Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a simple rack brake device that prevents a bicycle mounting rack from moving laterally on a guide rail when a bicycle is stored or taken out at a bicycle parking facility.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Bicycle parking facilities that can accommodate a large number of bicycles are installed in front of the station, large stores, large condominiums, etc. Recently, in order to make effective use of a narrow space, for example, the rack on which the bicycle is placed extends over two guide rails. Place the bicycle on the rack so that it can be moved horizontally by hand. Store the bicycle on the rack close together. When taking out the bicycle, move the surrounding bicycle laterally to make room for easy removal. What to do has been proposed.
[0003]
However, the fact that the bicycle mounting rack can be moved laterally in this way is very good in terms of space efficiency, but on the contrary, when the bicycle is taken in and out, the rack can move laterally even with a slight force. There is a problem that the operator's posture is likely to be unstable and difficult to put in and out.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention can easily stop the bicycle without putting it on the guide rail when the bicycle is put on the bicycle mounting rack or when the bicycle on the rack is taken out. We propose a brake device for a rack that can be used.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, according to the present invention, the base part is fixed to the rear end side of the inner bottom surface of the rack, and fixed to the rear rack side of the bottom surface of the rack. Floating from the bottom surface of the rack, the tip is provided with a spring plate that extends slightly forward from the middle of the rack. A downward rod protrudes and is fixed to the upper portion of the guide rail of the spring plate, and the downward rod is opened on the bottom surface of the rack. A rack at the time of putting in and out of a bicycle in a bicycle parking facility in which the braking member attached to the lower end of the rod is pressed against the guide rail by being loosely inserted into the insertion hole and projecting downward, and the spring plate is stepped on the front wheel of the bicycle. The present invention relates to a brake device. In this case, the braking member protruding below the rack is configured to be capable of being pressed against either the rear guide rail or the front guide rail of the two front and rear guide rails.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a side view of an entire rack for mounting a bicycle to which the brake device of the rack of the present invention is attached, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the same, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view, and 1 is for guiding front and rear wheels of the bicycle This is an elongate rack for mounting a bicycle with an upward U-shaped cross section, and has a length sufficient to mount the front and rear wheels. The rack 1 has two parallel cross-section convex or I-shaped guides at the front and rear intermediate portions. It is fixed on a traveling plate (roller box) 3 with a roller of a predetermined length that can travel on the rails 2a and 2b, and can slide lightly in the lateral direction along the rails 2a and 2b. The travel plate 3 also serves as a spacer for determining the interval between the racks when the racks 1 are densely packed. In a bicycle parking facility, a plurality of racks (several to dozens) are provided in parallel so that the rack 1 extends over the guide rails 2a and 2b, and a predetermined number of units are set as one unit. (See FIG. 7).
[0007]
4 is a bicycle fall prevention frame for the front wheel attached to the front end of each rack 1, and 5 is a support frame for the rear wheel attached to the rear end of the rack 1. It is processed and fixed to the side surface of the rack 1 by welding or the like. 6 is a stop shaft fixed so as to pass over between the left and right side plates at the rear end of the rack 1, and when the front and rear wheels of the bicycle are accommodated in the rack 1, the bicycle is retracted and does not fall out of the rack 1. This is to stop the rear wheel from moving backward. It should be noted that the rear wheel support frame 5 itself is used in the same manner as the front wheel frame 4 without using the stop shaft 6, and the rear wheel is prevented from retreating at the bent portion. You may comprise.
[0008]
7 is slightly narrower than the U-shaped rack 1, and the base portion is fixed toward the rear end of the inner bottom surface of the U-shaped rack 1, and the front is gradually higher from the inner bottom surface of the rack 1. The tip part is a spring plate that extends slightly forward from the middle part of the rack 1, and a downward rod 8 protrudes and is fixed to the upper part of the guide rail 2a on the front side (that is, the rear wheel side) of the spring plate 7. The downward rod 8 is loosely inserted into the insertion hole 9 formed in the bottom surface of the U-shaped rack 1 and protrudes downward. When the spring plate 7 is pressed downward, it is attached to the lower end of the downward rod 8. A braking member 10 such as a rubber cap is configured so as to be in pressure contact with the bottom horizontal surface of the guide rail 2a having a convex section or an I shape.
[0009]
Reference numeral 11 denotes a step plate made of a thin, thin metal plate that protrudes diagonally to the left and downward from the rear end of the U-shaped rack 1, and the tip of the step plate 11 usually has a slight amount from the ground. It is floating and is intended to prevent the rack 1 from moving laterally by stepping on the ground with the foot when the front wheel of the bicycle is first placed on the rack 1.
