Abstract
【解決手段】 外科用アンカーのインサータ(10)は、2以上の骨アンカー等を保持するよう構成されている。アンカーを同時に配備するためにこれらと対応した数の突出し機構を一斉に作動させることができる。

Description
(1)前記第1の受入れ手段は、前記1つの外科用アンカーを受け入れるような寸法形状の第1の挿管式スリーブを含み、前記第2の受入れ手段は、前記別の1つの外科用アンカーを受け入れるような寸法形状の第2の挿管式スリーブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のインサータ。
(2)前記第1の突出し手段は、第1の挿管式ピンを含み、前記第1の挿管式スリーブは、前記第1の挿管式ピンにこれに対し往復動自在に取り付けられ、前記第2の突出し手段は、第2の挿管式ピンを含み、前記第2の挿管式スリーブは、前記第2の挿管式ピンにこれに対し往復動自在に取り付けられていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(1)記載のインサータ。
(3)前記第1の挿管式スリーブは、前記第1の挿管式ピンの自由端部に取り付けられ、前記第2の挿管式スリーブは、前記第2の挿管式ピンの自由端部に取り付けられていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(2)記載のインサータ。
(4)前記第1の挿管式スリーブは、前記第1の挿管式ピンの前記自由端部が前記第1の挿管式スリーブ内でその一端部に隣接して位置する伸長位置と、前記第1の挿管式ピンの前記自由端部が前記第1の挿管式スリーブの反対側の端部から外方に延びる引っ込み位置との間で動くことができ、前記第2の挿管式スリーブは、前記第2の挿管式ピンの前記自由端部が前記第2の挿管式スリーブ内でその一端部に隣接して位置する伸長位置と、前記第2の挿管式ピンの前記自由端部が前記第2の挿管式スリーブの反対側の端部から外方に延びる引っ込み位置との間で動くことができることを特徴とする上記実施形態(3)記載のインサータ。
(5)前記1つの外科用アンカーは、前記伸長位置から前記引っ込み位置への前記第1の挿管式スリーブの運動に応答して前記第1の挿管式スリーブから突き出され、前記別の1つの外科用アンカーは、前記伸長位置から前記引っ込み位置への前記第2の挿管式スリーブの運動に応答して前記第2の挿管式スリーブから突き出されることを特徴とする上記実施形態(4)記載のインサータ。
(7)前記第1の押圧手段は、第1のばねであり、前記第2の押圧手段は、第2のばねであることを特徴とする上記実施形態(6)記載のインサータ。
(8)ヘッドを更に有し、前記第1及び第2の挿管式ピンは、前記ヘッドの一方の側から互いに間隔を置いた平行な関係で外方に延びていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(7)記載のインサータ。
(9)前記第1のばねは、前記ヘッドの前記一方の側部と前記第1の挿管式スリーブの前記一方の端部との間に位置し、前記第2のばねは、前記ヘッドの前記一方の側部と前記第2の挿管式スリーブの前記一方の端部との間に位置していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(8)記載のインサータ。
(10)前記第1の挿管式スリーブは、この中に半径方向に延びる第1のペグを有し、前記第2の挿管式スリーブは、この中に半径方向に延びる第2のペグを有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(9)記載のインサータ。
(12)前記第1のペグは、前記第1の挿管式スリーブがその前記伸長位置にあるとき、前記第1のスロットの端部に係合し、それにより前記第1のばねが前記第1の挿管式スリーブを前記第1の挿管式ピンの前記自由端部から押し離すのを阻止し、前記第2のペグは、前記第2の挿管式スリーブがその前記伸長位置にあるとき、前記第2のスロットの端部に係合し、それにより前記第2のばねが前記第2の挿管式スリーブを前記第2の挿管式ピンの前記自由端部から押し離すのを阻止することを特徴とする上記実施形態(11)記載のインサータ。
(13)前記作動手段は、前記ヘッドの反対側の側部から外方に延びる手で掴むことができるハンドルを含むことを特徴とする上記実施形態(12)記載のインサータ。
(14)前記ハンドル、前記ヘッド、前記第1の挿管式ピン及び前記第2の挿管式ピンは、互いに同時に動くことができることを特徴とする上記実施形態(13)記載のインサータ。
(15)前記第1の挿管式スリーブの前記反対側の端部は、前記1つの外科用アンカーのシース部分と締り嵌め関係をなすように選択された内径を有し、前記第2の挿管式スリーブの前記反対側の端部は、前記別の1つの外科用アンカーのシース部分と締り嵌め関係をなすように選択された内径を有することを特徴とする上記実施形態(5)記載のインサータ。
(17)前記第1の挿管式ピンの前記自由端部は、前記第1の挿管式スリーブがその前記引っ込み位置に向かって動くと、前記第1の挿管式ピンの前記自由端部が、前記1つの外科用アンカーの前記エキスパンダ部分を前記1つの外科用アンカーの前記シース部分内へ動かすよう前記1つの外科用アンカーの前記エキスパンダ部分と係合自在であり、前記第2の挿管式ピンの前記自由端部は、前記第2の挿管式スリーブがその前記引っ込み位置に向かって動くと、前記第2の挿管式ピンの前記自由端部が、前記別の1つの外科用アンカーの前記エキスパンダ部分を前記別の1つの外科用アンカーの前記シース部分内へ動かすよう前記別の1つの外科用アンカーの前記エキスパンダ部分と係合自在であることを特徴とする上記実施形態(16)記載のインサータ。

Claims (1)
- 多数の外科用アンカーのインサータであって、外科用アンカーのうちの1つを受け入れる第1の受入れ手段と、前記第1の受入れ手段から前記1つの外科用アンカーを突き出す第1の突出し手段と、外科用アンカーのうち別の1つを受け入れる第2の受入れ手段と、前記第2の受入れ手段から前記別の1つの外科用アンカーを突き出す第2の突出し手段と、前記第1の突出し手段と前記第2の突出し手段を同時に作動させる作動手段とを有し、前記1つの外科用アンカーは、前記別の1つの外科用アンカーが前記第2の受入れ手段から突き出されている間に前記第1の受入れ手段から突き出されることを特徴とするインサータ。
