, mounting strength of the shelf board 3 after construction, and long-term durability of the shelf board 3.
[0036]
Further, when attaching the shelf board 3 to the front heel 2, it is not necessary to put the nail J on the upper end 2 b of the front heel 2. Therefore, after a long period of use after construction, there is no concern that the nail will float up and scratch the bedding when putting in or out the bedding or that the bedding will be soiled by the rust of the nail. The shelf plate 3 is attached and fixed to the left and right receiving bars 4a and the rear side receiving bar 4b other than the front rod 2 by using fixing means such as a nail J. Moreover, it can also construct by using the adhesive for woodworking together with the nail J. In consideration of the work environment at the site, it is better to use an adhesive in addition to the nail J if there is no hindrance to the use of the adhesive. What is necessary is just to determine suitably in consideration of the skill level with respect to the adhesion | attachment work of a construction worker, how to spend work labor, etc.
[0037]
Next, a work procedure for mounting and installing the shelf unit 1 of the present invention as a middle stage or a pillow shelf in a pushing space such as a house will be described in detail. First, the structural frame at the installation location of the indentation space, that is, the structural frame such as the four corner pillars 5 in the case of the wooden frame construction method, or the stud (vertical) in the structural wall in the case of two-by-houses. The front rod 2 is attached to a structural frame such as a frame using a fixing means. The fixing means is a combination of a woodworking adhesive such as a urea resin adhesive or a vinyl acetate resin adhesive for woodworking and a nail J or the like, or is attached only by the nail J.
[0038]
Next, the left and right receiving bars 4a and the rear side receiving bars 4b are attached to the right and left or right and left and rear structural frames with adhesives, nails or the like. At this time, the leveling of the front rod 2, the left and right receiving bars 4a, and the back side receiving bars 4b is sufficiently ensured. As the material of the receiving bar, a plywood, a particle board, an LVL, or a composite board thereof can be suitably used. In particular, the material of the outboard 2 is suitable in view of, for example, the composite plate (LVS) of LVL and medium specific gravity fiber board (LVS), strength, durability, cost, and finished appearance when a decorative sheet is attached. is there.
[0039]
Next, the protruding portion T and the concave portion h provided at the front end portion of the shelf board 3 are provided with the fitting groove K provided at the upper end portion of the back surface of the front ridge 2 and the convex portion p formed above the fitting groove K. And a space for driving the spacer s is secured between the bottom surface b of the fitting groove K at the insertion fitting location and the back surface of the shelf board 3. Subsequently, the spacer s is fitted and fixed in the gap. The fixing means may be a nail or a combination of a nail and an adhesive.
[0040]
At this time, care should be taken that there is no unsightly step between the upper surface of the front wing and the surface of the shelf board. If the surface of the shelf board 3 is kept low so that there is no level difference D or about 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm, the base material of the end face of the shelf board 3 is not exposed. An unsightly base material can not be seen when viewed from the front, and the finished appearance after construction is excellent. At this time, care should be taken so that a gap c does not occur at the joint portion between the convex portion p at the upper end of the front collar 2 and the front end concave portion h of the shelf 3.
[0041]
Next, the shelf 3 is fixed to the three sides of the front plate 2 except for the upper end 2b using a fixing means such as a nail, and the installation of the shelf unit 1 is completed. In the case where the receiving bar is only left and right, the shelf board 3 is attached to both sides of the upper end of the left and right receiving bar 4a by using a fixing means such as a nail J. Further, when the receiving bar is in three directions of left and right and back side, the shelf board 3 is attached to the three sides of the upper end of the left and right receiving bar 4a and the back side receiving bar 4b by using a fixing means such as a nail J. The front 2 and the shelf 3 are joined by inserting and fitting the protruding portion T into the fitting groove K.
[0042]
Thus, after joining the shelf board 3 to the forehead 2, in order to conceal the gap between the connection part of the shelf board 3 and the surrounding wall surface, the rag r It is attached using a fixing means such as an adhesive or a combination thereof. Suitable examples of the material for the rag r are wood materials such as plywood, LVL, lumber muffler, medium specific gravity fiber board, synthetic resin moldings such as polystyrene resins, urethane resin foams, and the like.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the shelf plate is provided between the concave portion of the front end portion of the shelf board by providing a gradient in the direction inclined to the front surface side on the end face of the convex portion of the rear upper end portion of the front board. A gap having a shape that widens toward the back side of the front plate is formed, and this gap is eliminated at the upper end of the front and the surface of the shelf, and the upper corner of the front projection and the recess of the shelf The upper corner of the upper part is in close contact with each other, and the gap at the time of construction can be eliminated at the joint between the front and shelf as viewed from above.
[0044]
In addition, by providing a slope on the bottom surface of the fitting groove provided on the front rod, the width of the fitting groove opening can be made larger than the thickness dimension of the protruding part at the front end of the shelf, so that workability is improved. It can be significantly improved. Further, a gap for inserting a spacer can be secured between the bottom surface of the fitting groove and the shelf board, and the workability is improved by inserting the spacer into the gap. Not only can the improvement and the generation of a step between the upper end surface of the front heel and the surface of the shelf board be improved, but also the bonding strength and stability of the shelf board and the front heel are improved, and the long-term durability performance is also improved.
