【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、自動車の窓ガラス、スライド式のドア、サンルーフの天井窓ガラスなどをスライドさせる可動体の駆動装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
現在の自動車のドアの窓ガラスや、車体側面のスライドドアや、サンルーフの天井窓ガラスのほとんどはモータ制御によるスライド式の自動開閉となっている。特に、ドアの窓ガラスの昇降装置に関しては、多数の出願がなされており、本出願人も窓ガラスの昇降装置に関して出願している(特許文献1参照)。

上記特許文献1では、ドアのシャーシー側の内パネルのキャリアプレートをガイドするガイド部を一体に成形すると共に、該内パネルにワイヤーを巻き取り、送り出しを行なって該ワイヤーに連結したキャリアプレートを昇降させることでキャリアプレートに固定した窓ガラスを昇降させる駆動装置を内パネルに設けたものである。また、ワイヤーの方向転換をさせるプーリーを内パネルに配設している。
このような構成とすることで、部品の軽減を図り、低コスト化、軽量化を図った窓ガラスの昇降装置を提供するようにしたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかる従来例においては、窓ガラスを昇降駆動させるための、モータ、減速機等からなる駆動装置を車体の内パネルなどのシャーシー側に配設していたので、駆動装置を配設するための箇所をシャーシー側に予め予定する必要があること、及び駆動装置を配設するために該駆動装置に合わせた構造がシャーシー側に要求されるという問題があった。
すなわち、駆動装置の大きさや構造に応じてシャーシー側が構造的な設計を行なう必要があり、昇降装置の駆動装置が決定されなければシャーシーを設計をすることができず、シャーシー側の設計が迅速に出来ないという問題があった。

本発明は上述の問題点に鑑みて提供したものであって、ドアの窓ガラスなどを昇降させる駆動装置(駆動部)とは切り離してシャーシー側が独自に設計可能とし、別個に設計されたシャーシーに対しても配設可能とした可動体の駆動装置を提供することを目的としているものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明の請求項1記載の可動体の駆動装置では、車体側に固定されるガイドレールと、このガイドレールに沿ってスライド自在とした可動体と、この可動体に取り付けられ、モータ、ドラムを備えた駆動部と、この駆動部のドラムに巻き付けられ、先端部が前記ガイドレールに係止されているワイヤーとで構成されていることを特徴としている。

かかる構成とすることで、駆動部が可動体側に取り付けられているので、車体側の設計は駆動部を考慮せずに独自に行なうことができ、また、可動体を駆動するための駆動部は車体と切り離されるので、別個に設計された車体(シャーシー)に対しても駆動部を配設可能とすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
(第1の実施の形態)
以下、本発明の第1の実施の形態を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図1は第1の実施形態を示し、駆動対象を自動車の窓ガラスとした場合の例である。シャーシー側の内パネル(図示せず)の両側には、断面を略矩形状としたガイドレール1a、1bがそれぞれ固定されており、この一対のガイドレール1a、1bにスライド板2が架橋されている。
このスライド板2の両側には断面を略コ字型としたガイド部3が一体に形成されており、前記ガイドレール1a、1bに凹状のガイド部3が遊嵌し、可動体としてのスライド板2がガイドレール1a、1bに沿ってスライド自在となっている。

前記スライド板2の略中央部分に駆動部Dを配設するようになっており、この駆動部Dは、正転、逆転可能なモータと、このモータの回転数を減速させる減速機と、この減速機の出力に設けられているドラム4などから構成されている。
前記一方のガイドレール1aの上部にプーリー5が回転自在に軸支されており、前記駆動部Dのドラム4に巻回されているワイヤー6がこのプーリー5を介して配索され、このプーリー5を介したワイヤー6の先端はガイドレール1aの下部側の係止部7により固定されている。

また、この実施形態では窓ガラス10を上昇させる場合には、駆動部Dにて行ない、窓ガラス10を下降させる場合には、スライド板2とシャーシー側に介装した圧縮バネからなるバネ体11の復帰力を利用して行なっている。

次に、本実施形態の動作について説明する。今、図1の状態で窓ガラス10が下方に位置している状態とする。自動車の運転席の操作スイッチを窓ガラス10を上昇させる方向に操作すると、駆動部Dのモータが例えば正転駆動されて、ワイヤー6をドラム4により巻き取り動作を行なう。
ドラム4によりワイヤー6が巻き取られていくと、ワイヤー6の先端がガイドレール1aの係止部7に固定され、且つスライド板2がガイドレール1a、1bに対してスライド自在となっているので、スライド板2はガイドレール1a、1bに沿って上昇していく。そして、図1の二点鎖線に示すように、このスライド板2の上昇と共に窓ガラス10も上昇していく。

窓ガラス10及びスライド板2が上昇していくと、ドアの窓を完全に閉めた状態の位置まで来ると、図外のリミットスイッチ等が作動して、駆動部Dを停止させる。これにより、窓ガラス10がドアの窓を閉めた状態となる。
また、スライド板2の上昇に伴い、バネ体11も伸長していき、窓が閉まった状態では、バネ体11が一番伸長した状態を維持している。

次に、自動車の運転席の操作スイッチを窓ガラス10を下降させる方向に操作すると、駆動部Dのモータが逆転駆動されて、ドラム4からワイヤー6が送り出される動作を行なう。ドラム4からのワイヤー6の送り出しと同時に、バネ体11の圧縮力(復帰力)によりスライド板2がガイドレール1a、1bに沿って下降していく。
スライド板2の下降により窓ガラス10も下降していき、最下部まで窓ガラス10が下降すると、図外のリミットスイッチ等が作動して、駆動部Dを停止させる。これにより、窓ガラス10がドアの窓を完全に開けた状態となる。また、バネ体11も図1に示すように圧縮した状態を維持する。

このように本実施形態においては、ドアの窓ガラス10を昇降駆動させる駆動部Dを可動体としてのスライド板2側に設けることで、内パネルなどのシャーシー側は駆動部Dとは切り離して独自に設計することが可能となる。したがって、窓ガラス10を昇降させるための駆動部Dの構成ないし構造を考慮することなく、シャーシーが設計でき、迅速な設計ができることになる。また、可動体としてのスライド板2を駆動するための駆動部Dは車体(シャーシー)とは切り離されるので、別個に設計された車体に対しても駆動部Dを配設可能とすることができる。

(第2の実施の形態)
図2は第2の実施形態を示し、第1の実施形態では、ガイドレール1a、1bの片方だけワイヤー6を配索していたが、この実施形態では、両方のガイドレール1a、1bにワイヤー6、12を配索するようにしたものである。