[0010]
Thus, when the bicycle 12 is placed on the rack 1, the step plate 11 is first stepped on with the foot as described above, and the front wheel 13 is placed on the inner rear end of the rack 1 while restraining the lateral movement of the rack 1.
[0011]
Next, when the bicycle 12 is pushed forward in the rack 1, the foot is separated from the step plate 11, but the front wheel 13 steps on the spring plate 7, and the spring plate 7 is pressed downward by its own weight. As a result, the braking member 10 at the lower end of the downward rod 8 near the base of the spring plate 7 is pressed against the bottom of the front guide rail 2a to apply the braking, so that the rack 1 can easily move laterally on the guide rails 2a and 2b. Disappear (see FIG. 4).
[0012]
Therefore, when the bicycle 12 is further advanced on the rack 1 and the rear wheel 14 is placed on the rear end of the rack 1, the front wheel 13 enters deeply into the fall prevention frame 4, and the rear wheel 14 is placed at the rear end of the rack 1. When the stop shaft 6 is completely overcome, the front wheel 13 is disengaged from the front end of the spring plate 7, so that the spring plate 7 is restored to its original position, and the braking member 10 is separated from the bottom of the guide rail 2a. 2b can be freely traveled in the left-right direction (see FIG. 5).
[0013]
Further, when taking out the stored bicycle 12 from the rack 1, for example, the rack 1 and the rack on the right side thereof are slightly slid rightward to open a space on the left side of the rack 1, and the operator When the bicycle 12 is moved backward while entering the space portion, the front wheel 13 immediately steps on the spring plate 7, so that the braking member 10 is pressed against the guide rail 2a to be braked and the lateral movement of the rack 1 is stopped. Therefore, the bicycle can be taken out easily.
[0014]
By the way, when storing a plurality of bicycles 12 densely, if each rack 1 is horizontally moved at the same front and back position with respect to the two guide rails 2a and 2b, the handles will come into contact with each other. In order to avoid this, in the bicycle parking facility, as shown in FIG. 7, the mounting positions of the racks 1 with respect to the guide rails 2 are alternately shifted back and forth so that the handles of the bicycles 12 adjacent on the rack 1 do not collide with each other. There are many cases. In some cases, it may be shifted in the vertical direction in addition to the front and rear.
[0015]
In this case, even if the downward rod 8 with the braking member 10 protruding from the lower surface of the spring plate 7 in the rack 1 is pressed against the bottom of the front (rear wheel) guide rail 2a, the rack 1 is attached to the guide rail 2a. When the installation is shifted forward, the mounting base of the spring plate 7 may be on or in front of the front guide rail 2a. In this case, it is actually necessary to press the braking member 10 against the front guide rail 2a. It becomes impossible.
[0016]
Therefore, in a bicycle rack that is mounted by shifting forward every other unit as in the bicycle parking facility unit of FIG. 7, the mounting position of the downward rod 8 is the tip of the spring plate 7 as shown in FIG. The member 10 is configured to be pressed against the bottom of the front (front wheel side) guide rail 2b. In this case, of course, the insertion hole 9 on the inner bottom surface of the rack 1 into which the downward rod 8 is loosely inserted is also opened forward according to the mounting position of the rod 8, and the spring plate 7 is moved forward. Since it is lifted from the bottom surface of the rack 1, the downward rod 8 that comes into pressure contact with the guide rail 2b is necessarily longer than the rod 8 that comes into pressure contact with the front guide rail 2b.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
The brake device for the rack when the bicycle is taken in and out of the bicycle parking facility according to the present invention is as described above. When the bicycle is stored, if the bicycle is moved forward in the bicycle mounting rack, the spring provided in the rack is provided. The brake member, such as a rubber cap at the lower end of the downward rod provided on the spring plate, is pressed against the guide rail when the plate is stepped on the front wheel of the bicycle, so that the lateral movement of the rack on the guide rail is restricted, and the operator is unnatural. The entire bicycle can be easily stored on the rack without any posture, and when both the front and rear wheels are stored in the rack, the front wheel is detached from the front end of the spring plate, so that the braking member is pressed against the guide rail. Since this is released, smooth lateral movement of the rack storing the bicycle is ensured, and the racks can be densely packed.
[0018]
In addition, when removing the bicycle stored in the rack, if the bicycle is slightly retracted, the front wheel will step on the spring plate again, so that the lateral movement of the rack is restrained, so it is easy to remove the bicycle from the rack. It can be carried out.
[0019]
As described above, the laterally moving brake device for a rack according to the present invention enables a bicycle to be taken in and out of the rack much more easily than before in a bicycle parking facility of a type in which bicycles are densely stored. Easy to manufacture and extremely beneficial.
